I have had the hose for 3 months and it has sprung lots of holes there fore it is unuseable…I would like a replacement or money back please

I did not know what to expect even from the description, it arrived in a bag which was a surprise. When I first used the hose I was amazed at the length it extended to.
The brass fittings are good and the nozzle is very useful for the number of spray types.

Very easy to use. Like the multiple options for water – spray, flat, etc. Hanger very useful.
We had read the mixed reviews and so I thought it only fair to write a complimentary review as we are really pleased. Just remember to unwind before you turn the tap on (so the pipe can grow evenly) and after you turn tap off at the wall, let the hose empty of residual water (I nearly filled a whole watering can with just residual water). It is a really great hose and I would buy again in a heartbeat.

Just a great product. So light and takes no time to coil up.
Fitting it together was no problem followed the instructions. Connected up to the outside tap, no leaks just ease of watering plants. Plenty of lengthy hosepipe to reach the whole garden. Can be stored away using the hosepipe resting holder, good idea keeping the hosepipe off the ground so it’s stored tidily away for its next use.

Very pleased with this – it is so lightweight. best positioned roughly before you switch the water on as it obviously gets heavier when full. the 100 ft length seems generous. My Mum bought the 50 ft one and this is perfect for her smaller garden. I use the shower setting on new lawn and plants and the ‘flat’ setting gives good horizontal spray for cleaning the patio – although it doesn’t quite get off dried bird poo – I guess I need a pressure washer for that – or, more likely, give the area a light brush first. it’s so quick and easy to put away as it becomes so light when emptied of water. you need to turn the tap off a bit before you’ve finished watering so you can use the water in the pipe up and not waste it.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but we have a very long garden and this reaches to the bottom and we can water our apple trees easily, it’s very very good.
Really shocked me with the quality of this hose for the cost I was expecting a cheaply made hose? But it’s amazing for the cost and such a surprise how much it actually expands once filled

I bought two, one for front and one for the back. The hosepipes came with everything, arrived next day and within 10 minutes I assembled them both. It’s actually a joy to go out and do the watering. Anything that makes my life easier and makes chores quicker gets my vote.

The hose quality is very good but as all my tools are male click fittings there are no female click fittings on the hose and to connect a piece of hose, jubilee clip & female click fitting had to be fitted.
This hose has a selection of fittings suitable for most taps. It is easy to use and to store after use. It has a holder which fits over the tap. However, My garden is south facing so I keep it in a plastic storage box out of direct sunlight which might affect the inner hose after a period of time. Lightweight and manouverable.

Really light, flexible, doesn’t knot or kink like other hoses.
Our garden is 50ft, so plenty of hose to go all down the garden and out the gates to wash our cars with plenty of manoeuvrability.
Would recommend…not long had it so can’t comment on durability, had a branded one similar which lasted about 4-5 years before it split and started leaking.
Like that it comes with a hanging hook for it too, which can be attached to the wall.
Hose is simple to use and easy to manoeuvre. Ideal for my arthritic hands.
we have had 2 100ft hoses before and they always stretched to where we wanted them but this one is about 10ft off of what we need.
Well impressed with it works really well good value for money.
Down side you have to wait a bit to let the pressure out of water when you have finished watering. But that’s being picky you soon get used to it.
Got two, same manufacturer, but from different amazon suppliers. Works brilliantly, turn on the tap and the hose expands, turn it off, open the spray gun and it retracts. Much better than a hose on a reel, and I’ve never had a hose reel that didn’t leak. Durability – too soon to say.
The only negative is the hook for storage – plastic and wouldn’t expect it to last long before breaking. Haven’t used it.
This is a very good hose in all aspects apart from durability, the slightest sharp item suck as brambles stone edges etc will Pearce the hose easily. If you can keep it away from all sharp objects it expands amazingly and flows water brilliantly.
This is much lighter and easier to move around the garden than the rigid hose we had before. We’ve not had it long enough to comment on whether it will last as long as we hope it will but it certainly has made life in the garden easier for now.
Needed hose for my back of the garden and Splash pad.The hose was well packed.It is also easy to connect.Quality looks great.It is also very light weight and comfortable to use.It has many water spray function also gives good water force .It is not huge so easy to store after use.
Nice product, once water pressure is added the length increases dramatically.
This was a replacement for a similar product and is just as good if not slightly better made.The bracket for hanging the loose hose is a good addition.These are a very good hose if you want to get around the garden without having to constantly undo kinks and knots in a more standard type.

After placing the order Amazon changed the delivery time to 15.30 — 19.30 No warning!! ARRIVED AT 15.50HRS.

It looks like the inner tube has been run through a machine which has put light cuts in the rubber, not cutting through entirely but enough to cause a weakness.
This is the 2nd time this has happened. What a waste of money, never purchase this product. I am not surprised it is no longer available. I see similar looking hoses, NO GO. I would like a refund?

This is a very good garden hose in general. The only down side of the product is that I got a leakage some where of the pipe since the second time I used it, however, the hose is still very functional. I have used this hose to watering the lawn, washed my car(pressure is not high enough), and clean my tools of my garden, and the hose is very manoeuverable.

The idea with them is that you can get 100ft of hose, with 30ft of reel. The only problem, if you’re an idiot like me, you’ll not realise that on first use, you need to allow the hose to fill, then you need to stretch it all out for it to fully release. Then everytime you use it, it’ll work properly.

Ordered Saturday afternoon, arrived Sunday afternoon. Wanted a hose to stretch all the way from my back garden to the end of my front garden, I wanted a hose that didn’t take up too much room when not in use. It does exactly what I wanted!! First let the hose fill with water and it keeps getting bigger and bigger, press the trigger and the pressure of water is good on all settings.
All of my past hoses kink and you spend time unkinking the hose to let the water out, this hose has no trouble with kinking.

I bought this hosepipe this summer to water my garden and pot plants as I usually use a Hoselock on a reel but always seem to get in a pickle with it as it twists and kinks. Then with my lengthy garden I never find it easy reeling it back again! So I thought to try one of these expandable hosepipe people use. I was so suprised at how easily and lightweight it is as I am only a small person. The hose does the job for me and I only need to hook the pipe over the outside tap once I’ve finished; I can even take it out to the front garden, it’s win win. Thank you.

I got a brass tap adapter for my garden tap to match. Spray head has all the functions you could need. The hose actually empties and retracts right back when you turn off the tap and continue spraying until empty. Then just wind back up into a neat little bundle over the hanger provided or just the tap itself. Easy to detach and take to alternative tap in garage at front of house for use on cars . I haven’t used with the pressure washer yet. Good value for money

This is a good hose but it’s a shame you can’t fit it to a pressure washer as the hose could explode with the pressure and also doesn’t fit on. The hose is good and long and cover around hose dries quickly.

I like that when you turn the tap on the water doesn’t start running out and only when you press the lever does it spray. We had a rosebush that needed moving because it was close to the outdoor tap and if this even got a tiny prick, I can imagine that being it! So, in some ways, it is delicate and needs paying attention to with sharp trees and bushes in its path. Otherwise very happy with our new hosepipe and its various spray functions and would recommend this but being careful with it.

I received my hose on day promised but it won’t fit my outdoor tap. Today I’ve ordered a set of brass fittings to over come this problem but they won’t be delivered for 3 weeks which seems a long time
Received item on time , not used it yet,but I measured it against one I already have and it’s the same length-but that only reaches 50 feet from tap. Will have to use to see if it does extend to 100 feet. Watch this space….. Have now used hose and believe it or not,it does extend more than my other one- don’t think it’s 100feet,maybe about 90ish. But a lot further than my other one. Happy Days…
The hose holder that you hang over the tap arrived damaged. I emailed with some pictures and it was replaced really quickly.
The hose seems quite short (great for when you’re storing it away) but swells when the water starts coming through. I can stretch it through the house and do my front garden too which is brilliant. It doesn’t ever get kinks in it and is really easy to put away. I must have lost so many hours with the old hose. Don’t waste your precious time, get a hose like this!
While I do highly recommend it, I will say that I will be putting this away in the little bag it came in and into the shed when summer is over. Not sure how the fabric would hold up to being left out in the freezing cold. Luckily we have plenty of rain by then!
The hose holder that you hang over the tap arrived damaged. I emailed with some pictures and it was replaced really quickly.
The hose seems quite short (great for when you’re storing it away) but swells when the water starts coming through. I can stretch it through the house and do my front garden too which is brilliant. It is just what I need, and exactly as described. I was tired of rewinding the rigid hose every time. I am delighted by the different settings for watering, such as mist, shower, flat, full etc.
The “instructions” were a bit baffling at first. I could have done with diagrams! I had to open the package and see if it fitted my garden tap. Fortunately, the package was simple to open and I could repackage the lot if necessary.
the mystifying bit when you look at it are the two fittings, one for a different kind of tap. I unscrewed the top one, to reveal the one underneath which fitted the tap.
Once you have fixed the fitting on to the tap, you have to stretch it out at first, turn on the tap until the water fills the whole and the hose becomes a great big snake, Then turn off the tap and empty the water on to your garden and when the water has all run out, the hose can be stored or used again.
Great hose, reaches the far end of garden when expanded. Only slight critism is the lack of extra parts to fit with an existing hose system, only realised after purchase and delivery that most people buy a set of parts as an extra!!
I did had a small problem with my hose connector however and so I raised this with the seller, who responded within an hour. Within a few exchanges, they had resolved the problem I had and they are sending me a replacement part. Please don’t let this put you off buying this hose as I think my problem was down to the part becoming loose through transportation and not a manufacturing issue. The main thing is the seller responded quickly, understood my issue and they offered a fix for the problem.
Have used only once, but it performed exactly as described. Would have given 5 stars but the simple instructions left me guessing for a while. Would have ordered a 2nd one from Suplong, but only need a 50 ft. one for the front.
Great product and cheaper than those available in your local DIY/Garden center.
Love the way it expands and then when done it goes back to its shrunk size.
The spray head supplied with this hose is. Not of the same quality it does work but hey for the price you pay it’s ok.
All I need now is to find some attachments that fit the hose.
Would have been a 5 star if the spray head was as good as the hose.
Last night when I pressured the hose and let it expand fully before watering the rear garden lawn, I noticed a puncture in the hose.d
Disappointed with the quality in regards to strength of the outer skin, other than that it is a brilliant thought which could be thought through better to prevent punctures ( especially when extra has been taken and still punctured after only 3 days use)
Added note: seller has contacted me and apologised for the lacking of quality of the outer skin and promised to contact manufacturer and to my surprise offered a full refund. Where quality of the product was lacking it certainly made up for the excellent customer service received. Many thanks and appreciation is shown in the edited rating
