I received the product and it is of a very good quality. I did all the possible tests and the conclusion is that this product does its job very well for which it was designed.
I will return with feedback in a few months to make an assessment from a resistance in time perspective.
I was pleasantly surprised by the letter attached to the product! Very inspired!

I was a bit sceptical about buying one of these pouches but now I would highly recommend it. Tried it out by standing next to my vehicle to see if it would unlock the doors as it usually does but whilst the key was in the pouch, the doors would not unlock. Exactly what I bought it for.

I totally forgot that this was a two package item, so was very please to see two items in the package. I was even more pleased by the quality of the product. Its just slightly bigger than what I’d expect. But, I’ve never had one of these pouches before and it’s fits my keys perfectly. I recommend this product and will gladly purchase again as a gift for a friend as I trust mine will last a long time not needing a replacement.

Gives excellent protection. Well worth the price. The pouch is fairly large but no issues. It even fits into a Faraday box (pouch &key)

I have bought many security pouches for my car keys which have all been great but..I kept losing them!
This pocket has a chain and attachment for keys. Perfect! All going well so far as keys stay with the pocket.
Quick delivery and if you are like me, loose things, then this is a good choice.

I like the fact that I have peace of mind when my car keys are lying in my house. I worry a bit when I approach the car and remove the keys from the pouch. This is an unguarded moment for a scammer. I put the keys back in the pouch and drove off. I received a message from the car saying it could not find the key. So I had to remove the key from the pouch. I feel that it’s a chink in the security armour.

This product gives me peace of mind as I kept forgetting to put my keys in a tin that we use for our car keys………well made and good value with fast delivery I can’t fault this product…….and yes it does work as I spent a few seconds wondering why I couldn’t get in the car because keys were in the pouch

The pouch is large enough to hold several keys 5 or more on a key ring. It is very convenient to have both the key holder chain and the clip for attaching to handbag or belt loop. The most important thing is it does work as described.

Products received by next day delivery and were exactly what I wanted, a pouch to protect my key and another for the spare, which people often leave lying around unprotected in their home. I haven’t rated durability as time will tell but the product certainly seems well made so I am sure it will be fine. Finally I was surprised how inexpensive they were. I love the fact that I can still attach my door keys as I am used to having them all together and don’t want to have to keep checking if I have lost them.

Quick purchase as I needed to protect my keys/car. Fast delivery but it was a shock at the size, but that was my mistake as I’d been looking at others. Beware this packet is very big for a Ford key! I chose this supplier because of the internal chain, after first use one chain and the stitched loop came away from side of packet. The chain isn’t closed off properly either allowing the gap in the ring to tear the material ! I should have returned but sewed the packed up myself and altered the way the loop fixed to the inside. How long the rest will protect my keys I don’t know but will not be buying again. UPDATE – I’ve received a new pack from the company. These are much better quality than the original pack I received. My alteration is still working so I shall keep these for when needed. Thank you for caring about your product.

Excellent, well-made product that effectively blocks the signal to prevent our car keys from being duplicated and our car from being stolen. We tested the pouch and no signal permeates the pouch. It is also big enough to fit two Mini Cooper key fobs. Thank you for this excellent product at an affordable price.

Only just purchased, so not sure of durability, but the design is good and the bag fits a key well. I tried to start the car with the key in the bag and it didn’t start, so I count that as a success. Hopefully they will remain effective

This is a great wee pouch, not small but just ideal for holding the car keys.
I have a keyless entry/start car so we tested the pouch to see how secure the key signal would be.
The car remained locked when I tried the usual method of opening the doors with the key in the pouch.
I unlocked the car and sat in the drivers seat returning the key to the pouch, I then tried starting the car but nothing happened because the key’s signal was blocked buy the pouch. It definitely works as advertised, the pouch is sturdy & well made and will give a long time of use. Definitely worth the 5*’s

Got these pouches to protect my keys from thieves after thieves with a scanner tried to steal my neighbours car. They weren’t successful as he had them in a Faraday pouch. I bought a pack (2) 1 for your spare key. I know they work because I tested unlocking my boot with the key in the pouch (it usually opens when your key is in range). It didn’t open. Well worth the money to protect your car!

Tried some simple tests which were positive. Couldn’t open the car door when the key was in the pouch. Just make sure the pouch is fully closed.

Once in the car, it wouldn’t start if the key was in the pouch.

    Thanks.

I am no expert but the quality of the workmanship and the material looks to be very good. Most importantly they work. If the key is in the pouch the car will not start. Take it out and the car will start. I will give it a few months and update on how they fare durability wise but I don’t envisage any problem.

I had a different pouch from these ones prior to buying these.
Those pouch’s lasted less than a year before one ripped and the other broke down and was useless to protect the key

So really cannot comment on longevity of these new pouch’s only time will tell so far though the one pouch I use is doing a good job of keeping the keyless entry from working which is what it is supposed to do

This looks and feels great. My only issue is that, if you put the car key on the pouches key ring and don’t take it off when driving, the pouch dangles down so far that it constantly hits your leg which is both annoying and distracting.

Bought these as a replacement for 2 that gave up the ghost after 3 months or so. They are lot larger than the previous ones I’d bought.
A type of plastic imitation leather which isn’t too attractive.
I should have checked the measurements before I bought them as I’ll struggle to fit it in some of my small handbags.
Working great at the moment but I hope these don’t stop working too.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersHaving used previous brands of Faraday pouches I was hoping for a more durable effective product. I was pleasantly surprised to find two well-boxed graphite effect pouches. Even more impressed by the internal key ring on strong 6cm metal chain to secure the remote car fob. There is also a strong clip lock for a belt if you wished to attach the pouch. The superior graphite effect material and strong velcro fastening complete this smart piece of design. Oh and it works fine at blocking the signal when the fob is inside the pouch. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Great value, great design sturdy looks and it works!

This Faraday car key pouch blocks 100% of signal.
I can put my key in the pouch and press it against the car lock or anywhere for that matter and no signal
    is received by the car.
That also means nobody can scan your key when jt’s protected in the case.
And you get 2 for your money – so if you share a car they are protected as well.
So as you can probably guess i like it.

Quite a large pouch for my Suzuki Vitara keys. Like the chain that is inside so can attach key fob and easily get keys in and out without dropping them. Does cut off the signal when keys are closed in the pouch.
Was bought to replace another brand that started to fail at blocking the signal after 2 months.
On the downside feels and looks a bit plastic like – better to have function over form though.

Golden Review Award: 48 From Our UsersAs titled “does the job”, when car fob/remote is in the pouch; no signal between car & fob.
A little larger than I’d expected (pic with standard size tea spoon) but I’m getting use to it now. Clips onto trouser/shorts belt loop easily (seems to be a strong enough clip).
Or, just slips into a pocket.
The key chain inside the wallet is handy for other useful keys with enough room for the fob/remote to slip in also.
Had this a couple of weeks & so far so good

A neighbour had mentioned their faraday pouch no longer worked so I tested my old one and found it didn’t work either. Having looked through various new pouches I found this one.
It’s big enough to take the car key and have space for the door key without being so huge it’s ridiculous. Nicely made with good stitching and a helpful little clip on the pouch to store it too.

Items arrived quickly and were suitably packaged. I have only had the Faraday pouches for a few days so can’t really comment on durability but they appear well made and certainly serve the purpose. When the keys are inside, the car door will not open even if you are standing right next to it – so they do the job they are intended to do. Good size and look nice too. Very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this for my girlfriend’s grandmother, having taken delivery of her new keyless entry car I informed her about the increase of keyless entry car thefts and advised about ordering some, without a second thought she requested I ordered some which I did. These work flawlessly, I’ve tested it from in the house, in my back pocket to placing the key in the pouch on the car roof and it blocks the signal at such close range.

Don’t be fooled by the price, they are excellent value for money and with two pouches, it means the spare key can go in the other one too.

Bought these from Amazon, mainly because they had the most positive reviews, I’ve just bought a brand new car which Is keyless entry and start, after numerous car thefts in my area (all keyless) I decided to get one of these bags, works perfectly, held it right up to the car in the pouch and it didn’t unlock, great that it came with two Pouches, one for the spare key that I can put away in the cupboard.

We bought these as car theft is increasing in our area alot with the theirs using amplifiers to pick.up the car signal to unlock the cars. Delivery was really fast I received the item the next day. Secondly the company sent an email asking me to contact them if there were any issues immediately. The product looks good not cheap material so looks like its very durable. I decided to test the product as I dont have an amplifier the only way I could test it was by putting the keys inside and pressing the buttons on my key fob to see it would open I tried near the windows, near the doors and at different heights and different places. It worked it did not unlock the car. A great product, good value for money.

I wasn’t sure how to tell if it works and does what it says it would do, as your protecting against a thief!! However, one day I went into my car with the key in the pouch and woooh, I couldn’t start the vehicle, the warning on my dashboard stated “No key detected”, there it was that light bulb moment…… I suddenly had my test, the pouch works. So I definitely recommend and have done so to few friends already.

This double pack of faraday key pouches were purchased to replace a failing pair of pouches bought some 18 months ago on (whisper it quietly) eBay.

As every with Amazon prompt, effective and covid secure delivery. You pretty much just have to think “what do I need?” And there it is on the doorstep.

As soon as the pouches arrived the package was ripped open and our old keys put in them and rushed out to the cars to see if the shielding was working. Success! They worked perfectly on a Japanese and a German car both with the wireless key technology. The old pouches had been sporadic in their effectiveness and in all honesty we only checked them every so often and were quite surprised that they had lost their effective shielding.

If you read up on the pouches it would appear some manufacturers items fail after a year or so. Let’s hope these last longer. In defence of these new items, they look well put together and are a little larger than the items they replace. They are easy to fit in male pocket and female purse/handbag I’d certainly recommend them.

Golden Review Award: 53 From Our UsersThis is an amazing product & exceptional value.
You can use the clip at the top of the key pouch to hang keys up (including car + door keys) eg on a hook, or to clip onto or into a handbag, or inside of a rucksack – or you can put all keys inside the pouch and pop it in your pocket.
Because of the clip, if you’re shopping you can pop the boot of your car without fiddling around with a handbag or inside of a pocket; and then lock your car again while you put the trolley back, sanitise hands etc. put kids in the car whatever…

This is a really well thought out simple product I wish I could give it more than 5 x stars.

I bought these for the car keys, after reading how thieves can steal cars with keyless entry / ignition. The large size holds one of my bulky keys comfortably. They are completely effective – with the key inside, the door stays locked even when the pouch is right next to it. I’ve just bought them, so it’s early days, but they seem well made and look as though they ought to last. They came with a nice message, and I think the makers take pride in them.

Unless and until we get someone trying to externally access our car keys, it is impossible to tell if they will do their job. However, we assume they will, and as we have a camera directed at the car at all times following a total bumper theft, we would be able to tell if someone does try. This is the only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars, and we both found we could include the house key still on the ring with the car key to fit in the pouch. For your information it is the current BBC FRONTLIE FIGHTBACK series which drew our attention to a possible problem, not until then being aware the criminals’ technology existed to start our cars remotly.

I was attracted by the price for 2, who remembers the spare key tucked away ‘just in case’ in a draw somewhere?. I certainly didn’t until I saw this product listing, then realised I need two.

First impressions, the pouch is big, big enough to fit my fob with all the little storecards and keyrings attached, it’s actually big enough to fit a Motorola razor in (remember them).

nb: If you are going to put anything sharp-edged in these pouches use the end of an old sock or other piece of cloth as a liner so the inner fabric doesn’t get damaged.

It seems well made, a nice leatherette case with bound edges solidly stitched all around.

Ok so impressed so far, does it work?

Yes, my car is touch open and touch lock, not with the key in this pouch, it can’t detect it even with the pouch pressed against the handle.

I also tried the remote lock/unlock it kills that too. So it does what it claims.

Durability: I’ve just got it so no idea how long it will last but I’m happy if I get a year out of it, the spare key will ‘hopefully, never be used, so that should sit there until it rots.

So cheap, works and from the reviews I’ve read they should last about a year, I’m more than happy with that.

This is a very good product. Arrived on time and well packaged. It certainly does what it says, blocks the signal from your key-less car key. I had the key in the pouch and was standing next to my vehicle and until I took out of the pouch it didn’t recognise the key. I would definitely recommend this seller and their product. Thank you to the seller for the lovely note enclosed inside the box, it was very thoughtful and well received.

Received my pack of two Faraday pouches.
    Well on time.
The price paid I think is reasonable.
Not knowing any thing about these I suppose I thought I they would be bulkier than they are. As long as they do the job then I suppose what they are is better.
What I will say is that that I only carry two keys and a s/market trolley token on my fob and it is a snug fit. Seeing that some people carry a much bigger bunch of keys than a larger pouch may be needed.
It looks quite well made from the outside the inside looks a less so and again may not stand upto regular use from a larger bunch of keys.
    Security : 1-5
    Durability : estimated 3.5
Early days but overall happy with my purchase.

If ever there was a solution to a problem that didn’t ought to exist, this is it. But sadly the problem of relay auto theft has been thrust upon us, and so, if it concerns you, a solution is needed. A faraday pouch provides a cheap low tech solution by blocking the radio signals emitted by your “keyless entry/start” car fob,.

Initially I made my own out of cardboard, aluminium foil and sticky tape. It worked absolutely fine but wasn’t exactly stylish! So I looked to find something cheap but a little more resilient than my home made effort. This one certainly appears to be good quality and works provided you close the flap as per the instructions. I’ve only had it a few days so too soon to tell for sure how durable it will be,but first impressions are good and I will update the review if it falls apart!

Standing by, or sitting in the car, and the car cannot detect the fob if enclosed in the pouch, so that’s good. To open the car I don’t actually have to get the fob out, i just have to open the flap in the direction of the car and the car can see the fob again so that’s actually quite useful. It would be a pain to have to keep getting the fob out to unlock. Of course I do need to take the fob out to use the buttons to lock the car, but it’s reassuring to know that once locked, with the fob back in the pouch it’s secure.

Pouch is quite large but not overly so. It means it is big enough to hold quite a chunky fob and maybe a second key if attached to it. I can’t of course fit all the keys I would normally have attached to my car keys. but having my car fob in this pouch and my other keys on a separate key ring is something I’ll just have to get used to. This pouch can still be slipped easily in back pocket of adult jeans or in my jacket’s inside pocket. It’s external dimensions put it around the size of a jeans back pocket. Slightly smaller. Overall very impressed and a pack of two for the price (as obviously the spare will need protecting too) feels like good value.

I didn’t have any problems like one review I read where key could be slipped into “wrong pocket” in the pouch and thus be unprotected by the metallic pouch. Mine only had the one pocket so maybe this has changed.

So, if you are concerned about the possibility of a “relay theft” of your car using keyless entry, then I recommend this product.

Of course, you can do the same thing cheaper if you really want to save your money… you can make your own out of cardboard, aluminium foil, and duct tape. Just make sure the foil fully wraps around with no gaps… but having tried both, I prefer this pouch! Recommended.

Does the job well, blocks the signal. I would advise to check it works once a month, and change every 6-12 months and buy a new one, as they stop working after a while.

I would HIGHLY recommend you buy one and keep in your car, once you start the engine put the key fob in the pouch, this is because car thieves are now scanning car fobs whilst out and about shopping and driving, so I would ideally have 3, 1 for your fob, 1 for your spare fob and 1 to keep in your car.

Having bought a new car with keyless entry I was mindful of reports that such cars can be stolen when the keys are kept nearby and decided to buy a suitable pouch.
The car fob is quite bulky but even with the dealer’s key ring attached it fits inside the pouch easily. The pouch appears to be of good quality and I can’t see it falling apart.
As a test I stood next to the car with the key in the pouch and the car remained secure. Since that is all I want it to do I am happy that I have bought simple protection at a reasonable price.

Ordered this to protect my car keys from scanners. tested it by placing key fob inside and then putting the pouch in my pocket. Tried to open door handle but signal blocked. Cannot give a star rating for durability at the moment because it is still new so could only give honest score after I have used it for a while. Certainly seems to block the signal to the car so hopefully this will be good enough to prevent the fob being scanned. Good value for money. Gave another to a relative and he seems pleased with it to. Does what it says on the tin as they say so very pleased.

My car has keyless entry and keyless ignition with the only requirement that I have the fob about my person if I want to use it.

The faraday bag is, for me, a vital security option to prevent the signal accidentally being picked up while my car is parked at home and allowing anyone free access to it.

This little pouch seals my key and ensures no signal from the fob to the car is picked up at all. I have stood next to it and until the fob is taken from the pouch, the car doesn’t respond at all. The key pouch does exactly what it was meant to do and at a very reasonable price as well. One each for myself and my wife too, job’s a good’un.

Golden Review Award: 59 From Our Usersi was a little bit sceptical about this product, but my son insisted we both had to have them due to a spate of car thefts. I didn’t check out the measurements of the pouch before i purchased it so i was a little surprised at the size, but that said i suppose you could easily fit two keys in the pouch. I put my key in the pouch and folded the flap over and secured the velcro and then i pressed the buttons on the key to see if the car would unlock.. hey presto.. the car didn’t unlock. i then tried to start the car with the key in the pouch and again the signal was blocked and the car wouldn’t start. At the moment i am very pleased with my purchase

Car unlocked when close to it with the pouch Open (as key was on my bunch of keys) but I closed the flap and hey-presto – couldn’t lock or unlock my car when standing right next to it – or even when the key (in the pouch) was up against the lock! Works great and will give us peace of mind now when leaving keys in the house in case anyone tried to scan the codes and steal our cars!! Great product, very happy!

The product was actually recommended by a popular high profile motoring website. That helped a lot as there is a massive choice available for this type of product.
Ordered Saturday afternoon and arrived Sunday morning. So, we’ll done Amazon too – again!
To get two of these for the price is a bonus as I can use one to protect my debit/credit cards etc. Like many, I carry a bunch of these and it’s good to know that they, and my car keys, will be protected from criminals’ digital eyes!
For me, they are just the right size & the Velcro is strong & secure. They look like leather but of course they’re not. However, they seem well put together & likely to last the course. My 4 stars for durability is simply because I’ve only just got them. Mind you, even if they only last a year or so, at least the replacement cost is not going to break the bank.
Finally, I do have to say I was impressed with the lovely letter from the seller that came with the order. So polite, thoughtful and very customer focused. For me, that kind of consideration from a supplier gives me confidence to buy from then again.

With a sudden rise in car theft in my local area. I decided to give these a try after reading many reviews elsewhere etc.

These work a charm. They are a great size – they fit my key in as well as keychains I have attaches to my key, with ease!

Once the key is in the pouch, it’s basically in it’s own bunker. I tried accessing my keyless entry car and no access happens at all!

If I ever have the need to get more of these. These signal pouch blockers will be the ones I buy.

No nonsense Faraday wallets. The outer construction material, (some type of flexible PVC plastic), makes them rather stiff across the width, but that in no way detracts from their primary function.
They have plenty of room inside for the car key-fob, a keyring, and a couple of other keys.
They do the job of stopping the key’s signal from being transmitted, and for the price, (2-pack), in comparison with the many similar items out there, these would be hard to beat.

I’m glad that I went with the review on honestjohn.co.uk, which rated this the best bags to buy. The quality of the stitching seems fine, although I’m only 2 days into using them. My rfid car key fits in fine, though there’s no room for a phone as well (though why would you put a phone in?). The only point to note is that it’s quite big to go in a pocket, though I can manage it, but I don’t think a smaller one would fit my car key, unless it was a different shape (more boxy rather than a pouch). And you get 2 so you can protect the spare key at the same time.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersThe auto ignition key for my Kia Sorento is quite annoying, in that if you have it loose in your pocket, everytime you go near the car it seems to decide to unlock. Apart from the security issue of others being able to ‘tap’ into the remote to gain access codes, I found this the most annoying. Anyway, with the use of the signal blocking case, things have returned to normal. Provided I place the remote in the case it ceases to have contact with the car. Hopefully it will also prevent any unauthorised access. I have only given 4 stars for durability and material as I have only had it a short time. Time will tell about these qualities.

Golden Review Award: 89 From Our UsersA bit annoying that I have to use these at all.. world we live in and all that… I store my keys in a hall table probably 5 meters from my car..watched a program showing how thieves can use a simple booster and receiver to kid the car that the key is next to it. I’ve tried transmitting with the key in these pouches and can confirm they stop the signal. Plastic but ok..I’m not looking for anything too up market.. only thing I would say is that over time an RFID box might be a little easier to drop key into on a daily basis than a pouch.
    # Note : 6 months in and still working well.. tested last night and they still block the signal, it quickly became a habit, just slipping the key into the pouch as soon as I walk through the door.

Golden Review Award: 107 From Our UsersConducted a couple of tests to judge the effectiveness of the product.
    1. Stood next to car with key in bag and attempted to unlock the car – the car would not unlock.
    2. Got in car, put key in bag on the passenger seat and attempted to start the car using start button – nothing happened.
If I had a criticism, which I don’t, is the bag is on the big side. There are two bags and most of us have 2 keys – one in each bag so I would have thought they could be made a little smaller.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersWe bought these on recommendation from another happy customer. We put the key fob in the pouch (making sure it was in the gold layered bit), closed the flap over & went & tried to get in the car. No. Now normally we only have to stand near the car & press the door button & it opens (no need to press the fob itself) With the key in the pouch it was as if it were not there at all. No signal, no way of getting in. Marvellous! I tried pressing the button on the fob through the pouch. Nothing. Very pleased with this product.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersThe bag does what is is supposed to do: block outgoing signals. I tested in my car 5 times, placing the bag (with the key inside) pointing different sides to the car. The car’s entry system was unresponsive on every attempt. The only issue I have with the bag is that it lacks a hole or built-in lanyard to hang it from a hook. If you plan to place it in a drawer or other flat surface that shouldn’t be a problem. I should point out that the bag’s space is rather tight so if you have other keys of fobs with your car’s keys, you may find it difficult to fit them all in.

Golden Review Award: 78 From Our UsersI watched a programme on tv showing how car thieves can scan your house and then open your car. I was dismayed as I love my new car. The programme recommended putting your keys in a biscuit tin. Fine – but not when you are out and about with car keys in bag or pocket. I looked on Amazon for a product to solve the problem. I sent for these key protectors. They arrived promptly. I cannot comment accurately on the durability as I have only just got them but they seem sturdy. Also good value because for under 10 I have peace of mind. One suggestion. Could you offer the fobs in bright colours too? Black causes panic searches in my handbag.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI now own a vehicle which is classed as keyless and have heard so many horror stories of them being stolen with state of the art technology equipment so decided to invest in these pouches.

I was a little skeptical at first but recently I was inside my vehicle and central locked myself in but when I went to start the car, nothing happened. I got a warning message on my dashboard to tell me that I needed my fob (key fob). Only then did I realise that it was inside the pouch. I put my fob back in once inside my car. It definitely works as even though I was in my car and the fob was in the pouch, I wasn’t able to start my car.
    Don’t have any negatives.
It’s good value for money, you get a pair and it’s black.

I recently bought a new car which features keyless entry and whilst it is a nice feature to have, the car industry really aren’t up-to-date with what a security flaw this is. At night when you put your key somewhere ‘safe’ a would be thief can sit in your garden with a cheap bit of tech and ‘extend’ your wireless key range to fool the car into thinking you are nearby so that they can open the car and even start it.

I knew all of this when i bought the car and that is why my first action was to buy a protective bag. For the price i was sceptical that it would work and when it arrived i was even more sceptical! There is no weight to the wallet and it looks very very low-tech, just a leather pouch. Ready to start the return process i placed the car key inside the wallet, walked out to the car and attempted to open it……. the car did not open. I then put the wallet (key inside) up against the windscreen, the car still would not open. I then removed the key from the wallet opened the drivers door and sat in the drivers seat, i then put the key back in the wallet and immediately the car dash reported that the key could not be found! I was impressed to say the least.

So having tested the product straight away i was pleasantly surprised and can confirm that it 100% works. This being said, it will be nice to see how long this product lasts so i will be sure to come back in a few months time to report my findings!

    Pros:
    1) It actually works
    2) My Hyundai key plus 2 keyrings and one small key easily fits inside
    3) Its nice and compact
    4) You get two!!

    Bad Points:
    1) It would be nice if it had a hook / loop so that you can hang it up with your other car keys at night
    2) Would be fantastic if it had a seperate ‘slip’ that you could put your contactless bank card in… double whammy!

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersWe bought this item after a friends car was stolen by thieves using technology (a code reader) to encrypt the code and steal their car from outside their house.
Delivery was prompt, and the items look durable – I have marked durability as a 3 as I have only had it a short time so I don’t know how durable they will be.
The bags themselves are easy to use, you just lift the top of the pouch up and place the key into the gold section, and close the top again. If I have one critique its the fact there isn’t a handle of some kind on the back of the pouch so I am not able to hang it up in my key cupboard and I have had to use ribbon to make a loop. That said the pouch does what is is designed to do and the car will not start when the key is inside.

Golden Review Award: 703 From Our UsersBoth my wife’s and my car ‘feature’ keyless ignition and a security system that just needs the fob to be near the car in order to unlock and start it. I am also aware, due to my job, that it is possible for thieves to get around the distance limitation and gain access while the fob is some distance away.

I have tried the suggestion of keeping the fobs in a metal box but have found the cars can still be unlocked. These bags do however work. Even with the bag a few cm away from the lock and the flap of the bag open the cars refuse to unlock so it seems unlikely that a thief could read them from a distance so they seem to offer a reasonable level of security at a low price. They also have the advantage over many security measures that using them is quick and easy so it does get done – most of the time.

I read reviews as they help my buying decisions. If this helps you please click the LIKE so I know I am not wasting my time.

Golden Review Award: 28 From Our UsersThese really work BUT you have to take the Key fob off the keyring or else the signal leaks out ie you need to really wrap the key fob in this, if you dont, it doesnt work properly. Try This Test: test it with the pouch loosely closed… you can still open your car door. NEVERTHELESS this device is essential as keyless ignition vehicles are vulnerable and are a MUST HAVE. Theives have the technology to steal your key fob signal and silently get into your car…AND worse still your insurance company wont even believe you!…. they think you left it open?? 2 vehicles near me were trashed by the key fob signal copier amplifier villains….One, a brand new Merc had its entire dashboard and steering wheel removed silently and yes it was all caught on CCTV and the insurance company had to see the CCTV before they paid up.

Golden Review Award: 139 From Our UsersRealising our habit of putting the car keys in the microwave wasn’t practical we set out to find a workable alternative and these fit the bill perfectly. With a bit of manoeuvring, the house key can be used in the back door whilst keeping the car keys in the pouch. The pouch fits easily into a pocket or handbag and the car won’t open or start until they have been removed from the pouch we have tried on several occasions both deliberately and absent-mindedly when we forget about the pouch.
The fact that there are two pouches included is great as both the main car key and the spare are covered. I think I may even be able to fit my contactless debit card inside which is a super bonus.

Golden Review Award: 219 From Our UsersWell what can I say, I tried making my own RFID box out of tin foil and a Really Useful Box to store the keys in, I spent about 20 all in total, and wow I was so impressed with what I built, 10 layers of foil on all the sides including the lid, at least 3 evenings of my time after work putting this miraculous thief deterring work of art together… and how did it work you ask.. the doors unlocked just fine, yeah I am a prize plum.. don’t be a prize plum like me, just buy these.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersHaving recently bought a car which might attract unwanted attention, I decided to acquire one or two things which might discourage that attention. One of the items was a pair of car key signal blocker cases. The items were delivered the next day and immediately brought into use.

The first thing I did was to test the quality of the signal blocking and I did this by trying to get into the car with the remote control in the blocker case. I was pleased to note that it worked as advertised.

I carry the ‘in use’ remote control and its case with me when I use the car and the spare remains in a second case at home and located as far from my garage as possible (whether that makes a difference I’ve no idea!).

The blocker case is no more trouble than a spectacle case to carry about and is ‘soft’ rather than ‘hard’ and weighs almost nothing.

Golden Review Award: 143 From Our UsersWith the rise of car crime recently I became I worried when I heard that even keyless cars could be targeted and the codes short circuited to enable would be thieves access and even enable them to drive the car off. I bought these and now feel perfectly sure that my car will be safe. Previously I was able to open my car through two walls and several doors (which astounded me) not realising that the signal was so powerful. However when I placed the fob in the pouch and tried again, the signal was blocked. They actually work and now both my current fob and the spare reside in a pouch each. Brilliant product.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMonojoy key jammer pouches x2 bought for 8.99 including delivery. Arrived quickly. Pouches are about the size of an adult palm.
There are two sections. The rear part just fits a Volvo keyless key fob with a key ring Attached (no keys attached). It’s a tight fit but it fits. There is a second, front pouch but I can’t really see the value of the front pocket in the pouch.

I put my fob in the rear pouch and tested the pouch but the signal wasn’t blocked and my car opened. Then I saw I had just put the key in and not closed the flap on the pouch properly. My mistake, once rectified the pouch did it’s job. Literally stood next to the key sensor on my Volvo but the signal was blocked by the pouch and I couldn’t get in the car.

The pouch itself looks a little cheap and I am not sure how durable it will be but for 8.99 I got two pouches to block anyone from relaying the key signal from my home to the car and driving off with it while I am in bed.
It’s not a designer item but for a few pounds I can now leave my keys in a handy location at home knowing the signal relayed from outside while I sleep. It does what it says on the tin for a very reasonable price.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersFirst of all, I can gladly report that it definitely works! I put my key-less fob into the pouch, stood next to the car, and sure enough, I could not get in without removing the fob. Be careful to put your key fully inside the ‘gold’ section within though – this is because there is another thinner section which would not give you protection, as it faces the outside of the pouch (you’ll see what I mean if you buy it). I’m not sure how long the velcro strip will last though, as velcro does wear out eventually. A proper button-press mechanism would have been better, but then for the price, it’s not so bad and you get two pouches, so no real complaints.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersThese work perfectly and do exactly as I’d hoped.

Drop the keys inside the pouch, its big enough for a bunch of keys or just the main car key and leave the rest outside its up to you.

    – First test with my car a BMW with the keys dropped in but even with the top left open and the car couldn’t detect them at the ignition at all.

    – Second test on the wifes car that has comfort opening on a BMW. Again drop the keys in and fold the top of the push and walk to her car. Touch the handle NOTHING it won’t open.

    – Third test – Continue to try the car by touching the handle whilst opening the pouch still nothing, only when the push was fully open and the key just out of the top did the car detect the key. I’d ensure the pouch is fully closed to ensure it works but I was shocked how far open and out the key could be before the car could detect it.

All in all if you are worried that your car is going to be stollen with these new devices and you have keyless ignition or keyless opening.

I was suspicious about how effective this would be. My car has keyless entry so I placed the keys in the pouch walked upto the car and tried to open it. It worked a treat the pouch blocked the signal. I am surprised the inner pouch is not stitched to the flap as you could place the key in a non protected area of the pouch. Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersYou may or may not have seen in the press recently that thieves are using devices to intercept your car keys RF signal then trick your car in to beleiving they have the key by using a transmitter now loaded with your intercepted signal. Worst part about this is they dont need to get in to your house to do it and can simply stand outside your house!
It was because of this that I picked up the Signal blocker cases. These are so simple to use and for little over 10 will protect your expensive, keyless ignition car from being stolen! Its a no brainer to me.

I have tried and tested these to the max and can assure you they work. I have tried oiperating the remote from within the case and also starting the car with the key in the bag in the car and the signal 100% of the time does not get out and your car can not be started or unlocked which means that there is no signal from the case to be intercepted by the thieves.

Like I said before, its an absoluote no brainer if you have a keyless ignition car.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI have a new keyless-entry car and, after reading about thieves using special boxes which amplify the signal from car keys I decided to try this product out to ensure no one steals my car even if the keys are safely in the house. I put my keys in the bag – specifically inside the gold-coloured inner pocket – and even if I hold this next to my car, I cannot unlock the doors. So it was completely effective in blocking the signal from my car keys, even worked if the bag was open, as long as the crucial part of the key was still inside the bag. I took one star off because I can only just squeeze the keys inside the pouch. My car is Mazda CX-3 and the pouch works perfectly. Good product.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersHad this a couple of days now, good sized flap that flips over the top and sealed down with (again) a good old size of velcro. The pouch itslef is 3 1/2 inches wide by 5 inches deep. The gold coloured inner mesh pouch inside is what makes it work. Holds my Key fob easily – which is a bit bigger than normal because I bought an extra leather cover to go over the normal black plastic of the fob.
Thought it would all be a bit bulky at first, but surprising that the whole thing does not bulge in the pocket, sort of just lies flat.
More importantly, it just works!!! If the key is in the metal pouch, the car will not open. The same applies if you have the habit of leaving car keys on a table in the hallway or hanging on a hook inside the front door.
You have to take the key out of the pouch for it to work.
The inner metal pouch is stuck down against the outer pouch on one side only, the other side is not.
Very pleased with it so far, stitching around the pouch looks good, no loose edges etc. You get two of them as well.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersReceived the two Car Key Signal Blockers. Seem to be well made, but they don’t work if you use the FIRST compartment. The key, or phone, must be fully enclosed all sides by the gold material, and the velcro closed down. Thus used, the case blocks wi-fi signals to an iPhone SE. I tested my car key by opening and entering the car (BMW 3 series 2015) with my key; car is remote entry, and only requires the key to be in proximity (ie your pocket) for the car to be capable of starting. Then put the key in the Blocker. This doesnt affect the car. I then opened and closed the driver’s door whilst remaining in the vehicle, with the screened key. This produced an alert from the car that the key could not be found.I then removed the key from the Blocker, and opened and closed the door again. Presto, the key was located. So, a good product which effectively blocks signals to my phone and my car key.

Golden Review Award: 198 From Our UsersInitially could not get these to work at all. The seller has now clarified that the key must be located inside the light coloured ( gold?) liner for the signal blocking to work. Unfortunately, there are no instructions supplied and it’s just as easy to slip the key in the wrong side of the liner – which is what I initially did. Now, properly informed, these working brilliantly and I’d highly recommend them.
