Easy to put up &use if on your own & fishing, easy to take with you, 10 out of 10
Sharp edges so need to be careful but other than that it is good value and it works.
It comes with gloves with a sticker on them that says to make sure to wear the gloves when setting up because of the sharp edges- however the gloves are inside the bbq and you have to set it up to actually get to them so a bit useless!
I only paid around 13 and it was great for a weekend getaway. It folds away neatly and can be put back in its box.
The grill for cooking on is pretty flimsy but it does the job. It fits one instant light BBQ bag and has so far survived 4 uses.
It’s by no means a long term camping solution but it’s a great alternative to disposable BBQs as I think you get a better cooking result – assume around 5 uses from this before it’s either too dirty or starts to bend.
Very useful and easy to use little portable bbq. Ideal for a picnic or a on day at the beach. I found it light and easy to carry. Used it a couple of times so far and it’s great. Haven’t tried fish yet but for meat, it performs its task very well. It’s strong enough but you have to handle it with care. Very good product for its price.
Relatively cheap at 10, although no coals provided. Add a small bag of coal to the cost and this should prove cheaper than multiple disposable BBQ and better for the environment as less total packaging.
I was a little concerned about reports of panel burrs – none that I could see on the main structure.
HOWEVER, be careful when removing the plastic film protection from both sides of the coal try – this has some very sharp burrs – PLEASED to report the supplier seems to have learned from prior customer feedback on burr injuries as they included a pair of cut resistance gloves (see photo) – shame the tray was not de-burred but the shape / profile of the tray would complicate + so gloves a fair compromise given the tray should not require handling once the unit is set up.

Caution ! This has very sharp edges! Instead of making it safe a pair of gloves were put in the box!!!! Only gripe though.
I ordered this as I thought the drum one I have is to big for the caravan.
I ordered 2 as I thought they may be a bit small I was right ideal for 2 people but if you have four in the caravan then two is great good value for money .
As the reviews say they are sharp so I wore gloves to take out box’s as arect but there is gloves that come with them I never cut myself .
If your careful you will be fine .

Used for first time yesterday, good size for the 3 of us. Lightweight and ideal if you have limited space for full size barbecue.
Great wee bbq, after reading the reviews I knew to look out for the sharp edges and tbh I didnt think they where that bad, only fault I did find was the grill would slip out slightly but I then worked from opposite side and it stopped slipping, overall I was more than happy

Because of the price Cannot be too picky. It’s light, size is perfect for a bbq picnic. The only the only thing you can really criticise is it’s sharp edges. I was careful and didn’t cut my self. But if you want buy it every edge of this bbq is sharp, not too sharp, but you will need to be careful of how you are holding it and especially during unfolding and folding back after use (which is very quick)
Does the job to hold a disposable bbq on a out door table
As expected this is produced from pressed and riveted steel so not the most robust piece of kit. I’m not sure it is stainless steel, if it is what the grade of stainless it is. The limited instructions suggested coating with an oil to prevent rusting..?!
With care though I imagine it should last a long time. I’d suggest lining the charcoal pan with a sheet of tin foil, don’t leave it out overnight nor to get wet. Try as best as possible to cool it down after use, clean it out and pack it away, dry. Not always the easiest thing to do. It does have a little wire handle on the side that can be removed and replaced so the handle is cool whilst the bbq can be warm (hot)

I’ve used this BBQ 8 times so far and it’s still going strong. I don’t have BBQ’s often but when I do they go on for most of the day into the night, sometimes back into the day. It has survived and is just as easy to clean as your baking trays after a roast. For the price of 4 disposable BBQ’s (which would last about 5 hours in total) this is a bargain. I must of being blinded by the small price and the fact that is stainless steel and I’ve not looked on dimensions thinking that will be a normal size but it’s small, lol. Now I need to adjust to small barbecues

A few too many vents in the charcoal pan makes it burn quite hot & quick but still way better than disposable options.
While the product is good and is very ideal for short camping trips, it should have been made with little more care. There are several sharp edges which pose the risk of yourself getting cut.
