Trs facile monter mais il vaut mieux s’y mettre deux. Fonctionne parfaitement, se rgle a toutes les hauteurs souhaites. Trs silencieux. Pratique les pieds qui longent les caissons, gain de place sous le bureau.
This is a luxury for any old man with a bad back like me!
I’ve had this for quite a while now and couldn’t be without. Was one of the best I found at the time for money, does what you expect, it’s fantastic
Je l’ai achet pour poser un plateau en ma possession et me faire un bureau d’atelier sur lequel je peux travailler assise ou debout.
Pretty sturdy even at the highest setting, no memory buttons though just up and down.
Slightly tricky to install if doing it on your own, no complains about the quality though, bought it a couple of months ago, pretty sturdy and works exactly as expected.
Fantastic easy option to make a height adjustable desk with a very discreet control unit. Could have done with being able to lower it by another inch though as still slightly too high for all day use when sitting
Easy to assemble. Mechanism works perfectly. Feeling the benefit after a week in place.
After having this for 6 weeks approximately it has stopped operating. It will lower but won’t raise.
I use it in a sitting position about 4 inches from its lowest point, but while trying to figure it out, I have now lowered it another 2-3 inches lower than what is comfortable for me, and can not raise it now. I have sent a question to the seller to see if I can get replacement parts to fix the issue.
They replied within 12 hours and told me to lower the desk fully to reset it. Which I did, and this has fixed the problem
easy assembly and sturdiness. a little bit wobbly when fully extended but with something top heavy like this it is to be expected.
really pleased and would definitely recommend this, never stood up so much
Good desk while it worked. Bought it November and it stopped working in January. Then got on a chat with Flexispot customer service and told them the problem. The girl took 10 seconds to send me the information on how to reset the issue. Desk works perfectly again. Pleasant customer service.
I used this base and built a really nice top out of birchwood ply. My desk is 140cm wide x 80cm deep. At absolute maximum height it does wobble a bit but I’d never ever have it that high and it’s totally stable at working height for me. It comes very well packed and the instructions are very clear. On the negative side, whilst the motor is smooth and not too noisy it doesn’t seem to take too much up and down for it to need to ‘rest’ for a while as it will cut out. This could be problematic if it ever sticks in the wrong position and I have a Zoom coming up. Also my particular control box has a slightly suspicious rattle and there must be something loose in it but it works fine. Overall I’m very happy with this product.
Amazing desk for the money!! Had previously looked at the manual crank desks in IKEA and the cheapest were 179 each plus the cost of the desk top and 15 delivery as I don’t drive. As myself and my partner both needed a desk but needed seperate invoices for work purposes it would have also been two delivery charges.
We decided we would look on Amazon and saw these electric Flexispot desk bases and they were cheaper and included free delivery so we decided to bite the bullet and give them a try. So glad we did as they’re great! I was apprehensive about what the quality would be like but had no need to be at all.
They both arrived very quickly and even before opening the box I was impressed, as straight away on the outside of the box Flexispot advise to contact them if any parts are broken or missing and they will replace them. Then as we opened the box there was another leaflet advising if you’re not happy with your purchase you’re free to return it within 30 days.
The instruction booklet was very IKEA in its style but very clear to understand with all the bags of screws, Alan keys, etc all neatly sealed in a row of joined bags labelled with a letter corresponding to the instructions to make putting it together as easy and foolproof as possible.
We are limited on space so we had to go for smaller desk tops ( we used 100 x 60 Linnmon from IKEA that cost 15 each) however the cross bar can extend to fit a larger top if you prefer.
This desk goes extremely high as you can see from the video so is an ideal standing desk regardless of height. On the lowest setting I had to pump my chair up a bit but could still put my feet on the floor as use ergonomically.
If you’re looking for a sit/stand desk you really can’t go wrong with this one.
Brought for hubby for Xmas. He’s delighted with it. He put it together himself with no screaming or eye rolling in about 1 hour. Very good price. He’s since purchased the walnut top from same company and it looks the bees knees on top of legs. If I’d known how big he had wanted the top I would have got it at same time. Ikeas tops aren’t of the same quality. Very hassle free all round.
Love this desk! The motor is great and can handle dual monitor mount with two screens and two laptops no problem. Make sure you follow rules, they are simple to follow but I got excited to put it together and went too fast. I ended up having to take it apart twice because I did something wrong near the start.
Got this after reading the reviews and I am totally impressed with the desk. I brought an IKEA desktop and it fit perfect.
After researching lots of desks online I was sceptical about the low price, but in hindsight this is a great quality product.
I’ve a electric desk at the office, so knew what I wanted for home-working. This was easy to construct and only took 90min.
Other reviews have mentioned it’s wobbly when fully extended, but I don’t agree. This is as good as any I have used in the work place previously.
Note; I purchased and fitted a IKEA desktop 60x120cm for 15
I thought I ordered white but a black one came, either way the black actually looks nice against the worktop I had from IKEA. Really happy with the purchase, it’s exactly what I need it for, always sitting too long hurts my back and I like to stand and walk around, so this allows me to fake walk as well as carry on working without losing time.
Was easy to put together and instructions were easy to follow, only thing is the sticky cable holder wasn’t sticky and just fall down, may need more double side tape to secure it into place but all in all, love it since I work from home.
I’ve had my Flexispot Electric Standing Desk for over a month now and I’m very happy with it. It was easy to assemble and the operation is also very simple. It’s smooth in its movements and has helped me to be versatile in my working practice, able to sit and stand when necessary. I purchased a 150cm x 60cm piece of solid furniture board as my desktop and I have a 21″ iMac and two monitors (21″ and 16″) 2 studio speakers, a 32 key Komplete Control keyboard, various hard drives and it has no problem with the load. I have no hesitation recommending it.
Easy to assembly, very sturdy. Great buy. Got my desk top from currys and fits well. Work from home made easier. Am so loving it.
My only issue was box was ripped with some missing screws, had to improvise, nevertheless, it was all good.
Just amazing desk has transformed my working from home set up
We ordered a specific table top that matches the frame. So, there is a flexibility to build a table of a size that suits you. It looks neat and it is sturdy.
Compared to the prices of other standing desk solutions this represents extremely good value.
As a lot of people I am now working from home and had a impromptu desk set up with a bit of OSB board. The home working seems like it’s here to stay so an upgrade was in order.
This desk (well legs of a desk) is sturdy and infinitely adjustable and easily provides the height required to enable me to work comfortably standing up, i am 6ft and this desk could easily accommodate someone taller.
I had a few minor issues during assembly, but managed to get it working in the end. Unfortunately the lower limit for the frame is almost 72cm, not 71cm as advertised. And in the end it is 2-3 cm off the ideal position, which is kind of a big deal if you sit behind it the whole day. The rest of it seems solid so far, although I removed two protective plates because they were making rattling noise. The motor is quiet and the speed is OK. I see no point in going for 2 motor models.
Absolutely love this up/down desk especially when there a 65 special offer could be applied to it! I didn’t think the extra cost of the one with the memory settings was worth it. The mother-in-law gives its appearance a thumbs up as its modern and looks so much better than traditional office desk. It was quite straight forward following initiative to put together. The instructions should make it clearer how far from the edge of your top the legs should be. I went on 3 inches. I bought the Ikea Lilltraesk worktop of 123cm to use with it – the Ikea tabletop I don’t think is strong enough. So the desk takes the weight of 2 24in monitors and heavy mounting stand and laptop and the desk effortlessly goes up and down. It is incredably stable. When choosing its location – make sure you have clearance away from anything like a shelf. The only things I think should be improved on are the design could incorporate cable trunking like other companies ones. The supplied self adhesive cable clips fell off within a day. Do not let the power cable drop into the bits by the spindle as they can stop the spindle turning to move the desk. However you can buy relatively cheap Ikea cable ducts to screw into the worktop and its something I’m going to do. Also the delivery was going to be 2 weeks but came the next day which was excellent! It takes some adjustment to working standing up and its something you need to build up over time. Highly recommend.
Really impressed with this desk – easy to assemble and very sturdy. Would probably be advisable to have two people put it together (it’s very heavy) but I managed it on my own. Note it doesn’t come with the desk top – I knew this before ordering but can imagine someone not realising this. Used an offcut of a laminate worktop as the desk surface so also needed a drill to add pilot holes to attach the frame but this was very easy.
Generally works very well, I like that it’s customisable to different width desks, and the automatic buttons work smoothly and seamlessly. Looks and feels much more expensive than it was – well worth the investment especially now working from home 2-3 days a week for the forseeable future!
I bought this desk for my daughter who already uses a standing desk at college. It was easy to assemble and works very well. You need to buy the desk top separately – buying from the same vendor means that the pre-drilled holes match up, but you could branch out with a different supplier if you find a more suitable desktop. The desk is adjustable in terms of width (on construction).
Easy to assemble with clear instructions and pictures. I attached it to a standard office worktop I already Had. Very heavy and sturdy set of legs, feels really solid and secure when fully extended. I had to email the seller because the “up” button appeared not to work after 1st use. They replied quickly with some simple reset instructions (turn if off- hold down button for 30 seconds) and it works fine. Would highly recommend
Surprisingly small but dense package arrived which was fairly simple to put together, and turns into this substantial standing desk. All components locked together easily. An IKEA kitchen counter top made for a cost effective work area which, as per picture, is accommodating 2 x 34 inch monitors and peripherals. This was the best balance of quality and value I could see at Amazon and elsewhere. Motor is effective and reasonably quiet. Up/Down switch screws in under counter top. Easy. Recommend.
This is a quality product. Extremely well packaged with very clear, easy-to-follow instructions. I especially liked the supplied bolts, screws and tools which were all individually packaged and numbered (unlike some products where everything is bundled into one big bag). The only part that required a bit of DIY skills was attaching the desk top to the legs. I used an existing top so needed to mark out where to screw it onto the base, but I only needed a pencil, tape measure and cross-head screwdriver to complete the task.
The desk rises and falls at the touch of a button, smoothly and quietly, and I can go from sitting to standing in under 10 seconds. One tip – if you are using the desk with any electrical equipment (eg as a computer desk), connect everything up with the desk at the highest position you plan to use. Otherwise you might find that the cables and leads to your equipment get stretched or pulled out as the desk rises up. Check that there is enough room above or below so nothing gets in the way, such as shelves, pictures, cupboards, etc.
Overall, very pleased with the result. Already enjoying the benefits and wish I’d bought this desk many months ago.
I just had to buy a board cut at my chosen size. Really good value for money.
Changing from standing to sitting position several times a day makes a difference for a programmer like me. Feels better already !
I’ve always wanted a sit/stand desk but feared the price tag. I slipped a disc in my back and firmly believe a lot of it was down to poor posture and hours a day of sitting at a desk – working from home with lack of movement.
Stumbled across this desk and thought it was too good to be true. Ordered as it was the perfect size on the smallest setting for my tiny “box” spare room. I coupled with a IKEA top for 6 – 100cm in width as others recommended on here.
What a fantastic desk! Looks stylish, quiet and fluid movement up and down.
Delighted with this and recommended to many colleagues, family and friends.
Delivery actually came in about 4 working days which is excellent.
installed a week ago, really like it – it’s what I wanted.
I bought two of these along with some matching tops and they are great. There are more expensive but I’m not sure what extra you would be expecting. Even a small issue I had with one was dealt with very swiftly and easily with the customer service team.
Got an ikea worktop – fits great – very sturdy and easy to use.
The worse thing about this desk is that it took me much longer to assemble than I had anticipated and hoped.
However, it is now assembled and has been working really well over the last few weeks. I love it. To my surprise, I a spending more time standing than sitting and my knees are thanking me for that. My hip flexors are not as tight as they were and its improved my overall mobility.
I love the fact that you can raise or lower the desk to precisely the height that you want it to be and not just to 2 or 3 preset heights as in some desks I researched. I am very happy with my purchase – though, if I ever move, I’m going to have to remember to tell the removal team to lift the desk by its stand and not by the desktop as I’m not sure it could withstand that as its held on by 12 screws. The desk is very strong and solid in use though.
It’s my best purchase for a while.
I’ve only had this desk a cuople of months, and obviously a review would be more meaningful after a year or two, for any faults to become apparant, but so far so good. I bought the frame (179) and used my own desktop (75 x 150cm cheap ikea desk) – so overall price remarkably low for an electic adjustable desk. I was originally thinking of buying a manual hand-turn adjustable desk from Ikea for 215 – so I’m glad I didnt do that. Good assembly instructions. I would ideally like a desk that went even lower than 72cm, so I could sit with a yoga ball, but none of them do that. (But it does go very high). Overall, very satisfied customer.
I spent a lot of time looking into this as I was unsure of what style of standing desk to get – the version where your whole desk lifts up or down works best for me and this model was easy to construct, arrived early and has been working well. Would have no hesitation in recommending this for first time standing desk buyers.
Easy to assemble and attach desk top. Appears to be good quality and sturdy. Easy to operate. Very happy with the purchase.
Amazing, practical, good quality. Cut the legs off my old desk and popped this on the bottom.
Had the desk for some time now, so can honestly say it is pretty great. Sturdy and heavy, yet not bulky or imposing. Works great, no issues there. Can be a bit wobbly when fully extended, but that’s physics isn’t it? Plus it really isn’t bad. It is a bit of a fiddle to assemble it, but if you’re ok with putting together IKEA stuff, you’ll be good here too. I used a small desk top from IKEA, as I don’t have too much space at the moment, but soon I’ll be moving to larger space and I love the fact that I’ll be able to widen the desk legs and fit larger top very easily. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and did already recommended it to a mate.
Easy to assembly, solid construction. Adjutable lenght is brilliant idea. Added hard wood ply 100cm x 60cm from B&Q for 20 and it works great. I have seen someone was writing that it is wobbly with my desk top it is bearly noticeable. I am very happy about this product. Thanks.
Went together fairly well and is robust enough for what we wa
Pretty happy with it so far, pretty sturdy and excellent value for money!
I bought this frame about a week ago because, due to lockdown, I am teaching from home and probably will be for the next 4-5 weeks (at least). In the past I’ve made a makeshift standing desk with monitor risers, laptop stands, and piles of books, but figured it was time to invest in something that would do the job properly. As I was already happy with the Ikea desk I have, just buying the frame made sense. I have also purchased an under-desk treadmill so that I can walk whilst I work (maybe not during actual lessons but at least planning!)
The desk frame came well packaged in a surprisingly compact box with clear instructions (all the different parts are very clearly labelled so no confusion between screws) and I had it put together in under 30 minutes (excluding attaching the desktop surface). It’s not quite as smooth as others I’ve seen, doesn’t have automatic buttons so has to be manually controlled whilst adjusting, and doesn’t have any height memory, but it is a fraction of the cost of the ones that have those functions, and I don’t mind holding the button down for a few seconds if it saves me 100!
All in all a very good product, clearly sturdy and well-built, and my favourite new toy for the home office 🙂
Over the moon with this product cost, delivery, easy to assemble, quality, looks. Very very happy
A great addition to the WFH set-up.
Easy assemble
Sturdy
Like everyone in post-apocalyptic Britain, I decided to give my home office a makeover in 2020. Of course, IKEA was my first port of call, but they had run out of the hand-cranked sit-stand desks on the cheaper end of the market. I had no intention of spending 400 on IKEA’s electric ones, so I looked elsewhere and the one that kept coming up was the Flexispot desk.
I decided to save a bit of wonga by getting the barebones basic EC1 frame from Flexispot and getting a reclaimed wooden desktop from the local timber yard. The frame set me back 179.99 and the solid wood desktop 80, so all in all a cool 260 for a very slick desk setup. (Note, I haven’t yet sanded and varnished the desk in the picture).
The frame is easy to put together. The instructions could have been clearer in places, as far as the orientation of one or two components (the beam and the baffle), but if you’ve ever put together an IKEA desk you should be fine. I like the fact that you can install any desktop. The satisfaction of watching the desk move up and down for the first time is hard to overstate. It’s very gentle, fairly quiet (though not silent), and stable enough to balance a full cup of tea without spilling on the way up and down.
I am typing this review standing up. I have to be honest: in three months of owning this desk I have only used it standing up a handful of times. But that is more my failing than the desk’s. It’s easy to get into old habits and forget you have a sit-stand desk in front of you.
Frankly, I don’t know why you’d bother with a more expensive one.
It’s a very nice desk. I have one adjustable desk in my office. This one is as good as that one but cheaper. I wish I had ordered it back in March when the whole WFH thing started (then I would have avoided working on my dining table for 9 months). Before it arrived I wasn’t confident about being able do the assembly by myself, but it turned out quite straight forward. It took me about 1.5 hours from starting to the end (I admit I’m not very good at hands-on type of work lol).
Excellent quality and sturdiness. Easy to assemble, screws self-tapped into my desktop.
The package arrived quickly. I initially had some trouble fitting it, but realised there is a video for the assembly which made it very easy.
It is a large enough table for my laptop and extra monitor, keyboard, mouse and some extra bits. You can easily fit 2 monitors. The table is very sturdy and the movement up and down is very smooth.
It arrives with handy tools to assemble the shelve, and the instruction is very clear. Tried it with an ikea table top and that transfer my home office to a more productive space. A joy for sure!
he table moves up and down really well, however the only downside is that it isn’t that sturdy, e.g. i could not cut a steak on the table because my glass of water would then tip over.
