Quality product, we should get value for money on this purchase. A bit tricky to open out, even with two of us, but little adjustments at each corner finally got us there. We did a similar thing to extend the height, little adjustments at each corner until all four were extended. Included sand bags were a nice addition also. (Sand not included)

Well I spent long time looking for something that give all I need,I like go for couple of days fishing or just hang out with my family and friends,I recently celebrated my sons birthday in the garden luckily I already have bought the tent so even under the rain we had really nice birthday. You can have easily 5 people under the tent. Easy to assemble and easy to fold it back. Light so you can carry it yourself anywhere you like and easy to clean, surprisingly the material it’s made from it can resist on heavy rain and even if there is any lifts or small wood pieces falling of the trees I have in my garden there was no trouble with it. Frame is strong too it will be fine on the wind for sure, take your time and you can assemble it yourself I mean one person only would be enough, you can instal lead with light on it so you can have a night out as well, good product in general I am glad I have spent money in this so I am definitely satisfied with my tent as I mention already you can have this in few occasions so I am happy with it and the price is good too.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAfter contacting MasterCanopy, they exceeded all expectations with their customer support.

When purchased this had a rusty leg and what appears to be some design flaw. Photo of leg has been edited to crop out some identifying data. Canopy itself had rips on 3 of the 4 joints where it met the gazebo frame (shown in photos).

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Customer Suppo

Down side is when it’s all built with canopy on it won’t fit in the bag as bag opens on one end

We have had the canopy up since July it has been sturdy in the wind and no leaks when we have had heavy rain. We purchased leg weights and used the guide ropes supplied. The 2.5m square option was great as there are only two of us but in saying that we have had six people under without being squashed. Very pleased with the product and recently purchased two sides as additional protection. Would have no issues recommending this produc

Easy to assemble, although more hands make the work easier. Works great. Came with string and smallish metal stakes that were not useful on the beach, although the sand bags worked perfectly for good stability in the wind. Only minor complaint is that I couldn’t get the canopy back into the roller bag with the top on. Had to remove the canvas and carry it separately. But not a big deal. Overall, an excellent canopy.

I was worried that these were a cheap Chinese version of the E-Z up which are really well-made but expensive. I was pleasantly surprised as It’s very strong, easy to erect/take-down, looks great and stores in the wheeled carrier case without taking off the cover. I use the supplied sand bags and it’s very sturdy.

Tough, sturdy, packs up small and comes in a bag with wheels. Excellent value. There only downside is that it’s very hard to open it out too its full extent – only done this a couple of times, it may get easier with use. Note that the video showing two girls putting it up doesn’t include the full opening procedure for this reason.

  42. Steve Ramsey says:

We purchased this gazebo primarily to shade from the sun as we have a south facing garden. However as the weather hasn’t been brilliant this summer the gazebo has also provided shelter from the rain and wind.
It has opened up an additional entertaining space for us and has proved invaluable recently when we had a house warming party. Several of our guests admired it and asked where we had bought it from.
The gazebo appears to cope well with strong winds and rain and has been a real asset and I think the bags that wrap around the legs have been worthwhile.
The only down side was that we didn’t find it particularly easy to erect, despite watching the video many times, but we got there in the end.

    Well worth the money

It took two of us to out this up, yes it was a little tricky but it was doable and only took us about 7 minutes. Once up it is pretty sturdy, looks very nice and could with stand some wind with out being weighted down. We don’t intend to leave it up all the time, only when needed. It collapsed down easily and is now residing in the corner of our summer house until needed again!
I like the bag it came in which is on wheels, should we ever take it out this could be really useful.

Arrived promptly, very happy with it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI have to say, I am surprised by the quality. I have now had it fully deployed, outside, for the past 9 months. It has been in extreme heat, cold, wind, rain, etc. Not even slightly damaged or sagging in any way. Yes I did secure it to the ground very securely 9 months ago, but I thought surely it couldn’t withstand all 4 seasons as well as wind. Well it has and nothing has started to bend or break on it. Will revise the listing if anything changes.

The product is not very durable for regular use. Three of the four top clips already don’t work
The Velcro strips have come off and the top leaks in parts. Because the canopy is not extended fully rain gathers on the canvas causing big drips

Purchased this product to try out. Put it up on the 25th October and since then we have had rain and windy conditions. It has stood up to the conditions very well to date. I am going to leave it up for another two weeks during which we are due some heavy rain. I will give further details after that time period.

…There are no heirs and graces about this Gazebo. It’s not pretending to be anything other than what it is.

    – It’s not the sturdiest, but sturdy enough. It’s survived 20-25mph gusting winds while being weighted and tied down, although that’s not what the manufacturer recommends.

    – It has kept me dry while its been raining heavily. It’s not 100% waterproof, especially when you start tapping the inside of the canopy trying to get rid of water (to dry in sunlight after the previous nights rain). Drops of water will start to ‘come through’ but until I did that I never felt a drop from the canopy ceiling.

    – Its not the easiest to assemble. Better for two people to extend however if on your own it can be done with patience edging each corner out a little at a time. Disassembly is easily done on your own though..

    – I have left it out overnight (or two), accidentally on purpose, and found it completely intact after a less than calm nights weather. Would I trust it in anything heavier that I’ve experienced, no way, but then that’s not wants its designed for. It is not a semi-permanent shelter.

First and foremost this was a bargain I found in the Amazon Warehouse, more than 60% off the original price. When it arrived I couldn’t find anything wrong with it all all. I think it was just an ‘open box’ item rather than having anything ‘imperfect’ with it.

It’s heavy but does come in a bag with wheels if you want to take it somewhere to use. My set up was more permanent. You do need at least two people to erect it, if only to pull it into shape. I was very pleased with how sturdy it was. The canopy is an exact fit and it held on with 8 velcro loops, in addition to 2 velcro loops at the top of each leg. It can be set to 3 different heights – the middle one was good enough for me. I really can’t recommend this product enough, it was a replacement for countless parasols that have been wind damaged in the past – I doubt we’ll need to replace this anytime soon. 5 stars for sure.

Don’t be a hero ask for help. The guy ropes don’t come this adjusters so you need to buy some or just tie it. Put the roof on before pulling the frame out as you’ll not get it on after trust me. Would recommend and definitely would buy another one

I bought this for a small garden party – to cover the food and drinks. I bought 3 x sides separately. You do need some strength to push the poles into place and I would recommend 2 people. It was really easy to do. If you buy the sides too – put these on first, then the roof and then push up to the height you require. We used marquee pegs to secure the lines into the ground – as it had to be up for a few days and the weather was changeable. I am struggling to find a door panel.

Bought to replace an aging smaller gazebo (the old slot together kind) for a baby shower.
And shower it did! Created a great outdoor space to shelter when the rains came mid party, no leaks, no drips. Nicely vented when the sun came out too.
Can be put up alone, easier with a second pair of hands. So much easier than the old one. Liking the height adjustable legs, dropped it down a notch (push clip, drop a notch, click each leg) and it was then just under the fence line, stopping the wind whipping under…. assuming it could have pulled out the pegs, guide lines and also the weights attached (all included)
Taken down a couple of days later so I could put away dry, and stowed nicely in the included wheeled carry bag.
Glad I went for a slightly more robust item than some of the cheaper ones out there, very pleased so far.

Impressive packaging but unzipped and chipped metal base
