I have been using these knives for probably 3 maybe 4 years now. I sharpen them once a month and I have never had an issue they are an excellent set of knives, much much MUCH better than the colourful ones every student ever has. The only thing is the vinyl on the handles of mine have started to peel off, especially on the chefs knife as I use that most often but it doesn’t effect the quality of the knife at all.
I was so impressed with these knives in fact that I bought them again for a friend of mine who had the worst set of knives I’ve ever used and they love them too
They are OK knives but they are more for home use it’s not professional chief knives.
Granddaughter loved them matched her pans ect she was happy so am I.
Purchased due to having old set for many years and looking tired. This set is fantastic and so nice in the hand. 2 weeks in and zero issues. Recommended.
Great set of knives! Cut really well and cleaned up really well in the Dishwasher.
