If the Camera Fails in Connecting to the WiFi

Even a powerful internet signal can cause the device to disconnect or go offline and there are reasons behind it. If you have a connection problem, please check for the actual conditions and restart the camera.

1. Our product can only support 2.4GHz wifi. If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, please switch it to a 2.4GHz network.

2. The device is too far from the Wi-Fi router so even though the house has powerful internet connectivity, still the device can get disconnected or go offline as the device won’t get the necessary signal continuously.

3. Most home Wi-Fi routers have a limitation. They can accommodate no more than 16-20 devices. So this is also a thing to be checked if the device is getting disconnected often or going offline.

4. Sometimes a device will need just a proper reset. A proper reset involves removing a device from the app, then plugging it in another outlet, then resetting it, and finally pairing it to the app again.
