Gotta say this really surprised me how good it was, grandson absolutely loved this item, kept him busy, he really enjoyed building it, what a loverly product thankyou from me
Had bought this with another box of Lego for our grandson and had been very happy to find them on the Amazon website at a reasonable price and in time for Christmas. Although there was an error in the delivery – delivered to the wrong house – we eventually retrieved the package. The package was in good order as were the contents. At least it got to us in time for Christmas.
I bought this alongside a similar 3 in 1 for a LEGO date. Buying two of these and side by side building would also be a great bonding experience with a child, provided you accept that both LEGOs are the kid’s in the end!
I had a go at making the triceratops. Although the instructions are detailed it took a couple of hours to complete as some of the pieces are extremely small.
The completed figure looks great and as the head legs and tail are articulated it can be posed.
One small gripe is that the box and bags the parts come in are not resealable. This can be a problem as some of the pieces are non standard. If any get lost then the figures cannot be completed.
Aside from this the set is well worth the money and should give hours of fun.
My grandson loved it. He is very good at Lego construction and with just a little help was able to make all 3 models. And they are good.
A bargain at the price. A definite recommended buy.

Kept 7 year old actively engaged for some time. I wasn’t sure if he would be able to follow the instructions so I sat with him.
Turns out he was much quicker than me. Once he’d made the first dinosaur his creativity kicked in with the few pieces left over. Quite a lot of detail in the construction. Certainly great experience for learning attention to detail, and he really enjoyed it.
We’ll deconstruct the first model and tackle the other two in a day or so.
Now I know how good he is at following the instructions I have no worries about moving on to Technics.
I think the blue version is the best and for the price is good value. At least for not paying for a licence to a major movie franchise with this set. 😉
Lego will be Lego. Either get 1 to play with and re-build or buy 4 to have all the figurines.

This is the perfect gift for fans of dinosaurs. All 3 dinosaur builds look great and as a result you’ll definitely want 3 sets to build all of them at the same time! The builds are not particularly difficult so can be built by kids below the recommended age (7). This has kept my son very busy as he rotated through building each dinosaur over the course of a week.
This is one of the few Lego sets worth the RRP in my opinion and it’s an absolute steal at anything below this.
I’ve put good value for money because this is a three in one pack, though I’d just like to say I was thinking that Lego could be a little bit cheaper in general. My son had no problem creating the T-Rex, he had it done quite quickly and enjoyed it for a couple of weeks until it needed to apparently be made into a robo
Yet another item in the 3 in 1 lego series, and this one will delight dinosaurs lovers. The colours might not be lifelike (but what do we know of dinosaurs colours?) but it is fun.
My grandson just loves Lego and was able to build it in no time and was so pleased as it was 3 in 1.

This is probably his 4th creator 3in1 set, and as stated I think these 3in1 creator sets could be the most value for money sets there are!!
Don’t get me wrong – 6000+ sets are fantastic, but my son loves to build one of the models in these, leave it for a few days, then take it apart and build another one, so the playability and re-build-ability (if that’s a word) is fantastic.
All three models can be built, but not at the same time – these sets allow you to build one model, and then you’ll need to take it apart to build another.
Our son is four and a half and can easily follow all the instructions and build all the models on his own – every now and then he may ask for a bit of help, but it is very minimal! The good thing about this, is as he is so engrossed in making these awesome sets, it manages to give myself and my wife time to sit at the table with him and relax whilst we have a cup of tea!!
Obviously due to the very small pieces, we don’t leave him unattended.
Overall for just over a tenner, a fantastic replayable and rebuildable set that should give hours of fun! Some good (moderately) advanced building techniques in this set too, which will help him complete some of the bigger sets that we get as he grows up!
I heartily recommend this, as does my son!!

Really cool dinosaur figures in this kit! First thought is unfortunate that you can only ever build one at a time but it’s actually great that he gets them out again over and over to take them apart and rebuild them, rather than building a set ones and then put it on the shelf for good. Great for dinosaur fans!

I think I may stick to buying the Classic Lego boxes as both my children want to build their own weird and wonderful stuff and buying individual models when your’e pretty sure they’re going to be dismantled and subsumed into some spectacular Lego creation is an expensive way of topping up the box.

It is an amazing toy…my son (5y) loved it so much and enjoyed it alot…and actually you can make up to 7 shapes not only 3..you can find them on official lego website .
Amazing amount of time the little one spent playing with this. It’s got a lot of different parts to normal Lego, and so is really flexible with mix and match.

Great set- only annoying thing is once we’ve made one dinosaur- my nearly 4 year old then wants to make the next one which means breaking it up to use the same pieces. I will have to purchase another set so he can play with them all at the same time!

Built the T rex, son loved this got it for his Christmas. Bit misleading when it says 3 in 1, you would expect enough bits to build the 3 dinosaurs but only enough for 1 of them but you get the 3 books so you have a choice

The Creator series are ideal LEGO kits – because kids are encouraged to build, and rebuild, and rebuild. So many of the new sets get built and stay built – which defeats LEGO’s own ‘the excitement is building’ ethos. But don’t be surprised if your child wants this set three times over – to have all three dinosaurs at the same time!

This product is brilliant! I bought it for my 5 year old and it was gladly received. The fact more than one dinosaur can be made out of one Lego set is great. We’re used to specific sets that only make one figure.
The Lego was delivered direct to her home and, although it is for ages 7-12 my grandson had built it in next to no time with just one hand. He is a bit of a Llego fanatic, and absolutely loves this dinosaur set/kit. It amazes me that Lego now comes in so many forms, with so may variations and possibilities. Inside the box there were three separate booklets giving clear,easy to follow instructions in diagram form, for building each of the three dinosaurs in turn. T-Rex, triceratops, and a pterodactyl.
With a little imagination, I would guess kids might be able to create other dinosaurs and even give them names. The contents of this box will improve a child’s dexterity, make them use their brain, and keep them occupied for hours. The finished dino, with it movable joints, head and jaw, is much bigger than than I thought it would be. This would make an ideal any time present for a child, and is ideal for kids to give to other kids as a birthday party present. My grandson loves it.
I bought this kit at an offer price of 9.09 GBP, and could only find about 10 original design bricks I remember from childhood in the kit. So I am not a member of the target audience.
I found it very therapeutic to build this kit, even though, or perhaps because, I made mistakes.
