This product is great for someone who is bigger than the average person as for me it was a bit too big. The other problem was that the bags would occasionally fall out when I picked it up. I would say for someone who is bigger than the average person this should be great as I feel it would be a comfortable fit 🙂

Yes, I know that is what it is meant to be. Son removed quite a few weights to make it comfortable.
So I got to a point with my weight loss where I plateaued and so adding this weighted vest into my workouts or even walks gets the heart going and you quickly get into fat burning more or cardio a lot faster! I started to notice I was losing weight again but it also makes you realise how much weight you’ve lost when you wear it. You can adjust the weight of the vest by removed the weighted pouches and it’s super comfortable and secure with straps. Great purchase!!!
Good accessory, added so much more to my workout regime especially on leg days.

The weighted vest works great for most bodyweight exercises but don’t as efficient when it comes to the more advanced bodyweight exercises such as handstand push ups but it works well for weighted push ups, dips and pull ups. It can be difficult sometimes to put the weighted bags into their pouches sometimes and the weights can press against your body during use if you tighten the vest too much. I purchased the 30kg vest and each weighted bag weighs 0.7kg and there were 42 pouches in total.
I initially purchased the 20kg for my son (to replace another older vest). When I struggled to lift it in the house I realised I’d bought the wrong one, contacted the company and they arranged for it to be collected from us and free of change, due to the weight. We ordered the 10kg which came the following day and my son is delighted with it.

The product works fine. Hurts the shoulders a bit after wearing for a prolonged amount of time. Maybe some extra padding would have made it more comfortable. Only real negative is as some other reviews have mentioned are the sand bags falling out, though easily fixed by applying some cheap adhesive fabric patches to stop them falling out the openings

The vest itself is sturdy, the weights can be taken out to be replaced individually which is quite useful. The velcro straps seem to be good quality. The biggest worry is the stitching on the shoulders as overtime it might start to fray.
Used this for a couple of runs now and it’s done exactly what’s required. Bought the 15kg version knowing I’d take weights out to run. There are 38 individual weights so reasonably resolution to get the weight you want. I dropped to 5kg which is more than enough to run short distances in (5-8km) or do hill reps for example with an aim to increase gradually in the future. Fits snuggly and doesn’t feel like it’s going to break or fall off. Does bounce a bit on your shoulders when running downhill (but probably a bit more heavy footed), doesn’t hurt, can rub your neck a little bit if you have a fat rugby players neck like mine but this is easily overcome. The Velcro straps work very well.

As comfy as I’d imagine it could be, but good for training as u can tighten the Velcro up to restrict ur lung capacity.
Be sure to put a baggy T-shirt over the top of it, or it could possibly draw unwanted attention on the street !!!!!!!

The build quality is reasonable, but if you try to pick it up by anything except both shoulders it will definitely tear/rip at the higher (10Kg+) weights.
Climbers: the location of the weights slightly gets in the way of where you’d tie in, but you can still use an auto-belay or bottom-rope comfortably. Using it on lead would be awkward as it gets in the way of picking up the rope.
Best weight vest out their by far. Very adaptable for weight and is super comfortable. Up to 20 kg at the moment and you barely realise you’re wearing it in terms of comfort.
I bought this a year ago. I could only do about 20 pushups. I can now do 100 with ease. Progressive overload it key.
Bought this to run in and improve my cardio fitness for a role at work, currently using the 15kg vest. I have no complaints. Vest fits well and I have had none of the reported problems in other reviews such as the straps failing etc, been using it for a few months now. I’m sure theres better ones out there but for the price I’m extremely happy with it.

I ordered the 20 kg one but I think they gave me the 30 kg one by mistake either way this product is great makes body weight exercise very intense this deffo not for beginners though

Fit nicely and comfortable. Have improved my calisthenics massively and vertical leap ability. Wear padding on shoulders, can be uncomfortable with heavier loads. Also when running, weights on the chest area move up and down and slam against the chest if not tightened.
Bought this to help me on the treadmill, it’s definitely helping !

Using for stamina and strength improvement . Fantastic and exactly what I needed. Be warned, take it easy and build up as needed.
Wow!! Bought as gift for someone, so feed back is as seen not used. That said on inspection it certainly looks the business. Plenty of scope for use, loads of individual pockets with weights in so you can removes some if required.
