Solid chair, easy to assemble but a bit faffy with the amount of little screws you have to put in to keep it together. Seems to be a flat spot on the bottom of the rockers which means the rocking motion is a bit bumpy.
The seat is really sturdy when put together although lettering the pieces would have been useful to make each piece easily identifiable. Looks good and works well. Worth the money.
That none of the pieces were numbered, took me ages to work pieces out and the screws were very difficult to find the right holes, basically very difficult to put together!
Good quality, assembly instructions could be better, not very clearly defined, particularly for the ‘legs’, which are 2 different sizes. Instructions did not define this difference very well. Otherwise sturdy and strong.
This is an excellent garden bench which is very good value for money. Customer service was excellent. There was an issue with our bench and customer service was very quick to respond to our emails and resolved the issue to our satisfaction very quickly.

This is the type of bench that you buy if you’re planning on using it for some years to come. This is made from very sturdy fir wood, which can handle our damp British weather. Once put together, it’s gorgeous and looks beautiful just in front of the house, for enjoying the sunshine. For those who have had trouble putting it together, the only issue we could see anyone having was around the legs, where a common screwdriver was difficult to fit around the wood; however, either a flexible shaft or an angled bit holder solves this problem perfectly well.
Would have given 5 stars if the drill holes in rocker would have been in correct position
we had to drill other holes for screws in order to make rockers fit. otherwise very happy with purchase and delivery.
Instructions a little bit vague, but soon worked out. Lively to sit on rocking away. Lots of people commented and said how nice it looks.
