Petit coup prendre pour le faire fonctionner mais ensuite les poignes et avant bras deviennent du bton. Les muscles travail vraiment rapidement. Pour le niveau de puissance il suffit de modr la rotation du poignet plus on tourne vite plus c’est difficile.

J’avais achet une powerball il y a presque 8 si je me souviens bien comme cadeau, a l’epoque pour la dmarrer il fallait un appareil qui fonctionnait avec des piles pour la lancer a une vitesse suffisante pour entraner une rotation.
Dsormais le mcanisme de dmarrage est inclut dans la powerball mme si je me demande combien de temps il tiendra.
J’ai pris le modle titane car c’est le seul d’aprs le constructeur qui rsistera aux chutes.
Je regrette que le compteur ne garde pas le nombre de tour max, ou alors je l’ai mal rgl.
That said the ball does exactly what it says. Love it. They need some with excercises though. Also either you’re either holding it so that you can’t see the screen or you’re holding it with the tips of your fingers and have it flipped 180. Just realize that if the screen is facing out so it can be read you might contact the gyro with your palm. Which just means you need to spin it back up.
Even if you have a calloused hand (tradesman here) the power grippers might leave tender skin at first. I dont have a use for 2 so I gave 1 to a buddy.
I did remove 1 stars for the lack of instructions or example excercises. Otherwise they are excellent products.

I like it very much really trying to look afer myself lately and this is a nice way to do that and the gyroscopic ball as a exercise is a brilliant idea. There are cheaper versions which i have also but the starter on this one is very handy its quiet a little bit of a hard fit in my hands but nothing a stronger grip cant help with i havnt tried opening it to clean it yet am better at breaking things sorry ok enjoy if you buy update just got this item out of my case and the screen doesn’t work and the spin is lose havnt used that much so dont know why its breaking, I still like it just wish it wasn’t breaking.

I injured my forearms and wrists a couple of years ago and while there has been slow improvement I still get caught by terrible pain and weakness in certain grips/directions. I can lift reasonable weight (40kg each arm) and no pain whatsoever but reach for a pencil in the ‘wrong’ way and agonising wrist/hand pain.
As a stupid man I refuse to seek medical advice on this matter and so have tried numerous remedies that I happen across….this one seems to be helping more than anything else has so far. Only been about a week of using it but I can feel my wrists strengthening and I am having less pain at wrist/hand or elbow than I used to,
Time will tell.

This is the Rolls Royce of Powerballs. I use it to help with a strain on my right hand and wrist. I play the piano, and my right hand became impossible to use recently; I must have strained/sprained it. Since using the Powerball my hand has made a dramatic recovery; it is now almost back to full strength. The Powerball is a great product which I cannot recommend highly enough.

Despite the cost the actual item was even better made than expected. It is easy to use once you get the knack, I have already got the count going up each time I use it and I can feel the pull energising my hands wrists and forearm.

The titan powerball takes some getting used to but so far its been great and i enjoy using it and i can feel the benefits when using the powerball.
Fantastic product, the auto start makes it a dream and the mass of this model is really felt in just a few moments of spin.
The auto start feature is very welcome as in the past I had problems starting previous owned powerball by cord.

Excellent product. Bought to improve grip and forearm strength. You can feel it working from the start. Great to throw in your bag and use on the go wherever you are. Have made some good grip gains in a shot period of time. Pricey, but worth it.
I’ve had one when I was a kid, a plastic one and recently I remembered it and bought a new one. Really nice that it has auto-start. Looking forward to have strong arms : )

This is a solid metal powerball. The size might be a bit large for some hands and it does seem a bit overpriced. However, this is their top model and is built very well. It spins very smoothly. The one negative is that the screen is not visible when you use it (sit is is against your palm) so it is a bit useless, unless checking your top RPMs afterwards.
(This is the same price as powerball’s site ($169.99) but shipping is much quicker and I am sure a return would be easier too.)
This powerball is very well made and solid. It has a good weight and it is pretty big so you might want to consider those two things when deciding. The casing is not smooth which helps with the grip and to avoid slippage. I wouldn’t worry about dropping it except I might worry about my wood floors as I’m sure it would leave a dent.
I was contacted by someone at NSD Powerball asking if I was getting the most out the device, offering help and advice. I appreciated that and it seemed very genuine, not for stars on Amazon. You get what you pay for and I am very happy with this powerball. I sit at a computer all day and have had pain issues but after roughly a month I can definitely notice the difference in my wrists, elbows (I get golf and tennis elbow strains) and my shoulders.

…but I also bought the smaller Diablo model that is made of stainless steel. I have to were gloves when using this Aluminium one as you can smell the highly toxic Aluminium on your skin otherwise – so it would be perfect if it was done in non-toxic Stainless steel
Have had the cord pull powerballs and found i often got the cord wrapped inside the mechanism which was really annoying. This one is dead easy to start and has worked first time for me every single time.
I was concerned about the size but the bigger diameter is more comfortable to hold and feels nice and weighty in the hand. I also find this powerball is easy to keep going at lower revolutions than the others.
I though the led was marked but there is a very hard to spot protective film on it which can be removed.
Overall i am very pleased, it’s quite pricey but feels well made and gives my wrist/forearms a good workout when watching tv.
Was cheaper on the powerball site than amazon.
Avevo in precedenza gi acquistato una Powerball da 250Hz autostart in plastica e rispetto a questa, la versione Titan Pro nettamente migliore. A partire dall’ergonomia che essendo pi grande meglio si adatta alla presa della mia mano (ma questo soggettivo), la reale differenza sta nella silenziosit e scorrevolezza del giroscopio molto pi fluido.
Unica pecca, pensavo fosse inclusa anche la custodia che molto utile sia per il trasporto che per proteggere lo strumento. Effettivamente era inclusa nel modello inferiore precedentemente acquistato, mentre su questo top di gamma ad un prezzo non proprio economico non c’.

aggiungo uno stella poich dopo aver segnalato la mancanza della custodia al fornitore chiedendo dove avrei potuto acquistarla, mi ha risposto che sarebbe stata cosa gradita per loro potermela spedire gratuitamente… questo avveniva il 19/11/2018. Lors de mon 1er essai, je me suis dit : “qu’est-ce que c’est que cette m… ?” Je n’avais pas l’impression de faire tourner autre chose qu’une petite boule de ptanque assez lgre, ou une boule chinoise…. mais c’est qu’il y a un coup prendre (je n’avais jamais utilis de Powerball auparavant) , et la 2e tentative… WOW, quand le rotor se lance, c’est impressionnant !
Le dmarrage est simple, la Powerball n’est pas bruyante, et il n’y a pas de vibrations, mme vitesse leve.
Pour le reste, tout est conforme au descriptif !
C’est vrai qu’elle est chre, mais je ne regrette pas mon achat : le travail du grip est certain, les avant-bras deviennent durs comme du bois si on maintient les rotations, et des videos sur youtube prsentent quantit de variantes, y compris pour les bras et les paules.

I first bought the one from this company that uses the pull cord. It was not very expensive. It is very good and does fit the description and will do the required exercise tasks very well. I found the pull cord a bit of a pain to get it threaded properly and pull it just right. Then I saw on YouTube some videos about how to start it without the pull cord. I myself was never able to achieve this. Then I bought for a bit more than double the cost the self start windup where you wind up the wheel. This was much better for me. After using it for a while, I was reading the new Titan Pro Powerball at about 3X the cost was a bit better for the smoothness and was able to be a bit more forceful. Since the cost was not an issue for me, I bought it. All these facts are true. It is a bit smother, a bit more quieter, and can exert a bit more force if you want to move it stronger.
The electronic counter module on the top does not require any batteries. It is powered from the velocity of the gyroscope inside. There is a coil set with a powerful magnet that makes the power to run the model and its LED. No batteries required is a big plus.
I am approaching 70 years of age. My arms and hands are feeling a bit weaker from aging. This type of exercise device has been helping me a lot. It is just what I needed and it is a challenge to see how fast I can get it to go. I find it less boring than the conventional types of exercise for the hands and arms. There are many videos on YouTube and other sites about how to use this Powerball.
For most people the standard NSD Powerball with the self start windup at 1/3 the cost would be very adequate, and certainly does the job. If you go down the pull cord it is also excellent and would be very satisfactory for most people. What I found it is something like computers, automobiles, and everything else. Just to get something that is a bit more refined or slightly higher in performance the cost increase can be exponential in relation to the difference. I tried three different levels of the NSD Powerball units.
I would certainly recommend this Pro Powerball absolutely for sure. There is no question about this. As for being worth the high cost you would have to try the next level down at 1/3 of the price, then this one, and then judge for yourself. As for the other two that I bought, I gave one to my sister, and I am going to keep the other in my drawer where I work to use during my breaks. The Titan Pro will be here at home, and I will be using it everyday for working on my arm strength, and listen to my favorite music at the same time.
Update:
After using this Powerball for a while I found it to be heavier in the hand than the other plastic types. It is also fair amount more torqued for exercising with it. It will be more tiring for someone who is not very strong. One thing for sure it is very smooth and it feels a bit larger.
With any of the types of Powerball you would buy, I would greatly consider the windup self starting one over the one with the pull string. This is really a convenience decision. If you get a pull string one of the same quality level as the equivalent windup self starting one, using it will be the same.
Overall, the Powerball products are very good, and gives a terrific workout for the the wrists and arms.

I like it a lot I have other metal balls I like them but this one is really nice.
Purchased directly as it was a bit cheaper, and when it came the first thing to notice is the weight and size.
The operation is the same as the other autostart powerballs, but as it is metal and bigger you will find a lot more force in it.
