Perfect for what I need it for, i’m sure there are quicker read termometers out there but this one represents great value for money and works well.

The probe is simple to use. The temperature is accurate, stabilises quickly and is easily read.

I have always used a metal thermometer but I thought I would get a digital one as they are much better with C and F I would have liked info on a sheet with meet temps on, thats why I only gave a 4 star
Its easy to use, slender probe and I can read it comfortably. I like the cover for the probe at the bottom it keeps it clean. should have got one sooner.

Loved this probe, easy to read and very quick to register the result, the way this automatically turns off is brilliant as this is something my family forget to do and will save me in batteries, having been my third prob this one is the best I’ve used by far others have taken such a long time to display the temperature and didn’t seem very accurate, and I was happy at the price, so win win.
We purchased this thermometer for a newly bought Airfryer. It took away all the guesswork of whether the food is cooked as it tells you in an instant the temperature of the food. The product is well designed and easy to use.
Only used once so far but it was very straight forward and easy to use. Seems to be accurate…meat was cooked anyway! A temperature guide would have been a useful inclusion with the probe. Nevertheless, so far so good…
This is easy to use and the battery is still going strong after a couple of months. The readings feel about right in terms of accuracy. Just be patient as the correct reading takes a little while to be produced. All in all, a good purchase.
WE BOUGHT THIS PARTICULARLY TO COOK A JOINT OF BEEF AT EASTER AND IT WORKED A TREAT. THIS TIME WE WERE ABLE TO ENJOY PERFECTLY COOKED BEEF BECAUSE THE THERMOMETER ENABLED US TO KNOW WHAT WE WERE DOING. (WHICH WE DIDN’T BEFORE)!

I have always used dial meat thermometers in the past but since buying this? I am a convert this is so easy to use and very accurate! And the best thing is you can use this on any sized meat.
A lovely looking, easy to use thermometer which I have had for over two month. Works really well and gives you a correct reading very quickly. With on/off button and a Centigrade/Fahrenheit button all you have to do is turn it on or off and choose if you want the reading in centigrades or Fahrenheit. The long metal reader is great for using with large pieces of meat/turkey. It comes with an end cap which I like as it protects it and also safer while stored away as the sharp tip will not damage anything. Overall really happy and would definitely recommend.
Robust, very easy to use and read the display – very accurate and ideal for using when cooking chicken IRCA roast joint – gives peace of mind that the product is going to be safe to eat and I’m not going to give everyone food poisoning!! Very easy to use and battery included so you can use it straight away. Good price too. I bought this to use with my Ninja Foodi to check the temperature of chicken and the long probe ensures that you don’t burn your hand on hot food. It would be useful to have a guide as to what temperature different meats should reach when cooked. Overall an excellent product.
This thermometer has been so incredibly useful the past few months and shows no sign of problems. It’s so reassuring when cooking meat to check the internal temperature so I can serve roasts, burgers, sausages etc knowing they’re cooked through properly and safely. Also really handy for checking sugar temperature when making honeycomb. It’s good vakue, accurate and easy to use. Would definitely recommend.
So glad I bought this as I can easily see whether chicken is safe to eat. Easy to use and keep clean. I can’t vouch for how accurate it is but any chicken I’ve cooked has always been at a much higher reading than I need it to for safe minimum eating temperature so if it was a few degrees out it wouldn’t matter for what I wanted to use it for.
This product is very easy to use with a simple click of a button to change from centigrade to fahrenheit and it’s long enough to keep my hand far enough away from the heat of the meat etc. Very handy for cooking chicken and steak and gives me confidence everything is cooked properly! Also like the wee plastic protector for the tip of the thermometer for safety. Very happy with my purchase!
Prior to purchasing this easy to use thermometer i would never know just how my chocolate would turn out, from batch to batch.

I’m really impressed with this thermometer. I bought it mainly to measure the temperature at the centre of meat. I first used it on a roast beef joint and it turned out the be the best beef I’ve ever cooked, done to perfection! I’d definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful food grade thermometer. I like that I can easily switch from c to f since some recipes like to read differently and I dont have to go to papa google to find out the temperature. Works gradually and reads accurately, the only downside is that it cant read how hot I am. Great overall, would recommend.

I bought it because I just bought an air fryer and want to make sure what I cook is safe to eat. Also battery is included.
It is powered by 3 watch batteries that are included.
For the most accurate results I would probe the meat in several places to get a balanced view of the avarage cooking temperature paying particular attention to denser parts of meat or where there is a bone.
Be sure to clean it after use and replace the plastic cover over the pointed end.
Does what it claims – but haven’t had it for very long, so I cannot say how long it will last. But it seems similar to other products available.

Unfortunately my partner (who is a cook) was not able to cook the Christmas dinner so I as a complete novice had to step up.
Thankfully after some near disasters and with the help of this product the turkey made it to the dinner plate and was actually edible !!!
So this year on Christmas day, rather than the usual sticking a knife in the Turkey, spending the usual 5 minutes deliberating whether the turkey was cooked or not, sticking it back in the oven for another half hour just to be on the safe side and not poison our guests, we simply stuck it in the turkey, discovered to our joy that the turkey was several degrees above the required minimum temperature and took it out the oven! Simple! Oh, and the turkey was apparently delicious and perfectly cooked. I didn’t have any being vegetarian, hence my complete dread of cooking meat!
So I am very happy to recommend this product. For clarity and transparency, I was requested to write a review, but being perfectly happy with it, am happy to do so. I would not have left a review if I had not been.

Very quick and simple to use and read.
This seemed good value, having had a couple of expensive Weber versions, which do not seem to last very long. Like the long probe, and easy to read display. I have not tested the accuracy, although meat was cooked properly, I have no reason to believe its not accurate.
This thermometer provided me with accurate results, and the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. A battery was included and the price was right, too.
The probe length makes it easy to use without causing discomfort and the main body size and shape is ergonomically satisfactory easy to hold but not bulky but big enough screen to read easy
I used it to measure the temperature of oil and it made it so much easier for me to make my doughnuts!
Also great with meat as well as sugar temperature.

We bought this meat thermometer because my wife wasn`t sure if our oven was reaching correct cooking temperature and therefore was not sure whether meat was properly cooked. With this thermometer you can insert it into meat to ensure the centre of the meat has reached the correct temperature. Very easy to use and easy to clean.
Product as described, arrived quickly, small enough to store in cutlery drawer, easy to use, 2 different settings fahrenheit and celsius which is a bonus if you like to bake American recipes, I have tried the thermometer to make caramel and it worked perfectly to achieve the correct consistency without over cooking, an excellent quality piece, would highly recommend

I ordered this meat thermometer to help me cook the Christmas turkey. What a huge difference this made. East to use easy to read & the turkey was perfect cooked but not over cooked. Also used used it for our beef wellington again perfectly cooked. I have used a meat thermometer before which wasn’t a patch on this one. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying this thermometer. I wouldn’t be without it such good value for money.

We’ve found this compact device to be easy to use & accurate to read. The only downside is that the needle cover is very small & could easily be lost.

Bought this so I could make some homemade fudge. Works really well, is accurate and easy to use. Probably better to use for meat and other types of cooking/baking, as having to hold it all the time whilst stirring was tricky, but otherwise a good buy.
I was very satisfied with the simplicity and accuracy. Very good value for money. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to make sure their meat is properly cooked, as it can assess a full range of internal meat temperatures for poultry, beef or pork.
It works really well. I prefer centigrade so chose thst on the handle. Just insert into thickest part of meat and wait while the reading takes.

Thermometer can sometimes over estimate temperature which is a little troublesome when cooking meat. But most times it works fine
It does what I wanted, which is to confirm when food (especially dishes like meat and fish) has reached the required internal temperature. It’s easy to use but the probe is thicker than I expected. It does leave a bit of a hole in your roast chicken, but that’s not a big problem in the great scheme of things. I like the cover for the end of the probe – it fits tightly so it doesn’t come off in the kitchen drawer.
Overall, a really useful kitchen gadget.
