202212 Initially bluetooth didn’t connect. Contacted support, they recognized an update issue, fixed it and it’s all good now.

I bought the scooter as a b-day gift for my son. He rides to parks, and schools. He enjoys it very much.
Initially 1 star reviews concerned me such as unexpected sudden braking, handlebar broke off, etc. So I inspected the build. It looks cleanly welded. Under normal use, I think it’s safe.
This scooter is great! The buying experience was super easy and it arrived quickly and we were up and running in minutes. The scooter is well made and we find the ride to be very smooth and fun! Great buy for my son!

Best electric scooter out there!
This is one of the best scooters I’ve found on! I live in Seattle where it’s really hilly and the scooters work really well on slopes. The two brakes really give us a lot of safety.
Edit: The customer service has been top notch as well. They helped me fix the “E2” problem by sending a new handlebar under the warranty. Highly recommend.
The scooter has plenty of power, and the battery life is great for going on long rides. The scooter is very comfortable to ride, and has no problems getting you up hills. Highly recommend

I use this around my college campus to get places fast but I also use this to go further distances like the mall that is 6 miles away and it gets me there and back with no issue and I’ve had this scooter for about a year and it still works great.
It’s really good, but the maximum speed is 19 miles and I’m 140 pounds. I wish it was faster.

I had purchased a scooter from Costco (before I had purchased this scooter), that I had to return because it wouldn’t go up the smallest of hills. This scooter goes twice as fast and doesn’t lag at all when heading up a hill. Head lights as well as running lights look hot. I am beyond satisfied with this scooter. Lighter weight, folds up easier, goes faster, double breaks (two types, one for each hand), less expensive. Love the scooter! Highly recommend.

I bought this scooter and use it almost every day. After about a year, my throttle went out but Hiboy was incredible to work with and is sending me a replacement - on them. I’m very grateful to get back on the road as I love riding my S2 Pro. 5 star product, 5 star customer service!

My husband and I bought two, we have taken them to a nearby State Park and spent the day touring the park, two times now. We have had no problems, the scooter handles well, good brakes, speed is good, battery life last long. We are happy with the purchase.

La stabilit ottima, chiaramente dipende dal fondo stradale.
Usandolo su strada sollecitato a vibrazioni pi alte.
Quindi il consiglio di tenere frequentemente controllato il serraggio di tutte le viti .
Ho avuto un problema col l’acceleratore e prontamente mi stato spedito il pezzo di ricambio con le istruzioni dettagliate per il montaggio.
I have had two of these for over two years and they are still as solid as ever. Use them for quick trips and take them on trails to run out dog. Always last longer then expected. I can get 18mph on a flat paved area and I'm over 200lbs. A+ would buy again and again.

Had a problem with the battery and they send me replacement which works great!
Got the scooter for my son back in March and slowly the battery life started to decline.
November 10th the battery is good for 45 to 60 minutes.
Contacted them for support and they told me to buy a new battery lol
The Hiboy S2 Pro Electric Scooter is a great E-scooter for your commuting trips. This model does not have suspension so your ride will be bumpy if your commute does not have decent roads. Its great on dedicated bike lanes and an excellent ride when parking in a nearby neighborhood when you want to avoid paying for parking at a garage. The handlebar may become loose but can easily be tightened using an allen tool.
