It was very slow when I used it, but on the whole not to bad, but not for me
Easy to set up the screen is really clear and reacts fast to touch. The battery life seems good so far I didn’t use it for a couple of days and it only lost a couple of percent of charge all in all a good by and value for money.
Had a minor issue BUT after speaking to the customer service team, this was sorted with ease and am very happy with the service I have received. Customer service 10/10 and should be very pleased with themselves. Tablet works like a dream and much better than my old one.
Whilst going to place the order, I retrieved a message that they have further discounted it, it is for a limited time offer, to which is was great news for only 101.87.
Received this parcel within 13.5 hours of placing the order!

Usually, when you buy something, the after Sales service, is not as attentive compared to when the Sales rep wants to sell you something, but despite me having queries, the Cust. rep. had gone out of her way to assist and replied within the next working day……I simply can’t find any negative experience that I write here.
I wanted to also buy a laptop with the same Yestel company, but unfortunately they do not make any of these products.

The tablet is perfect for my requirements as I didn’t need a windows based tablet or Chromebook as
I only browse the internet and having a 10″ screen is perfect for my eyes rather than using my phone.

I had a problem with the mouse, I contacted the seller through Amazon and they have IMMEDIATELY organised a replacement for me. THAT is customer service, I couldn’t be happier.

Straight forward to set up, takes you through each stage very clearly. Sold through Amazon at very competitive price. Key board has a nice soft touch. Very generous offer from “YETEL” of a free voucher to upgrade with an extra 64GB of memory.

Easy to set up, took less than 10 minutes, great accessories, seems fine, early days but does everything I expected and want, love having the keyboard as part of the pack.

I have used it for a few weeks now and it really is a brilliant tablet. The keyboard and mouse are great add ons and help create a mini PC. If you’re thinking of buying, I’d say go for it!
The first tablet I received was non functioning and I had to return it. Since it has good reviews I decided to give this another shot just in case we got the odd bad apple. The second tablet started right up and worked perfectly. The package contains everything you need to use it as a small laptop and all components worked great. Very simple to set up and use.
This tablet is absolutely amazing, fast, starts quickly, video quality is really good, touch screen very sensitive, mouse and keyboard works with no problem, good to watch movies or do some work on it

Purchased to use for photo editing and does a great job. Touchscreen needs a solid press but has not created any problems, just needs getting used to. Screen is clear and bright and adjustable to your liking. Value for money.

Ordered this for my son to do his home schooling and was abit optimistic about it but was the best purchase I’ve made. The battery life is amazing and feels really well made. I use this more than my laptop which cost alot more than this. Would highly recommend.

I read other reviews about the charging of the product and have to say that we initially found it struggled to hold charge however once we had done what we do with all new chargeable products and fully charged then let it run down a couple of times we are now finding it holds it’s charge fantastically and rarely needs charging up despite the constant use.
I would highly reccommend this product and have in fact done so for my father in law.

The design and look is good, the touch screen is of high resolution and very responsive to touch and the overall speed of the tablet during use is better than expected for the price bracket the tablet falls into. It’s better than expected and a good buy for the price.
The screen quality is great, I havent used it too much to know about the battery, touch screen great.
Originally bought it only to use for my Keyboard as my other tablets are out dated. This is great! Fast and easy.

For the price I am very happy with this tablet, everything that was promised was in the box, keyboard is easy to connect and feels nice to use, I’ve not tried the mouse yet. Tablet fits the case well, it’s a shame keyboard can’t go in case as well, this would have been nice, sound is good. All in very happy.
Had this tablet only a few days and far exceeds my expectations as the price was so good. Screen has fast response, plenty of storage and after 3 days use on and off the battery still has 95% charge

I got this mainly for university work as my main Dell laptop is a pain to bring into lectures- the fact it comes with the mouse/keyboard etc is absolutely incredible for the price. It was so so easy to set up and I can use all of my apps. Amazing battery life and touch screen – my housemate at uni is so impressed as well that she is also going to buy one! Absolute bargain for the price.
