I actually bought this for a litter of puppies. Its super sturdy, easy to clean and you can change the size/shape to suit your needs. Its heavy, unlike similar products which are lightweight and pups can easily chew the panels. Not with this one. If it can hold rowdy puppies, it will do the job with children.

Although we were very unsure about this purchase, the play pan worked out just fine. My lb is enjoy himself in safe environment and Mama can cook without worrying where is the baby. Definitely worth buying

Each panel has some strong suction cups to help secure on a hard floor. This is very good, but I still haven’t figured out how one could do the same on carpet. Not necessarily bad for us, but I can see how a lot of homes in the UK are carpeted…maybe I need to become a bit more creative!
Each single panel has a hole so children can peep through. There are no share corners or edges, as every panel is nicely rounded. The gate has a “locking mechanism” on top of a child proof safety latch.
The colours of the playpen are vivid, the sea animal theme is quite tasteful, as it is dominated by shapes of fishes and crabs in a multitude of colours.
Setting up is not necessarily easy, but it’s fun, as it can test your creative and building skills. One can think of a number of different shaped spaces to create, but most probably one will go for either a parallelogram / square or dodecagon. All one needs is to align the panels and then screw the pin in place. It does sound easy, but it’s not necessarily so in reality.
All in all, a very sturdy playpen of high quality in bright colours that can keep young ones happy for hours on end!

So this comes ready assembled straight out of the box. To stabilise it and choose your desired shape, you just twist a plastic screw tight in each panel then loosen to fold away if needed. So easy. The play pen is sturdy and can’t be pulled down by a climbing child. Perfect to keep a child safe and also easy to transport to the garden and use with blankets or foam mats. The panels are plastic to easy to wipe over and clean.
The gate has 2 locks one at the top and one at the bottom. Even if you little escape artist manages to figure out the top, they will not be able to reach the bottom!
Perfect for a puppy or little dog too if anyone is looking at these for dogs!
This was bought for a 10-month old baby who was growing faster than most, already able to stand! It is recommended to buy a foam mat to ensure safety of the wee tot.
The item is stable with the added plastic screw peripherals which require nothing but a twist to stabilise each part to remain in place. One of the parts is a gate of sorts that is child-proof, requiring a good tug to move and to push/pull the gate. It is quite big and gives the baby enough safe space to explore, and is not so hard as to injure them should they bonk their head against it in a fit of incomprehensible rage, fall of their own fault or other means.
Very quick and easy to put together and also can be adapted to different shapes to fit into corners etc ….
Big and sturdy. Easy to assemble. The door has two lach on it ,even my 2.5 year old cannot open the second lock. I thought it wll have more holes on the panels to see through . Good quality,arrived on time .
There is a gate to get in and out with an independent lock outside if you want to keep your littles ones in. There are numerous activities built in such as ‘peek a boo’ portals in fish and crab shapes to help with early learning. Moveable shapes and rollers.
An age range of 3mths to 3 years is perfect for us. It is very colourful with it’s undersea theme and the large size gives lots of possibilities for a more varied shape. You could leave some panels out to make it smaller or use it like a barrier to cordon off an area.
Building it is simple, just plug the hinges into the next panel. At the end of the day it packs flat for storage. The pack comes with instructions, spare suckers and stickers. Easy to clean and safe.
We have been very impressed with this playpen and activity centre which is ideal for our needs. Highly recommended!
