These collapsing steps are so easy to assemble, 5 minutes tops to setup. Sturdy and easy to use. They also fit easily into the boot of an average saloon car.

A handy lightweight and compact ladder for jobs around the house up to ceiling height. I wouldn’t want to be standing at gutter height on this type of ladder.
After having major house improvement- noticed the electricians had one of these Ali lightweight telescopic ladder. Thought they would be 200 / 300 – was very surprised with price with such a well made product. We don’t have a lot of storage now – so have had to store on high shelves etc. this ladder is ideal in store and in new vaulted roof kitchen. Easily stored – Can definitely recommend.
This ladder struck me as the best choice out of several on the market, and I haven’t been disappointed. The stabilizer bar makes it feel very safe, and if you follow the instructions you won’t catch your fingers collapsing the opened ladder to its closed form. As when using any ladder, wearing strong shoes with thick soles makes everything comfortable and secure. I’m going to buy another one for my other place, and it’s light enough to take there on the plane.
I bought these mainly because I don’t have anywhere to store larger step ladders and these can be adjusted to quite a reasonable heights like going on on to a flat roof yeah expensive but the quality seems quite good they’re not too heavy and easy to store
Bought these for around the house. Wouldn’t suggest buying for work.
Decent for occasional use, going up loft, painting halls and stairways etc or cleaning conservatory gutter.

I’m findi g it har to writ a review as my fing rs are in band ges. Joking aside, watch your fingers with this ladder as it will mash your digits up if your not careful. If your not a numpty then you should be fine, just be careful taking it down. In terms of the product itself, it’s lightweight , packs up quite neatly and can be stuck in the back of a car( if you have one). It goes up quite easily, and it fits through our attic hatch no problem. Getting it down is tricky as I found the catches can stick a bit. It’s at this point you may want to stick a hand, finger or something else in to free it. Don’t!! Have you ever watched the old B&W movie of Tale of Two Cities? Remember the bit where the guillotine comes down? It’s very much like that . Very fast and very painful. Be careful. That aside, it’s a fair enough product for the price. It takes my weight( so far) and I’m no lightweight.
As another reviewer said watch your fingers when lowering the rungs they come down with force.
Was not as sturdy as a conventional ladder. It did wobble a little but the hooks at the top and the base stabilising bar gave me confidence.
I liked this ladder, but it can be dangerous if not used properly ie retracting after use.
Why did I wait this long to get these? Very useful and flexible for any number of jobs.
Bought this primarily to go up into the loft, but have used it loads of times for many other things. Really light weight but sturdy. Folds down small enough to pack away in a cupboard.
Would definitely recommend, especially as the ladders come in different sizes to suit different needs.
Fantastic light weight ladder perfect for accessing the loft and the odd little high up job around the garden and house so easy to raise and lower easy to stor6 and much lighter than the last one I struggled with I can not fault it what so ever.
Can be a bit heavy to move around but is quite sturdy but you have to be very careful when reducing the height of the ladder can damage or cut your fingers

Seems sturdy and well made tricky to collapse safely quite easy to pinch fingers if your not careful overalls good just be careful
I bought this ladder for jobs around the home and the important thing to me is it feels rigid and as safe as a ladder can be. The only bit of assembly is to fit the stability bar which is easy enough and the optional hooks at the top. The ladder is easy to erect and take down plus easy to carry as it isn’t too heavy. If I had criticism and it’s only minor – the hooks need to be positioned very precisely to engage with their catches and, as with all ladders of this style, you do need to watch your fingers when taking it down. Overall good value and ideal for a DIY person.
Mostly used for going into a loft which doesn’t have space for a fixed ladder. Very stable at around 3 meters extension, easy to extend and collapse down.

Ideal for loft access use and getting onto roof of a bungalow. But be careful when taking it back down, it would easily break a finger.
After balancing on top of a step ladder to access the loft for years I finally decided to splash out and invest in these telescopic ladders, and so very pleased I did. They are very sturdy and with the added security of the hooks, I can now go confidently and easily through the hatch into the loft. They do feel fairly heavy but fully compressed and secured with the safety strap they are easy to carry about, and easy and compact to store away. I bought the 3.2M length and have 3 or 4 rungs to spare going through a probably 8 foot high ceiling hatch. As I say, very sturdy and wish I’d had them years ago.

Only gripe is we keep it in a cupboard as its so compact and it now smells of oil. I guess the step runs must all be oiled for ease of use.
