Good for pasteurisation in bottles. Leave gap at top as liquid expands. Bottles lean to side nicely but you might like to use a spacer. We used a pan steamer dropped to the centre to ensure stability.
The 10l size makes about 30 mugs boiled in 30 mins, and the tap is high enough to get a mug under, so is working for the situation we wanted it for. Fast delivery also. So far working well.
