Did not really assess pain relief as bought it for my husband to use in a cooler months as heated seat broke in his car. This mat does the job very well and 15 mins timer is just right to get from home to work. I would recommend.
Had a quick try when it arrived and have now been sat on it for an hour. It feels great, but the vibration going through the chair and onto the wooden floor makes a fair bit of noise. Pretty sure my neighbours are wondering what’s going on…

UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller after leaving my review, and after sending them a video of the product not working, they immediately agreed to replace it without any returns hassle. I’ve been suffering with back pain for years and have been resorting to wheat bags, which only target a small area and don’t last long. The Snailex has made a huge difference and I use it every evening to help me to relax and get the pain down to such a level that I can just forget it. It is certainly good value for money and I would certainly recommend it.
The cushion is excellent quality and I am really impressed, I bought the cushion because during a Parkinsons on line seminar the presenter mentioned that gentle vibration helps relieve the Tremor associated with Parkinsons. it does appear that this cushion is helping.

Bought this for the heating function and it heats (2levels) very well, also the massage is very good as well, hope it lasts it seems to be well made.
Bought as a gift for husband who has sciatica. He’s thrilled with it and has recommended it to several people all ready. If anything can get overly warm and make staying awake in meetings tough!!
Works much better than I first thought. Very lightweight. Heating great. I use for relaxation, but I’m sure would be good for pain relief with the heat on. I like it.
The heat is perfect but I don’t like how you can’t control the heat level. Also at first the vibration was nice but after 10 minutes or so I feel like it adds to the pain. I would buy it again for the heat eleme

Bought for the car, unfortunately my car doesn’t come with this luxury lol. Brilliant for these cold mornings on the way to work heats up lovely, feeling a little stiff just select the massage also, the best bit for me is my journey to and from golf! Don’t need to say any more it’s just brilliant for me x
Relieved my upper back pain and noticed immediate increased mobility.
To be honest this is very comfortable and the heating works in about 2 mins. I was surprised that is working the same at the power socket or car plug.
Vibrations more strong than expected which is a very good thing, however i don’t really use the message as is more of Vibration instead of message. Still gets 5 stars as is very good for the price and it doesn’t look ugly on the van.
I bought this for my other half’s birthday due to back problems and from the beginning really enjoyed the comfort from using from your own home. With the remote control and various heat settings which you can adjust according to your preference this is a must buy. The durability is excellent and would recommend to anyone. Would definitely buy again.

This won’t give you a deep massage but the heat and the massage elements combined help to relax and relieve aches and pains which is exactly the level I was looking for.
I think it would work well on a car seat but not so easy to fit on a computer chair for me. Really effective on the settee though so, again, perfect for my needs.

Not as intense like the shiatsu ones but still excellent at reaching your muscles and relieving the tension etc.
Well worth the money and I would highly recommend to accompany a Shiatsu one as well.

which can put strain on your back and neck. I use this chair massage cushion whilst driving long hours and can’t fault it in any way. It’s comfortable to sit on, the massage programs and heat programs are fantastic to ease my back and shoulder pains during the long hours behind the wheel. I also use it at home in the evenings on my recliner, chilling out. WARNING: You might snooze off, it’s that relaxing, that’s where the timer comes in so it won’t run all the time whilst you kick out the zzzzz’ds. Great piece of kit, should have bought it ages ago.
Us women hold a lot of stress in our butts (apparently!?) so can work on that area, and it does relax and chill you out!
Says you can use it in the car, I wouldn’t use it whilst driving, you’d have to be a passenger as it’s so relaxing you may fall asleep!!

Enjoyable and comforting little product. Very easy to set up and use. Can use on chairs or while lying down on the sofa. Settings are clear and the heat setting is a great bonus. Not the biggest or the most fanciest on the market but good value and not big and bulky, which means it is easily stored, used on holiday, in the car or simply left on a particular chair.
Have used it regularly since purchase and feel that the massager is beneficial for me when I am feeling a bit tired or a bit achy. Yes I would recommend.
Works really well, the controller pocket is inconvenient so I’ve created something to fit on the arms of my office chair. Heat is good could do with a temperature control as it gets too hot, the massage is great, I use it when in conference call where I’m listening more as it is a little noisy but no-one has noticed it.
