1. The fuse failed, just replace it.

2. No adjustment intensity button.

3. The motor inside the machine failed.

4. The pump failed.

How to use:

A consultation included the examination of the skin, a plan for treatment.
Operator should wear vinyl gloves and a face mask.
On oily or acne skin, a steamer may be used prior to the treatment, or a degreasing lotion may be applied prior to the cleanser.
Cleansing the skin with Cleansing gel or water, then wipe off with cotton pad. Allow the skin to dry.
Finish all accessories connection, turn on the power switch to start the machine.
Adjust the intensity knob for the suction you want.
Turn off the power button after use. Disconnect the power cord, then clean the accessories.

Machine is quite large, although for home use that’s what I wanted to be able to stand it on the floor. Suction is amazing, have to be careful with it. Instructions could be a bit more detailed, such as how often to use etc but all the info for microdermabrasion can be found on YouTube. Only used twice so far, no difference in reduction of lines seen but I’m hopeful after a few more treatments there will be an improvement.

It is a professional grade machine. The hose is a bit short however. I have had professional microdermabrasion done in the past. This does the same job, or better than professionals. Make sure you have serums to apply after. I like Arbonne ‘s products. It exceeds my expectations.

This machine is heavy and quite large. It sounds scary. But it works great. I love using it on my face and neck. It comes with alot of heads to use on different areas of the face and body. Great suction. I purchased a handheld device that cost about $40.00 less. It has about 50% of the power of this machine. So, in my mind it was a waste of money. Buy it.

I had no idea what ‘diamond tip’ meant when I made the purchase but now I do! Wooooo I have a hair salon and have wanted a micro dermabrasion for a while. I read the reviews and thought I could return it if I didn’t like it. I love it! It’s sturdy and powerful. I suggest watching a YouTube video for the set up. Maybe I’ll make one. The directions suck! But once you understand the setup – it’s breeze to use.
Another reviewer said the plastic tray holder didn’t fit but I learned if you place it upside down by accident it won’t fit. If it’s right side up it will fit beautifully.

I got this machine, because I have large pores and acne. I have used it twice now and it works great. It comes with plenty of diamond tips and a reasonable amount of little filters that catch all the extractions. I did notice on my second use that the diamond tips loose their diamond looking appearance after one use. But other than that it has done great. I removes all the build up in my pores and dead skin.
