Arrived promptly, easy to assemble. However, with ours the “computer” failed to operate. Customer service was excellent, promptly dispatched replacement, & wiring to sensor. Clear video instructions. Excellent service. Bike is very smooth, feels solid and well built.
Easy to assemble, has rollers at one end to help move around. It’s sturdy and best of all, it’s a proper magnet resistance spinner, so it’s rather quiet. You can ride like a nutter on this while reading or watching TV with negligible noise from the bike. Jubbly!
It was easy to assemble with clear instructions and hasn’t disappointed in performance.
Good sturdy bike, nothing feels flimsy, except for maybe the trip computer but that still is fit for purpose. No regrets having chosen this one.
This bike was bought for my son who needs to get more mobile and lose some weight. We chose this item for its maximum weight capacity. The foot straps/guards are awkward to use so had to take them off. They are not made for wide feet! Another niggle is the handle bars do not adjust. He could have done with something a little more upright. That was our mistake but if anyone who, like him wants to lose several inches around the middle, the position is uncomfortable. The bike itself is great. Very sturdy, smooth running and looks smart. Would recommend as long as you haven’t got a rather large tum.
So I recently bought this exercise bike for my daughter who decided to get in shape. Gotta say, I’m pretty happy with the purchase, and she seems to love it.
What’s cool about this bike is how easy it is to move. It’s got these wheels built-in, so you can just roll it wherever you need. Super handy in the house.
The bike’s really stable and well-made, which means it’s safe and comfy to use. My daughter can work out without worrying about the bike wobbling or moving around.
The drink holder might seem like a small thing, but it’s actually pretty neat. My daughter appreciates being able to keep her drink close during tough workouts.
My daughter’s been feeling fitter and healthier since she started using this bike regularly. It’s a good sign that the bike does its job well.
All in all, this exercise bike was a great buy. It’s easy to use, move around, and it gets the job done. My daughter’s happy with it, and for me, that’s the best kind of approval.
Lovely bike and easy to assemble.
Very good communication from seller when I had issue with my pedal after putting together.
Seller sent me replacement part as soon as possible.
Points to bear in mind: when option given to bring up to a room of your choice, this is actually not available.
Also seat is a little uncomfortable but you can easily buy seat padding to resolve that issue as lots avaible on amazon.
Lastly, if you do need any parts replacing….you may need extra tools as the when you receive the bike most parts/the main body with crank is in place.
Thank you for reading and hope that was helpful!
Very impressed with this exercise bike, it was easy to assemble, and you can move it around quite easily. Pedalling is very smooth and quiet. The monitor is basic and loose wires need to be clipped together to tidy it up. Well worth the money in my opinion.
I am 186 cm (6’1″) and 125 kg
I was a little concerned about the rigidity and size of this bike. I needn’t have been.
It’s well made, solid and stable.
Bought to aid movement after knee replacement. Certainly doing the trick.
Very pleased I opted for this one.
I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy and well constructed this bike is. Pretty simply to put together (but it helps to have a second person to hold some of the parts which are quite heavy) but once its done it is virtually silent with no squeaks or creaks and the belt drive is smooth & quiet. The saddle is ok but I might upgrade it at some stage in the future. The data screen is fairly basic but gives you all of the info that you require. A really good purchase – particularly as I got it during a flash sale – and now I’m cycling 20+ miles a week!
This bike was really good for 6 months , then came a knocking around peddles don’t know if it was bearings or shaft
Asked for a repair or straight replacement but couldn’t get either had to have a refund .Looks like bike is sold out everywhere I look now shame
I notice in the information it says it offers a 12month part’s replacement, well I couldn’t get this only a refund so false informatio
After going through tons of reviews from
Different manufacturers I chose Dripex exercise bikes .
1. Bike looks amazing and for the price top
Notch . Built is super sturdy .
2. Assembly was an easy walk but would require 2 person to do so . I say it easy as my 14 year old assembled it and I only helped tighten the nuts and bolts ,lift where required .
3. It has good resistance and though I am not a professional it is difficult to cycle at max level for me at least . The resistance is achieved using a knob rotated in either + for more tension or – For smoother cycling .
4. For those with height less than 5 feet , cycling for long could be a stretch so pls bear in mind .
5. There is practically no noise and truly
Silent at max resistance .
Only 1 problem exists and the handle bar wobbles very very slightly and is due to a gap in the fitting as it is held in position using a bolt to give you the flexibility to
Raise or lower the height . The gap all around the handle is about 2mm and oval In shape can be easily plugged and going to do that using a foam Material to prevent wear and tear than anything else .
I am very pleased and highly recommend it . The cycle has 1 year warranty too .
Writing this review as an experienced road cyclist and spinner.
This is a fab bike for the money – robust, smooth and silent. I tend to do apple cycle fitness classes with an Apple Watch so I don’t really need the functions on the bike computer included. The bike was straightforward to put together (all tools provided and most screws etc already in the required holes for you) and I used some spare SPD pedals so I can use my road cycling shoes on it.
Having used it, I did think it was worth noting a few things to help you decide if it’s right for you:
1. There is no RPM sensor. This is probably the thing I will miss most as many spin lessons rely on knowing this. I am getting round it for now by relying on the beat of the music or matching leg speed to the instructor. I may attach a basic old bike computer with an RPM sensor though. These are cheap to pick up if you want a VFM solution.
2. Similarly,, you may be used to a resistance knob with preloaded levels (10%, 20% etc) from a spin bike in a gym. Here, you need to turn a knob with no markings. Again, it’s not a big issue (it’s 3 turns for me to move between easy/moderate/hard/all out) and I can calibrate it by heart rate on my iPad.
3. The handlebars don’t allow for a time trial position. If you spin in this position a lot, you will need a different bike.
4. Attach the bike computer at a shallow angle if you want to fit an iPad on the tray. If it is too upright, the iPad won’t fit. Parallel with the handlebars is about right and is still readable at that angle.
5. I think the speed and distance on the computer is about right (I covered c.12 miles at 17 mph in 45 minutes, which is not far off if possibly a little on the generous side!).
6. I am just under 6′ and I needed the seat post on its highest level. That said, I am used to the high seat position on a road bike. I think you may struggle on this bike if you are over 6’1. The seat itself was comfy and about the right level of padding for me.
If you can live with these issues, the bike is an absolute bargain at about 1/5 the cost of a peloton or watt bike. If you want the convenience factors that are missing, you’ll need to look at a higher priced bike.
Thanks for reading!
I’ve been researching indoor bikes for a while, ranging from pelaton/Apex to foldable bikes and finally settled on this one.
Arrived quicker than expected (by 2 days) and after getting to grips with the instructions, it was relatively simple to set up with just one person (you might need two people, or unbox and carry pieces individually as the box is heavy)
Once put up, I was happy with the size of the bike, not taking up too much room and easily storable when not in use.
The feel of the bike itself is quite smooth, and quiet, which is a bonus if you’re doing late night/early morning sessions & there are other people in the house still asleep (lucky them!)
As expected, it takes a bit of time to set up the handle bar and seat for your own comfort. I like quite a high handle bar, so set to max and adjusted the seat accordingly.
The pedals areokay. I will be looking at getting them changed at some point. The cage restricts how far you can put your foot in, and the fastening system is a bit fiddly, but I expect once you’ve got them to the correct width for your feet, it might get easier.
Overall, a good purchase. I’m mainly using this to simulate my commute when I’m working from home instead of the office, and it’s convenient to have it in the house so I can get on, “commute”, shower and get ready for the day.
I’ve got a monitor mounted so I can watch YouTube/Netflix on more leisurely cycles/to keep my from watching the included tracker.
Easy to assemble or disassemble if you need to move. It’s a sturdy bike, no wobbling.
I’ve replaced the pedals after they destroyed 2 pairsr of shoes. Replaced the seat after 3 months, wasn’t the most comfortable but was okay with padded shorts, but it was showing damage,
Other than that a year on its still working well.
I’m more of a runner but wanted something to use during inclement weather, and this bike ticks the box. Well made, robust and quiet when in use. Only very minor issue, it is heavy so not easily moved around the house.
Very happy with my purchase.
Having posted a previous review stating that this is an excellent exercise bike the bike developed a couple of non critical problems (sheared bolt and stuck seat handle). In both instances Driplex’s customer support was truly excellent in resolving the issues within a couple of day for which I can not praise them enough. All emails were replying to in a timely fashion and they did what they promised.
When looking for the right, affordable and efficient exercise bike my research always led to this one. Item arrived in a large heavy box, my first thought was ‘this is going to be a stressful assembly ‘. How wrong I was. Took no longer than half an hour! Only small complaint!!! Packaging lol. I know it is necessary for transport reasons but I detest polystyrene. Not through environmental reasons. Just the touch of the bloody stuff!!
Overall 4 stars..,….. very well make pretty heavy and solid so no issues about wobbling…….. negatives suited for those who are under 61 ft….. possible 62 ..,. it’s states for people 63 not a chance…….. I had to drill a extra hole in the seat Holder right at the bottom to get round this issue I’m 64 with trainer’s on and it’s did solve this only The monitor basically is a waste off Time ….. positives……. Tablet holder brilliant seat very comfortable seat adjustment very good ….. assembly instructions very good only took 30 mins to build fly wheel brilliant everything etc really good.
Good exercise bike, good price and easy to assemble. Slightly damaged due to transportation but the company soon put this right and to be fair it wasn’t their fault. Bike itself is good to ride and the magnetic resistance is easy to manage. I am 61 so I only want to keep up a reasonable degree of fitness and this bike fits the bill. Would recommend.
Very easy and straightforward to build. Solid piece of exercise equipment, very sturdy and well made. We are over the moon with it, superb purchase.
I purchased this bike last year in the depth of lockdown. Both my partner and me are keen cyclist and spin at a local gym in bad weather.
The bike has been frequently used by us, and so far so good. It does everting it promised on its spec and it is in fact beyond our expectations, it has been faultless. It was very easy to assemble with minimal work and it is very easy to operate, just popping on it and it is ready to go. I am pleased that the legs are sufficient wide with no wobbling that you get from the cheaper and smaller spin bikes. The bike was really well built, strong and sturdy, I am more than confident to push myself on the bike. The height of the bike seat is adjustable which can be tailored to most heights. We placed the bike in our garage considering its size, you can fit it inside of your house with no worry of noises as it is very quiet.
If you are looking for a comfortable yet decent bike, look no further.
This bike surprised me, it is heavily built, easy to move, pretty compact and the magnetic brake offers a good range of effort.
The bottle holder is not worth the plastic it’s made from but thats a very minor point. The saddle looks ok but feels pretty uncomfortable, we may replace this after some use as it may just be us not being used to it, luckily they use a std mount for the saddle.
The computer is ok but thats about it – it’s a scanning display so you can only see one metric at a time, a multi-display would be far better and probably not add to the cost.
I’m 6’1″ and fit ok but the wife is 5’2″ and struggles a little to get on or off, it does seem to be a fairly high bike, you can’t set it like a normal peddle bike where your toes touch the ground.
Overall I think its good value.
This is my first indoor bike and for the money I’m really happy with it. It’s built well, silent to use and perfect for doing Les Mills classes at home.
Easy to assemble/adjust/manoeuvre. Comfortable seat. Looks as good as expensive alternatives.
I’ve had my eye on this bike for a while, mostly because of the reviews. In the end, I dismissed the one or two negative points and went for it. I’m glad I did. 🙂
Good points: It’s solidly built. You only need 4 locknut-like bolts and 2 threaded knobs for keeping the handlebars held into position and the seat post also locked into place. Everything you need is provided for you. 😉
Beware of points: Leave the labels on the crank arms — where you screw in your pedals. Do this, until you’re ready to screw them in as so; R for clockwise and L for anti-clockwise.
Not-so-great-points: That monitor that comes with it is naff. LOL But you won’t be able to do much with it, except wait for the display to go through each of the sequenced parameters like, Time, Speed, Distance, etc. Though, not perhaps in that order. It’s a bit like waiting for a bus. Nothing comes along for a while, then all 3 (perameters) turn up almost at once. LOL
Bad points: That drinks holder is rubbish… Yeah, I knew there was a reason why I had to log onto Amazon. :/
My aim is to build up the time on this bike after doing likewise on the treadmill and then, finding the time to actually go cycling and walking for real. This is only after I’ve done all my other indoor exercises before going onto the treadmill and inbetween getting on this bike.
All-in-all, if you’re new to indoor exercise bikes then, this might not be such a bad idea. It isn’t cheap, but it will (I hope) give you years of pain. Er, I mean, enjoyment. LOL
Fantastic piece of kit. Very sturdy to hold my 23 stone weight. Very heavy resistance and generally very quiet although sometimes left peddle clicks when cycling fast.
I purchased this bike to help with the New Years resolution to be fitter and it was to supplement my existing gym equipment as we enjoy spin classes. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It’s a sturdy and well put together exercise bike with a good handlebar assembly and shelf upon which you can place an iPad or other tablet during your workout. The saddle and handlebars can be adjusted to suit your preference. I am approximately 6 feet in height and this bike comfortably accommodates me, my wife is a little shorted at 5ft 3in and she found that it was a little big for her height so just be aware of that if you plan to purchase it. Overall, this is a really impressive piece of gym kit at a very reasonable price and i would recommend it.
After much research of spin bikes I decided that this seemed to look like a decent, good value bike and so far I’m pleased with this purchase. I’ve been using it for the last month for 2-3 times a week les mills rpm classes in my lounge. And the bike does everything I would expect for a bike of this price. It isn’t the same quality as a studio bike with a value of 1-2k, but it is certainly sturdy, comfortable and functions well.
My one negative is that I can’t find a way to few the resistant when im moving between gears and have a gauge this for myself.
If a get a couple of years of regular use out if this bike I will be more than happy that I chose this over a more expensive (out of my budget) peleton or whattbike.
I bought this bike as I regularly attend spinning classes and wanted to use online classes. I’m six foot three and the bike was definitely too small for me. However the customer service team were very helpful and I was able to pass this bike onto a friend who is happy with it. It’s easy to install and performs well but make sure you check if you are quite tall or short.
Absolutely love this bike. It is very quiet, l can even use it upstairs and there is no sound carrying through to downstairs rooms. Lovely and smooth with plenty of resistance available. The seat is surprisingly comfortable. It is quite heavy to move as the wheels don’t work well on carpet, but this is as expected. It is nice and sturdy when cycling. I dropped a star as the tool packet was open and the tools and parts were loose in the packaging. A piece of plastic on the seat structure was broken which looked like this could have happened by one of the loose tools. Fortunately it hasn’t detracted from the look or working of the bike. I would highly recommend this exercise bike.
Got this bike thinking my brother would love it but in the end, due to lack of space in their apartment I had to get in touch with costumer service about returning it or some other alternative. From the moment I got in touch via message, they (Jane) has been very helpful (from start to finish), so that is the reason why I am giving 5 stars.
Bought this for my husband, an avid cyclist ! he is really impressed with the quality, design and loves the fact it is so quiet !. Took about an hour to assemble, so not to bad. Delivery was super quick. Excelle
The bike was easy to setup in one hour and around 35kg. It is almost perfect for the money except the handle bar that is a bit shaking but customer service (directly from China) was very professional and sent us some extra parts.
Bought this instead of a Peloton as I couldn’t justify the cost. Genuinely pleased by the quality, pop on a tablet with the Peloton app and you’re away!
Easy to assemble good instructions very well made built to last. A quality machine for the price. Very recommended.
Great bike! A very easy bike to put together which performs better than we hoped. It’s quiet, the resistance levels are more than enough for me and my partner, and the tracking of time, speed, distance and more are great for monitoring workouts. Would highly recommend this product!!
So this is actually a really decent indoor bike. I cycle outdoors regularly and was looking for an indoor solution for the winter to keep up my fitness. I typically cycle road, with an occasional gravel/MTB ride, and do this a couple of times a week at distances of 50-100 miles (15-18mph speeds) for typically 2-6 hour rides.
I’ve tried out quite a few indoor bikes over the past months trying to find something suitable, both spin bikes (magnetic & pad), indoor exercise bikes (programmable magnetic like the Kettler) and bike wheel trainers (like TacX). I liked the TacX but keeping the road bike indoors was a bit of a pain, so I wanted something similar in feel to the road bike but without the size or hassle. And I didn’t want to pay Peloton prices.
Aside from the TacX, this is the best sub-500 bike I have tried, alongside the JLL IC300Pro. I didn’t get on with the felt pad-type spin bikes – the felt pad didn’t feel like it was giving enough resistance of that they would last the course, and the indoor magnetic programmable fitness bikes just didn’t have the same feel, position or resistance as a road bike.
I decided to take a risk on this bike based on the user reviews. I have to say, so far it is doing very well – surprisingly well – with only a couple of minor niggles. Two months in, I’m using this bike 3-4 times a week and struggling to use it for more than an hour at a time, it’s quite intense and very good training for outdoor cycling.
It came well packaged, mostly fully built, and all you had to do was assemble the handlebars, pedals, 2x floor supports and put on the saddle and the computer. It was very easy to do and well thought out. It took me about a half hour to fully assemble, you didn’t need instructions (although they were provided) and all the tools were included.
The bike is exceptionally sturdy and well put together, and is able to take my height/weight easily (72kg / 177cm) even standing in the saddle and pedalling hard. Note that the bike weight is actually 40kg, not 150kg as stated in the Amazon description. The bike doesn’t rock at all and all the components are a good, tight fit so nothing rattles. The flywheel (10kg) is completely adequate and very smooth, although I do wonder if I will outgrow the flywheel as I get used to the bike – if you’re a very serious, fast cyclist, you may want to consider a heavier flywheel, but at the moment this is OK for me and is very smooth actioned, bringing enough resistance to match & improve my cadence/resistance on my road bike. I’m currently only using about 2/3 of the resistance range, and it’s very intense. The bike also does not require any electricity supply to use it either.
One thing I do like about this bike is that it is easy to replicate my positioning set-ups on my road and MTB bikes – so that I can train in exactly the same way and riding position indoors as I do outdoors. That really helps with my cycle fitness and prevents me from injuring my back again.
The bike is exceptionally quiet – absolutely no noise at all even on the strongest resistance settings – and the magnetic resistance works very well (there are no additional felt pads on this bike, as there are on other magnetic bikes, in order to improve the resistance). The bike also uses standard bike component sizes, so it is easy to change the saddle, pedals, water bottle holder, etc. to those readily available in cycle shops – I’ve already put on a road saddle and shimano SPD-SL cleat pedals on the bike so I can replicate my road bike setup. I’ve also had to replace the water bottle holder, the one provided lasted only a couple of hours of use.
Using the bike is very easy. The central knob turns clockwise/anticlockwise to change the resistance (roughly 7-8 full rotations min to max) and it does work well. The handlebars are also quite well thought out, you can use them racing-style, aero-style (sort of) with HR sensors, or upright – just like a road bike. They can adjust up & down only. The only negative point on the handlebars is that the tablet holder covers the aero-style part of the bars, so you can’t use both – it’s either-or. But the tablet/iOad holder is very useful for following spin class workouts. The pedals are smooth and do not freewheel, unlike a normal cycle, so you need to slow the bike down to a stop on the pedals when you want to get off. Resistance is actually good and applies smoothly when using the bike, and is easy to get used to when moving up/down in resistance to follow Spin/HIIT programmes. The feel of the bike isn’t *exactly* like being on a road bike, but it’s closer than all of the other indoor bike types I have tried at this price range(with the exception of the Tac-X, but thats because you are using your own bike on it) and as I said earlier, the bike is whisper-quiet so it’s easy to use it at any time of the day without causing a disturbance.
Other nice features – the tablet/iPad holder is useful, the tools provided are a nice touch plus the wheels on the front of the bike make it easy to move. It also looks aesthetically pleasing- not cheap – and the construction is very heavy duty.
I can’t comment on the pedals or the saddle provided since I haven’t used them. However they do look of decent quality.
So there are a few negatives, but these are not massive deal-breakers – just be aware of them.
The biggest problem is the computer supplied. It’s very basic, has poor instructions, is too large for the bike handlebars and not very accurate – this is because it takes the information from the pedals rather than the flywheel (see photo). It’s just a generic computer that doesn’t seem to be calibrated specifically for this bike, and also (bizarrely) because it is not obvious whether it is reporting in km or miles! Assuming it is reporting data in miles, it is within 20-30% accurate (I have worked this out by calculating the workout length x the cadence x the flywheel diameter and factored in typical bike gearing for a 700c road bike). This is backed up by putting a speed sensor on the flywheel and tracking the distance on a Garmin. So it’s usable for a rough idea of what you are doing in the gym, but lacks any accuracy, instructions or ability to use it into a useful external source (like a Garmin). Why the manufacturer couldn’t just build in a couple of ANT+/Bluetooth sensors to measure distance, speed and cadence instead of putting this computer into the package is beyond me – cost wise it would have been about the same, and would make this bike much more attractive to buyers. Plus the display computer is so big it takes up a load of handlebar space- it’s clearly a retrofit bodge solution. However, I have added a Coospo cadence sensor (from Amazon, 16) to the pedal and a speed sensor to the flywheel, which works well into a Garmin, and use that to estimate the speed/distance covered as if it were a road bike (you can’t use a speed sensor accurately on the flywheel because it does not have a hub). It’s also very useful for measuring your cadence so that you can spin along to spin bike workouts in YouTube. So it does track your HR, distance, speed, etc. but don’t necessarily rely on its accuracy.
Secondly, the flywheel. Its actually pretty good considering it’s only 10kg, very smooth, and actually provides decent resistance – but if you are a really serious cyclist looking to do serious training, it may be advisable looking at something with a heaver flywheel. So far though, I’m only using less than 2/3 of it’s range and I do club cycle the times a week. For this price point, for 95% of people, including myself at this point, this 10kg flywheel does the job fine. A couple of months in, I’m doing regular 30-60 min sessions on the bike, it is really building up my cycle fitness and giving me a better calorie workout than real cycling – and I’m only getting about 50-60% along the capable resistance range of the flywheel even at high burn programs, so it’s pretty good for resistance.
Other little niggles – the water bottle holder is pretty rubbish and doesn’t stay on for long, but this is easy to replace with a standard cycle water bottle holder.
Finally, longevity – i’m not sure how reliable these bikes are, and how easy it will be to get spares if anything goes wrong given its not a recognisable brand. I’ve asked the question about spares but got no reply – I’m thinking specifically of the drive belt, for example, so just bear this in mind if purchasing the bike.
Overall, though, this is a very good and sturdy bike, well thought out and put together – much better than I would have expected for this price (235 incl delivery I paid) and better than many alternatives I have tried – and unless you’re a very serious and exceptionally fast outdoor cyclist – in which case you’ll probably go for a wahoo-style trainer anyway – I think this will suit most indoor applications and requirements and gives you a very decent workout. It’s great value for money, smooth, the magnetic resistance works well and the bike is very solid, comfortable and configurable. For me it’s a useful winter cycling training bike when the weather gets bad, and I’d definitely recommend at this stage, although time will tell if the quality lasts over time.
Arrived ahead of schedule. Unpacking was frustrating, as though a 5yr old was let loose with a roll of sellotape. The shrink packed board with the tools and bolts was split and everything was just rattling around in the packaging. Some of the stickers were bubbling, peeling off, not a biggy, but. Took a while to get close to a comfy set up, but I still feel I can’t get the saddle to pedal alignment correct, without being a bit far from the handlebars. The magnetic friction works very well and the bike is near silent when in use. One thing to be really wary of, there are some very sharp edges on the side of the flywheel which I had to carefully take some emerycloth to, because if my dog, or a small child was to put flesh on it, they would have got a nasty cut.
Overall though, the bike is very sturdy without any wobbling, pretty heavy, but I think the bike is decent value for the price.
Came well packaged and looks amazing once set up.
The instruction booklet isn’t too bad to get this made but does take a good 30 mins to assemble but all the screws and spanners come with which is good.
Bike itself is sturdy and adjusting the speed, pedals and seat is very easy comes with the computer machine to show you the distance going at or how many calories burning. Slight downside is the iPad/iPhone holder feels a bit cheap plastic but does the job.
Price is bang on and would recommend if want to do some light or heavy spinning exercise at home.
One of the best customer services around. Could not fault them, quick response and extremely helpful which is very important, I have recommended friends and family. Thank you again for everything.
Very prompt delivery. Quick & easy to assemble. Only problem computer wasn’t working. Contacted Dripex who replied very quickly & traced fault to sensor wire connection inside bike frame. They sent a video which enabled us to fix the problem & all has been working fine since. Very pleased with the bike & ‘Jane’ in Customer Services.
At first, the instructions ‘did’ seem a bit daunting. BUT…….I think you stand a really good chance of putting it together ‘without’ the instructions, as it is straight forward?. Eg, it is obvious where the pedals go, and you are not going to put the handle bars above the pedals?. It IS very heavy though…very sturdy, but with wheels on the front support bar/stand, not ‘that difficult’ to move?. After that, it is a case of setting it up to suit the individual…..height of handle bars in respect to saddle position type thing?. Also, the saddle is heavilly padded, so doesn’t become uncomfortable, unlike bike seats I ‘used’ to ride on.
This is my third spin bike and I’m really pleased it is completely comfortable and feels very sturdy
Very fast delivery came before date they said and it ways very easy to set up
Ordered on Saturday arrived on Tuesday, 1 week before ETA. Very well packaged, very easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions, with tools supplied. Bike is very well made and very sturdy.
Now I can get peddling!! Highly recommend this bike.
After doing a lot of research online to find a bike that I could afford and one I could trust to be good quality, I was so happy that I came across this one. I received it a few weeks ago and have used it almost everyday since. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of it and how easy it was to assemble. It is also very sturdy too. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
Simple instructions to assemble the bike in 15 minutes. Easily adjustable to the difficulty level required and sturdy for intense exercise. No problem adjusting the seat for different people in our family. Highly recommend!
Very study bike. Extremely quiet in use. Didn’t realise how unfit I am. Use it each day.
Building:
We like keeping fit especially with this last years circumstances and you can see in one of the pictures our new exercise bike, in front of our existing running machine. We figured it would be much gentler on our joints – and it’s true. It’s much easier to exercise on the bike than the running machine.
It was a hot day when I put together the bike. Working in the warm, and not getting too hot it took about 30 minutes from opening the box to hopping on it.
The bike comes in a few main sections and has 3 well made steel tools to tighten the nuts and bolts that are located clearly in the instructions (shown in my pictures). You don’t need ANY other tools to assemble – just the ones it came with!
The bike already arrives in what looks like a mostly assembled condition – you’re not having to wiggle a fly wheel in to place, or add the belt yourself. That whole section is one piece.
What is separate is the handles, seat, seat bar, and the base bars. Some of these screw perminantly in place like the base bars. Others like the handlebars have an adjustable wheel that lets it be raised and lowered by hand after building. No tools required.
Note that there’s fixing-holes in both sliding bars that match up with the hand-held adjustment wheels. This ensures there’s NO possible slip when you’ve positioned them to your liking. You need to spend a second though ensuring they’re lined up when you tighten your bolt!
Construction:
The seat is fully adjustable for bums of any variety! It can be adjusted forward and back, as well as raised and lowered.
For someone as large as myself – you MAY find it a little hard. There’s bike seat cushions online that I’ve found sort out that issue really well. You can see the purple one in the pictures. (Not included with the bike!)
There’s NOTHING to get trapped in the bikes “spokes” or chain. The chain is a steel reinforced rubber belt held entirely encased in a plastic shield from the petals all the way to the flywheel. Not only is this almost silent – but baggy clothes don’t have anything to get caught on, or get dirty off (like oil).
The drinks holder can hold the extra long bottles, as you can see in my pictures.
The flywheel, longevity, emergency stop:
The resistance is a magnetic field made by a group of quality neodymium magnets that are located near the edge of the flywheel. The red resistance control moves the magnets closer for more resistance, and further away for less.
The bike’s resistance can go very high, like up a steep incline. On its minimum setting there’s still a little resistance so it’s not like you’re just wiggling your legs.
The “emergency stop” does NOT lock the wheel in place, which could cause all kinds of damage, rather it quickly places the magnets as close as they can go (never touching!) to the flywheel so it rapidly comes to a stop.
Because the resistance is magnetic, there’s no pads, grips, or clutches to wear out. Just the flywheel, belt, and pedals. All rotating silently. I love the design!
There’s a picture of them I’ve included.
The LCD readouts.
The readouts for the speed, duration of exercise, distance, calories and speed are accurate – the flywheels are made to millimetre accuracy, and so when a counting magnet goes past a sensor on the flywheel the bike knows exactly how far you’ve biked, and from that it’s just a bit of maths inside the display.
There’s also a pulse monitor you can use by holding the metal pads on the handlebars.
Overall I’m really happy with this bike, it’s silent, sturdy, and there’s plenty of resistanceas I get fitter – brill!
The bike is superb quality.
Simple to put together.
Whisper quiet.
If you want an exercise bike that mimics a road bike then this is for you.
Excellent price and great customer service.
My favorite exercise when I used to go to the gym was riding my bike. It’s really convenient. The size is just right. It won’t take up too much space, very easy to move around, speed adjustments are also simple.
Highly recommend.
The delivery was fast and bike was well packaged. Installation was relatively easy, it took me 30mins to put everything together without any problems.
The quality of this bike is excellent! I have been using it and had no issues. Seat height can be adjusted easily. The weight and resistance is really good. The exercise monitor is easy to read and gives you all the info you need.
Overall it’s a great bike!
I was very much looking forward to using the bike.
It was very well packaged .
Easy to put together.
Just a couple of issues , the stickers on the bike were coming off which obviously has no impact on performance.
The resistance is a little heavier than I expected as I had resistance in the off position , and the seat was slightly off, and goes down on the right side which is why the pic shows the left side being fuller.
I contacted the company I bought from and had a speedy response.
Although not very helpful….
I asked for a replacement seat and sent a picture of the one I have but they said
We have confirmed with our supplier and have been told that there would be a certain tolerance as the seat cushion is filled with elastic cotton. Meanwhile, it also has some deviation for the tension while sewing the cover.

If you have any further inquiry, please feel free to let us know.
So I have given up and will have to buy my own.
This was disappointing !!
I checked out so many reviews before buying too….
Took about 30 mins to put together – and once I did, it was time to ride and what and amazing bike this is, sturdy, great resistance, the little monitor helps you stay on track, husband loved it as well
Great bike for the price – very satisfied customers here
Also, a huge thank you to Jane in your customer service department for helping me track my bike that was a little delayed but she came through and bike was delivered a day after I got in touch 🙂
Bought this bike to replace a broken turbo trainer as a way of getting some cardio in my home.
I am very impressed with the bike overall, it feels sturdy with easy adjustments for seat height, seat depth and handlebar height, and spring loaded knobs which make it much quicker to use than full threaded knobs. Much easier for the whole family to adjust and use! Also the wheels make it super easy to move out of the way when the space is needed.
As someone who weighs over 100kg I was pleasantly surprised to find that this bike has no wobble in the seat post or handlebars at all when fully tightened, and overall the build quality is great. The bike has a heavy flywheel providing smooth resistance and momentum. Feels just like the far more expensive spin bikes at my commercial gym.
The resistance is finely tunable, with continuous progression allowing me to dial in my effort level precisely. The seat is fairly comfortable, as are the handlebars but nothing remarkable here.
My only gripe is that the computer is fairly basic, displaying only a single metric at a time. However the pulse measurement function is fantastic and allows me to hit the right cardio zone!
Overall, a great value addition to any home gym for someone looking for a spin bike.
I’m super happy and very motivated since I purchased this bike! It’s really steady and very efficient. Amazing to have the digital board, easy to use and set it. My old one didn’t and I feel a bit more motivated now that I can actually see how I am doing. Was very easy to install even for a women :). I have been using it for few days now and it feels amazing !!!
I did a fair amount of research before buying this bike. It was easy to assemble and looks really great. Unfortunately the particular bike I received was faulty with the flywheel sitting off centre and one of the chain cover panels loose. The seller was exceptional in their support to resolve the problem and I can highly recommend them.
extremely helpful if you want to exercise at home because you don’t have time to go to a gym etc. , the seat is also adjustable so it is suitable to a variety of heights and the item doesn’t take up that much room in an average sized garage!
My boyfriend spend 10 minutes assembling it so I guess it is easy to do. I can’t wait to try it straight and I am so surprised of how quiet it is!! I m a gym girl. Maybe because of that I m pretty much used to the normal background noise, music together with other mechanical sound. I have to say this exercise bike doesn’t speak or talk, but only breath! I don’t hear any noise and that helps me to exercise anytime of the day without disturbing others.
I tried it for a quick twenty minutes and see how much I have been sweating! All my belly and back leg can feel it so good.
The digital display doesn’t come with pictures but only calories, heart beat and time information. All sent from the ongoing exercise I work on. All in all sturdy quality and slick design. 5 out of 5 for sure.
I put this just in front of my 80 inchs Sony bravia. Oh my life is amazing!
Received this product super fast. Packaged very well. Did not have instructions with mine but after contacting the seller they emailed me some within a few hours. Easy to put together. I’m small and weak and I managed on my own. I’m very happy with the quality, it’s great value for money. I have gone from a stationary upright bike to this and there is a big difference in the ride. It’s harder, heavier and so smooth. Anyone doing the same will definitely enjoy it. I’m 5 foot and the seat is in the lowest position possible and I still feel like a kid with a new bike, as my feet barely touch the ground but in terms of pedals and handlebars they are all at the correct positions for my height. The only problem I’ve had is a pedal cover on a bolt coming off during use which is no big deal, everything else is really sturdy.
Brilliant great product only down side is seat isn’t comfortable
The bike is very quiet and the adjustable resistance if very easy to adjust.
Excellent! Very happy with my Body Power spin bike! Arrived really quickly. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. I am delighted at how solid and secure I feel when spinning in my Conservatory. There has a great area to hold an iPad to watch workout videos. Great value bike!
Bike is excellent, sturdy, silent and excellent value for money.
Communication with seller was excellent.
Would 100% purchase from seller again with no hesitation.
There’s not much assembly to this bike, mist of it is prebuilt and it’s just a case of unscrewing bolts with the supplied tools and then securing the front and rear crossbars, the handlebars and saddle, then the pedals.
It’s a really strong and sturdy exercise bike with rotational knob to increase/decrease speeds and emergency stop.
Lots of settings for handle bars and saddle – I’m 5’6″ and have it on the lowest setting, so this should be great for taller people.
The pedals are metal with plastic toe posts and metal clips to adjust.
Lovely thick gel saddle and foam covered handle bars make for a comfortable ride with pulse counters built in.
The monitor can detect speed, time, distance travelled, calories burned and pulse rate and you can set up to scan through.
It has a convenient stand on the handlebars to rest your phone or tablet if you want to watch something while stationary. It comes with a bottle holder that attaches to the frame but no bottle.
It has castors on the front frame which helps to move it.
Fantastic value exercise/speed bike
It is very good exercise bike.We are lazy to go outside. So I bought this bikethen We can do exercise at home in anytime. The seat can be adjusted. And it is not noisy when I use it. Good choice.
Im so happy with this purchase. This exercise bike is very good quality, fast delivery and easy to build. It designed with transportation wheels so very convenient to move the bike around at my home. There is a LCD display and ipad holder,I like doing execise and enjoy music,or sometime move the bike to front of the TV.
Great resistance levels allowing to.push.myself.
There is a plastic holder which is very useful to put phone/ ipad and to follow any program.
Simple to put it together, great excercise equipme
Wanted a sturdy/solid indoor bicycle but in the same time super quiet as we live in an apartment and keeping the peace by exercising quietly is a must to maintain a peaceful life 🙂
This one does the job well. was easy to assemble given the instruction they provided. You can adjust the resistance easily (see picture no.3). It does not take up much space and is easy to move around too. Overall I’m very impressed with this bike, great purchase.
