Amazing product for price… Amazon packaged it kinda messed up and some of the parts poked through the box there was no padding luckily nothing was damaged outside of the box would good thing its solid metal

I use it with my electronic drum, and works fine. There is a fine line on the rubber hammer, I suggest you sand it, otherwise you’ll end up with a tiny line on your mesh.
I’ve been searching for a decent double bass pedal that doesn’t break the bank for months. I wasn’t disappointed with this pedal. Its super durable and easy to assemble, sensitive enough to play really fast but also works great for a single pedal too. It looks really sleek, too.
The drum pedal is brilliant ! I’m very pleased with the quality, already it’s cold to the touch meaning it’s solid and real metal, hard and smooth to the touch, assumingly this won’t be breaking anytime soon at all. I love the colours and design of this pedal it looks so much better in real life that the photos also.
The drum hammer was very suited to my kick drum luckly!
Also one thing I really was happy about was the fact it came with a drum key and some alan keys. They are so helpful, because I do not own a drum key so I wouldn’t of been able to even set up the pedel! Lol

It wasn’t that appealing for me at first because of its style up until I got it and used it. It’s not bad at all.
Kinda new to drumming and I love metal. So this is my first step towards double bass. Easy setup, the linkage is rock solid and the performance is great. Response feels very tight.
Now, just to get my left foot trained.
I love this pedal. Will modify this to a direct drive.

Our son is a drummer and has been looking for a really good double pedal. We got this as a Christmas gift, and he absolutely loved it. It was one of the few new things that went back to college with him after Christmas break.
Buy it cracking bit of kit easy set up harder to learn but satisfaction when you do. Worth every penny – however I have destroyed one bas drum beater already, after about 12 days of playing. The white part of the beater disintegrates quickly, so will flip them round and use the other side will let you know how that goes, 13.03.2018

What I liked best, was, that I had sufficient rewards points on my card, that the pedal was almost free….plus it was a Pearl product. The pedals action and adjustability are fast and easy and most drummers would find it entirely acceptable. The reason for my four star rating, is that the clamping mechanism on the pedal, was not designed for my particular electronic kick tower ( Alesis )……This shortcoming was overcome by inserting a small piece of wood to fill the void between clamp and kick tower base plate…..all in all, I like it alot!
OK I’m old (54) and I have been a Punk drummer, blues drummer, country rock drummer and now I’m having a go at Industrial metal, not quite got the hang of this thing yet, but the action if used as a single pedal is smooth and responsive, the action with double set up is just as smooth. So for the money it works great, is very stable and can be used foot down or heel up (heel up is much quicker for the double used)
So I would say its a good, robust well made piece of kit….

Ich habe jetzt einige Zeit mit diesem Pedal gespielt, auch einige Auftritte. Bis jetzt bin ich auch sehr zufrieden damit, weil es sich sehr leicht einstellen lsst und sich beim spielen auch recht gut anfhlt, wenn man das so sagen kann.
Auch das entfernen/anfgen vom linken Pedal ist sehr simpel und leicht zu bewltigen.
Kann es also echt empfehlen.

En cuanto al pedal es justo lo que esperaba la verdad fue una ganga en el Cyber Monday. Totalmente recomendable, no pesa nada pero se siente y ve super resistente. La verdad es bastante sencillo de instalar y manipular, solo te toma unos minutos agarrarle el modo, pero en definitiva un excelente pedal para iniciarse en el doble bombo y que seguramente te servir durante aos.
El unico pero que tengo es que la caja del pedal (cartn) vena un poco maltratada, pero el pedal estaba intacto.
De verdad si lo ven en oferta no donde en comprarlo. Es una excelente inversin.

Great value for the price. Got it several months ago and it works great. No problems at all.
The response is so on point, I play heel toe and the pedal responds like a high end pedal with really no lag from the slave pedal. When they say that pearl is the best pedals to own they mean it. I had a trick pedal before and from using these pedals against my pearl pedals for a much cheaper price. The trick pedals I couldn’t get it how a I wanted it. plus after purchasing the pearl pedals I set my playing style settings in less then 5 minutes with these. So in conclusion. I would def recommend these pedals. They are not that expensive and offer a high end experience.
Honestly this isn’t the best drum pedal but it is by far the best for it’s price . My only problem is that it’s a bit heavy while playing

It is well built & smooth operation (as every pearl pedal I have owned is). The long board is different than what I am used to, but no problem. The only issue I have is that within a month of purchase, it has started to squeak on one side. A little attention should remedy that.
The other issue… this old dog learning a new trick (30 years into drumming).
Great double pedal for the price. Hoping it doesn’t end up on my pile of slightly cheaper Gibraltars that have given out.

I love these pedals, they are an amazing product for how cheap they are compared to other double pedals. They are light, and they feel very nice. I have no trouble getting my left foot to sync up with my right foot when doing double bass runs.

Amazing pedal!! Feels like an extenstion of ur foot n beggs for the beat to come out of u!! With the rolls u can bring out with toe squeezes, im thinkin of gettin another for my e kit!! 🙂
Excellent for the price. If you can’t justify spending $150+ on a professional quality single pedal. This may suit your needs. I have played it for several days and it feels great. There’s a noticeable improvement in my speed and clarity, as I was playing a round cam model prior to this. The build is sturdy and the action smooth. I recommend this for anyone stepping up from entry level on a budget.
Update: I also own a Tama IC 200 and if you like the long board style this beats it hands down. I really like this pedal and will keep it as the primary on my set.

My husband purchased this to replace the cheap drum pedal that comes with the Rockband instrument. He got it hooked up, and everyone loves having a real drum pedal, and it is so much better!
Use it as a pedal for Rock Band 4 against a Yamaha tower. Works wonderfully well with plenty of wiggle room on adjusting the spring tension.
OMG I love this thing! I had a PDP supplied with Roland kit for free. This pedal is like playing butter. Ten times faster and so much smoother. Also a great value for the price!!

I’m a new drummer, but these things feel great. Very well build and smooth. No mechanical noise, and just very smooth and clean. The long foot pad makes for easy heal toe double kicks. I love these things.
More like a 3.5, but its extremely tough and very cool looking as well. but nothing really stands out about the performance. super tough pedals and you will get alot of use out of them for sure, plus its a pearl pedal. the only thing pearl makes thats actually good.
Low priced, everything I wish to play comes out perfectly with this guy.
Better yet, I had to learn to play more relaxed.
With my other pedals I had to work 2 times harder to get the kick nicely timed.
Perfect for heel-toe technique! (this doesn;t work great with a Bassdrumriser)
Not great f you use a Bassdrum lifter, because of the axis change the response becomes less.
Still even with my Bassdrumriser still more responsice the others.
I’m learning on an electric kit – a Roland TD11-KV (which uses a KD9 kick pad) and this fits it fine, something which might be useful info to a potential buyer although you will have to use the enclosed rubber buffer things to get it to fit the clamp properly. The beater heads sit pretty close together and very adjustable to I’d be very surprised if you can’t get it working with any medium-sized kick pad trigger.
I’ve only ever used the Yamaha double pedal on my drum tutor’s kit and this which isn’t a huge frame of reference, but they definitely feel light and springy, even after I’ve deliberately tightened them up to get a faster response. Even a cursory look around the forums and reviews and you’ll see numerous comparisons to iron cobras and these seem to come out on top if you’re more interested in a “light” feel rather than clunky and heavy.
Briefly considered the Pearl Eliminator pedals but glad I went with these; unless you’re a much more experienced player the extra options will just confuse you.
– It was easy to put together.
– I play lightly so it was plenty strong enough for me.
– It can be used as a single bass drum pedal as well (the idea of using a double bass drum pedal for an average nightclub gig is a bit unrealistic).
– It is good practice to get down your other foot’s timing down even if you only ever use it for your high hat.
– finally, I was concerned about it getting in the way of my other hardware on the floor but it fit right in there without a hassle, I am able to have the pedal right next to the HH pedal with out a problem.
After using the pedal for a few months the pedal is still great, the only issue I’ve had is that the pedal will not clamp down on the bass hoop tight enough, so it tends to move. The easy fix was to take off the rubber backing from the underside of the pedal base and to apply several strips of velcro there. Buy the cheap velcro packs at any dept store with an adhesive backing. The prickly side of the velcro keeps the pedal and the bass drum from moving (assuming you use a rug).
I highly recommend it.
My son got these for his birthday and he loves them. We’ve had no issues at all. They are exactly as advertised and came bubble wrapped to ensure a safe delivery. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who is searching.
I would recommend this pedal wholeheartedly. It doesn’t have all the hundreds of adjustments that the really expensive pedals do, but for me (and a lot of people), those adjustments aren’t really necessary.

My foot playing have always been accustomed to Pearl pedals, though the pedals i have always used were the really old ones from Pearl. But this Demonator is just AWESOME!!! It flows seemlessly when i play on it. And my foot techniques are more precise and faster than ever. And for the price, its totally worth more than what i paid for!
I ended up making this my main double pedal as it is way smoother then my current pearl eliminator pedal!
This pedal is screaming build quality and is lighter then my other double pedal.
I am not a fan of the aluminum look, but doesn’t matter once you start playing on it.
The beaters are very simple yet seem to feel lighter offering faster speeds which I like.
There are less adjustments compared to other expensive pedals but this has all I need.
The feel is very punchy yet light which is exactly what my style demands out of a kick pedal.
As a professional metal/hard rock drummer, this pedal suites my needs perfectly and I would highly recommend them to all levels of players.
