Mic is easy to setup and works well with obs and discord, as well as some of the sound filters such as sound suppressor. With some filters this mic definitely keeps up with some of the higher end mics twice the price. Would 100% recommend.
This mic has made such a difference to the audio on all my Zoom calls – everyone I ask says so on an AB comparison. Brilliant.
Very satisfied with this set, it has a generous amount of parts for the price and the microphone feels well made. The sound quality takes some adjustments to get just right because it’s very sensitive, it picked up a lot of background noise before I changed the Hz to the FM Radio setting and now it sounds really good. Just make sure you have the sound quality on a low setting to avoid picking up unwanted sound.
So recently started streaming on Twitch and now I have over 100 followers hit affiliate and so on so needed a great mic so only my stream would hear me and whoever i’m gaming with wouldn’t. Before I was looking at this mic I was looking at Hyper X which are a great brand but their prices for a mic were between 120 – 250 with just the mic by itself…. For 69.99 though where you get everything included you can’t complain. A lot of my friends who with 1 being a sound engineer told me to buy something more expensive as this mic wouldn’t be for me however I proved them wrong and they are quite impressed.
Now there is a bit of a downside to this mic… I wouldn’t say its plug and play as I had to go through the settings on OBS and sort out my mic as Windows 10 settings were not helpful at all. I had to get my friend who is a musician to help me sort it out so my keyboard wouldn’t be picked up or the clicking from my mouse and so on wouldn’t be picked up however changing the close threshold and open seemed to sort my issue out but I know of some software out there like noise cancellation and so on which can help out. I’ve still kept my review at 5 stars as I honestly didn’t expect this mic to be this good but since I use it mostly a week I will update my review in the next few months 🙂

This product is really good! I’ve been streaming and recording with it and it sounds no different to a 100+ one. Fits together with ease and the arm doesn’t creak when you move it. I feel this is excellent and if you have the funds you should buy it. 5/5
Nice looking piece of kit, unfortunately at the time of purchase it didn’t state not compatible with Xbox ( this has now been added to the description to the credit of the seller) I’ve saved it as the recipient will be able to use it in the future. Good sturdy product but I can’t comment on sound quality atm, worth the price I paid and quick delivery to.
I was hesitant to purchase this originally due to some of the negative reviews. I went ahead and got it, mainly as a new streamer I didn’t know what to expect and my thoughts were that anything was better than nothing and the price was too good to pass up on.
I stand by that, but have been blown away by the microphone. I can only say that I have had 2 instances in the last 9 odd months where I had a sound issue. That is with a an average of 3-4 streams per week since then, so definitely happy with that. A simple restart of my computer fixed the issue straight away.
Very easy to put together and work, I have no regrets buying. I’m sure there are better, more expensive models out there but if you are looking to start streaming or creating content, this will serve you well.
This microphone i would say is one of the best microphones you can use and you aren’t paying for the brand like some microphones you are paying for the quality and well i say this product is worth the money and i think its too cheap for the quality you get the best microphone i have ever used.

I got this mic as the wireless headset & mic I’ve been using on Discord didn’t work properly with Twitch and Streamlabs OBS. I now use the headset (with mic muted) and this Tonor unit plugged directly in to a USB3 slot. Once set up is complete in Streamlabs, it works brilliantly. I’ve now been able to stream and record my gaming activity without sounding like I’m miles away with my head in a bucket, whilst standing in cave (yes, it was previously that bad!!) Now I sound like right next to you!! It’s mounted on to the edge of the desk and raised up & out of the way when not in use. The cable from mic to USB is about 4-5 foot long, so no issue with having an extension cable.
Hello everyone and welcome to my audio review on the tonor q9 usb condenser microphone. It was very easy to set up for me, it took only five minutes. The audio sounds great, I use it for obs studio and streamlabs with no faults at all. I am yet to test on discord but I will update this review if need be. it sounds great and I much prefer the audio instead of the built in mic on my turtle beach stealth 300’s. the included boom arm is sturdy and adjusts every way that you could need.

There really should be an instruction manuel on how to put it all together. Not that its difficult or anything, but it took me awhile attaching the pop shield and i still dont know how to get the mic inside the slot to keep it up right. i notice that there is a protection layer within the slot of where the mic goes inside. so i tried taking it out but the mic would just go right through it. But if i leave it on, the mic can’t fit. Instructions would be a real god send. other than that, its a very good item
Great mic for pc players. Sound is clear and you have +/- on mic for boost sound.
Easy to set up and use. Audio quality is crisp and clean (no buzzing or irregular sound). Microphone picks up my voice from about a foot away without issue but does not grab the cars driving by outside. Recommended.
For the price this is 100% the best-started mic you can get. Maybe even beyond that this mic is good at any price.
Superb sound quality. So much better than the tinny microphone built in to my laptop. Has hade online presentations enjoyable again knowing there are no issues with sound quality. The only slight negative is that there are no sleeves provided to guide the lead along the mounting frame however I have found that spiral bind book binders do a great job. I would definitely recommend this microphone for PC or laptop use.
Great mic. Only thing I’d improve is a ball head on the actual mic so you can move it in any direction not just front and back and the tightening bolts to be a little more stronger, but over all amazing product would recommend
In terms of audio function I am pleasantly surprised by the clarity of the microphone, it has great voice pickup and does not pick up distant background sounds easily. I primarily use this to record my singing casually and while i’m playing my guitar. On the side I have been using it for video conferencing and my voice is audibly clearer than most other people as well. Overall its great for me, and price wise very fair.

When I received this mic initially, the unit I received had an error. I contacted Tonor and they were very helpful, issuing me a replacement with no fuss whatsoever. The new unit had no issues and I have been using it ever since to record podcasts and stream. Overall, the quality is excellent, the accessories you receive with the microphone are excellent and the price was also excellent. 5*
Always use a dynamic mix but this is great value
This is a decent enough microphone for the price, you can adjust the volume of the input on the side and the stand feels good enough but not amazing. The pop filter does work well, the sock also works rather well. I do have some audio problems as this is a USB mic and people have complained about a slight echoing noise, this can be sorted by a virtual audio mixer. My only real point to complain is that there is no way to turn the condenser off in the microphone, so it’s best to keep that in mind when buying.
This is a brilliant microphone. The sound quality is crisp and clear and is very good at just picking up your voice rather than ambient background noise, which my previous mics have done. The quality of the product and sound quality is definitely worth the money.

Not the best mic I’ve ever used. But defo for the price one of the best value for money mics. Comes with a arm that is great and the mic actually has some quality sound with a filter or two. Been using mainly for gaming but I have used it to stream to and sounded good.
Absolutely delighted. A solid microphone offering truly excellent, noise-free sound quality (Windows 10 using Audacity). We uses this for recording high-quality audio for an online course, and for teaching remotely. Worked out of the box on Windows 10, no need to install drivers or such.
There’s a natural balance between picking up the speaker and the background noise, but it’s possible to get as near crystal clear, noise-free sound as I’ve ever heard using this kit. You need to play with the settings on your software (Audacity, free, lots of forum support) to get this, then leave it be and enjoy! Really delighted with this microphone.
I use this device to record to Audacity my contributions to a SABT CHOIR. I’m a bass. The mic is good for my purpose.
The mic its self is great.
The arm however, can only just hold the weight of the mic at full extension. If you add the pop-filter to the arm as well it can’t hold it and gradually drops under its own weight.
I’m a new user to “proper” microphone usage. Certainly its better than the little mic in my headset, but difficult to determine how well it performs against others. However, for me, it seems to do the job.
I am using this mic for making videos of myself singing and playing concertina and for folk music Zoom sessions. The bracket mounting works well also. I have it clamped to a coffee table in my living room.

Was looking for a condenser mic for use in recording audio for music as well as for streaming and was recommended this by a friend.
First impressions, well packed good weight to the mic, the arm was smaller than expected but functions to my needs. Comes with pop shield USB cable and boom arm. Cable length is plenty (1.8m ) hoever is your machine is located further away from your intend recording location an extension.
Firing up REAPER using ASIO4ALL there is no delay or latency with the mic, the sound quality is awesome.
The sensitivity is insane, make sure the room your recording is is quiet as this thing picks up everything.
front of the mic also has volume controls for on the fly adjustment of the recording volume.
For the Monet you pay, you get a lot of mic. Absolute bargain, would recommend as a great starter mic if not your main mic.

Surprisingly well-packaged kit that would be ideal for podcast beginners or for casual use as a group mic in a video conference.
Sound quality is good for the price and for lo-fi web stuff it may well be all you need. Picks up some ambient noise but you’d have to spend a lot more to get something that avoided that problem.
We’re using it for video conferencing and my son keeps stealing it for his music recording!
I orginally had a cheap 20 microphone for a starter streaming and video making microphone it was another tonor but terrible it was quite and not rlly good and i started making money on yt so i bout this and BOY did i not regret it. its amazing quality u can adjust the volume of it super easy to setup overall a great microphone deffinatly reccommend!!
This is a very good cardio microphone, and it’s very easy to set up and link with your computer or gaming console, the sound quality is amazing and the cardio pattern helps reduce the sound of my noise keyboard.

Good quality voice, way better than expected for this price
I was pleasantly surprised with how well this set was packaged when it arrived. Would have been difficult for components to be damaged during transit.
The microphone performs very well! All components feel premium and the sound quality is superb. In terms of price range, it competes with the Snowball from Blue. In my opinion it looks more attractive than the Snowball, and you get a quality microphone stand/cradle that you’d expect to see on 100+ microphones! The fact it includes a foam cover and pop filter is the icing on the cake.
The volume button on the microphone itself feels premium with a tactile feedback. An additional mute button would have been a very nice touch (instead of having to minimise fullscreen games, unplug or use keybinds), but i cannot complain as everything else about it is fantastic.
I can definitely recommend it. Great value for money.

I bought this microphone kit as I need to do a lot of dictating onto my PC, using speech recognition software. Set up was easy and fairly quick. The microphone looks great, is good quality, and works really well on Windows 10. The only thing I was a little disappointed with is that the screw that goes into the clamp for the boom arm will not screw in at all when the boom arm is in the clamp, so seems pretty useless. As a result I need to be careful when repositioning the boom arm that it doesn’t come out of the clamp, but this is a minor issue and doesn’t affect the quality of the microphone. I would highly recommend this product. It’s awesome quality for the price.

I’m not an audio expert, but when I create youtube videos or run Twitch streams this is perfect. It’s not the best quality microphone on the market, but its up there for worth your money. Everything about it feels clean and stylish, as well as very supportive.
Not a cheap plastic-y feel on anything.
I wish the arm came with straps to hold the wire in place and was easier to feed the wire through. There are signs that the wire should be able to feed throughout the arm, but its tight spaces make it difficult.
Overall though, really good for the money. Definitely worth it.

Clear, can’t notice any background noise, plug and play even on my Linux machine. simply brilliant.
When I ordered this one first, I was really looking forward to this mic, and the setup was easy, immediately working. BUT first time recording I heard only loud white noise in my replay, my voice really low. So I played around with all settings, but it got only worse. Just press record and you hear in the replay a really bad annoying loud sound that hurts in your ears. As I took the mic in my hand I could feel there was something moving around inside. I guess that is not normal. The package came just with the mic in it, nothing really protective around or anything. So maybe it got broken. I had to return it.
Then the seller contacted me offering me to replace it, I agreed and got it few days later. I tried this new one as well but was not really satisfied with the quality because you could hear in the background white noise, which led to the result that my voice was not crystal clear and that was the intention to buy the microphone! So I contacted the seller and told them I’m not happy with the quality and would like to send it back.
They offered me another replacement, which is the Tonor TC-2030 and told me, this new one is improved on the features of high audio reproduction and noise reduction and asked me, if I would like to try this one. I agreed and so I got it few days later.
And for this new Tonor TC-2030 I just can say one word: WOW!!! You open the package and immediately notice the strong method of construction quality, it is really well built and very stable … and big (the arm is app. double the size and length of the old one – which is great for me if I need to stand away 2m).
Just plugged it in my laptop and seconds later it was working perfectly. I tried it with open back door hearing noises from my lovely neighbours working in their garden, kids were playing and shouting around in another garden and my new mic?
Perfect recording and my voice is crystal clear! If you have someone hoovering in the house you could hear a tiny bit background noise, but with Audacity removed immediately.
So THIS Tonor TC-2030 one is a mic in perfect working order!!! I’m so happy with this now!!!

Super impressed to be honest. I work for a radio station and regularly record audio / voice for on-air. We have many of these around the studios but I was looking for a decent one for my home! I took a punt and it paid off. Once set up and used with decent audio recording software like Adobe Audition – it produces a crisp, professional sound similar to mine at work. I would say it’s ideal for voice over work and if you kit out the room with sound proofing and prevent reverb – should be great for podcasting and all sorts.

This is great it picks up sound great and is super loud, with having the part on the front it sounds so clear! Easy set up although doesnt come with instructions it’s not difficult at all to assemble I use this for steaming and kids use it for singing amazing!
I purchased this with the intention of doing some voice over for videos i product at work, and after a few hours of use I am really surprised.
Firstly, it came well packaged and with plenty of protection to save from knocks whilst in transit.
The installation was extremely straight forward, just one cable from the mic to the pc and that was it, no further setup needed ( at least on Mac ).
Build quality was lovely, at of metal finishes to make it feel premium despite the price ).
I managed to get some audio recording down, and experienced no issues at all.

I have a soft quiet voice so my (very expensive) headset barely picked me up, now everyone can hear me perfect and my streams run a lot easier now. Everything is clear and crisp. It was a little annoying to set up as the back of my desk didn’t have a lip but I managed to sort something out.
Easy to set up, sturdy arm, great shock mount, insane quality package for the price.

When the package first arrived I was pleased with the way it was packaged. All neatly placed inside an easy to open box.
The microphone feels sturdy, the stand and mic holder, is of great quality and with it set up I dont feel like it will move/drop as it holds itself well as you’d hope.
It was nice to see simple instructions of how to plug in your microphone on a windows and mac computer, however I realised that there was no instructions on how to put together the stand correctly. I myself am a videographer, and so know a bit about tech, so I had no problem setting up the stand in under 5 minutes. I feel that anyone could really do it.
Once all set up, it is as simple as plugging in and away you go. No drivers or things to install needed. I plugged straight into my iMac and it instantly recognised it. The sound quality is impressive, and I work with the likes of rode, zoom and sennheiser microphones on video shoots, which I would class as your professional brands. However this mic, is great. It sounds amazing straight out of the box, no issues with feedback or cutting out. Works perfectly.
The price for what you get is incredible, the mic itself in your hand feels sturdy and not cheap. Normally you’d be paying a lot more for a microphone at this level, so it is worth it.
Would totally recommend to anyone thinking of getting into streaming, or audio production, its a great mic to start with to get that professional feel.
Will be using this product a lot for my own professional means!

Just what i was looking for, it’s being used for streaming and for thise price/quality it’s the best value out there.
When i was looking for a mic what was affordable for my price range, i came across this mic and at first it looked good for talking to friends and streaming. And so i was right, ive been using this microphone for a few days and have started to stream. I have found it successful when talking in high quality and have found it quite simple to assemble. I have not used it for vocal purposes like singing but i am sure it will be successful in those terms as well.
As an Overall for a person who would like to get into streaming. Which requires you to have a decent voice quality i would highly recommend it.

This is an amazing value for money, the complete package makes it versatile for gaming. The sound quality is definitely a step up from the dodgy preamplifiers and microphones on headsets, computer or laptops. This is best suited for the aspiring YouTuber and Podcaster, but works equally well for Skype meetings. In a studio environment it does not do more than 16bit, which was limiting for me. However, when I tested the guitar sound it didn’t sound too bad. All in all, if you want to upgrade your present sound system and need the freedom of movement, and want to look cool too. This is an excellent value for money. My son loves it and is the envy of his friends!
This microphone records well and clean and creates good quality sound recording for voice and guitar. It’s easy to set up with all its pieces and works well with any interface I’ve used it on so far. Definitely a great value for money buy.
I used to use a cheap Tonor mic and it was ok but when I got this mic i was blown away by its sound quality and the fact its only 60, If you are a new streamer / youtuber I would recommend this mic any day. 11/10

So Hi, I’m a total noob in mic so I didn’t wanted anything complicated to work with and great news it’s what I got.
I’m using the mic with my MacBook pro, just plug the mic in one of your USB port and don’t forget to select the Q9 in your settings and you’re good to go.
Really easy to use, simple and comes with everything you need.
You do have to talk really close to the mic to have a better sound which make sense but keep this in mind if you want to do videos and have a great sound, the mic will probably be on camera.
The best use of this mic would be for voice over (if you don’t want it to be on camera) or if you do gaming and streaming it would also be great.
Didn’t found any bad point but will update if I do.

I am a music producer. Bought this to use as a slightly more “studio” set up than my tascamDR-05. Sound quality is expected with this price, it’s good but reflects the low cost. In fairness it would be absolutely fine for gaming, podcasts, YouTube etc where audio quality and dynamics are not as important as in music production!

Following my negative review, I was contacted by their customer service team who were genuinely grateful for the feedback and keen to improve my experience. They provided me with a TC-2030 in exchange for further feedback on performance. I have upgraded this review from 2 stars to 4 stars in recognition of the excellent customer service, and am pleased to say that the TC-2030 is big improvement over the Q9 in all respects. I will be reviewing it separately, but I would recommend anyone choosing between the two to go for the TC-2030 over the Q9.
No need to install any driver, simply plug and play. Do use the headphones as an output in voice setting to avoid the buzzing noise. I uploaded the video how to operate it and the result of my recording as well. Pretty straight forward, doesn’t need to connect with extra gadgets. Great USB microphone, flexible angle stand, I’m very satisfied with this microphone performances.

Since I had the problem with this microphone I was contacted by the seller Micfonotech, who were unhappy that I had problems and offered to make it right for me. (Keeping in mind by this point I had already returned the item to Amazon). The customer support representative that I spoke to from Micfonotech made me aware that there was a new version of the microphone which had fixed this issue (my guess is that it may have been a component issue which clashed with Windows 10 as I tried this on 3 different machines). They promptly sent me out a new microphone and it was received next day.
I have been using/testing the microphone now for 3 days and no longer experience the issues I had before with the disconnections, the sound quality of the microphone is surprisingly good now I have had a chance to test it, but I would suggest you turn the gain down slightly if you are using an audio mixer like Voicemeeter Banana to improve it even more.
For the price, I now believe this may be the best starter package microphone you can get on the market currently as it comes with the stand/arm etc and is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to use ‘gaming’ headset with an internal microphone. I think it’s only fair that I went back and changed this review as the customer support team really did do their best to make it right and they have definitely done that, and I finally have a working microphone.
The TONOR USB Microphone Kit has a Tonor Q9 cardioid microphone, which has a clear warm sound and wide dynamic range. It connects up to the PC via the provided USB cable and does not need any special drivers for Windows or Mac. I was impressed with the audio quality and pickup range.

Included in the full kit is everything you need to mount the microphone on the desk. There is a metal desk clamp and scissor arm stand which enables you to get the microphone to the perfect position, and a pop filter. Also included is an anti-wind foam cap. I was impressed how simple to get up and running the kit is. The microphone is plug and play and should work with any Mac or Windows audio recording software. The kit is easy to assemble and quick to pack away when you’re not using it.
Great bit of kit. Bought for my son to record his composition for music A level and did a fab job. Not too expensive. Easy to set up. He reports it’s good for gaming too!
Got this to try out on videos and my MacBook. Works a treat and well worth the price!
Firstly I had an issue with mine and had to send it back, I was not overall happy with their customer service at the time either. From this they contacted me and sent me another one out which worked perfectly and was not damaged. The first item I received must have been faulty as the new one works perfectly! They really went the extra mile to help make sure I was happy which I really appreciated. I did say I would never buy again but now I certainly would!
THE PACKAGING:
The box arrived the next day from Amazon and was a lot bigger than I thought it would be but it was still well packaged and securely wrapped. Inside the box everything is organised into its own space via the Styrofoam interior which is great as it pretty much guarantees the contents will arrive safely and undamaged.
The contents include:
1 x condenser microphone, 1 x adjustable arm/stand, 1 x shock mount, 1 x very long USB cable, 1 x arm clamp, 1 x pop filter and 1 x foam wind cover.
THE REVIEW:
First off there are two additional things that have made my day with this. The usb cable that comes supplied is nearly 2 metres long which is essential for my use as I have to have the wire going around the back of a shelving unit as well as the desk before I can plug it into my PC. Without this extra cord length I would have had to buy an additional one — so well done Tonor! Also the clamp stand actually fits my desk too! I have a large IKEA desk and my two other microphone clamps don’t fit it as they are too small. But this one can actually opens up to a considerable size (56mm approx) and can easily be fitted to the front or back of my work area which for me is perfect! It is worth pointing out that the clamp is solid metal too whereas my previous ones have always been plastic.
The microphone itself is very well built and feels as well as looks very premium. Once again it is made entirely of metal and has a glorious looking, glossy, black finish. It really does look very professional. The metal arm once fully extended can reach a height of approx 70cm and then if attached to my desk it can reach out to approx 60cm. To use the mic it is pretty easy too — you literally just plug it in and after a few seconds it will automatically install the drivers and then be ready to use with your software. Great for time saving and ease of use! I use mine with Adobe Premier Pro CC and Im happy to say that yes it does work very well with this program.
The complete set up (with the stand etc) may take a good few minutes to put together but its still fairly simple to do. I recommend just making sure everything is fully tightened before you start using/moving it around.
Most importantly however the sound quality that this mic produces is very high quality. It’s seriously clear which is what is required especially for when Im doing my voice overs. With this mic my voice comes through extremely sharp, far better than when im using my directional one which sometimes sounds as though im in a padded box!
On the mic there is an up and down button for adjusting the gain which is essential so you can adjust the volume of the mic depending on where you are using it. On its maximum setting Im surprised how much it can pick up! During setting it up I tested it out sitting approx 1ft away from my pc and it could pick up the cooling fan! But in my normal seating position at my desk with the gain around of the way up then you can only hear my voice in fantastic crystal clear quality. You may have to tweak the gain settings a few times depending are where you are using it but once you have found your perfect adjustment levels you will be very happy with just how good the quality that this microphone can provide.
OVERALL:
For the price of this complete set Im quite shocked with just how good it actually is. Not only do you get everything so you can turn any room into a recording studio, but it delivers very high quality sound recording too. I had my doubts that once it turned up it would just be a cheap and cheerful package thrown together but let me tell you it most certainly isn’t. Its looks and feels great, is very easy to set up and use and most importantly your voice whether you are speaking or singing comes through in sensationally clarity! What a bargain! Really looking forward to starting my retro gaming reviews with this thing!
The USB connection simplifies everything, taking away the need of an audio interface and making it very easy to use, since it was just plug and play to use it with Audacity or Adobe Audition.
The sound quality is quite good (as far as I understand). The voices are clean and clear, and I’m quite happy with some tests I’ve made recording my acoustic guitar and even singing along with it.
The arms stand is not very strong, but it does the job, and the pop filter can be a bit tricky to attach, but so far it works great and I can have it installed on my desk on one side and adjust the stand to use it when needed.

The microphone is very east to set up. Once you have attached the microphone to the scissor stand arm, you simply connect the cable to the microphone and the other end to the computer and you are good to go. I was recording sounds within a few minutes of opening the packaging
The most impressive element of the microphone was the sound quality. I was blown away by the crisp and clear sound quality before even making any changes using software. This microphone has the sound quality of a 100+ microphone. I’m looking forward to tweaking with some settings and seeing the true potential of the microphone.
The scissor arm stand feels very stable and flexible. I was able to position the microphone in numerous positions to suit my needs. The flexibility of the stand allows one to place the microphone pretty much anywhere to record.
On the microphone there are two buttons. One button is to increase the volume and the other is to decrease the volume of the microphone.
To summarise, I would highly recommend the Tonor microphone. It is great a great quality microphone at an affordable price. The Microphone can be used for all sorts projects such as ASMR, recording songs, casual you tubers etc.
The video review I left tests the microphone on how good it picks up different sounds. As I regularly make ASMR videos so the sounds it is able to capture is very important.
I’ve been hunting around for a decent microphone for voice overs on my Youtube videos and to up my live streaming game.
I am shocked at how good this microphone is for its price, even without POST processing and effects this is a very capable microphone.
With some minor tweaks to gating and live processing effects applied in Adobe Audition I can hear very little difference between this microphone and one that costs 200+, very impressed.
Very good choice for beginners starting a podcast, youtube channel or live streaming.
It’s an excellent microphone for such a small price and for streaming it’s a great choice, it fits on my desk nice and snug, the stand is not too big and gives me the ability to adjust it into different positions whilst I’m streaming, the fact that it comes with a pop filter is great. Plugging it to my computer and getting it going was the easy part, I barely had to adjust anything in settings.
I had problems with delivery though, but once that got resolved, my spirit was lifted due to the ease and clarity of this microphone.
To purchase all the included elements would have been much less affordable.
Ordered on Friday evening, at 11.30 on the Saturday morning I have the mic set up and have already been recording some vocals on some tracks I have previously composed. This was with Free Delivery too. Very impressed.
On unboxing the set, I was pleased by the initial appearance of quality. The pop shield, in particular, is much better than my previous pop shield which was flimsy and broke easily. The mic itself is stylish, seems robust for a condenser and on initial recordings, the sound quality is solid. The low frequencies are much richer than on the dynamic mic I have been using before. Setup was easy, plug and play on my iMac.
Altogether, I don’t think this package can be beaten for value at this price range. It’s not a Neumann U87 but at 50 quid it’s terrific.
