had one before for a long time but broke. bought a cheaper model was total rubbish. so bought another h2o stream mop. totally amazing as usual. never buy cheap!

This is my second machine after many years with the first before it finally died of over use. It is easy to assemble for floor cleaning, easy to disassemble to use as a steam cleaner on radiators, showers, mattresses – it’s uses are endless. It is an essential part of my cleaning equipment – especially if you have tiled floors. Can highly recommend it.

Had one back in the UK and never found one that matches it whilst living abroad. So pleased I have been able to obtain one since relocating to another country.
Great product, have not tried the hand held version as yet but the mop bit seems to do the job well.
Absolutely perfect replacement for my other one which had packed up and that was an H2O X5 as well and we had had it a long time.

This is the first steam cleaner I’ve owned and I can happily say it was well worth the money. It cleans very thoroughly and the floor is nice and smooth. I used it in the bathroom and it also worked wonders. Its a shame it only comes with one mop head otherwise brilliant.
Updated my steamer. All is well only used it once so far. Its more compact than old one. Just hope it does’nt fur up like last one (older model)

We had wooden flooring layed a few years ago. When we got a new kichen it involved knocking down walls in the house so with the result,there was engraned cement in my hall & sitting room. this was a pic of before in hall & sitting room just finished(the actual cement that came out was unbelievable,in fact if you look closely its all out. it now looks like our floor has just been layed , only problem the instructions are in german,had to keep looking for advert on tv to watch
I am very pleased with the stream mop as it is so easy to assemble and use so it is no effort when I want to use it.
Good item, although I don’t think it’s worth the high price tag.
Does it’s job, the cleaning smellies don’t smell very strong so give those a miss for 20 but overall does it’s job. Good adaptionss
Easy to use and I love the fact it is water only and eco friendly. The amount of dirt it picks up is amazing even when I think my floor looks spotless from eye. Worth the money and I would recommend to anyone

2nd Mop purchase and great especially now during virus scares. Only use their products or white vinegar as other solutions will clog up the pipes (1st one broke because of this)
so impressed with the first one we bought we have now taken that to a holiday home and bought the latest version for our own house, Makes cleaning any tiled area a breeze.

Great product, easy to use and is strong to handle. Only just the floor steamer function so far and it doesn’t dry as fast as I thought it would, however I would buy it again, very good clean and easy to push.
I love this product! I used it for cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floor, they both looked so clean when I finished. I also like the fact I can use it for doing different things around the home, beats using a mop and bucket.
Use on tough kitchen and bathroom stains excellent. Found the window cleaning part quite difficult as cloth kept slipping off and would have liked a longer rod to be able to clean higher up as I can’t use ladders or any high steps, otherwise this is a brilliant cleaning product.
I like everything about the steam cleaner. It is easy to use and very effective. It makes every surface very clean. I like the dual use of it being hand held and a full cleaning mop for the floors. An excellent product to have in the home.

Our last floor cleaner broke just over a year after we got it. This one is more flexible and seems more robust. My wife is happy and that’s the main thing!
Great. bought to replace my well used old one that I’d had for years, got it when they first came out. can’t be without my steam mop.
It’s not the first one I’ve had – the last one ‘died’ after 5 years probably build up of limescale (my fault). This is a very neat, manoeuvrable steam cleaner with all sorts of uses/attachments – not just floors. Dead easy to assemble and use. Very effective .
This is a replacement steam mop after my last one, a Hoover, died after 14 months! This one is better, longer cable and a much better design. It’s great for cleaning my tiled floors, especially after my dogs have trod all over them!

Life is so much easier with this steam mop. I have 2 large dogs so it is a god send to be able to clean up without to much effort. Just fill with water, switch on and once green light comes on clean up the mess 2 dogs and a husband can make after a long walk. So much easier than a mop and bucket.
Good steam cleaner which comes with a range of accessories. The handle could do with some more strength however, when using the device on floors. Otherwise a great cleaner.
Never used a steam mop before but this one does all that is expected of.it. Great for wood flooring and tiles. A use on the freezer made sharp work of ice whcih had probably been hidden in those awkward nooks and crannies for months. The caacity of the water tank was small which lead to frequent refills but apart from that an excellent buy.
I’ve found this product works pretty well, makes easy work of mopping the floors. Expected a bit more from the power nozzle, didn’t do much to the mould in my bathroom grout. However it’s an easy product to use and I find it great peace of mind to know my floors/furniture and carpets are really clean.
Definitely cleans really really well, easily and fast. Couldn’t be without it now.
Only negative is handheld it’s quite heavy and difficult to keep at correct position for steam production and also hose attachment could be longer. Ideally you would want to leave it standing (it doesn’t stand alone) and have a long enough hose attachment so there would be no heavy or awkward lifting at all.
Steam cleaners hmmm I thought, had one of those a few years ago and it was cumbersome to use and store and all round a huge disappointment, however because I run art therapy sessions for autistic children from my studio, I need steam cleaning for mess and spills and to keep surfaces absolutely clean. I liked the look of this little design as its storable , lightweight and hoover like ; which is great because you just can plug in and quickly clean up. I was not disappointed this time. its an absolute joy! Easy, simple, and very effective. 5 stars!
I really like this product. It is leightweight and cleans well. No regrets in buying it. My only ‘complaint’ is that I would love to be able to put oils to scent the water. The room doesn’t smell fresh as it is cleaned. I think this would make a big difference but it states in the instructions not to add any such products to the water dispenser.
Mostly works as advertised, though oven cleaning for instance, is not as easy as advertised on TV. Works well on floor cleaning.
The handle to use as a floor cleaner is not as sturdy as you would think, it feels easily to break, so I always use both hands on top and at the bottom of the handle.
On lowest setting steam is not as hot as one would think.
Overall definitly worth the value if you do not want to spend a lot of money on the big toys like Krche
This is a good steam mop and covers such a range of things that can be done in the house – from steaming the floors to cleaning the windows. Well worth it.
As far as steam mops go its pretty good , only thing is it could do with a bit more strength on neck ,
feels a bit soft when pressure is applied to surface you are cleaning .
other than that , it works wonders well recommended
Does a GREAT job of steaming my kitchen and bathroom, so much better and easier than a mop. One star off as I don’t really rate the shower attachment, didn’t really seem to do a lot.
Is it wrong to feel blessed with a steam mop. I have tried a few now and ended up buying this as I have used it at my mum’s and it has been great. Easy attachments and love how it is so easy to swivel round the floor, especially in those corners. My only gripe is the glass cleaning fibre head, which I find quite tricky to fit. My house has never been so clean.
Arrived quickly, works well on bathrooms, ovens, floors. Not got to grip with doing my windows but that’s probably me rather than the product. The lead seems long until you start using it, on large floor areas I had to use extension lead. Overall happy, does a lot for the money.
I decided to buy this after being really disappointed with a cheap version bought through groupon and i’m so glad i did !. the difference was amazing. the H20 heats up quickly and i don’t have to turn it up to full power to do the job . it makes light work of my floors,wall tiles etc and it was brilliant when i cleaned my oven with it . the cheap version had useless accessories that kept falling off. lesson learnt as my mum would say….. buy cheap buy twice .
Very happy with the service I received from ordering and delivery of my Steam Mop. Would use this company again. I have used the mop a lot and can’t believe how much it can do. Also feel that when I steam my floors, carpets, curtains and windows, that I am killing all germs – it is very hygienic.
I am very pleased with this item. I have had a few different makes of steam cleaners before and I reckon this is the best one I have had. It cleans really well and heats up in seconds. It is also lighter to hold than any other I have used. It has a long cable which is really good and the other attachments come in really handy although I haven’t used the one for the oven yet. The only gripe I have is that it is not self standing but this isn’t too much of a problem. Maybe this is something the manufacturers can look into.
The product is great except the design of the dial and filing jug. The numbers are in dark blue colour against a black background. I cannot see the number clearly unless in a well lit room. I found it difficult to read the dial most of the time. The straight spout makes it very difficult to empty the jug without spilling the water. If they improve the design, it will recommend the product to the others.
If you want a steam mop this is the one to buy, we have two in our house and this one out performs the other make. Its small light to use, powerful and very quick to get to operating heat. if fact its so quick to get operating you don’t have time to sweep the floor first before the mop is ready to go.
so I would recommend this steam mop to anyboby, it will be the best investment in cleaning appliances you’ll ever make.

Not such a good result when using garment steamer tool with microfiber head to clean upholstery.

Received within the time promised. Packaged well. One part missing so phoned on Monday morning and Jamie at the distribution centre very helpful and part received Thursday morning. Easy to use and instructions very clear and simple. Great result on laminate flooring and tiles, shower screens and windows gleaming. Still to try on carpets. Would recommend this.
Called customer services and they sent out a complete new unit (with all the fittings) which arrived quickly and has worked perfectly since. They didn’t even want us to return the faulty one.
Not quite as effortless as the TV adverts make out – you have to work a bit – but impresssive reults nonetheless.
Would highly recommend the product and the company.
I received one of these for my birthday last year, and when my daughter saw me using it she admired it immensely.
This gave me the idea of purchasing one for her Wedding Anniversary this year, and she is really enjoying using it.
We both have found it such a pleasure to use, as it does the work in a fraction of the time, cutting out mops and buckets and all the labour involved in a necessary job.
This is my second one… first one was put to extreme use. However, I thought perhaps that I would support my local shops and bought another brand. I new as soon as I filled that I had made a mistake as it did not have the steam power or heat of this one. Promptly boxed up and gave away. This is not only good on hard floors but carpets, even old tired ones look great. Chair seats come up lovely. Tip – if you live in hard water area, suggest distilled water to prolong life….. I will this time!
I am delighted with my steam mop it does all the jobs it advertises. The only reservation is that the handle bends a little when pushing and pulling over the floor surface and I am worried that it may not be up to the job. I am being very careful as I don’t want to break it.
