Brilliant and good looking smartwatch, the only downside is no internal GPS so you need to bring your mobile out with you to track any activities, on that basis do you need the music option of this watch?
After having a Fitbit and Apple Iwatch, I much prefer this it’s a very pretty watch and has all the functionality I need for walking, running, swimming, cycling and workouts. I read a lot of the reviews before I bought it and the negative ones nearly put me off buying it but I’m glad I ignored them? I have had no syncing issues as long as you have the Garmin app open when you do the activity it works fine and the battery lasts at least 4 to 5 days even if I do an hour or two activity everyday, the stats are really good too.
Looks like a normal watch and am using connect app to see exact calorie expenditure which I sync with my fitness pal to count up every 3500 calorie deficit for a 1lb loss.
Got this as a gift for mother-in-law, it’s not too big and looks very smart and is easy to use. Battery also lasts about 5 days and does not take long to charge. Good display size.
Spent a while trawling on line forming – who ALL echoed the same concerns I was encountering.
Firstly , after connection and set up – you will need a software update, delete and reinstall app – then it works .
Overall quite disappointing for Garmin – hence reduced price .
You will need to spend considerably more on a more reliable version .

It also only comes with one strap (small size) and to buy an official Garmin one you’re looking 35 so bear that in mind as an extra expense if you’d prefer a larger strap.
The Garmin app is pretty easy to use and so far I haven’t had any connectivity issues which was the main reason I picked Garmin over Fitbit.
Overall would recommend but with the caveat regarding battery life.
Lovely watch but did not like the garmin silicon watchstrap it came fitted with, this
irritated my wrist, so had to buy the garmin leather strap (there was no alternative manufacturer), it was very expensive but great quality. Very pleased with the watch functionality.

Vibrate is not working on notification made me stress with this.. low battery charger then work vibrate on notification but middle battery go gone vibrate I cannot find any. I go wait low battery charger will vibrate. I not happy with that… because I am full deaf can’t hear. I need full vibrate all battery.

Looks lovely, easy to navigate and connects well with phone. Battery life good, lasts about 4 to 5 days.
I received my item over a week ago and so far the battery is still going.
My previous garmin broke after a few years of good service. I decided to look at latest versions to replace it.
I was happy to find that a slimmer version was now available. It looks great and work very well.
I do think the app could be improved but the watch does compensate for that as it’s pretty well thought up.
It’s a little expensive, but my Mrs loves it, and we all know that’s the bit that matters lads! She’s had no issues with it, buy this over ANY fitbit product.
A mio avviso lo smartwatch pi bello del mercato. Le funzionalit sono buone, essendo Garmin non mi aspettavo meno. L’unico problema di questo orologio la batteria che se si attivano tutte le funzioni dura un massimo di 3 giorni. Se lo sai, non cambia molto, ma effettivamente il produttore diceva che durava 5 giorni. Ho fatto delle prove e modificando alcune funzionalit ci si arriva a 5 giorni, ma ovviamente in questo modo meno funzionale per il giorno dopo giorno. Detto ci meraviglioso, bello, preciso e tutto il resto funziona alla grande. Non un orologio per veri runner perch non ha il GPS incorporato, vorrei vedere… piccolissimo. Per il mio polso perfetto e dato che de vado a correre porto sempre con me il telefono, non trovo fastidiosa l’assenza di GPS.
Very happy with this purchase. As a lone female runner, I feel safer with this watch with its safety alert feature. I am also very prone to losing my phone so find the phone locator aspect of the watch very useful too. I use this watch to track my steps and exercise, but also find great value in the app to track my sleep and cycle. My only complaint is the battery life as it needs charging every couple of days which is more than what I charged my Fitbit.
Die garmin lily ist meine erste Fitnessuhr berhaupt. Dem entsprechend bin ich von all ihren Funktionen begeistert, wahrscheinlich kann sie noch viel mehr als ich tglich mit ihr mache. Sie hat fr mich die perfekte Gre und ein zauberhaftes Design. Das einzige Manko ist die GPS Funktion. Die funktioniert bei mir fast nie richtig, oft wird die Zeit und die Geschwindigkeit meiner Aktivitten richtig und durchgehend festgehalten.. Allerdings lsst sich im Nachhinein kaum die Strecke nachverfolgen, wenn berhaupt, dann nur in Bruchstcken. Das ist sehr schade. Dennoch liebe ich sie sehr und freue mich jedes Mal, wenn ich ‘auf die Uhr schaue’.
Battery life is pretty useless. Lasts for a good few days but the biggest issue is that is dies all of a sudden. I had a Fitbit previously and the low battery alert came a couple of days before it eventually died and it even displayed a low battery sigbfoe a good while. With this watch you get a couple of hours warning which is useless. Otherwise, lovely watch (ifi knew how to work it!)

Got this gift for my wife and she loves it. It fits her wrist perfectly as most smart watches are too large, this is just nice. The screen is good and easily readible and the app is simple enough to use and has a lot of functions. Easy to configure application notifications and has function to alert loved ones in case of emergency with easy tap.
Only shame is the battery life, it needs a daily charge despite it black and white screen.
Orologio molto apprezzato, regalato a una persona sportiva ma non troppo che voleva monitorare alcuni suoi dati! Lo stile piaciuto moltissimo, la batteria speravo fosse pi performante la durata non arriva a una settimana senza senza utilizzo in attivit sportiva. Ogni tanto se non collegato allo smartphone l’ora e la data perosno completamente il senso, per risolvere basta collegarlo.
I bought the Lily to use as my day to day watch and I love it. It was worried about how big it would be prior to buying so have included a picture for reference. I use the hydration and breathwork features a lot and love them. I track walks on it (need to take your phone with you for the GPS but I have it with me anyway so that’s not an issue), short cardio exercises (jump rope etc – you can set the intervals yourself) and daily steps.
I was dubious about the touch screen but have had no problems at all. I switched the strap for a bracelet style one I found so it looks prettier day to day.
It’s turned out to be the perfect solution for the problem of “forerunner not really suitable for work and nice events”. I still use my forerunner for runs because I love the big screen and pace tracking for that. At the same time I’m out running I charge the Lily. All the data syncs to the same app so it’s all in one place. Win win!

I watched YouTube reviews and did a lot of research before buying this watch and I’m glad I went for this one.
I have no complaints, I just love this watch. It’s not big and bulky, it’s also not fragile and feels very robust. I’ve knocked it a fair bit as I’ve owned it a year now and it isn’t scratched at all. I bought one for my mother in law because I was so impressed and she loves hers too.
Connects to your mobile easily and the garmin app is full of great information. The battery life is good, I have it on high sensitivity which is meant to drain the battery faster, I’d say I charge it every 3 or 4 days? And it charges really quickly too.
I can’t sing it’s praises enough.

Buscaba un reloj que pudiera llevar todo el da en cualquier situacin. Tengo muchas reuniones, presentaciones y eventos y quera algo discreto y elegante. Todos piensan que es un reloj normal y a todos les gusta. Muchas funciones para lo pequeo y discreto que es. La app es genial, fcil de entender y gestionar. Mire infinidad de relojes de todas las marcas antes de comprar y no me arrepiento para nada de haber elegido este.

Devo dire che, con le giuste impostazioni, la batteria dura 4-5 giorni.
Io sono contentissima dell’acquisto.
Orologio bellissimo e davvero femminile, l’unica pecca il touch, a volte poco sensibile. Dopo 4 giorni di utilizzo la batteria si scaricata solo del 35%, ma non connesso al telefono per ora.
Ich habe die Uhr erst einmal ein paar Wochen ausprobiert. Mir war es wichtig, eine Uhr zu haben, die Schritte und Laufwege aufzeichnet, mit der ich Bahnen schwimmen kann und die ich als Wecker nutzen kann. All das klappt mit der Garmin Lily wunderbar. Dazu finde ich sie bequem und finde es schn, eine kleine und stylische Uhr fr jeden Tag zu haben, die nicht sofort “Sportuhr” schreit. Selbst zum schickeren Abendoutfit ist sie tragbar.
Klar wre ein integriertes GPS fr den Preis erwartbar.. aber das war nicht meine hchste Prioritt.
Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit der Kombi aus Features und Design. Akkuleistung ist ok, v.a weil sie wirklich sehr schnell wieder aufldt.

I have not used it for exercise yet but it picks up when I go for a walks and tracks it. Battery life is really good, only put mine on charge after 4 days of constant wearing.

Sehr schne und zuverlssige Uhr fr Frauen. Meine Freundin nutzt sie tglich und ist voll und ganz zufrieden damit. Die App dazu kommuniziert problemlos mit der Uhr. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
Meine Frau hatte die Vivoactive HR und wollte gern auf ein neueres Modell umsteigen. Die Lilly ist wunderschn und elegant. Funktioniert super, Touch sehr toll. Da aber GPS nur im Beisein des Smartphones funktioniert, ist “Lilly” fr meine Frau bzgl Joggen oder Radtouren nahezu unbrauchbar. Das war der einzige Grund weshalb sie zurck ging! Rckabwicklung seitens Amazon funktionierte aber prima!
Material angenehm und keinerlei Verfrbungen nach 2Monaten. Weder am Handgelenk noch an der Uhr. (dunklerer Hauttyp).
Ich schwitze jedoch auch sehr wenig.
Sie ist wirklich perfekt fr kleine schmale Handgelenke. Habe schon so lange nach einer kleinen Smartwatch gesucht, welche klein und auch nicht nur sportlich aussieht.
Diese kann ich wunderbar den ganzen Tag tragen und passt zu fast jedem Style.
Alleine wegen der Optik wrde ich sie nicht mehr hergeben wollen.
Akku hlt bei mir 2 Tage. Bin Beruflich stndig auf den Beinen + 1h Hund spazieren.

Natrlich gibt es Uhren mit viel mehr Mglichkeiten, doch wollte ich einfach nur bisschen so schauen was ich am Tag Schritte mache, Puls schauen, natrlich Uhrzeit und keine sportliche Uhr.
Dafr gibt es kaum schnere als von Garmin.

This is a beautiful watch and I am very pleased with it – now that I have managed to link it to Garmin Connect. I have other Garmin devices that are all easy to connect via Garmin Express on my laptop, then via Garmin Connect – on a laptop or phone. However, Garmin Express does not recognise this watch, therefore I could not set it up without using a compatible phone. Our three phones were not compatible because they only had Android 5.1. According to the website: support.garmin.com – you need Android of at least 6..0. I spoke to someone at Garmin (who didn’t appear to know much about this watch) but he told me you need Android 8.5! I spoke to someone at Amazon Fr where I purchased it and they told me it’s not compatible with windows! I suppose the thing to do before buying this watch is see if you can download the Garmin Connect app onto your phone. The watch is now synced to Garmin Connect via a new phone with android 11 and it works well, but it does not connect to Garmin Connect via my laptop which is only a few months old and has the latest Windows 10 (and recognises my watch as a Bluetooth device). I am very disappointed that you can only connect to the watch via a phone that is relatively new, other than that I love the watch and it is the smallest I could find for my small wrists. The other gripe is – you need a special tool to remove the bracelet and that is not included when you buy the watch…….
Update: I contacted Garmin and they sent me another usb charger/data cable to try because they said it was not normal that the watch did not sync with Garmin Express. Unfortunately, the other usb cable did not fix the problem, which meant the watch was faulty and had to be replaced. I now have the replacement watch and it does what it should and connects/syncs to Garmin Express via my pc (as well as my phone). I am glad the problem has been resolved and I now have a fully functioning device.

Eine sehr schne Uhr ohne zu viel “Schnick Schnack”
Sie meistert all ihre Aufgaben so wie beschrieben, lediglich bei der Akkulaufzeit wird wie bei jedem akkubertiebenem Gert etwas gemogelt. Nach zwei Tagen muss die Uhr geladen werden, weil den dritten schafft der Akku nicht ganz, deshalb 1 Stern Abzug
Deutsch umstellen, so dass die Uhr auch in
Deutscher Sprache abzulesen ist, einfach ein
bisschen mit beschftigen, dann klappt das auch.
2. Die Zeitzone lsst sich von 12 auf 24 Std. auch in der
App umstellen und schon ist die Uhrzeit korrekt auf
der Uhr, wenn man das mchte.
3. Der Schrittzhler funktioniert gut, verglichen mit
einer Fitbit Uhr, nicht besser auch nicht schlechter.
4. Die Armbewegung wurde in den Einstellungen-
Gestenempfindlichkeit
auf Hoch gestellt und die Uhr geht bei jeder
Armbewegung an, wenn man mchte,dann kann sie
durch zweimaliges antippen auch aktiviert werden.
5. Wird dann alles Synchronisiert, dann ist alles so
wie es sein soll, sogar Celsius wird anstatt
Fahrenheit angezeigt.
Vier Sterne, weil ich zur Akkulaufzeit noch
nichts sagen kann.
Ich hoffe, ich konnte ein paar Missverstndnisse aus
der Welt rumen.

Reading texts and emails were not a priority but now she can do it, it’s useful.
The wrist gesture to show the face works well and scrolling through the menu is a doddle once you get the hang of it. Battery is lasting about four days (depending on the settings) and charges in no time.
App is good with tons of info, some useful like sleep, calories, blood pressure etc.
Good range of watch faces including the analogue ones shown on the classic version.
One point to note, the strap is unique to this model and part of the design, so probably no aftermarket alternatives will appear. Personally I will buy a spare to be on the safe side.
Reccomended by ‘her indoors’.

– Die App ist nicht der berflieger
– die Uhr unterscheidet bei den Aktiv-Kalorien NICHT zwischen Sport und normalen Schritten, auch in der App muss ich das selbst ausrechnen, die App zeigt die einzelnen Aktivitten mit jeweils x Kalorien, aber bei der Kalorienanzeige des Tages kann man nicht erkennen, wieviel Kalorien man sich durch Sport “erarbeitet” hat, das enttuscht mich wirklich.
