RoboVac 11S

The Super-Slim and Powerful RoboVac

Eliminate Vacuuming Chores

RoboVac takes on dust-busting around your home so you don’t have to. Multiple cleaning modes and auto-clean scheduling ensure an effortless, thorough clean while you relax.

Improved Cleaning

Refined from the inside and out to provide quiet vacuuming with zero hassle, RoboVac cleans with the equivalent sound of an operating microwave, and is only 2.85†tall to clean under low-hanging furniture with ease.

Lean, Mean, Cleaning Machine

RoboVac may be super-slim, but it’s packed with a 3-point cleaning system, BoostIQ technology, and up to 1300Pa of suction power to ensure your floors and carpets are clear of all dirt, dust, and crumbs.

Cleans Further

A larger 0.6L dustbin allows RoboVac to pick up more dirt and dust to take full advantage of 100 minutes** of continuous cleaning and without the need for emptying in between.

Premium Components

The anti-scratch tempered glass cover provides a sleek look and superior protection for RoboVac, while the triple-layer high-performance filter achieves a better clean for your home.

For Optimal Use:

– Use on low- to medium-pile carpets, tile, laminated, and hardwood floors. Not suitable for high-pile carpet and very dark-colored floors.

– Move cables out of the way to avoid entanglement. 5 cable ties are provided in the package to help you better organize wires and power cords.

Note:

*Compared to previous eufy RoboVac models.

**Standard suction mode (hardwood floors) provides approx. 100 minutes of cleaning. BoostIQ mode (carpeting) provides approximately 60 minutes of cleaning.

Max suction mode on medium-pile carpets provides approx. 50 minutes of cleaning

Please follow the instructions in the user manual when deciding the position of the Charging Base to ensure automatic recharging.

The use of Bounce Navigation means that RoboVac will follow a random path when cleaning. This method is still proven to cover an entire room over time.

I looked at lots of robot vacs and the array and price variability was massive. In the end I wanted a simple one with no app features and internet that you just put in a room and it does the job. Now I tidy while Eufy hoovers. Saves me a job and gets the floor very clean. It is random but it seems to get the job done very well and rarely gets stuck. I am very pleased

I bought this to replace a lefant that has battery issues. It does the job. Time will tell whether it lasts but good so far

I went online to buy an extra one for my daughter but overnight the price has gone up by 50%. Crazy hike. The seller then offers a discount but it’s still higher than my purchase price. SO a sale is lost as it feels like a marketing ploy!

Wasn’t expecting much for the money but I’m impressed overall. Gets in to some very tight spots and manages to get out again, vacuuming is OK and it’s very easy to operate.

My only negative is that on hard surfaces like stone and wood it’s very loud. It’s much quieter when on carpet. Too loud if you’re working. However, hard to knock for the money

This is the second brand of robot hoover I’ve tried and I find this Eufy is slightly better than the ILife I had before at less money.

    The ILife was 180
    Eufy 140

The battery lasts longer on this by maybe an extra half hour or more, all in it could do a full downstairs of a house on one charge, I live in a 1 bed bungalow and it manages the whole house on 1 charge.

The dust box is slightly bigger, I need to empty it once to do the whole House but we live on a farm and have 4 dogs so it gets a lot of debris.

In the video I’ve shook our dog beds out on the floor and you can see just how powerful the suction is.

    It’s a good item I would recommend.

It doesnt completely replace a hoover as it doesn’t get all the way into corners but it drastically reduces the need to hoover, I maybe only need to catch the bits it misses about once a month or once a fortnight, sometimes it does manage to get all the way into the corner, just not tight angles.

This is one of the best purchases i have ever made. Works really well, you just need to empty the dirt box and de-hair the brushes after each use (or before next) We have laminate floors over the complete ground floor and own a Golden Retriever and Ragdoll cat, the floors have never been so “Hair free” its great. Set the timer and it will do its job while you are asleep or while you are out.

Great little robot helper. This one is rated well in the tests I watched on YouTube

We have ours vacuum the living room nightly. Lovely to come down to in the morning

I decided to buy a robot vacuum cleaner because my son raved about his. I was convinced that it would be no more than a slightly disappointing gadget. I have had to concede that my eufy (love the name BTW!) exceeds all expectations and the misery of vacuuming is becoming a distant memory.

He is thorough and endearing and I could watch him for hours. He appears to have no rhyme or reason to how he vacuums and yet, give him 45 minutes and he’ll have the floor spick and span.
I have a laminate floor with 4 different rugs so my dogs don’t slip. He bumbles happily and busily over each one and gets up every hair and piece of dirt. An added bonus is that he gets under the sofa and ferrets out any bit of rubbish that’s somehow ended up under there.

Eufy doesn’t like wires or draped throws on the floor and he got himself caught on the edge of one of my mats that had the tiniest fray on it. My bad! I just ensure I pick up the mat and check wires and obstructions before setting him to work.

Having him is a delight and an incentive to clean up. I go around vacuuming behind the furniture he can’t get at whilst he does the lion’s share of the work. He’s really quiet and doesn’t freak the dogs out like a standard vacuum does, although one of them is a bit wary.

Although he’s solid and robust I do worry that he might not last – how would I manage without him? But his design seems so good that I see no reason to think he won’t go on and on. Everything is easily dismantled and cleaned and the filters and brushes are cheap to replace.

My one slight niggle would be the remote control. My partner has no issues with it but I find the direction controls annoying as they seem a bit inexact. So on the rare occasion that I want him in a specific place I’d rather save time and place him where I want him. His homing instincts, however, are spot on and he will happily meander back to his dock and recharge himself for the next outing. Its quite important to empty the dirt box after each job as its smallish and he does a thorough job so expect it to be fairly full.

I bought eufy on black Friday so he was exceptionally good value but if I’d known how good he is I’d have happily paid full price.

I use this every other day and am amazed how much dust and hair it collects in this time, I always turn it on just as I am leaving the house and it is so good to come home to clean floors and carpets.

This is my third robot cleaner, the first I loved but to buy another was too expensive, the second was useless and a waste of money… This one seems the best yet! Not over complicated so that things go wrong, cleans well and has had no issue going from carpet, to hard floor, too rugs and thick door mats. I have no issue with the noise and if I did it’s easy to make it quieter by turning the suction down, seems unnecessary as it’s not anywhere near as noisy as a normal cleaner. I’m very happy.

It’s an amazing little gadget . I take it to the rooms I need vacuuming, close the door and leave it to do it’s thing then empty waste and put back on charge . Granted , it can’t reach everywhere but it’s good to use for general cleans when you don’t need to pull all the furniture out . Definitely recommend , I couldn’t be without it now

The robovac is very good, we call ours Harriet and she trundles around quite happily (and randomly) sucking up most small bits. It’s not perfect, for example, it doesn’t seem to have much rhyme or reason as to the path it takes and sometimes does the same place repeatedly. It fills up quickly and things can go wrong. However, on two occasions I have had to contact customer service for replacement parts and they were brilliant, sending me replacements without charge. I have quite a few Eufy products now and they’re very good.

Great value for money. It has been much easier to keep the floor clean on the regular basis with little effort.
It has however a couple of issues: it pushes itself into gaps under the beds and gets stuck. It should have a sensor for the height allowance. Otherwise runs nicely.

I’ve had 5 or 6 different robot vacuums from other makers over the years, but since I got one of these I have binned the rest, these are by far the most effective and actually live up to the idea of an automatic vacuum, I have three Eufy robot vacuums covering most used areas of the house, perfect.

We bought this model months ago and were surprised how effective it is. We loved it so much we bought another so we have one downstairs and one upstairs.
The price varies hugely but if you monitor it you can get it lower.
You can’t use the app or connect to Alexa on this model as it is an entry model, but you can use the remote control to set times and ask for different levels of cleaning.
We love it. No dust bunnies under any of our furniture now and I haven’t vacuumed for months.
Easy to empty and clean without any fuss.
Cleaning tool included and spares easily available.
I have recommended them to all my friends.
The only downside, she doesn’t do stairs!

Oh my God! I love this robo vacuum cleaner. I have four kids, four cats and two dogs so it has to work hard but it really does a surprisingly decent job. It does take most of the charge to do the whole house so it’s on for the full run time but it’s well worth it.

Just wow! I was sceptical as to whether or not it would live up to the reviews but I’m sold! I bought the basic model to try before we purchase one of eufy’s hoover and mop versions. The picture is after a 15 minute clean of the edges of rooms downstairs! I hoover every day and this was still lurking in the corners. I clearly don’t hoover very well!! I am very impressed and wish I bought one sooner!

    Completely sold!

I also bought one of these for my mum who is 86 in order to help her with cleaning, she has been able to get to grips with it easily and uses the remote control more than I do which is ideal when you are not very mobile. I find it useful to use mid week when I’m busy with other things and can just put it on.

Rang me thrilled. Couldn’t believe how clean her floors were. Lovely to come downstairs in the morning with all floors spick and span and no dog hairs…timer on to hoover during night. Also impressed by the fact it goes under furniture to clean. Hope they produce one soon that can do the stairs!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSadly, while we were out, our Eufy robot vacuum came upon an accident created by the dog, diligently dragging around the entire floor. It says a lot that we spent two hours cleaning it. This vacuum had changed my life. We have two furry dogs and four people in the house. This machine just potters around cleaning up dog hair, crumbs, dust, mud and everything else it finds (tuck the laces into your shoes). You do have to empty it regularly, especially if you have dogs, but you don’t begrudge it because your floors are basically constant clean. A wonder.

This has turned out to be a great robo vacume cleaner. I cannot believe the suction power of this vac. The carpet seems incedibly clean after a few sessions yet it still manages to collect dust and small debris each time it is used. I have mine set on a regular schedule each day when Im not in and it always completes the whole flat thats 4 rooms with no problem at all. Its great to see it back in its charger when I return home with a wonderfully clean floor surface throughout the flat. I would thoroughly recommend this cleaner for anyone who wants to leave the less interesting parts of daily life to an expert machine that does a better job than most humans.

Like many people I don’t usually write reviews unless the product sucks 🙂
Got my Eufy 11S (Slim) back in March and it has been fabulous – Raved about it and my sister, my son and a couple of friends also get one, and they all agree.
It is now August and I had a problem with the front swivle wheel – it fell out and would not click back in. It says it is removable to clean, which I did but had difficulty removing – I must have done something 🙁
I contacted customer services, they asked for a video and agreed to replace the machine with a reconditioned one.
I sent my RoboVac back and they refunded my return postage and shipped the recon model the same day !!!!!

I got my replacement reconditioned model the next day, and it is like brand new – in fact pretty certain it is brand new.

I am now a happy camper !!! Customer services was brilliant, but the moral of this story is Get the 11S but do NOT try to remove the front swivle wheel 🙂

Don’t bother with the more expensive robovacs which connect to your phone – I just use it in auto mode 99.9% of the time – I set it to clean at 3am in the lounge, wood flooring. Works very well on carpets, but you do need to get the floor tidied up – it will suck up wires and sometimes will get stuck on low footed furniture.

Overall this is a brilliant buy – watch out the price does vary quite wildly on Amazon – sometimes it is 130 (inc VAT) others it is 185 (inc VAT) so I guess it is dependant on the stock level

    Happy cleaning 🙂

Excellent item. Suction power is great, handles dust and long hairs with no trouble at all. Remote control is easy to use, although I haven’t used all of the functions yet. I usually set it on Auto and off it goes. noise level is such that it can go around when at home without disruption. It has a good long charge and can do my 1 bedroom flat with all hard floors on one charge

My friend has had the same model for 3 years loves it. She has 2 dogs 3 cats etc. I got it on Amazon Prime day. It is the best. I am recommending and demo it to everyone who I can. Hated vacuuming and looked at light weight before bagless models too expensive. This is bagless fantastic on wood floor and mats. Carpets it takes a little longer but still does a good job. It Automatically on a chosen time comes out daily and i can get on with dusting. Or more likely a cup of tea and watch it do the job. Mines called Dave. I love technology especially when it works.

What an amazing cleaner! Only had it a fortnight but can’t imagine life before our Eufy. Must have very strong suction to pick up the dirt and cat hair that it does, power lasts long enough to do at least 4 rooms, easy to use the remote and what I like most is that it’s very light to carry upstairs. The carpets have never looked better as I set it going every day. I’ve not used the auto timer yet. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

We have had our Eufy about a week and we love it! We use it only on the ground floor of our house which is all laminate floor with a couple of door mats and one rug. The hoover effortlessly cleans these floors. The 90ish minute standard clean does the whole of the ground floor which consists a lounge, kitchen-diner, utility room, bathroom and hallway. We have pets and use it daily to keep the floors clear of pet hair. We wouldn’t be without it now.

Everyone needs a robot vacuum in their lives. But especially if you don’t have time to clean or just procrastinate a lot. We Can’t live without it any more, we use it everyday for our wooden floor 1 bed flat and it is a ma zing. I think it might not be suitable for thick carpets but it does the job on hard floors and the rugs. Use it everyday to maintain the house dust free. No need to do anything apart from emptying the container. Very recommended for disabled people.

    It’s good, but it’s not without flaws. I generally find it gets the job done, but a few things to note if you’re looking to buy this, so you know what to expect;

    – It can’t get into corners very well (as in concave corners- it does fine with corners such as table legs and furniture)
    – You can set a timer for when it starts up, but you can’t set how long it should run for, so it will keep going for as long as it has battery before making its way back. Which is overkill for my small home.
    – Its course correction isn’t the best. I often find it getting stuck under my table and chairs, because if it bumps into a chair leg, it course corrects too far, so it bumps into the next chair leg, etc etc until it’s rescued. Similar issue if it rides up onto the base of one of my cats’ scracthing posts, it will keep nudging back and forth a little without actually making any progress or going anywhere- a bit like that one scene in Austin Powers, but a bit less amusing
    – No geofencing. If you want it to clean one room, but not another, you have to either shut the door or place obstacles in its path.

Other than that, it cleans decently enough both on carpet and laminate, and has been a huge relief for me because my cats like to make sure the cat litter goes everywhere whenever they use the tray, so this is a solution that works for me. If you can afford to, I recommend going for something with slightly more advanced features, but if you can’t, and just want a simple cleaner, this will do the job!

I also recommend buying some googly eyes to stick on it and giving it a human name. It doesn’t change anything, but it makes it more affable if nothing else.

We got it because it was on deal, reviews were good and we thought it might help keep the living room cleaner. When you have two young kids and a dog, with all other chores on top, vacuuming isn’t always easy. I have to say I was impressed – it cleans quite well, even gets the small dust particles. The kids love it, the youngest always wants to press the button and look at it go ! Specially when he bumps into something and turns around xD
Eufy is now part of the family, it helps so much for such a small vacuum.

As a busy working mum with two very hairy dogs, the Eufy has been a god send! I just pop him on while I’m working away and let him do what he does best. I run ‘Rover’ in the morning and in the evening to keep on top of dust and pet hair, and have seen a noticeable improvement. Very easy to use and good value for money. The customer service from Eufy is also excellent. We had an issue with the original Eufy and they replaced it very quickly.

    This little vac is brilliant.
It’s quiet and does a good job. After reading reviews, which are good overall, I had a couple of reservations over it getting to the edges or not picking up as good as a normal vac. Happy to say I need not have worried. We have two hairy cats and a dog in a household of 5 people, so it can get quite messy. I set it to go downstairs yesterday after delivery and he’s happily bumbling about upstairs now. I do have some step changes between hard floor and carpet etc. Up to about 1cm in one room, he took it all in his stride. I’m very happy with the outcome.

Worth buying if you are going get one. Does exactly what says it does. Not really anything bad to say remote was slightly confusing as several buttons look like home but once you know you know. Slightly noisy but can still hear TV over it so not a problem.

Ace. Simple to set up and use. Only 4 stars for the noise-level volume; it is not silent but rather is quiet. Only 4 stars too ‘cos of the handset that is small and has very low contrast print on the buttons; likewise the printed handbook; low contras, printed grey on white print. I downloaded a pdf b/w copy to make life easier. But all that aside, I am very happy. I quickly understood the odd corner it found hard – like getting trapped in the fireplace and under the TV, but it was easy to resolve and prepare these areas when the vac is out and about. It now runs around downstairs in the early hours on its timer, and I leave it running about upstairs during the day when no one is around there. Amazed at how much it is picking up. My traditional vacuum skills are clearly ‘poor’!

I love, love, LOVE my Eufy robot vacuum cleaner! It does a fabulous job of clearing up the fur after my daughter’s labrador has visited, and keeps the floors clean and tidy on a nightly basis.

The side brushes do bend quite quickly but this is easily resolved by soaking them in boiling water for a couple of minutes.

It’s not too noisy either and my cat has got used to Eufy trundling around and puts up with it more than the Henry or Dyson cordless (which is now pretty much redundant).

Firstly I heard good reviews about the Eufy robovac so after months of deliberation I decided to take the plunge, first of all it picks up dust and hair I barely knew existed, with having a dog that sheds it’s a GOD SEND!! This magical piece of kit has to be the best thing I have purchased in so long, out did my expectations in all aspects, would recommend if you’re tired of dragging out a massive hoover everytime!

As any pet owner with a long haired dog will know regular vacuuming is essential to keep the pet hair and associated mud, bits of grass and other debris under control. If like me you’re not all that keen on this particular household chore then I can honestly recommend the Eufy 11s as a positive addition to your home. Bought in a moment of frustration (desperation?) after finding my dog had once again tracked half the Wiltshire countryside through the house I must admit to being very surprised at just how effective this little robot vacuum cleaner actually is. Super simple to set-up and use, it trundles happily across both carpets and rugs, navigating obstacles with no problems whatsoever. It can adjust its own power settings to give enhanced suction where needed, successfully avoids throwing itself down the stairs thanks to its drop sensors, and has a decent battery life to power its somewhat erratic but surprisingly endearing journeys around the home. One thing you do need to be aware of is its uncanny ability to find any stray wire or cable hiding under the sideboard, watching the little vacuum cleaner cheerfully dragging your wifi router behind it is best avoided if possible. If I had to offer one suggestions for improvement it would be nice to have the ability to program to length of time it can clean a room before returning to its charging station, as things stand it can be programmed to start cleaning at a particular time but will then just keep going until you either press the remote button to signal enough is enough or it senses its batteries are getting low. That said, given the strong performance for a relatively low cost this feature would be nice to have rather than essential. Finally, how does the dog react to it? I must admit this was a particular concern as my dog has a strong prey drive and I was initially concerned he would see this small robot as his arch nemesis. Fortunately, after a brief period of interest he pays it no attention whatsoever, maybe its the relatively slow speed or the surprisingly low amount of noise it makes but the two appear able to get along just fine.

I was slightly sceptical about how well this would work, but it was cheaper than a cordless hand held vacuum and offered the promise of doing all the hard work of pushing the vaccum around, so I thought I’d take a punt on it – and I’m so glad I did! It has far exceeded my expectations: it cleans at least as well as I would, and with no effort on my part: result – the floors get cleaned far more frequently and everything just looks that little bit better for it. You’ll need to move things like chairs so that it can properly get in and around crumb collection areas like underneath the dining table, but you’d also need to do that to clean properly with a handheld vacuum, so no disadvantage there. I find that for it to clean at the level I’d like I need to use it on the higher suction setting, but there appears plenty of battery capacity regardless of that, and ultimately I suspect that comes down to personal preference and floor type (carpets generally need more suction to achieve a good clean). It appears to navigate around obstacles very effectively, and doesn’t bash into things, which was a concern I had before I purchased it. And on the rare occasions when it does bump something the collision is gentle, so no damage has been caused. There are a number of different cleaning modes to choose from (such as single room, spot cleaning, edge cleaning) which cater for everything I have needed. Once its finished, or detects it’s battery is getting low it returns itself to its charger. This has worked well despite our rooms being quite cluttered and there not being the recommended ‘clear area’ on either side of the charger: it navigates back just fine regardless. To maintain suction I’ve been emptying the dust box after every clean, which I think is a sensible approach as the capacity of it isn’t huge. It’s approach to cleaning on the general setting is somewhat random, but it seems to cover everywhere despite having no discernable pattern to its cleaning. Rugs and similar obstructions don’t seem to present an obstacle provided that they’re not too high and don’t wrinkle up at the edges as the cleaner tries to climb on to them. The drop detection sensors work well – it can detect the drop at the top of the stairs and backs up immediately when it gets close. In use it is very quiet, particularly on the lower power setting, but even the higher one is very much quieter than any conventional vacuum I have owned previously. The only thing I can’t yet comment on is it’s long term durability, but it appears well made so I’m not expecting any problems. So, in summary, it does just what it claims, very effectively, and having started out as something of a sceptic I am now a total convert! So much so that I have just ordered a second model for my parents!

Loved the Eufy from the day we received it. Coped with our rugs and stone floor with ease.
After about 6 months one of the motors powering the brushes started to slip. We contacted Eufy and Bonnie, the customer support engineer, was so very helpful. She sorted a replacement within a week and checked not only that we had received it and it was working for us, but also followed up with a email a week later to make sure it was still working ok. I received excellent customer service on an this item and would recommend their products.

This product was so much better than I expected. I thought this was a bit of a gimmick and in all honesty it was just a purchase out of boredom. However, this vaccum really does work well! I even think it cleans better than my cordless stick vac.

For the price it is a no brainer, it saves time and cleans great on short carpet and wood. And the battery is amazing, mine was running for 1 hour and 20 minutes when I decided it had cleaned enough, and there was battery to spare!

Only thing to make it better would be phone connectivity, and the ability to set a schedule other than daily cleaning, every 3 days for example.

    Exceeds Expectations!!

This is a great little vacuum cleaner! The remote is easy to work, and the auto function is brilliant, allowing me to set the cleaner up to go off on its own every morning. It does a great job on the ground floor (hall, large living room, dining room, study, kitchen, utility room and cloakroom) within the battery time, then happily returns to its station, recharging itself ready for the next day. The manual says to empty it daily, but after the first couple of days I found that emptying every other day was fine. Having said that, we don’t have pets, so that would make a difference. Overall, a great little labour saving product, which for someone who has to use a crutch to get about, is a lifesaver!

I’ll start by saying that ours broke. One of the wheels jammed up. Why do I still give 5 start I hear you ask? The customer service I got directly from Eufy was second to none. It’s been a long time since I was treated so well and had a replacement sent out after a short bout of remote troubleshooting. Kudos Eufy support team!

The vacuum does an adequate job itself, it is the weakest in the range and does leave some larger particles behind but we bought it to take care of the bulk of the dust and gunk that gathers around with three children in the house and it does an admirable job at that.

We love our Eufy robovac. It’s great on the wood floors, rugs and carpets. I also want to mention the absolutely fantastic customer service- when the glass plate on top of the robovac was damaged (we don’t know how) I contacted the Eufy support team to see if it was possible for me to replace the glass. They instead kindly offered to replace our Robovac and couldn’t have been more helpful in organising the exchange. They kept me updated regularly via email and responded very quickly. Highly recommend. X

This is our second Eufy (over 6 years) and, with some very furry pets to hoover up after, she does a brilliant job. Perfect for under the bed and kitchen cupboard cleaning as well as general sweep of the house. You can’t even spot her as she is docked under a sideboard. We had an issue with a sudden noise recently and Eufy team were superb. Sorted it out straight away and followed up to check we were happy. Brilliant customer service!

Was sceptical but desperate as I have a home and a shop and simply didn’t get around to all the vacuuming. Bought through Amazon fully expecting to be disappointed but it’s efficient and simply amazing. My floors have never been so clean. My home is old Victorian cottage and has nooks crannies rugs and various floor levels. It navigates all this beautifully. It takes me 5 mins to clean her ,I’ve named her Irene, out and cut hair and threads from her brushes. She does upstairs in one day and downstairs the next while I’m at work. Now I need one for my shop!!!

First time buyer of this type of equipment, so I was quite skeptical at first. More importantly, my wife, as a committed Luddite was horrified that I’d made this purchase, though now, after a couple of months, we are both fully converted.
The pros: it gives a superb clean to the floor, both carpet and hard surfaces. You can schedule it to do its rounds during the night, so you won’t hear it (well, unless it comes near where you are sleeping) and essentially, it will eliminate your need to vacuum manually, which is excellent. Very easy to empty out and clean the moving parts and filter too.

Cons: It is very effective, so much so that it will need emptying fairly frequently – if you forget, however, it will trail dust and dirt around the place without stopping… not so good, but fairly minor. It is also quite loud, but again this is probably personal preferences as I don’t feel like it cleans sufficiently unless the suction is on high. Finally, and this may just be personal again – the brush constantly needs to be cleaned too, as it will pick up loads of my wife’s hair and get tangled up. Lastly, you’ll need to hide any wires away before letting it loose, as it has a tendency to suck these up and get tangled. All fairly minor gripes to be honest.

So yes, although there are some cons, the pros far outweigh them (for me). I’d 100% recommend.

Bought about 4 weeks ago and “Robbie” as we call him works well on our laminate and tiled floor and overcomes door bars with no issue. I use him daily while I walk the dog and it’s lovely to come home to a vacuumed floor. My husband thinks the pick up power is better than our Dyson.

We have a big dog and this product is great for it! However, after about a year of use, it has got very, very loud and noisy, so much I am considering replacing it or contacting the seller.
Either way, having a product like this is brilliant and once you get used to it becomes another essential helper in the house.

Has had a good work out and very impressed so far. Picks up a lot of stuff so you need to make sure you empty bin and clean brush regularly. Remote works well and if you follow the instructions, just shut in a room and let it get on with it, you too will be impressed. Also, as a Black Friday offer, it was a bargain.
UPDATE-Had it a year now and it is probably the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Can’t believe the stuff it picks up! Use it, and clean it (especially bin and filters), as per instructions and you too will be well impressed. UPDATE2-Runs daily on auto programme and works faultlessly. Great time saver.

This device does it all, but on top of that, the aftersales support I received was brilliant.

My machine, used daily, unfortunately developed a fault with a sensor. Originally purchased 8 monhs prior, I didn’t expect much from Anker/Eufy, however I emailed some photographs, product code and a video of the issue and they sent a replacement unit without hesitation. This has been followed up with emails from Anker to check that everything is alright.

In my experience, it is unusual to find an effective product at such a competitive price with this level of customer support. I am very happy with both the device and the level of customer service. I reccommend them both to you.

After using mine for a year now, it started to make an annoying noise. Not sure why but I can’t use it and do something else in the same time as I used to be able to do in a semi quiet environment.

I would advise you to go for the ones that also mop and have an upgrade. A bit more pricey but something you should consider

I am still using mine and it is still something that I always recommend its just that now I am dreaming about an upgrade and I’m taking revenge on this little one. It is a good vacuum cleaner nonetheless

It was my first robot vacuum and I was bit doubting if it works but it changed my life.
I didn’t like vacuuming before but now running quite frequently, I just turn on while I am away, doing something else, then my room is clean! I was surprised to see how much it catches when I opened the tank the first time, it really works.
Noise level is another thing I must mention, it’s super quiet! It makes little noise, but really nothing compare to normal vacuum. You don’t feel bothered to be in the same room.
This is one of the cheapest ones so can’t control much in details, have to block physically if there is area you don’t want it goes I think that’s the only thing missing and otherwise this product is all perfect. Now I vacuum mainly with this and got handy vacuum for small things. I won’t use the old heavy vacuum ever again!

Amazing. This RoboVac exceeded our expectations. It’s quiet, it works it’s way around the house intelligently and it really is amazing just how much dust and fluff it gathers up even after only a day between uses. Our ‘main’ vacuum is a dyson animal, which is a faff to get out and use, but the anker eufy 11s robovac has put an end to those hassles leaving us with more time to put our feet up and relax.

I bought model 11S, with remote but no wifi connectivity, had now for about 18 months.
Still performs well after this time, being used around 2x a week. I do regular weekly clean with “normal” vacuum as robot can’t get into all corners, but it still picks up a lot of fine dust and cat hair, which is a blessing! I love the fact i dont have to crawl to reach and clean under the beds anymore!
The downside is you have to scan the house for any cables and abandoned socks before it gets to work and the search. If it rides onto something slightly too high for it, it can get “beached”.
Also if it picks up larger item that partially block the hole it will start spitting some of the collected dirt, but won’t stop, so you end up with clumps of debris on its path.
Noise levels are fine, apart from when it bumps into hard things.
My cat loves “supervising” when it works.

Cooper (the super-scooper), as I’ve affectionately renamed him, is my vacuuming knight in shining armour! My floors have never been so crap-free and all with the touch of his belly button, I mean on-button!
He can get a little annoying sometimes, especially when he’s found his way under my desk but then loses the ability to get back out and my neighbours and colleagues/bosses think I’m yelling at a non-existent toddler! Or when he gets stuck on the door threshold and just sits there, demanding to be rescued in his squeaky-beeping voice.
That said, I do love him unconditionally

We ordered this after reading good reviews. We have a large tiled kitchen / dining / living room which was forever needing cleaned.
The Eufy was set to run during the night and did a great job. It was efficient and quiet in operation.
However, after 8 months, one of the bearings in a side brush became noisy.
I contacted Eufy Support, who were very quick to respond to my initial email and after requesting some more details from me, advised that they had despatched a replacement machine.
This arrived within 10 days of me raising the issue with Eufy Support. It is running as expected and we are delighted with it.
I know that issues can sometimes arise with products and it’s the manufacturer’s response which determines customer confidence.
Following our experiences with Eufy, we have purchased a second machine for our daughter.

This has exceeded my expectations of a robot vac. The house has wooden and stone floors, no carpets. This vacuum makes keeping them clean and dust free very easy. I run it every other day. For your first run follow it round to discover the wires etc which may snag it. Deal with those potential pitfalls and it will be happy. On that first run it may seem to struggle and get stuck particularly over changes in levels (eg wood to stone threshold) or on ikea pooang chair legs. But if you leave it alone it eventually works its way free. Wires (usb charger types) lyjng around are its nemesis. Remember to empty before each use (takes 20″). Brilliant bit of kit with the usual Anker/Eufy quality.

UPDATE: a small issue with the unit meant I contacted Eufy support. The response was extraordinarily helpful and my problem resolved. After a year of ownership of ‘Randy’ I am still very happy with his performance and the time he saves me.

Excellent robot vacuum cleaner. Very quiet and picks up really well. It misses the odd bit, but that’s to be expected. Collection box is pretty big for the size of the robot.

Only thing it doesn’t like is facing direct sunlight. It seems to affect the sensor. It stops running and the alarm kicks in. Fine when not really sunny or the blinds are closed.

Ultra slim, does exactly what you’d expect. Leaves it’s ‘home’, run around for an hour or 90mins vacuuming the entire floor and then returns home either when it’s out of juice or on instruction from the remote. We bought this on a special deal for 129 but it really has been so good that even purchasing at the full price would warrant it. It basically continues to pick up all that dirt, dust and hair that is always around on hard floorings. We have found it tackles our rugs well and glides over the thinner/medium ones well. It does try to mount ever stools and bench base we have but it soon works out it’s not getting anywhere with them! Cleaning is incredibly easy to do. It would be easier if it came with less filters and a larger waste collector. Can’t recommend it enough and bought another for upstairs.

I’m a lazy man. I’m also sceptical when it comes to gadgets and gizmos. So when a friend, who I’d consider quite fastidious, recommended this little blighter my ears pricked up. Cue, for me, an outrageous luxury!
So, is it easy unpack and assemble, yup. Easy to program, yup. Easy to empty the dust hopper and recharge? Yup and yup.
Easy to entirely forget about a mundane chore? Oh, Lordy, yup!
It scurries around with such merry intent so quietly and efficiently, a joy.
Only, I have had to Eufy proof the flat since it’s finding wires and cables I had no idea existed but, well, tidier overall!
    That’s it, my only gripe.
If you’re wondering why you paid for a vacuum that you don’t use and just, sorry, gathers dust then go crazy and get one of these. You don’t use it and it gathers dust. Nuff said.

If they make one that cleans the bathroom I’m in!

I can no longer manage carrying the vacuum cleaner upstairs to my bedroom with its big woolen carpet. I gave the room a good cleaning with my regular vacuum cleaner the day before this arrived. I also gave the carpet a steam clean. So I was amazed at how much fluff my robot vacuum managed to find on its first use. A side benefit is that it doesn’t terrify the cat as the conventional vacuum cleaner does. I’ve set it to an automatic daily vac and hope that this will create an unwelcome environment for the moths, with which I’ve been battling for years.

I have a dog and two cats so vacuuming is a constant battle. with this vacuum i just need to do a regular vacuum once a week.
i have mainly hard floors with rugs, one of them being quite thick but the vacuum has no problem getting over them.
with its auto schedule and self docking it needs no interference during its run time. although like any normal vacuum you need the floor surfaces clear of things it can suck up like cables and clothes etc. it won’t damage them but it will jam up the vacuum making it stranded in need of saving.

also we have one rug that has quite long “strands” (if that makes sense) which will also get caught up in the vacuum. so i don’t allow the vacuum to do that room.

i was unfortunate to have a few problems with my vacuum. customer support was really good though, like literally the best I’ve ever had. they helped me try to resolve the issues then when we couldn’t they arranged a new vacuum to be sent to me and i returned to old one at their expense. absolutely brilliant.

empty the dust/dirt chamber, clean the brushes regularly and change the filter when needed and it will last.

like i said i have multiple animals and this vacuum gets all the hair, dust and dirt up hassle free.

i was actually so impressed i told my partners parents about it and they bought one themselves.

all in all a great little vacuum

We love this Eufy, we cannot believe how much it picks up even when its being used every day. We have also bought this for our elderly parents where the big hoover wasn’t coming out very often as too heavy and bulky for them. We set it up on an auto cycle and it hoovers every day before they get up, they love it and can manage the remote even tough they are not technology minded. The tiled kitchen and bathroom looks like its been polished has a shine to it when finished. My Niece and Sister have both bought one after seeing it in action. Buy one you wont regret it.

2020 has been a year. As with many families we have spent a lot more time at home, meaning there was a constantly layer of garden debris, dust and dog hair. I have a shark upright vac, but the effort of getting that out, plugging it in and vacuuming every room twice a day was not really an option. It’s also very very noisy so I can’t do it once my small children are in bed.

This robovac keeps up to the house by low key travelling around our home. It’s not silent by any means but it’s quieter than my upright vac and you do seem to get used to it.

We have a Labrador and golden retriever and it picks up after them perfectly although please note that I only have tile and laminate to review it’s efficiency for pet hair. I have used the robovac on carpet upstairs, and it’s great on carpet, but I don’t have a significant amount of pet hair in our carpet as the dogs don’t come up there. So I can’t really make any claims.

I put it on in a morning and set the remote timer to do the home again at 4pm. So it’s clean when we return from work. This has worked for us. It takes it about an hour to do our open plan kitchen/ diner/ living area.

I don’t know how this compares to the 500+ models but I can’t think of anything more I could want it to do? The chamber carries a surprising amount. I empty it every morning. It will beep if it’s picked up anything it should not have (Seems to always be a sock in our house!) It’s fine going over rugs but it didn’t like our thin hallway runner. I put rug tape on the corners, and now it’s fine.

I have had this a month before writing the review as I wanted to give it time. All in all I’d highly recommend.

Best thing to happen to us this year!

Robot cleaner – Ok this sounds great. Easy to set up the Robot cleaner has a home base it returns to for charging.
The remote controller turns on and helps to set timers and forces return to home. You can have the Robot hovering at night or any time.

In our house the biggest problem was it couldn’t get under tables or through chair legs. Then the hoover was to high to get under sofas. So fro our kitchen, dining room, lounge it could only vacuum in the walk ways. So whilst it does do a good job in picking bits of our hard floors, we still needed to get the hoover out!! If it could get round the furniture better I would score it higher. Its not quite up to 2 dogs and 2 messy kids.

Fun but not practical it real life

Like many other reviewers I’m pleasantly surprised by this, charmed even, and haven’t encountered any of the issues people raise. 1. I don’t have a problem with the seemingly random movement because it needs to learn the space before it goes back and vacuums it all. 2. we have one very dark wall, which has been no problem for the sensors, and it hasn’t taken off any paint 3. The suction is fine and we have the lower spec 1300 Pa model – though it does chase some things round a bit before finally grabbing them.

My only issue is with the industrial design of the dust collector and filters. This is the one part of the machine you have to interact with regularly, and it is made of lots of plastic parts sandwiched together, making it fiddly to clean. The filter system seems like something out of a cheap PC Case Fan system with lots of plastic to get in the way of the airflow, and a finicky three part system of gauze, foam and filter.

I hope that for the next generation Eufy they simplify the design of this – single, bigger filter with better airflow. And easier reassembly/cleaning.

This is a great thing to have around the home. It not only can be used to Hoover up the dust etc that builds up each day but also, as it can be programmed to do so, it can motivate one to tidy up so it can do the whole floor without the usual mess getting in the way. The noise does bug some of the rest of the family but I’ll forgive it as it’s just doing its job! It’s easy to clean and empty and you can see how much has gathered up each day which would otherwise still be lying there probably!

Drop what you’re doing and buy this product. Especially if you’re like me. If you’re shedding hair at home, but you’re too lazy to hoover every other day.

It’s perfect if you’ve got a relatively clutter-free environment at home.

    Pros:
    * Good suction
    * Relatively inexpensive
    * Rarely gets stuck (just make sure you remove loose cables lying around)

    Cons:
    * Does not have smart navigation or environment mapping.
    * No wifi (not that you need it)

And to all not-single ladies out there: If you’ve got a hair-shedding unit (cat, dog, boyfriend) at home, this will give you a peace of mind so you can stop having nightmares about the hair.

My gf calls it “Gufy”, which I could recommend to the company as a more catchy alternative (plus gufy.com is currently on sale, and is arguably a better website name than eufylife.com).

    We love this hoover.
    Easy to empty & clean.
It cleans for around an hour and a half then takes itself back to the charging base when the battery is low.
Sometimes gets lost going back to the base. Sometimes gets stuck under our chairs going round in circles.
Quite loud – especially on full suction – but still quieter than a regular vacuum.
    Overall a useful device.
Just say to Alexa ‘ask robovac to start cleaning’ and it starts instantly.
    Would recommend.

So after a month of use i can certainly say that the suction power on this small device is well worth the moneyit sucks up a lot of dog hair and dust every morning. I got it set to auto at 6am and does the ground floor You do have to block certain areas, like next to the dining table as it may just get stuck trying to come back out. So would recommend going to the higher model where you can set the area it vacuums. Do watch out for shoelaces or cables and it will suck it up.

Only use the remote when i need to do a quick clean up and can guide it quickly. But overall great purchase for the price. Would like to get the next model up next time.

    This is great!
You have to be sure to secure loose cables, rugs and get papers, clothes up off the floor otherwise they’ll get tangled up but otherwise you just switch on and off it goes. The remote is great.
It’s only got lost once in its way bachelor to recharge itself but I do have a lot of obstacles on my floor.
I send it round the house every morning and it has made my life so much easier. Emptying and cleaning the dirt collector and filters is easy, and getting spare filters and brushes is easy too, as is changing them.
I’m glad I got one after a long time of thinking about it.

Not often I find time to write a review but we think the EUFY 11S or 11S Max (with increased suction) are fantastic choices for a first buy entry level Robovac here in the UK… having taken advantage of one of the discount offers run from time to time with Amazon and EUFY we thought we would take the plunge mostly out of curiousity.. to be honest I had 2nd thoughts after placing the order and expected no more than a low powered gimmick and it didn’t help the wife is over protective of her well known brand expensive upright and she thought we were wasting our cash… But with a family of five and a dog our hoovering takes up far more time than it should, a daily chore we can do without.

So next day our little robot arrived and after an initial charge we set it to task….
Off it went fully expecting it to hit everything before adjusting its path randomly to continue… but no the vast majority of the time it senses an object and corrects its path prior to the bump, the first run finished and we opened the collection bin, to our surprise it was full of dust and debris and this after a good going over with the high powered upright!
Over the next few days this little fella was all over the house with no problems encountered, off it was despatched under all the furniture that we’d normally miss on a normal hoover round then into the hallway, bedrooms and even the bathroom.
the modes come in handy, perimeter mode sets it following the skirting or you can drive it to an area for intensive mode that spirals outwards on full power. Take it upstairs stick it in the kids bedroom and close the door, top of the stairs it detects the drop and runs off in the opposite direction. I honestly can’t get the remote off the wife. The upright was reduced to once a week outing and the stairs.

Cons… Ok it’s not perfect… It will travel over thresholds and similar steps no problem but it might get stuck on long pile rugs, bar stool bases might confuse it a little and shoe laces are a no no. Long hair is a bit of a pain around the roller but is easily removed with the tool included, It’s a bit random with no intelligent mapping or app control so you can’t set no go zones, it’s not WiFi so no Alexa control, but it’s also not 500+ either. We prefer the remote anyhow. The bigger picture is maybe all Robovacs (whoever the manufacturer) may be considered a throw away item unfortunately, repairs and spares might be difficult to obtain. The motors are small and I wonder what the life expectancy is.. but some vacs are 800 and most likely suffer a similar life expectancy.

If you can afford a laser mapping vac then go for it, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.. but if you just want to dabble into home automation you won’t go far wrong with a EUFY product. Let it take the strain whilst you do something less tiresome….

I would also like to add that when we needed some assistance the customer support at EUFY in the UK was quite possibly the best we have ever experienced… Whilst after one month or so the vac was still picking up perfectly, one of the brushes had a slight noise to it… we thought we would ask as we didn’t want it to get worse, we contacted EUFY direct and they asked for a short video to demonstrate the problem…. there were no questions they advised they would send a replacement upon proof of return postage. we did this and the cost of which was immediately credited and our new vac arrived 2 days later….. 5 STARS to the EUFY team.

I can’t speak for other peoples experiences only ours and we honestly felt it was faultless on this occasion… and our new vac is quietly busy under the TV stand and I have time to lay with my feet up and write this review.. which I hope you find useful…

Works very well with a few issues now and then. Issues resolved by an extra wipe down of all sensors underneath. I bought an extra pack of filters (which wash just fine by the way) and brushes so it is really easy to swap out the brush and filters quickly. Wouldn’t be without it as it picks up a hopper full of cat hair plus usual rubbish daily. Only thing I need to ensure is computer wires aren’t dangling and one or two things it likes to hump and gets stuck on. Once that’s ready for the night off it goes. Need one for upstairs… 😀

Works well on laminate, not as good on carpets, but if you leave it in a small area it will continuously go over and clean. You must do a quick cable, rubbish sweep of area before setting it off. Remove any cats, mine loves sitting in front of it playing with rotating brushes and many a time have realised too late it has perfectly cleaned a tiny area. Do these small things and it works great. Comes with a gadget for cleaning which is very good for removing hair from brush. overall very pleased, saves hours compared to a normal hoover.

Great little unit. The suction is great for the price (124 when I bought it – 10% off then a further 60 off was great). Excels on tiles or laminate floors. It’s ok on carpets. But it does the job to be fair. I wish the bin was a bit larger. I have dogs, so I find myself having to stop the vacuum to empty the bin halfway through. Does it do an amazing job with the dog hairs? No. And I wouldn’t expect it to. But it does the job well enough that I only have to pull out the Dyson Animal ball hoover once every fortnight.

I love my eufy! I’m disabled and was looking for a normal vacuum cleaner but light weight and then I stumbled upon the eufy. And as it cost less than most normal vacuum cleaners, I thought I’d give it a go. My friends and family were highly amused to find out I’d bought a “robovac” and it’s definitely a talking point. On the whole it does a really good job, it’s set to wander aimlessly round my small bungalow once a day. There are some small issues with it, firstly it has a very small bin which needs emptying at least every other day and it needs a bit of a clean up about once a month. It once got trapped in my bedroom and wrecked it! Any wires need to be carefully managed or it will eat them! And the other day it found a whole reel of cotton on the floor, which it carefully unwound and then I had to unwind it from its brushes! One upside is my cats who would normally only be seen for their dust when I got the Henry out, sit peacefully watching eufy wander around, only getting upset when it heads for them and with a look of distain, have to move out of its way, so far they’ve not been tempted to take a ride but you never know!

The vacuum is effective for floors with minimal clutter. It’s effective on carpets and landing areas. If there is dust around corners it may not get cleaned properly. Helps with mid week cleaning and use every alternate week.
After few uses I am experiencing that battery is getting discharged quickly however will observe it for some time. Overall a good buy as I wanted to test the effectiveness.

So it’s been a few weeks since I got this little fella. Couple of points you may find useful:
    1) Because of its relatively large diameter, it won’t go through all the furniture legs so you need to move chairs and side tables around, to ensure good cleaning.
    2) it gets easily tangled with phone charging cables. Tuck them away.
    3) it may get literally stuck underneath low furniture. I now place cushions in front of danger zones to prevent this.
    4) best to operate under supervision in my view. Then I can rescue it and ensure good operation.
    5) finding its charging home is sometimes tricky. My house is a small 2-bed so there’s no way I can leave 1 meter gaps between charging station and furniture. This is really unrealistic and I only discovered this on the manual. So I make sure Eufy goes charging by directing it to the station via remote control.
    6) despite all the ‘precautions’ I need to take, I love my Eufy. It’s a great little helper for in between the bigger cleaning I do with my proper vacuum cleaner. When I’m tidying up and dusting, I turn on the Eufy, and we both clean the house together;)
    7) the proof is in the dust collector by the way!!

This little wonder machine has so much going for it at a fantastic price point. I was reluctant to buy one that was too expensive but wary of those at the cheaper end that didn’t look like they’d last long. This one is bang in the middle and saves us so much time and effort.
Sir Ian McClean (yes, we named him) goes on once a day both upstairs and down and has no trouble with any of our floors including tile, wood, stone and carpet. The amount of dust, bits of fluff and other pieces on every occasion is unreal. We empty the compartment every day and it’s always full.
We have a dog and after initially unsure of it She is now more than happy to watch it go around.
I’d recommend this to anyone (and I do regularly)

First off I got this at a great price! 125. The bot on auto mode will happily clean all of my ground floor with no problems, just make sure you move items like pet food bowls. It will run for around 100 mins on hard floors and picks up dirt better than you think! Now upstairs we have carpet and hard floors and will run for about 90 mins on auto and suction will increase and decrease automatically! Again picking up dirt really is good! The bot will self Dock when battery is low. Note it won’t self Dock if upstairs and Dock station is downstairs lol! Down sides: filters and bushes need replacing every 3-6 months but these are not over expensive. Over all very happy with it.

I bought this on impulse but unlike other impulse buys this has exceeded expectations. If, like me, you never bother to read the instructions properly, it is ideal – straightforward and self explanatory. I have nine rescue dogs and fur and mud are always in my life. (I also have one dog who attacks a normal vacuum cleaner but this one she regards with mild interest before wandering off). This vacuum cleaner will not do the heavy lifting ( I have a quick sweep up before I start it off) but it is fantastic for dog hairs and dust and smaller bits and pieces. It cleans all the places I can’t be bothered to vacuum regularly, such as under the bed. The charge lasts for ages but I do have to remember to stop it and empty the dust collector regularly. However, this probably wouldn’t be the case for anyone with a cleaner house or dog free life! It’s lovely and quiet and just gets on with the it’s stuff while I am busy doing something more worthwhile. All in all, a great little machine and very good value.

I’ve only had this robovac for 1 week but so far I love it! Wouldn’t replace my normal hoover but does a great job of keepig on top of things in the house between proper cleans. I only have a couple of niggles with it – sometimes it doesn’t manage to find it’s way back to the charger and will just zoom about the house aimlessly until it dies; and the remote control has to be pointing at the robovac to work, you can’t programme it from a different room. Which sort of defeats the point on the remote control, unless you want to sit on your sofa and move it around! the controls might as well be on the robovac.

Overall I love this product though!

I’m delighted with this hoover. It’s reasonably quite and the suction is good.

    The downsides :
    1) it doesn’t follow a logical path. Best not to sit and watch it because it will drive you mad seeing it miss a bit of dirt. Highly recommend you go out when it’s on
    2 )
It’s not self learning so there’s one area of my cupboards that it always gets stuck under.

    3) it doesn’t do stairs, though I don’t think any hoover has mastered that yet

    4) no smartphone controls

    Upside
    1) reasonably quiet. Quieter than my dyson for sure
    2) good suction
    3) good auto settings + more remote control settings
    4) it climbs over small obstacles and can get into corners, provided you clear the floor
    5) easy to clean / empty bi

Some of these things can be hit or miss, you get what you pay for generally. Buy cheap, buy twice as the saying goes. However occasionally there are exceptions to the rule and this is one such exception. I was lucky enough to get it during a flash sale but even at full price this is a cracking bit of tech for under 200. It’s pretty much set and forget, you schedule it, leave it in its docking station and off it goes at the arranged time. It goes round for approx 2 hours from room to room, gets under furniture, into corners and edges and picks up the stuff that our much more expensive Dyson leaves behind. Not necessarily because it’s more powerful but because of the way it works. The brushes extend beyond the casing so even in corners the brushes get in there, they sweep all of the dust and bits into the middle of the unit then it zips over and vacuums it up. It just goes round and back and forth until it’s got everything then when it’s getting low on power it takes itself back to the docking station and recharges itself ready for tomorrow. You just need to empty the little container once a week and occasionally wash the brushes and filter but otherwise it’s gets the job done and your hoovering days are over.

I’m absolutely astonished by this little miracle! Every day at 11am off she pops around the house, merrily pottering about quietly. Then she takes herself back to her charging station. No fuss, no bother. And despite me having what I thought was a fairly clean home every day the dust chamber is full of dust, bits and animal hair (we have three kids, two cats and non-shedding dog). What an incredible devise. We had initial settling in problems when on one occasion she got stuck in the bathroom as she managed to shut the door on herself, and one time when she tried to eat the bath mat, but other than that she’s an absolute dream. I’d highly recommend getting one of these. I’ve no idea why I’ve waited so long.

This is an amazing piece of tech! I was a little sceptical about this purchase but thought I would give it a go after reading the previous great reviews. With laminate flooring, rugs and a cat the sheds a lot I was constantly hoovering. I now set this to run every day and my floors are spotless. It picks up really well and even does a little shimmy to get edges. It’s pretty quiet too although I tend to set it to run as I am about to head out for the day. It is remarkably clever and mountaineers over rug edges and the ridges between rooms. I cannot recommend it enough.

I absolutely love this product! It does the hoovering so I don’t have to. We’ve called it ‘robo’ and my little girl loves him too. I can’t believe the tech is so good for the price point. You will still need to do manual cleans between but this is a really good top up to keep things in good order. I run it Every other day. I’d like to run it remotely from an app and I know you can buy models with that feature but I do like this product at the price I paid (discounted with an amazon voucher) I’m thinking about getting another one to have one upstairs and one downstairs!

I already have a roomba downstairs & I love it so I decided to buy A robot vac that wouldn’t fall down the stairs.
This Eufy vac came up on a deal of the day & I already own many Eufy / Anker products so I know how fantastic their products & customer service is.
It was a third of the price of the roomba so I Wasn’t expecting it to be good but it seems to be as good if not better.
It is extremely quiet,it is slim, it can trundle on top of rugs & it cleans as good as its much more expensive competitor.
I have nervously watched it approach the stairs and turn back on numerous occasions so I can quite safely say it does the job perfectly.

I have had this robot vacuum now for 8 months so though I’d give an update. Not the smartest robot out there but for the price you really can’t complain!

The robot cleans on a random pattern, you’ll need to ensure wires etc are out of the way as it will get stuck. I have set the robot to clean everyday and the my 1 bed flat stays pretty dust free as a result.

Anker customer support is also fantastic. The robot started making a lot of noise, had I read the manual properly, you need to replace brush parts every 6 months. Working with customer support they actually gave me free replacement parts throughout the course of trying to problem solve. Which was a very nice touch on their part.

Overall, I recommend. Does the job, customer service is brilliant. Only thing I’d change is perhaps buying direct from the manufacturer website. Sometimes prices are cheaper on their.

    Great product.

On short pile carpet it does the job very well, it then transfers to hard flooring effortlessly.

I havent been worried about suction power or its ability to pick certain bits up. You do have to do a 2 minute “sweep” of the area picking up larger bits of debris (I’d say anything larger than a 50p coin), but this is worth it for the time saved. Some reviews mention that it doesnt always pick bits up, over the course of a whole ‘cycle’ the Hoover passes over the same area more than once, allowing it to pick up any missed bits. I have never had it fail to pick up debris when left to do its thing.

Easy to empty and clean. Overall, my home gets cleaned alot more regularly and saves me time.
