Item came nicely packaged and delivery person made sure we received it. We were given a pin number to give to the delivery person when delivered. Such a relief that unlike other amazon deliveries which have been just left at the doorstep they didn’t do this.
The customer service seems really good. The company themselves approached me to remind me to register the guarantee for the product.
Although we haven’t used the keyboard and mouse yet it’s good to have it as an option if my daughter needs to do typing.
The material seems nice and solid and not plastic like others. The sound quality is very good too. I would be very likely to buy from this company ‘yestel’ again. They seem trustworthy and approachable.
I have downloaded educational games for my daughter to play on during travels.

In addition to what you receive, the spec is good with some highlights being: 64gb internal storage with the option of an extra 64gb via a micro SD card, which I separately purchased for only 6. The tablet has become my phone (so it’s a “Phablet”) due to the provision of 2 sim card inputs beside the micro SD card slot….and it works well. Battery life seems good, particularly if you charge up to 100%, as it seems to stay at that level or close for a long time. With 4gb ram it’s quick enough, even if there are a few apps running at once. The keyboard works well, but most of the time I don’t bother to set it up…nice to know one has it for those occasions when it may come in handy. Frankly, what more could you want, or more importantly expect, at this price?

Fantastic value and does everything we need it to. It isn’t laggy like others I’ve previously purchased, and we are very pleased with it. Would certainly purchase again.

I was very pleased with the tablet until it stopped charging.
However after contacting Yestel support they were happy to help in replacing it for me as it was within the warranty
I had some issues but they went more than out of there way to fix them. Very good customer service . I would deal with them again.

I had a fault with the tablet after a year but on contacting their customer service people the tablet was replaced within a couple of days without any quibbling. Excellent service that is becoming increasingly rare in these Covid affected times.
This tablet is great for the price. Seems to handle most every day use although I don’t play games on it. Came with a keyboard and mouse. Only negative so far is the screen is not particularly good resolution but it is adequate for browsing etc.

Bought this to replacing my last tablet that just couldn’t hold charge. After a few weeks of use, the battery has held up well so far. No complaints about the tablet.

Very good price for the size and has lots of extras with it, keyboard and mouse are included in the box shopping with a flip case to protect the tablet. Great tablet for the money. A little slow but let’s face it it’s not an expensive machine. I’d certainly buy it again. Had a charging issue with it just within a year. But warranty was invoked and customer service sent a replacement. Can’t fault the service received.

This is a beautiful machine, I purchased the silver and it is almost white, the box is full of every accessory required for computing. Very clear screen and bright dazzling colours.Fast too. I am delighted with my new Yestel.

At the heart of the X7 is a 4gb ROM memory, which is coupled with 64gb of inbuilt storage; this is expandable by means of an SD card. The processor (brain) is quite responsive, especially for a phablet in this price range. This machine is a package and comes with a bluetooth keyboard, mouse and earphones; it also has a case, which is adequate but not the best as it doesn’t have magnets to hold the keyboard in place. It charges by means of a reversible C type lead that is supplied with a 3 pin 2 amp charger.

Screen quality is very good, clear and responsive. Battery life is as advertised 10 hours. I had an issue with keyboard not connecting but company sending a new replacement, so will keep you posted.
