Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is nice looking product ideal for my garden room. Just having some trouble connecting it to my Wi-Fi but will have another go this weekend. Other functions are fine and warms up the room nicely.

I’ve had this radiator for 6 months now and I use it in my garden room office (15m2, an average sized room). I always have the radiator in low (eco) mode and tend to find that after 30 mins the room is up to temperature, so its output is more then sufficient. I’m really happy with how effective it is for heating up the space. It’s also silent when operating aside from a brief “clunk” noise when it initially turns on/off, which most rads do anyway when they start – generally it’s very quiet (i’m sat 3 meters away)

I use the radiator as a freestanding unit, which I move when in use and tuck alongside the sofa when switched off. Therefore I haven’t bothered to wall mount it. The radiator is light enough to easily reposition and the freestanding feet are stable.

The digital display panel works fine and can be switched off which is handy if the rad goes in a bedroom. The radiator digital panel is pretty easy to use; I’ve exclusively used the digital display control panel (haven’t bothered with the little remote).

Recently I downloaded the app and set up the wifi. A lot of complaints focus on wifi setup, but I had no issues with wifi setup what so ever, it took 5-10 mins to set up. My wifi in the garden room is on the 2.4Ghz band, not 5Ghz, which may help. The app is straight forward to use and I easily created a schedule. I also linked the app to Google Home and my Google Nest device in the main house (which is on different wifi). A quick test involving changing the rad temp using Google worked as planned. Overall, no issues with the technical set up aspects. The manual is clear on how to set it all up.

Brilliant radiator and good value. I like its decent output (even when in low eco mode), how it looks and ease of use.

Seen lots of reviews about issue with Wifi etc, was actually so simple and no issues what so ever, the simple manual is all thats needed. 2 mins max and wifi connection and Alexa intergrated with the Smart Life skill. Control with Alexa turn on XXX (What ever you called it) or Alexa set XXX to 30 and it will, good little heater, got it to run all day on High while Solar panels are generating and all night on half when running on batteries. Works a treat.

This is a perfect solution to heat an 18sqm room.
Easy to install, and I pop it on using Alexa with Smart Home blasting heat for an hour a day when cold by schedule or routine.

Apps are versatile for my needs.

    Recommended.

    Great for home bar 18sqm

What a pain to get it to connect to Wifi

Had to log in to virgin media hub and disable 5G,. re-enabled later.
    would not connect otherwise

all working ok,. Thermostat is very accurate and switches back as soon as it gets back down to the set temperature unlike others that let the room get cold before switching back on.

No need to click through the settings to check what temperature you have it on…Alexa what’s the heat set at ?
There is one downside for me…although the display can be turned off while the heater is running, it cannot be turned off while in standby mode so it’s no good for me at night while sleeping……Reducing temperature enough to stop it heating to avoid having to switch it off at the mains is the only way.

Will be keeping an eye on the plug due to reports of over heating

I don’t write many reviews but this heater is certainly worth the money I bought it because of the gas prices and it gives me more warmth than my radiators did not really worked out the timer the tablet with the Wi-fi and Bluetooth very impressed

I installed 2 of these heaters in my conservatory, they look so much better than my 10 year old heaters that were in there. Easy to install and easy to use.

Let me start by saying I very rarely write reviews (well good ones anyway), but in this case I felt it warranted one.
Firstly this radiator looks really, really nice mounted on the wall (was a little deeper than I was expecting, but was as seller detailed on page)..
Instructions were clear and easy to understand and setup was a doddle, without any drama whatsoever
Unit heats up very quickly and is very responsive to both its remote and the Tuya service
so in summary, I was pleasantly surprised with the look and operation of this unit and will now be buying the smaller versions for bedrooms, which I wasn’t actually intending to

After the increase in the fuel bills we needed a more efficient heater. the eco setting is 750watts which is perfect for a room our size , 1000watts is instant heat so that is just an initial boost. The remote is very clicky but if you find that annoying you can operate the heater from the panel. We haven’t set up the Wi-Fi as yet as other comments have said it’s a bit tricky as it uses a different bandwidth, but to be honest with the remote you don’t really need it . It’s a great heater , we got it 24 hours before the price went up so were very lucky there.

A very stylish heater that is equally energy hungry. Wifi and integration with Alexa works flawlessly, so far nothing to complaint about its features. It can easily heat our little living room but of course it comes with a high energy cost (2kW) which from 1st of April it can force us to stop using the heater.

A good value fire. Unsure if remote and Wi-Fi is needed. Just a bit complicated for the average person. But recommended

I use this heater in my lounge. At the end near the door into the hall. I use it on eco mode and its very good.

    Great heater.
We have an open plan kitchen/living room and this heating up nice and quickly.
Can set schedules through the app so it can come on and off any time of the day, any day of the week.
Is very quiet, the only sound you here is a little click when it comes on or goes of.
The only downside is the number display can be quite bright, so may not be the best for a bedroom.
Will get another one as we start to replace the heaters around the house.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe moved into an apartment that has all electric heating. The existing heaters left by the previous owners were in various states of non-functioning, and with winter drawing in we needed new heaters pretty quick. This has done the job wonderfully! It can be plugged in to a standard 3 pin power socket, or the plug can be removed and it can be hardwired instead. Controls are pretty simple if you follow the instructions, and it comes with a simple remote to power in/off and set the temperature. Where it gets really clever is the Wi-Fi control via the app. You can set the program (full power, half power, or anti-frost), set up daily schedules, manually control or adjust the temperature, and see the current room temperature, all from the app. It heats up the room fairly quickly, and we have a fairly large living room with a big window that opens onto a balcony. It looks fairly smart, too. Overall, good heater!

I bought this heater to go in our living room as we have recently switched our living room around and removed the old radiator with no where to put a new one. This electric heater enabled us to put it where we wanted and I have to say it’s brilliant.
It’s very easy to install the brackets on the wall and once hung it actually looks great, very modern.
The app used to control it is very easy to use which means you get instant control of the heat and can set the times and days you want it to automatically come one.
We have a normal sized living/dining room and this heater heats it up very quickly in winter. We have it set to come on at 06:30 until 07:00 every morning and this is enough to make the living room very warm for us waking up. I have found there to be little to no noise from this even when heating up and cooling down, the odd little click here and there is very acceptable in my opinion.
Overall it’s exactly what we wanted and it does the job very well and is worth every penny.

Bought this to take the chill off my sons room which is always the coldest in the house.
Seems to work well, have linked it to Alexa and set up some schedules for it.
Sometimes it doesn’t seem to have come on, however, I cannot guarantee that this is because someone else has been playing with it.
Likely to be expensive to run long term compared to radiators but only plan to have it going for a few hours a day during colder months.
Definitely a nice looking stop gap and can see it working well for those without working gas or oil powered radiators.

Bought this for my living room in my new place which doesn’t have central heating. Warms up the room (which is pretty large at around 20 sqm) in about 30-40 minutes from 16 to 22 degrees. Remote does not have 2m range at all as far as I can tell (I have to stand near the heater and point it) but the phone app is easy to install and set up and I can turn the heater on or off from anywhere in the house. I haven’t tried the program function yet but I’m sure it will be easy enough if I ever do want to use it.

Heater looks great and heats the room quickly, biggest problem is that the WiFi connection only works on 2.4ghz so the WiFi features are useless for me because my WiFi is 5ghz

We have installed it in our loft conversion bedroom so the WiFi is a really useful feature in being able to turn it off and on without having to climb the stairs.
Had an electrician to fit it so cannot really comment on that subject but they did not mention any difficulties and setting up the WiFi was a little difficult but got there in the end.
Only negative for me is that its not as slimline as i would have liked.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersGood looking panel at a good price. I purchased this unit as I wanted to be able to set schedules in an App and also control with Alexa.
The initial WIFI setup was a little awkward due to only supporting 2.4 Wifi and I have dual band, but easily resolved if you know how control your Wifi access point.
Alexa detected the device automatically which was good / easy. Make sure to rename your heater in the Alexa App to make it easier to make reference to it… “Alexa turn on XXXX”
I used the recommended Smart Life App to set up control and schedule. I created Smart routines to turn on/off at specified times. CAUTION – When turning on and setting a temperature, I needed to separate out steps and add a short pause between. eg Turn on. pause 10 secs. Set Temp to 20C. Pause 10S. Set Mode to High. If I tried to do this on one step then it would just turn on and ignore the other settings. This was important for me as I also use the smart settings to raise / lower the temperature at certain time. Finally an scheduled OFF each day to avoid accidentally leaving it turned on.
End result very easy to control via App and Alexa. I’ve never needed to use the buttons on the device.

I’m really confused with some of the earlier reviews around complexity of WIFI functionality.
From taking it out the box to setting the temperature through the App on my phone it genuinely took 30 mins.
Like most folk I’m working from home now,
got a 30 square metre office which is toasty when I come in in the morning using the timer. Its set 15mins in advance and thats all it needs to heat place up.
I’ve only had a fortnight so dont know about longevity but so far looks great, easy to use can’t ask for more.

I purchased this panel heater for the front room to save putting the central heating on and wasting heat on rooms not being used. It’s more pleasing on the eye than a conventional heater which is a big plus point for a front room.
It’s fairly easy to set up manually using either the remote or touch controls at the top right-hand corner of the panel. The only problem occurs when you try to set the Wi-Fi up – it just wouldn’t connect. After downloading the app and countless attempts I finally managed to connect, I think with more good luck than judgement, to my phone (android). The next day I lost Wi-Fi connection due to messing around with the controls and had to go through the same rigmarole again.
I think the best way to use the heater is either manually or Wi-Fi, one or the other but don’t try to mix the two. Once it’s connected to your phone that’s all you need.
I would have given a 5 star rating but for the Wi-Fi problem and also the manual doesn’t explain that the upper temperature set point is two degrees higher than the one you set i.e. if you set the temperature to 21 it will knock off at 23 until the temperature drops back to 21 and turn back on again.

Golden Review Award: 19 From Our UsersIll start by saying the functionality of this radiator and what you can get from it solely depends on the effort you put in to setting up and your knowledge of home automation.

Out of the box the radiator is simple by design and looks smart but unfortunately the enthusiasm go down from here (for now).

Connecting to the WiFi requires you to disable your 5ghz network (assuming your 2.4 ghz is the same SSID etc), which is a nuisance. Once this was done it connected straight away with no issues (your 5ghz can come back on now) and it connects first time every time regardless of its location, yay!!

The APP! For me this is disappointing, don’t get me wrong you can control all of the functions but its not intuitive for a non technical person. Now this is a shame because there is a lot of functionality hidden in the app you just need to pull it out. A revision of the app would make this a 5 star product.

Once you’ve got your head around the app linking with Alexa (or other automation software), there are some great routines you can create as it seems to communicate well with 3rd party apps.

One thing I really like about this radiator and why I bought it was the two power output options (750w or 1500w). I use this to heat an outdoor office (cabin), now having a large/powerful radiator causes it to heat too quickly and the temperature swing higher than requested making it difficult to regulate. But having a small radiator means it can take a while to heat in winter. This can be set to vary its power output (high or low) based on the weather and outside temperature using routines which overcomes my issue, this is great but not straight forward to set up.

So to conclude…. if you are fairly tech savvy and can get over the fiddly setup this is actually very good and I would recommend it. The app and setup however could be better and this let its down a little hence 4 stars.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI’ve this heater and when on economy setting, my smart meter was only reading 9p per hour. When on full power it was reading 38p per hour.
I have struggled to connect through WiFi as your Internet needs to be running at 2.5ghz which my partner was worrying would effect the rest of the tech in the house. But you can set timer etc on actual heater. Anyway great buy and worth the money

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this for my son’s bedroom when his electric wall radiator wasn’t working properly.
He absolutely loves it! He has used it on the stand rather than wall mount it but likes that it is so slim. He says the warmth is instantaneous and likes that it can be controlled via his phone. He sets the thermostat and keeps the heat to a constant temperature. He is so pleased with this heating panel that he wants to replace the electric radiator with this instead.
One point to consider if you like to sleep in a completely dark room is that the temperature is lit up digitally on the panel. I’m not certain if this can be turned off somehow?
Really pleased with his good opinion of this as I have invested in infrared heaters for my property and haven’t known anyone else who has them.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought three of the 1000W version of this heater for different locations about the house. The one I use most is in my small study where it keeps the room warm without having to turn on the entire heating system for the house. This has been very useful while working almost entirely from home during the current unpleasantness and here the ability to set up a schedule using WiFi has been especially valuable. I particularly like that it has a thermostat calibrated in Celsius (which seems fairly accurate) and low- and high-power settings as well as an anti-frost setting (which I use on one of the other units in my unheated porch).

I have all mine attached to walls in order to save space. They are fairly easy to install, though getting the mounting brackets exactly level can be tricky. A handy tip: if the heater is not quite level an adjustment of a few mm is easily made by taking a hacksaw to the slit in one of the mounting brackets. I’ve hung onto the feet as dismounting the heater from the wall to use temporarily elsewhere should be easy, as they just lift off the wall brackets.

As convectors go, they look good. They can be controlled either from the front panel, a small remote controller (supplied) or via Wifi from an app. The WiFi can be a bit tedious to connect, I found that using the option involving inputting the password worked fine. Once done the connection is stable.

Overall, very happy with these heaters.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI bought 3 of these thinking that I would need all of them for my lounge diner (which has zero heating in) but I’ve been pleasantly surprised to find I only need 2.
They work brilliantly. Easy to connect to the WiFi and use with my Alexa setup. I don’t really use the remotes so can’t comment on that.
The heaters are stylish and look great on the wall (though I’ve been asked why I’ve got 2 tv’s low down on the walls!!)
The lit up temperature numbers can’t be adjusted in brightness so probably not ideal for someone who likes a very dark room (thinking mainly bedrooms).
Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchases.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersSo many people on the reviews saying it is expensive to run, well of course it is that’s how electricity works, so blaming the appliance for this seem a little silly! However the heater is good however does struggle to heat up a room within the specs when it is really cold for example under 3 degrees! However the controls easy to use and works perfectly with the Alexa app! I found it easy to set up with no issues! Overall very happy with this heater and looks good too!

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersLove this heater. Buying another now for the study as this gives out so much heat compared to our oil filled radiators!

Love the Wifi control and I can set a timer to come on and off as required, or just put heater on an hour before I arrive home to ensure comfortable temp on arrival.

Currently using this one in our conservatory and where before we used to have to close the doors due to the cold, the door now remains open all the time. Has kept the condensation at bay through the nights now as we set this for a steady 17 degrees overnight.

A little tricky to fit to walk but nothing too taxing – just need a level to ensure pencil markings are level.

Once in place though it looks great, and delivers!

Not sure about economic benefit yet as not seen bills for comparison but for the sake of a slightly higher bill, this heater has been a game changer in the conservatory so will happily pay more for the steady balanced heat flow and fine looking unit – but like a space age tv but worth every penny as far as I can see.

Only one slight concern would be around young children with the glass front and mounting low of the walls as from previous experience with twins, they can be a little unpredictable and like to bounce off walls! Whilst I believe it’s a toughened glass, and doesn’t get hot it would be one to think about.

Our boys are 9 now so not a concern but something to bear in mind and possibly mount higher?

    Overall, very happy with purchase.

Very happy with purchase. Fantastic heater in warmth, design and ease of use

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersWarms the room .. ok , looks good even though thicker than I expected. WIFI wasn’t the easiest to set up , tried for 30 minutes and gave up. Tried next day and it connected straight away .. strange. Only issue I have found is it turns on an off every time I use my LG tv remote control which is rather annoying

Golden Review Award: 38 From Our UsersStart with the good, this is a smart looking heater, heats up quickly, has good heat output and being able to control it remotely is a real plus for me as it’s in an outside office. With a plug and easy wall mount kit it was in and working in minutes.
The large bright display can’t be turned off! A plus for me as it means I can see the temperature from the house, but if you are using this in a bedroom or anywhere you don’t want big blue numbers don’t buy this heater.
Flaws are around the functionality, the wi-fi setup is hit and miss if I turn the heater off it never reconnects to the wi-fi without a reset and start again. Once on the wi-fi the app is easy to control the heater, the controls on the front beyond the on/off button make no sense at all, want to turn the temperature up? Up arrow surely, but no that changes the mode! I gave up and control it only from the phone. The thermostat is odd, rather than cutting out when it reaches the required temperature it comes on when the temperature drops to the target, then heats up to +2 degrees. Once you understand you just turn it down to -1 degree below what you want, but strange piece of programming, Finally the timer function is very basic making it useless for me, you can only set on and off not set the mode or choose the temperature. So if that is your requirement, buy a basic heater and a timer plug.

I’m very happy with this heater, but with the price premium for a “smart” heater, I expected it to be a lot smarter.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’m happy with the heater and can’t comment on the cost to run although this seems to be an issue for others so worth considering before purchasing. It heats up my 3.5m by 2.5m outhouse really effectively. The only issue I had was the display which was a little blurred for the illumination of the buttons. The temperature display was fine. That’s why I can only rate it 4 stars. Otherwise decent value, slim and excellent quality.

Golden Review Award: 35 From Our UsersThis is a cracking panel heater! I needed a heater for my home that was easy to set up and control with Alexa which this was. Received this panel heater with prime delivery and had it working within 24 hours after purchase. Once I’d set up the heater with the weekly timer via the app, I left it to do its magic. Within minutes, the room was lovely and warm. I’ve had a bad experience with electric heater before but not a single issue with this heater. It’s effective, good looking and has great features for the price.
