very good design, and XS size fit my ten years old daughter who is 155cm tall and thin. The only flaw is down is not too much if it is too cold outside. But normally winter should be fine.

This fits beautifully. Being short and curvy this style works for me. I’ve worn this in cold weather and it’s kept me warm. Also got caught in a shower and the drops just beaded off keeping me totally dry. I love the colour. Loads of pockets which seem to have been well thought out. Large and warmly lined side pockets. The chest zipped pocket is clear of rucksack straps. The hand warmers work brilliantly to keep hands and wrists super warm with or without gloves. 5 stars all round.

I am 5’5, about 130lbs and I wear a size 4 in US women’s. I ordered a size small and it fits well.
The hood is adjustable at the neck so you can cinch it tighter around your face. There are two main zippers but you can still completely unzip it regularly if you want. The side pockets can fit your hands (as pictured) but aren’t huge inside.
There are two zippers on the side which do nothing.
The front pocket can hold a wallet and a phone. It has a nice amount of room in it. The coat is certainly warm but I have not worn it outside yet.

Warm, looks good and has the big hood to cover rain and wind. There are pockets with zips to put the phone in. Inner fleece is soft but the jacket is a little heavy considering I wear macpac downs.

This coat was just what I was looking for. I usually buy a short or petite but this fitted perfectly. Straight fit, rather than waisted, light in weight, but very warm and seems reasonably waterproof. My only complaint is that the hood is too large and flops in my face when it’s up.

Je porte taille 38 francaise mais j’ai pris la veste taille S vu les commentaires. La veste est grande. Je peux la maitre avec un gros pull. Et elle est longue mais c’tait prvisible vu que je fais 154 cm. Je trouve cette veste en peu lourde par rapport mon duvet que je portais avant, mais le tissu est plus resistant au accrichages et dchirures. Attention, cette veste est large, style plutot decontract. La capuche forme le col joli et confortable quand elle est sur le dos mais une fois mise sur la tte elle est trop profonde et a l’air bizzare. Beaucoup de details inutils comme des zip decoratif. Par contre l’entre de la poche zippe est trop petite pour mettre qoi que a soit dans la poche. Sinon, veste trs chaude. Trs bien pour l’hiver froide avec la neige. Protge bien du vent et de la neige. Et de la pluie aussi. Rapport qualit/prix correcte.

Warm coat due to quality down filling, but an odd shape: drawstring ‘waist’ is far too high up on garment so when it’s tightened, makes it look like u’ve a pot-belly. When u wear it loose, looks really dumpy. Good hood and while manufacturer doesn’t claim coat is waterproof (down garments at this price-point can’t possibly be), while the rest of the inside stays dry in moderate rain, the shoulder seams let in badly, particularly if wearing a bag strap or backpack. Great that zipper can be opened from bottom up (two-way) otherwise would be too tight to sit down. But annoying that side zips are just for show (non-functional).

Excellent quality
Very good quality coat. Pleasantly surprised. After unpacking from the Orolay zip bag you can immediately smell the down inside (I love that smell!) and it started to puff up like a down coat should. Nothing cheap or shoddy here. It looked incredibly well made and sturdy. Zippers are heavy duty and should hold up for years of wear/washing. Nice zip-up high neck so you wouldn’t need a scarf. Hood is heavy duty as well.
The outer material is thick and quite beautiful, a kind of silky nylon. The green was quite a light shade, lighter than I expected from the photos. The black trim, snaps, etc. looked very dark in comparison to the lightish colour of the coat. Sort of a weird look for my taste.
It fit very roomy, especially for a women’s size Medium, and had no waist-line whatsoever, like a man’s coat. It made me look like a big box and felt like I was wearing my husband’s coat. Not feminine at all, which is more the style these days I think. A bit tighter in the hips as it was straight up and down from the shoulders. The side zippers are fake, just decoration, so they won’t provide any leeway for sitting if it’s at all snug in the hip area. This was a concern. Felt very comfy and cozy though, like wearing a down blanket, and has an expensive look and feel to it.
Will return this coat (sadly, as it was on sale) but would order from Orolay again as the quality was definitely there right out of the box, it’s just a matter of fit and personal style.

This is an excellent coat, especially for the price! It is warm, and water proof, and has a hood you can adjust so it does not blow off. I bought the silver colour, which looks really nice. Only downside – having to explain to my cyclist partner why zips can actually be decorative, rather than functional, on a woman’s coat! But I personally like this touch. Also, it’s true to size. Thoroughly recommend, which is unusual for me…

I really like how warm this coat is! The sleeves have elastic around the wrist to keep cold out (under the main sleeve). I like the double zipper for getting into my vehicle its easy to undo at the bottom so I’m not tangled up trying to drive with the longer length. I got the size medium and was very happy with the fit! Love the coat! I love this brand and would buy again!

I like the coat but was excited to have side zippers… sadly they are faux, ornamentation only. The coat also collect pockets of air which is annoying. It is fine for walking but not low, freezing temps. Would not purchase had I known these 2 things.

Was skeptical buying a winter coat on amazon, but this one is wonderful. Zips from mid-thigh to chin and has a low hood, so most of your body is protected from wind. Really warm. Fit is on the more casual looser side for a thinner body-type. Adjustable elastic at the waist to nip the waist in if desired.

Warm jacket even in below zero temperatures. If have hips and a bum, order up as a bit tight in hip area. Doesnt pick up dirt easily. The pockets do not zipper on the side.
I really loved this coat even though I returned. I bought it in the green but went with a shorter style in black. I may buy it again if I decide I need a warm, long coat. I live in Georgia so not real cold.
Nice warm coat! Wore it at 8F today with a few minutes walking from parking to work. Kept me warm. Only caveat is that I wish the coat can have a small hook ring inside the collar so that I can hang it easily in office.

Got it on sale originally for the time I walk my dog in the park. Liked it a lot, so much so that I wear it everywhere including to work. Comfortable, warm, looks better than most, less bulky.
I wanted a longer, less dressy, warm jacket to round out my winter coat options. I’ve been eyeing Orolay for a while, so when they came up on a Black Friday deal, I jumped on it. In fact, I ordered two different coats, but got a message from Amazon that they were canceling the order due to an unspecified “problem,” and issuing a refund. No explanation about what the problem was.
Regarding the purchase that was completed (Orolay Women’s Stylish Down Coat Winter Jacket with Hood):
I am 5’3″, about 150 lbs, narrow through the shoulders and hips, and busty. I have a hard time fitting coats, tops, and shirts. I ordered a large based on the comments left by other buyers. Indeed, the large fits fine across the chest, though it’s big everywhere else, especially through the shoulders, back, and waist. The sleeves are too long, too, but I’ve never bought a long-sleeved anything that didn’t need the sleeves shortened. I’m on the fence about exchanging it for a medium that may be a little tight in the chest but fits everywhere else.
Likes:
-Fits across the chest.
-Longer in the back so that I’m sitting on it instead of a cold seat.
-Elastic band inside the sleeves to keep the cold air out.
-Deep hand pockets (but only two; the zippered pocket on the chest is mostly for show, though it could hold some cash, a credit card or key; not sure most phones would fit comfortably).
-Adjustable hood, which I assume will help keep it on in the wind.
-Side zippers near the hem are an interesting design element.
-The color (army green).
-It’s casual.
Dislikes:
-Too big in shoulders, back, and waist (disproportionately so in comparison to chest).
-Pulling in the waist drawstring on the inside, with those little glide things, makes the coat look a bit odd, plus I can feel the cord across my back.
-Sleeves are at least three inches too long, so will have to be shortened (story of my life).
-The hand pockets have snaps rather than zippers, so they are not secure, and there are only two.
-No inside pocket (all coats should have an inside pocket).
The hood is not removable.
I wish I had ordered multiple sizes and styles so that I could do a comparison.

Got this jacket for fall. Then, we got to the part of fall where it rains for days on end. What surprised me about this jacket is that it’s relatively water resistant. The nylon is heavy. I was so pleased I got a second jacket.

This coat is very warm. I do not need to wear layers underneath it. I chose a long length for leg warmth. It fits true to size. The hood is perfect and stays in place.
Overall I like the look of the coat. I ordered a size large so I could wear a sweater under the coat. Unfortunately, the coat sleeves and the coat were too snug for comfort with a sweater underneath. I like the overall quality, color and style of the coat.

This coat is warm and a bit more fashionable than most outdoor puffy coats. I’m 5’5”, 140 lbs and ordered the medium size – fits well. The back of the coat is almost to my knees but I like the look and the length means my bum will be totally covered and warm when I sit down. My only complaint is no inside hidden pockets for $ or phone and the hood is too big without enough adjustments but I guess works fine over a larger winter hat. The zippers on the sides are decoration only, they don’t affect the width of the bottom of the coat.

I needed a good winter coat for Boston weather and this was an excellent choice! I spent that winter in a coat that just did not keep me warm enough. I love this coat because it covers to above my knee and keeps me adequately warm. I am going to order another color!
The jacket is warm and comfortable but not too bulky. I’m normally size L in coats and this fits with room to spare. The length hits my lower thigh (I’m 5’7) and the zipper is a 2-way that you can adjust if needed for sitting. I washed it in my washer on regular cycle and dried it with medium heat and it came out perfect. Very happy with this purchase!

I read the comments and some people said the size run small, so I bought a M size (I usually get a S). However I think the size fit as expected, M size still a little to big for me.

This is my third jacket buy from this label. Have not been disappointed yet! I haven’t worn this one yet since it has been warming up but I do know I wear my other one when it is snowing out. It repels wind and is warm. And the oversized hood is great. The material on both my jackets are the same so I’m assuming the warmth factor is similar.
I love this coat BUT the zipper sucks! I will try it a few more times, it is very difficult, especially with gloves.

Fit is on the more casual looser side for a thinner body-type. Adjustable elastic at the waist to nip the waist in if desired.
I really like this coat, warm and stylish. It fits tight at the hips but it has double zippers so I just unzip the bottom half. Overall great coat, great price.
I needed a coat and didn’t feel a bit guilty when I bought this. It is freaking adorable and fits exactly like I had hoped. It is warm, but may not be the one for you if you live in a really cold climate. It’s perfect for AZ / CO winters.
Really lovely jacket. Warm and comfy. I usually wear a small to medium and ordered a size medium to be able to layer underneath. Perfect fit.
i really like this coat. it is really warm and long enough that it covers your seat and upper legs when you get into a cold car! i live in Alaska and that is important! and i love the green color – something a little different.
Warm jacket even in below zero temperatures. If have hips and a bum, order up as a bit tight in hip area. Doesnt pick up dirt easily. The pockets do not zipper on the side.
I really loved this coat even though I returned. I bought it in the green but went with a shorter style in black. I may buy it again if I decide I need a warm, long coat. I live in Georgia so not real cold.
I’d give it a 5 if the zipper was less cumbersome.
Nice warm coat! Wore it at 8F today with a few minutes walking from parking to work. Kept me warm. Only caveat is that I wish the coat can have a small hook ring inside the collar so that I can hang it easily in office.
Very warn , good quality but didn’t like the hood because very uncomfortable poor designed (just hood) and another issues should have more pocket in said but no pocket in said at all. Overall love it!
Got it on sale originally for the time I walk my dog in the park. Liked it a lot, so much so that I wear it everywhere including to work. Comfortable, warm, looks better than most, less bulky.
Regarding the purchase that was completed (Orolay Women’s Stylish Down Coat Winter Jacket with Hood):
I am 5’3″, about 150 lbs, narrow through the shoulders and hips, and busty. I have a hard time fitting coats, tops, and shirts. I ordered a large based on the comments left by other buyers. Indeed, the large fits fine across the chest, though it’s big everywhere else, especially through the shoulders, back, and waist. The sleeves are too long, too, but I’ve never bought a long-sleeved anything that didn’t need the sleeves shortened. I’m on the fence about exchanging it for a medium that may be a little tight in the chest but fits everywhere else.
Likes:
-Fits across the chest.
-Longer in the back so that I’m sitting on it instead of a cold seat.
-Elastic band inside the sleeves to keep the cold air out.
-Deep hand pockets (but only two; the zippered pocket on the chest is mostly for show, though it could hold some cash, a credit card or key; not sure most phones would fit comfortably).
-Adjustable hood, which I assume will help keep it on in the wind.
-Side zippers near the hem are an interesting design element.
-The color (army green).
-It’s casual.
Dislikes:
-Too big in shoulders, back, and waist (disproportionately so in comparison to chest).
-Pulling in the waist drawstring on the inside, with those little glide things, makes the coat look a bit odd, plus I can feel the cord across my back.
-Sleeves are at least three inches too long, so will have to be shortened (story of my life).
-The hand pockets have snaps rather than zippers, so they are not secure, and there are only two.
-No inside pocket (all coats should have an inside pocket).
The hood is not removable.
I wish I had ordered multiple sizes and styles so that I could do a comparison.
Got this jacket for fall. Then, we got to the part of fall where it rains for days on end. What surprised me about this jacket is that it’s relatively water resistant. The nylon is heavy. I was so pleased I got a second jacket.
Coat arrived and I really like it but it has no tags. Is it really a new coat?
I love it, but it was not the 3/4 coat I wanted as well to large. I wanted a 3/4 length. is blank in blank state style I returned it. returned it. I am sorry they could not connect again after that. I use a star, but I can’t rate it because I never used it. your system needed I click a star so

This coat is very warm. I do not need to wear layers underneath it. I chose a long length for leg warmth. It fits true to size. The hood is perfect and stays in place.

I loved this but it ran small. It zippered up easily, but if you wanted anything heavy underneath, then it would be too tight. The color is great. I wish it had fit better. I returned it.
Live it but it had a hole in the right pocket.
The coat is warm and not too bulky. The hood is a little big, but does keep the wind out.

I bought XS, I usually wear S for jackets, XS for shirts. I was concerned it was going to be tight but it’s perfect for a light sweater or just a shirt. It has a slimmer line and it’s not shiny so I love it. Pockets could be a tad larger and lower but they work ok.
