I had a previous larger and more substantial chair from Ikea which was comfortable but looked worn out. This is on a much smaller scale and less dominating in a home office. However it’s quite flimbsy and I sometime have to readjust the unstable vertical height. It’s fine to use for an hour or two but not suitable if you’re working at home full time. Also I’m 5’8” and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for anyone taller.

I really like this chair and use it every day for working from home. Good support and a comfortable position. One of the only chairs where the lowest height is low enough for me to sit with both feet flat on the floor and my back properly supported (I’m 5’3″ with short legs). The seat is also quite small which is great for me. I wouldn’t buy this if you’re a bigger person as I don’t think it would be comfortable unless it was only for occasional use. Some people might even struggle to get in it!
I also really like the grey and white, goes well with the white furniture in the room and doesn’t look too office-y

For an infrequently used office chair this is pretty good. The usual Chinese assembly to cope with, but not challenging and looks fine for the money. Mine started squeaking from day one, but I’m a heavy chap. The castors do not move easily over carpet, so you may want to consider a chair mat to make this easier to use. On a hard floor it would be fine.

Comfortable (and I’m 6ft 3) for the price. Long term I can see the arms bending over with time.

The chair is good value for money, I bought the grey/white one to match my dcor. My only issues are that it does not recline/rock/tilt as it says it does. The instructions are incredibly tiny to read but otherwise its good.

I bought this chair for WFH. I sit eight hours a day in it and it very comfortable. I had to remove the arms as my desk is quite low. The colour is really nice.

Needed a nice chair for a small space, after being hesitant to purchase this for a while and IKEA’s stock being low I went for it. I was surprised how easy it was to put together by myself and without instructions. The chair looks great and is perfect for smaller spaces. I’m 6ft and the chair is comfortable and supportive although I am quite skinny, only if you were much bigger it might be a problem. Overall very satisfied, only wish the cushion was a little softe

The chair is pretty small when compared to those huge executive affairs, which makes it ideal for the home office. In terms of comfort, it has good support and works for me for a full-time work from home job (programming).

The legs are solid, not cheap plastic and it looks pretty stylish. It can be used either with or without the arms.

Such a strong steady chair. Was easy to put together and is very light weight. This only issue I have is that it is very difficult to lean back and have to put a lot of effort into doing so but on the other hand this helps fix my posture.

After assembling the chair and realized how awful the support had been from the dining room chair I’d be using to work from home. Can be raised or lowered and you can lean back. It looks well and blends in with the other furniture.

The waist of the chair will provide some support. If you need more waist support, you can put a cushion just like i did.

This chair looks great in an office environment but also in the living room (it is not those super office-like chairs). Very easy to assemble (10mins) and comfortable.

Revised review – Few months on.

Size is great for small people. Our backs can reach back of the seat witout slouching in the seat.

Build Quality is good. Quality screws with dabs of thread lock on them, and straight metal fasteners in seat you are screwing into.

Specifications – The tilt is actually ok, when you turn on, as we found out weeks after using. you need to pull out the knob though to get it to work. If you have it off, there is a horrible clunking wobble when you sit down though.

Needed a Chair for home working like a lot of people, Got this within a couple of days, Assembly was simple and straightforward, came in a fairly compact box, took about 15 mins to build.
The chair itself isn’t the most comfy, id say ill need to get one of those memory foam cushions soon but i am on the larger side so its only to be expected. The tilt function is excellent and the arms can be removed if you prefer it that way. Overall a good chair, would probably purchase again.

Absolutely love this chair. For me, it supports my back well. Its also pretty lightweight and looks great. Only took about 30 mins to put together and instructions were really straightforward. Its great for the price

Only had it a day but feels well made. Was very impressed with how easily it all went together, took about 20minutes on my own. Feels good quality.

I am at my PC for probably around 5 hours a day and needed something comfortable that wouldn’t take up too much room, and this is it!

Minimalist design, but comfortable for a ‘curvy’ frame, this is like a breath of fresh air (bit OTT, but it really is very good).

It’s the best office chair I’ve owned (I’ve had at least 6 previous ones). Strong, comfortable, smart looking. The reclining feature’s really well balanced so I never feel the need to lock it in place (which is a first for me).

The only problem is the wheel-base is quite small, so it’s possible to lean far enough that the chair falls over, and this is worse on a smooth floor because the wheels will slip out from under you. But I’ve only had this happen when leaning really far to the side to reach something – and really that’s my fault for not standing up to get it.

I’m temporarily working from home (as are many people at the moment) and even though I won’t need it in a few months I’m tempted to buy another one of these so I don’t need to carry it back and forth between my work & home desks.

Very ergonomic. Very light. Super comfortable with good back support straight out of the box. Very compact when pushed under desk. Great value for the money.

Didn’t use the armrests, comfy seat, spins and moves freely.

Students chair to be used at home. Seems to be just right – although these reviews are always asked for shortly after buying – with an item like this, the review should really be after a couple of years use. That would be really useful to know – but I can’t complain so far.
