Great clippers, feel solid only down side was didn’t have combs to fit to cutter hence 4 not 5 stars. The area needed su had to order separately hence delays in clipping.
Used only once so far, they cut amazing. My dog doesnt care now, nice and quiet, easy blade change. Quiet expensive but you do get what you pay for!
An excellent purchase – far superior to the more expensive brand I have used in the past.
Purchaed for a labradoodle but would definitely not accept that the 3 provided blades for the breed provided (1.8mm, 3mm and 6mm) are what i need for my dog.
This leads to an uneven cut that takes longer than it should.
I woukd have preferred and expected one of the 3 blades to be longer – perhaps 20mm would have been better than the 3mm.
Shame because I questioned them by email and then called and spoke to someone who was adamant that everyone has different requirements. Even when i asked for a recommendation, they gave me 3 sizes available.
So really not what you expect in terms of good customer service and not the blades that I need for a labradoodle. Have they ever seen one?
That aside the clippers are very good.
Everything is o.k. and working.
Exept the plastic box was broken.
As I am from Europe i would expect non U.K.
plug in.
Takes the hair off so easy, heads are fiddly to swap and stiff as new but will get the hang of it. Noisier than expected, would have rather it be smoother and quieter.
