This is a very good product easy to setup, the cameras have 2.6 mm wide lens. It is worth having the 4k system as the picture quality is amazing. Easy to navigate around the settings would recommend.

Well packaged, easy to use and set up, lots of instruction videos on YouTube. I can watch my house from anywhere in the world using my phone through the app and can set off alarm remotely. Highly recommend. Great on 4K TV.

Great system. Easy to set up. Hardest part was trying to feed the cables through the hole drilled in the wall. No real guidance on hole size. Perhaps they should include a sleeve for the end of the cables to make feeding through the hole easier.

Good quality daytime pictures. Reasonably priced kit that was quick and easy to set up. I added 2 dome type cameras to the system. They are similar in price to the Enforcer cameras supplied with the system and just as good quality during the day, but no comparison at night. Picture 3 shows the ball type camera at night. Picture 4 shows the Enforcer cameras supplied with this kit. The lighting conditions are the same, there is no comparison in the night time picture quality.

    Decent priced starter ki

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersVery good quality and fairly easy to set up and get going. I bought this model to replace an old Swann DVR. I left the power/BNC cables from my old DVR in place and fitted the new 4k cameras in the same positions were the old ones where. Plugged everything into the new DVR and started to adjust the settings to my likings.

Everything worked straight away and the image quality from the 4k cameras is amazing compared to the old ones. I did have a problem and I had a couple of conversations with their support staff who were indeed very helpful.

I would suggest that you only use the PIR function if you really need it as it can loose some instances due to it’s higher spec. I now use DETECTION alone as that covers to record all aspects at all times which is what I wanted. I now have the the Swann App on my mobile and I can view the house live and if look at the playback where ever I am. Very satisfied.

    Great quality and support helpline.

Great system. Easy to use once installed. Could be a bit tricky if you haven’t got the right tool

Takes a little while to set up, and for some reason the cables were a different polarity to my existing Swann CCTV unit which meant changing the cables, works well when set up though

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI purchased this 4K kit in place of my Hik Vision equivalent. I like the playback graphics and the much clearer menu layout. I was also hoping that on 4K I would get an improved frame rate. Unfortunately it’s the same as Hikvision at 8FPM.
Using four cameras, two recording full time, and two, day time only only gives about 7 days of playback which makes a joke of Swann’s 180 day claim. What did they use? Lowest quality, one camera recording for one minute a day? Typical. I’ve since replaced the hard drive with a bigger one.
I’ve got round to replacing one of my Hik Vision cameras with a Swann camera, but as the Hik vision cameras work fine, and they’re dome, I’ve left them where they are.
However, I’m pleased with the night recording at the front of the house. I’ve turned off the infra red camera illuminators, and can see in full colour due to the brightness of the street light across the road.

Night vision poor . No instructions on setting up der recording or motion . Not as good as my other cameras would not buy if I could go back in time
