A real non-stick cookware, it really is easy to clean.
I used for browning carrots and onions so far for a lamb casserole it didn’t even stick

you can use as you need to, stove top or oven, it`s nice & deep & it holds more due to being square not round, it is quite expensive but it`s versatile, so cuts down on amount of pans required & so saving room, I personally would recommend buy for anyone just setting up house.
I have used this pan every day so far. I hesitated buying this pan because of the price but because I have used it for everything involved with cooking it works out very cheap per use & stacked beautiful.I just wish I had bought the larger set. Can not praise it enough.

I absolutely love this pan. The frying basket is a waste of space as it is too shallow, and I haven’t yet used the steamer insert. The pan itself is wonderful – no food sticks, it works perfectly on my induction hob, and it is my favourite pan.
It is amazing that you can, for example, fry an egg without using any oil so a much healthier way of cooking and then a quick wipe with a damp cloth and it is ready to put away. Would recommend.

I was dubious when I bought this, but it has become my favourite cooking pan. The detachable handle is great and very simple to click on and off. I use it to fry, boil and bake. It is in use every single day and nothing ever sticks to it. So easy to clean too. I recommend this to everyone.

It’s perfect for my needs. The surface needs no oil for cooling and completely nonstick. The square shape gives more surface space and is easy to flip anything over with spatula. I don’t have to cook it on high I cook it on medium and everything gets a nice brown on it. Very easy to clean. The dirt can be wiped off the pan. It can alsobe put in dishwasher. The silicone steamer and the cooking baskets are very useful accesories that makes my cooking easier. The pan is deep which makes it good for steaming and frying. One other attraction is the removable handle. I have got couple of same kind pans where handles are removable. So while storing, I stack them inside one inside other. I only need one handle for all the pans. Very good quality pan.
Easy to clean easy to use and cooks much quicker than an ordinary roasting tin.
Heavier than I thought but so easy to wash up. Handle grips well and I find it easier to remove on the hob prior to putting in the oven. I do use oven gloves of course. Very versatile and I love it.
We have a 24cm saut and love it. Our only regret is that there isn’t a 28cm which would be ideal for us.

Absolutely fabulous pan. Yes it’s expensive but we’ll worth every penny. Detachable handle very secure but easy to operate. Convenient when I use it for going in the oven for baking and roasting. Frying is a doddle and omelettes roll out of pan when done. I love it – so very easy & quick to clean – never had to put in dishwasher. Glad I bought it.

I’ve used it to roast, brown off, and boil, all of which “did what it said on the tin”. The biggest win for me was the fact that it didn’t need scrubbing/scouring, just wiping over with a hot soapy cloth, to bring it up gleamingly clean!

It has roasted whole chicken. Served as a deep fat and shallow fat fryer (we got rid of our electric ones as you cannot get them properly clean). Copes with stir fry. Handled the traditional Full English. Also has been used as a steamer although I do have a traditional metal steamer. Lots of space and depth make this pan ideal. Vigorous stirring to thicken curry sauces did not result in splashed gas hob!. Sadly the crimbo turkey was just a bit too big to fit…..
Used regularly it is now my go to pan. Still looks good as new. Recommended to friends and family.
Dislike the excessive Price which is in par with many electric gadgets for an ordinary-looking Pan.
Top class pan used for roasting saute and frying.makes brilliant omelettes and perfect risotto.The only fault that it has is a stupid designed our that cannot be used at the same time as the handle.

It looks and feels great. It truly is non slip and cooking in it is a delight. You need minimal oil with this and to clean it is pretty much wipe clean. We have used it loads and haven’t had to use much effort when cleaning it at all.
The pan handle comes off really easily whilst cooking it simply clips on meaning the lid sits flush on the pan. It heats up quickly and holds its heat well. We use this to cook pretty much everything now.

I used to buy cheap pans from bargains stores, but over the years I’ve acquired a taste for the fancier pans and its definitely worth investing in something more robust and long lasting, they’re a joy to cook in and also last so much longer.

This is a quality frying pan and has already replaced my previous one. There are some issues here and there but overall, compared to your average frying pan, it works really well, and I definitely recommend it. The steamer and deep fryer are not ideal but if it’s something you tend to do on a small scale every now and again, it will get the job done just fine.
The pan itself is very lightweight and easy to pick up, the non stick coating seems good but there is no way to tell if it will last early on. It does feel a lot different to previous pans I have had in the past which is a pro, I will update the review if I have any issues with it in the future or how long it lasts.
Design-wise, it being square is a little weird but it does have a circular heat conductor on the bottom and I’ve had no issues with corners of the pan not being hot enough. There is plenty of space inside, however, when baking things I tend to prefer a larger rectangular pan. Despite that, this one is a lot deeper than my baking dishes so portion wise it probably works out the same.
The main feature I like of this is the detachable handle along with the oven safe lid. It’s so much easier to fry things up then take it straight to the oven, remove the handle and throw the lid on top. The handle grips it very well and I’ve lifted it when it’s been really heavy at times and see no issues with it detaching. A major concern I do have is if the lid is on you cannot attach the handle, meaning you either have to take the burning hot lid off of the pan and then attach the handle, or remove it with oven mitts; it does not really feel designed to be picked up with oven mitts. Apart from this issue, the handle works really well and is super quick and easy to attach and remove.
Finally, the fryer and steamer attachments. I mostly use the steamer and it works perfectly, it’s easy to set up and gets really hot steaming things pretty quickly. The actual steamer tray is made from silicone. I do feel it’s a little on the small side and if cooking for more than two people you may have to do it in batches.
As for the fryer, I’ve only used it a couple of times. It feels really small and with the pan being deep with little surface area you really won’t get much in the basket. The plastic silicone on the handle also just falls off, it’s not actually attached. As with the steamer, it’s good for small batches but anything more and you will need a bigger pan. It’s nice it incorporates these two cooking methods into one pan but I would hardly recommend it if your main focus is for a steamer and fryer. As an all-in-one compact pan, it’s great.

Early days but product is exactly as described and arrived on time.
This is by far the best pan I have used. Very versatile can detach the handle and put in the oven for oven dishes (Max temperature 240 degrees) fry, steam and grill. Non stick which is great much easier to cook eggs without having to use any oil. Will save money on having not to get extra equipment such as a steamer, fryer, grill pan and oven tray saves a lot of space and thus I find reasonably priced for all the things it can do. It also comes with a handy recipe booklet to give you some ideas for new meals which is a bonus too. The pan can be put in the dishwasher (Maximum temperature of 70 degrees) but do not put this pan in cold water after having it hot. I have never known a non stick pan to have be able to work during a maximum high setting, most things should be cooked slowly to avoid this in any pan one buys. I used this pan on a gas hob however it does say it would work on an induction, grill, electric and ceramic devices. The deep walls can provide you with a nice deep omelette and extra cooking space inside.
I’d recommend to anyone wanting to buy this versatile non stick pan, very good pan and I haven’t been able to find any bad aspects about it. One pan that really can.

Really pleased with the pan, bought it to use in my new campervan as it is so versatile. High sides means less mess, handle really easy to remove to put in oven and very easy to clean. Plus can use basket for easy draining of pasta,. Very glad I chose this pan.
This is a real all rounder as far as cooking goes. It cooks healthier as I don’t need cooking oil for the majority of meals I am preparing and is much more than just a frying pan. The pan can be used on top of the stove, under the grill or in the oven. It dry fries, steams and can be used to cook deep fried choices if required and comes with a frying basket.
There is a recipe booklet which is handy for cooking times enclosed too. The pan can be put in a dishwasher washer but for dry frying just a wipe round with kitchen roll is enough.
It has been perfect to cook anything from fried eggs to pasta to stir fries with perfection as it locks in the flavours. I love the deep sides of this frying pan too, very practical.
We are very pleased with the size and quality of this Flavorstone Diamond Edition 24cm Square shape non stick pan. Shape is an excellent feature as it does look bigger than round 24cm pans we have.
Pan is made of Aluminium and has a very good thickness all around especially the bottom of the pan for retention of heat and equal distribution of heat. It is a bit of the heavy side when fully loaded with food. Non stick coating is very good even with minimal oil or fat used for cooking. Cleaning is also very easy virtually just wipe clean with kitchen towel.
We are using it on a gas hob but it says in description that it is suitable for all cooking surfaces. This pan can be moved straight from stove to oven with handle detached as the cookware is oven & grill safe.
It comes with a silicon steamer which worked perfectly for streaming vegetables. We have used it as a deep chip frying pan with cooking aluminium basket that is included with the product and it is absolutely perfect for the purpose as it has deep walls to prevent spills and splashes. Please note that it comes with a detachable handle which is very robust and easy to attach and detach but you can not use lid when handle is attached to the pan. Same with using cooking basket for deep frying, you can not use the lid. I use my splash guard for deep frying but I thought I mention this as I liked to give full details in my review.
Overall this product is very attractive and stylish as well as practical. We have already tried few different cooking methods and it has performed very well in each scenario. Fryers are one of the most useful pans in the kitchen, it allows you to cook small dishes quickly.
However most people know and use fryers, just to fry things, the truth is that the fryer is a very versatile kitchen tool.
This fryer is a good example that fryers can also be used to make a lot of things in the kitchen, fryers like this can certainly cook several dishes for one or two people, depending on the dish, we can even use it to cook for more people.
It is true that good food does not depend only on the pan, however this fryer will help you cook better for the simple fact that it won’t let your food stick to the bottom of the pan.
This Flavor Stone Diamond Edition fryer is especially good because it has a removable handle and it can be used on the grill or in the oven without any problem.
By the way, you may have seen me struggling a little bit to open the handle, but it is very easy to do so, just follow the super easy instruction on the short manual, and you will see how easy it is.
With Christmas already knocking on the door I can imagine a good turkey inside this giant Non Stick Frying Pan, all toasted with a lot of sauce.
This is a complete set with everything you need for a deep fryer, this set even includes the lid. One of my favourite things about this fryer is the height of the sides or height of the wall, they are very tall for a splashes free kitchen.

Really impressed with just how non-stick this is!! Even burning food won’t stick & you don’t even need to oil the pan. Everything slips about/off easily. The handle detaches so it can be put in the oven (plastic, so don’t forget) & holds securely once locked, but it’s simple to release when needed. There’s a silicone ‘steamer’ basket to allow you to steam food & a wire deep fry basket (made from metal, admittedly with rounded feet, but they tell you not to use metal on the surface), but I don’t really intend to use either. They seem capable of fulfilling their purpose though.
A glass lid is provided which helps stop splatters & will let you keep an eye on the food. If I had any slight issue with this package, its that the lid won’t fully rest in place while the handle is attached, minor grumble

Pretty versatile pan which will fry, deep fry, grill, steam and can be used in the oven if requires. With frying you don’t need to use oil so it’s a healthier option.
It feels nice and solid, reassuringly weighty but not heavy. The handle is detachable which is great but if you have the handle on and want the lid on as well then it sits at an angle BUT also in the set was a silicon lip guard – it was attached to the cooking basket, if you put this on the lip of the pan itself then the lid sits flat and steam can escape around the side. It also comes with a silicone steam tray which is pretty useful and you can actually stack a fair bit of veg on it, again when using the steamer I had the lid on with the silicone lip guard. It worked great and it’s the first time I’ve had steamed veg for a while – you forget how much better it tastes. The pan is also deep enough to make something like a chilli in or a stew in enough for up to 4 depending on portion sizes I suppose. When I made the chilli too I put it on a heat resistant mat on the table removed the handle sprinkled a bit of cheese over and let my little lot just ladle the amount they wanted out.
It’s easy to clean down, nothing sticks not even without any oil, and as the handle is detachable so it’s that bit more convenient to store.
For a small household, this pan covers a wide variety of cooking methods: low-medium temperature frying, steaming, ‘deep’ frying with the wire basket, and baking.
The non-stick surface works as advertised, with good food release so you don’t need to use as much (or any) oil for many dishes. The square shape provides a lot of surface area, and it’s deep enough for many one-pot dishes.
The included accessories for steaming and deep frying both feel high quality and easy to clean.
The removable handle is an innovation I’ve seen before in the Tefal ceramic series and it works well here too, although it’s a bit of a shame you can’t use the handle and the lid at the same time – Tefal got around it by adding the vent to the side where the handle would be and it worked well.
Overall, though, this is an exceptionally versatile and useful pan that I can imagine using for the bulk of our evening meals in some way or another. The included recipe book is an added bonus to a high quality pan.
The pan is delivered in a large cardboard box. The pan is protected by cardboard and the parts are packed in plastic bags. The box contains a wire basket with metal handle; A plastic steaming rack; A silicone flap (to protect the side of the pan when using the wire basket); A removable handle and glass lid (ready assembled) and Instruction sheet.
The pan is square and a good depth for deep frying and the removable handle makes it ideal from hob to oven cooking in the same pan.
Quite frankly, there are more ‘Don’ts than Do’s with this pan. Don’t use metal implements. Don’t use the glass lid in an oven higher than 180’C (356’F). Don’t use aerosol cooking spray (no reason provided). Don’t use the removable handle on other pans. Don’t overheat an pan. Don’t heat an empty pan. Don’t wash a hot pan. Don’t use the pan with any deep scratches. Don’t use aggressive chemical cleaning agents. Don’t fill the basket more than 1/3 full of oil. Don’t let the gas flame rise up the side of the pan. Don’t use the pan under a grill/broiler/salamander. Don’t move the cook basket during frying and Don’t overheat the pan.
Other advice in the instruction sheet says not to wash the pan after every use but simply wipe it clean with a paper towel. I personally don’t like this advice, I would rather wash my pan after every use to make sure that it is clean before I cook with it again.
There are also a few issues with the lid. The glass lid doesn’t stand high temperatures so is no good for most of the dishes that I cook in the oven which is usually at 200’C so I have to use foil instead., it also doesn’t fit onto the pan when the handle is attached so I have to remove the handle before using the lid to steam food.
Even though there are a multitude of don’t s with this pan, I really like it. It cooks fried and scrambled eggs without having to use oil or butter and they really do turn out well and slide easily out of the pan. The pan is deep and great for stir fry’s. Flavours don’t transfer between dishes but more than anything, it really is non-stick ,hence the reason for four stars not three.
I was really impressed with this pan when I unboxed it, it is so much more than just a frying pan.
The sides are nice and deep so spilling food out is not a problem, I always make my own sauces as we do not like using jars and this made the best sauce I have ever made, I was able to just leave it simmering away to itself with the lid on and nothing stuck to the pan whatsoever.
This pan comes with a handle that you clip on and off, lid, a frying basket and a silicon steam tray also included is a little book with some recipes in that we cannot wait to try. To use the lid you do have to detach the handle which is not a problem as it is so easy to clip on and off.
It really is an amazing pan that makes cooking not only easier but much healthier too thanks to the amazing non stick you can use little to no oil at all. I would recommend.

I received this item through the Amazon Vine programme. This is a versatile pan with an impressive non-stick surface. Although the dimensions are clearly stated, it did seem somewhat smaller than I was expecting, probably due to the photo’s on the page: all I can say is that the picture with the steak, tomato’s and asparagus…..well, that’s a very small steak.
The pan is light in weight and very easy to clean: I tend to cremate bacon when I fry it, but in this pan there’s no problem. One drawback is that you cant fit the lid closed if you have the handle attached.
The cooking basket is useful and has a handle that folds down to enable easy storage.
I don’t have an induction hob so haven’t had the opportunity to test the pan on one, but I found it heated up quickly on my ceramic hob.
Overall this is a useful multifunctional pan, however it’s current retail price of 69.99 is a bit pricey: a search of the Amazon pages will show very similar items at some 20% cheaper. A good item, but not the best value for money: 4 stars.
I had hoped this would be good quality and I was not disappointed.
With the high sides it’s much better for cooking things like stir fry foods (nothing gets spilled). The glass lid helps to ensure things are cooked from above too as it traps the heat in, especially when cooking vegetables with the silicon steamer, great for mixed veg such as broccoli, cauliflower and the like.
We haven’t used the “chip fryer” basket as you would need quite a bit of oil for that, but I can see that it could be quite useful.
It says you don’t need any extra oil and the sausages we cooked certainly didn’t need any and cooked really well (it’s that lid again).
Cleaning it was child’s play, very easy to clean with normal washing up liquid an a non-abrasive sponge.
This is an amazingly versatile piece of kitchen equipment, very well designed and made.
I do recommend taking the time to read the instruction leaflet if this is your first time using this brand.
Don’t be like me and spend 10 minutes trying to work out how the detachable handle works – the instruction leaflet points out the 2 buttons on the side which make everything simple! It also has other information worth reading before you start.
One thing worth mentioning straight off is that if the handle is attached the lid won’t fit properly, but its simple enough to clip it (the handle) on and off, so not a big deal. (For me anyway, but it might be a nuisance for some)
The lid itself is only oven safe up to 180C/365F/Gas mark 4
So while this ‘frying pan’ (and it is so much more than a frying pan!) does have some limitations, it does excel at the tasks its intended for.
It arrived today in time for lunch and then I used it again this evening.
Its a doddle to clean up. The size and shape make it versatile especially with the extra accessories – a metal basket for deep frying or blanching and a silicone steamer for fat free cooking.
Also included is a nice little recipe book for inspiration – there a few things in there that I’m keen to try.
Now did I mention- please make sure to read the leaflet that has VERY IMPORTANT on one side and WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS on the other. Well worth taking the time to do this!
Overall I’m delighted with this cooking pan. Its *extremely* non-sticky and produced an excellent fried egg which just slid out onto the plate, it seems to be a ver good heat conductor ( I’m using it on gas), produced fantastic results and is just so easy to clean up and store.
I have a feeling that it will be my main go-to pan every day as it is so very versatile.

The beauty of being of being able to prep Chicken first then placing in oven in same pan…….just brilliant. If I had enough money I’d buy one of these for each of my children, thoroughly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m so glad I purchased this pan, my husband use to do all the cooking and had bought stainless steel pans in the past and quite honestly, I’m not a great fan. This pan is so easy to clean after use, no soaking or scrubbing, it just comes clean straight away with a quick run under the tap. It’s a good size and cooks really well at high temperatures, I haven’t used the other accessories yet but they all look very high quality too.

I feel I need to give this pan more credit. Yes I had initial issue but now it’s definitely the first pan I go for everything. I’ve used it for frying, boiling, steaming.
The best bits for me:
-Much lighter than my usual go to pan of cast iron.
-Non stick really works, and needs no maintenance unlike my cast iron pans.
-Easy to clean as nothing has stuck on yet.
-The pan itself looks cool, love the blue pattern.

On opening up I thought this looks the business I then read the book, gave it a wash with dish soap and sponge as instructed. I then eager to try it threw in 4 eggs and to my disappointment seen a transparent layer near the base pealing away and threw eggs away as well… yuck. I gave it another wash with soap and sponge once cooled to try another day.
I presume there was some kind of protective layer that needed burned off but the book said it only needed a mild wash before use. I suggest you wash it then bring it up to a med-high heat let it cool as it retains heat for a long time then wash it thoroughly again.
So today I thought I’d give it another go as a premium priced pan must be at least usable. 2 steaks in, cooked, out and nothing stuck. The remains were all loose nothing stuck on. Gave it a wash and spotless again, great.
After my initial disappointment the pan does indeed seem to live up to its non stick claim, it will be useful to use in the oven as well and can fill the place of several pans and oven dishes to reduce cluttered cupboards.
Will update if I have any problems but for now a thumbs up from me.

So easy to clean .
Easy to remove its handle.
Does not require a lot of space when you storage .
Not messy at all.
Does the job for 3 so definitely a space saver and money saver !
There are so many options for this pan it is hard to write a quick review so I will finish by emphasising how much I love it and how easy it is to clean.
