The toy is great for children 6 months +. It offers different sounds, colours and it’s pretty interactive. I imagine most little children would enjoy it.
The good thing is there are two noise levels but still the noises could be annoying for some. It’s powered by batteries which aren’t included (which could be a blessing actually )

These portable baby drums are amazing. Different modes, sounds and 2 volume levels. Made from safe non toxic materials. Light and durable for toddler to walk around with, keeps them entertained for ages and great Educational tool too. They love the colourful lights and sounds. Free toy is a great bonus. I highly recommend this.
This baby set of drums is very good quality and very sturdy. It plays different sound and music, it flashes and lights up to keep your baby/toddler entertained for hours (if mum’s ears can stand it) It can be carried around easily and collapses for easy storage. Would make a perfect gift for any child. Its learning whilst playing and having fun. It works via 3 x AA batteries (not included) Excellent value for money.
All children should have some drums, except your own.
This is an excellent little toy with a good range of drum sounds/pads for your little one’s musical expression.

Our little ones love the combination of lights, sounds and hitting things with full force so this is a match made in heaven. Unfortunately it also produces a cacophony of awful noises with no tube because it switches from drums to twinkly tunes and back again before you can say ‘oops, sorry darling the batteries have died’.

This hand drum toy is brilliant! My Grandson ( he’s nearly 7 months old) absolutely loves it and he can make it work on his own. First job is to put your batteries in ( AA x3). You will need a small Phillips screwdriver to get the battery casing off. On the front of the toy there is a sliding green button. If you move it to the middle it switches it on and across to the right increases the volume. We had it on the middle setting for our own sanity after hours of play it is quite loud. The set has three large hand drums at the bottom and these only take the lightest of touches to make them work. Depending on what mode you have it on these either play single notes or a whole rhythm. You change the mode by pushing the caterpillars face. The body of the caterpillar is made up of further buttons which also play a combination of notes or tunes. You can have the unit lying flat or tip the caterpillar up to have the top section facing you. Now it states on the box that this is for 18m + however I couldn’t find anything on the toy that could cause problems with a younger child and judging by my grandsons reaction I would say it’s fine from 6 months but he was never left unsupervised. Every edge is smooth and it’s not overly heavy and it looks like a quality build. It didn’t take anytime at all for my grandson to work out how to make the drums work. It really kept him engaged during tummy time and as he’s starting to learn to sit he also had it in front of him which seemed to encourage his stability. His Daddy really liked this toy too and it was very special to watch them playing together and enjoying themselves. It also came with a small aeroplane ( random colour) which you could whizz along a hard surface. For some reason my grandson thought this was hystericalmaybe the cute face on the front. Now this does have little rubber wheels which could (with considerable force ) come off. We decided to put this away until he’s a bit older as he has a tendency to put everything in his mouth and I didn’t want to risk the tyre coming off. It’s maybe something for parents to think about depending on the age of their child. The design of the toy is really clever as the caterpillar acts as a handle and a toddler could easily carry it about with them. I can see kids loving this right up to 5. It’s fun, noisy and has lots of different options to play with. The adults might not be so keen after several hours of drumming but your kids will be happy. At less than 20 at the time of writing this review I think this is worth every penny.
This is a fairly simple musical toy that’s easy for babies to use.
It has a variety of sounds and music when the different buttons are pressed and the 3 large round ‘drum’ buttons light up as well.
There are 2 volume levels and the sounds not too bad, not as annoying as some toys I’ve bought.

My grand daughter loves this it is lightweight and can be carried around while playing tunes. Bright and colourful.Easy to use both my 3 year old and 6 month old able to use. little aeroplane is a added bonus to a great gift.

Fun interactive baby toy. Lots of bright colours and lights for sensory play. There is a choice of volume which is always a good feature. There are 3 different modes with different sounds, the toy doesnt come with many instructions so takes a little trial and error to work out. The handle can be moved to make it easy to carry however it could do with being a little more stiff as it flaps about a bit during play. A little more big and basic than I expected for the price but my babies love it. Would recommend.

This set has easy to press buttons and will give hours of fun to children probably up to 3 years old. There are a variety of modes (drums, music, even a game) although instructions aren’t too clear.
Sounds is moderately loud and quite clear. It’s not overly annoying. Twitch, twitch. There are flashing colours and overall a sensory sensation for youngsters. It’s easy to carry about and quite robust too.
Great for toddlers and hand and eye co ordination, great flashing lights and sound easy to use and install the batteries, great fun and excellent value for money and excellent quality 5stars

This is so much fun. Lots of different activities on it, songs, music, different sounds, drums, flashing lights, Everything a child enjoys in one toy. My granddaughter played for ages with it, she loved it.

This musical toy looked really exciting when it arrived. It is brightly coloured and looks well made. It has a handle that folds allowing small children to carry this around with them. The batteries were relatively easy to insert and the quality of the sound was good.
It was not always obvious what the difference was between some of the buttons in different modes and there were no instructions that explained what to expect. There is a mode where the numbered buttons play different well known nursery rhymes. There is a mode where the three big buttons represent different types of drums and one where if you hit the lights in sequence you play a nursery rhyme yourself. However the lights just went in order of red, green, orange rather than at random which would make this more fun. The box it came in is also confusing as it suggests that there should be some animal noises and it also says ‘shapes’ on the box but I have no idea where shapes come into this toy!
Overall a great toy that will provide hours of entertainment but a few tweaks would make this even better.
Bright, colourful, appealing to small children. Easy to hold and use. Doesn’t take up a lot of room. Would make a nice new baby gift.
