Having suffered Plantar Fasciitis for some months I was considering cancelling a walking holiday. However I bought this support and managed all the hikes during the week which totalled over 50 miles. Absolutely delighted.
This feels great ! And looks very sporty.
I like the cottony feel and the removable, adjustable strap. I can wear my normal shoes even tho it is quite thick.
The strap feels very supportive; for me, it is just right when crossed, but watch out ! the Velcro is really strong and pulls the threads of the sock if it catches it (which it did at first because the fix is at the back of the leg and I couldn’t see).
I gave one star less because the sock is really really tight and makes my foot tingle. (I am a child size (36eu, 3.5 uk) but that refers to length, not width) so what I have done is wear the tight sock when I first rolled my ankle to help swelling, for day one, then switched to a less tight sock but used the crossover strap after that. Sorted !
Have used this for months following a ruptured achilles tendon, very good product, highly recommended

I have been in pain with PF for the last 3 weeks. Unable to run and walking at the end of the day is painful. I wore this for the first time today and it has significantly eased the pain. Excellent product, so pleased I ordered this!

Suffering from plantar fasciitis for a few weeks. The pain when getting out of bed every morning was horrendous. The effect of wearing the split was almost immediate. Now get up in the morning with little discomfort. Great product.
Got what feels like tendinitis in the ankle (just recently taken up running – so putting it down to my bad technique) and now I struggle to put any weight on foot – but that was until I tried this ankle brace! Now I can put weight on it…but resting from running and used brace while doing spinning (both seated and standing) and it made my ankle feel strong again. Absolutely perfect and means that I can still exercise and walk without limping!! BTW first class service and super quick delivery!
I have been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis for some time and have tried other compression socks with minimal relief. These however, are unreal, within minutes of putting it on, it was like heaven for relief!
Ive not tried them in shoes yet. Only bare foot around the house.

Bought this for my wife after she had her boot removed after breaking her ankle, it gave her really good support and could be adjusted to target the right area
This is the best support sock I have had it’s not too tight and comes with an adjustable strap if you do need it tighter. I was able to sleep with this on I didn’t give me cold toes or feel uncomfortable at all. It has most definitely helped with the tendinitis and significantly reduced my pain. Love the colour pink such an added bonus looks quite cute!

Unlike some alternatives, the design of this ankle support makes it comfortable to wear for longer periods whilst still giving my ankle support whilst it recovers from injury.
I have been wearing thos brace now for about 4 hours and I’m one or those people who can’t handle any type of constriction, but this brace is so comfortable that I don’t realise its on..not only that, but the pain has reduced by a good, 30% for me, which is impressive and brilliant. I, at this point would recommend this brace.

I bought this as I have plantar fasciitis and am doing a walking challenge. Before using this my pain was so bad I could barely walk. This has provided so much support, that I am able to walk great distances in comfort. I would definitely recommend.

Instant relief from the brace, one issue found you need to be careful positioning the Velcro on the band. If not in the correct place it rubs your leg.

Use it all the time for cycling. I feel it helps. So recomment it.
Sleeve is strong and comfortable. The strap I find can slip a bit and the velcro on the one end has stop working but there is plenty of strap to rap around the ankle.
I’m a frequent runner and bought this for Achilles tendinitis. It didn’t really help my Achilles problem, but my ankle felt supported. Wouldn’t recommend for Achilles injuries, but otherwise seems a good product. If you’re struggling with your Achilles, would absolutely recommend going to a physio for laser treatment, it made a radical difference for me after really struggling for 18 months.
I put this in overnight and I can definitely walk better when I wake up.

So very comfortable. Gives my badly sprained ankle support and it not so painful using this. Perfect fit for me. I take size 6 footwear. Well worth the price.

I’ve bought a few products : inserts, socks all have given some relief, but this has been amazing! For the first time I’m not in agony in the morning. I’ve walked my dog, been on my feet all day and only a twinge, ordinarily I would be really in pain. I would really recommend this for plantar fasciitis

I bought this to help get back to normal running after an ankle injury. It offered olenty of support and I think it did improve my recovery time. I had tried another support previously that didnt make any difference. My only complaint was that I found the seam on the tube to be rather uncomfortable when running on it.
I bought 2 of these for ankle support for achilles tendinitis. Very supportive and has helped. Although it is bulky so doesn’t always fit into my shoes.

I am so glad I bought this support. I have been experiencing weakness around my achilles tendon with a feeling my ankle would give way. As soon as I put the support strap on this was totally alleviated. Early days but I am confident this will help the tendon heal.

The idea of this is to support your ankle. In thst, it will do its job. However, the instructions for use are not clear and the pictures are not much help as they are small and lack colour contrast. I think showing the product with its labels and logos on would really help.
I have to say this has massively helped my Achilles tendon which I think I’ve torn it is very very painful but this support has really helped .
I only gave it a 4 star on comfort as it can be slightly uncomfortable .

We were sceptical about the usefulness of thus product endnote we ordered it but it has been very good. Comfortable to wear.
I think it is easing my plantar fascilis, that plus rest, insoles etc! Trying everything.
After reading the reviews I decided to try it out as I was in a lot of pain. I found it does work (with pain killers of course) I did start off wearing it at night but it did keep me awake and as it only hurts when initially putting my foot to the ground I only wear it during the day. it has made a difference, hasn’t stopped hurting yet, but its early days and I found by using a cooling gel before putting the sock on I could get around ok.
I used this product to treat peroneal tendonitis (pain on the outside of my foot, near my ankle. They worked perfectly! Very good compression.

Excellent product. My husband had achilles tendonitis, with a lot of pain and swelling. After a day or two of wearing this support, he had no pain and the swelling had reduced considerably. Highly recommended.

I’ve been having ankle pain for last few weeks (suspected peroneal tendonitis) and this has given me most needed instant relief! I wear the sock on its own at night and with the strap through the day. Highly recommend.
I’ll keep it short and sweet. Just after 4 consecutive days of wearing this product my pain is finally starting to go. I had been suffering for the last 9 months but I probably should consider changing my footwear to alleviate the condition altogether.

so good I bought one for the other ankle. can use these when doing aerobics or any standing exercise as they are smooth enough not to feel the ridge of them once socks and shoes are on. very effective at supporting my weak ankles, and recent injury.

This comes with a strap and a sleeve, and it has made a big difference to my ankle support as i have been having some nerve feeling.

I recently tore a ligament in my ankle whilst trying to be healthy and go for a jog (lesson learnt here folks!). This support is really helping in my rehab and I’ve no doubt I will go on to use it once I am back to full health as continued support.

Purchased 2 of these for running to give extra support to my ankles. Fit under my socks and allow the use of my usual running shoes, very minimal bulk. Work a real treat and come recommended.
Yes it’s a good compression sleeve for the ankle and have used it an awful lot. The bonus strap is also helpful for the times it is necessary.
Just as expected but lacked fitting instructions as there was an elasticed band with the sleeve. Have since worked it out for myself.
It was such a relief to finally find something which gives my foot that lovely supported feeling. I no longer feel nervous taking steps in case I injure myself further when I’m wearing the sleeve. I wear it both day and night and it’s extremely comfortable. For added support I use the band that comes with it. I love the fact that it’s not too bulky so I can wear it with any kind of footwear, even my fitflops. Thanks a mil, Susan, Cork, Ireland.
Since wearing these I found they have made alot difference…. especially when I get out of bed in morning, the pain is much less and feel I can walk much easier. I do not wear them all the time but when i do they are comfortable and do not make your feet hot.

I bought this for my mum as she has plantar fasciitis. She said she notices a big difference when she has the sock on. She says it’s much easier to walk and I can actually see her walking better with it on. The only down side is that she said the support strap, even at its loosest, is still too tight for her. All in all we’re very happy with this purchase.
