After using these for pregnancy I’m the hospital I often found them too tall and not that comfortable for me. This was a perfect size! Feels thick and trustworthy too.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this for use as an office chair. I originally bought a large size which arrived very quickly, but when it arrived the size was slightly smaller than expected (measured as a medium). I contacted the company to query this and they immediately offered to send me a new one free of charge. I received this one very quickly and it is perfect. I am so happy with the purchase. The pump used to inflate works really well and the ball itself feels very good quality. Would definitely recommend this product and this company.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’m 5ft4 and went according to size chart. When the ball arrived it looked tiny and we laughed, but once blown up it’s actually the perfect size for me. I’ve been bouncing on it each evening, it feels sturdy and well made. It’s been thrown about by our toddler too. Definitely recommend.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersMy husband is tall and over 15 stone and the last gym ball just didnt seem strong or large enough and he always felt unstable.
Not with this one – he now uses it a lot and even sits at his office desk on it sometimes.
Good quality, strong and stable and hasn’t deflated (like other brands did).
As he ordered a larger ball it did take us a while to inflate that but hey… just think of it as another workout!

    Brilliant!
I tend to sit with my legs crossed and slouched, and I fidget a lot! So, using this in place of my office chair has really helped on all sides. The material isn’t cold, sticky rubber, it’s a lovely warm almost foam like material.
Didn’t think it would be big enough when I started to pump it up, but using the recommended measurement (Large 58-65cm) to guide me, was perfect. This was a great size for an office chair replacement.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWhen You are well ,gigantic, gym balls tend to burst when being used for crunches or sitting doing work, sending cats and dogs for miles around into abject terror. This one exceeded my expectations. Well done.

Does what it says but be very careful with a pencil near it as it breaks. However, customer service were great and replaced it immediately.

This ball is of great quality. I use it whenever I cannot carry the medical office chair with me. It took a little while to pump it with the provided hand pump but I didn’t have any other at hand. I would recommend it to everyone with back pain due to sitting long hours.

I bought this for my grand daughter, and she is absolutely thrilled. She had seen one at someone else’s house, and tried it out, and really wanted the same, so I have given it to her for her 12th birthday. She thinks it is marvellous!

Luckily my car pump has the adapter needed and pumped ball up in no time.

My daughter uses these all the time, she has adhd there for seeks a lot of sensory input we usually get a good 6 months out of them before they pop but this one lasted 10 days, quite disappointing as it’s supposed to be extra thick.

If you’re new to these ball exercises, take it slowly else you’re likely to be thrown in to next week. I used a Jenny Ford beginner’s video. Google or Youtubbe

Takes up so much place though so make sure that you have the place and will use it regularly before buying

My son is severely autistic and has sensory needs. This ball is super for sensory return when he gets excited. Instead of hopping/jumping around the room, which has some potential tripping hazards, he can sit on the ball and gently bounce up and down on the spot. I was a little sceptical when my son’s O.T originally suggested this but it really does help. It arrived well packed with all the appropriate attachments, and the person who pumped it up did not report any issues.

Great medicine ball, nice and thick quality material that makes a great seat. Purchased for use at a desk instead of a normal chair and has begun to ease back pain, but you still need to ensure you sit with good posture. Easy to inflate, just takes a little while with the foot pump. Make sure it’s almost rock solid as it does tend to lose some air with constant use.
P.s. If you’re going to do the “bounce test”, make sure you’re holding onto something, as falling off it is not fun!

If I ever need to buy another one I’d repurchase this. Took about 20 mins of foot air pumping which wasn’t too hard for me. Great size for my height (5ft 7) I use it to sit on whilst at my desk a couple hours a day.

The ball was pretty easy to inflate. Over the few weeks that we have had it, it has needed a bit of a top up, probably due to stretching of the plastic, but is working fine.

I use this exercise ball for back exercise recommended by my physio. It is doing the trick. Unfortunately I have to inflate this ball every two days as it goes down and is difficult to use when soft
    Thankyou

This has been a godsend during my pregnancy. From 30 weeks, I’ve been using the ball daily for exercises and gentle work outs to ease any pelvic pain and discomfort from pregnancy.
As the weeks have gone on, I’ve noticed a difference and it has really helped to reduce the lightning crotch I was suffering with.
Can’t say it would work for everyone but I really have found it beneficial. I will continue to use it up until I get induced at 39 weeks.
It was a real challenge to inflate with the rubbish pump that came with it but I left that to my husband to sort out!

I’m sitting on this ball to write this review and I can already feel the benefits of sitting on a ball, using my core to help me balance and helping me to sit up straight. I look forward to using it at my desk. It’s great that the pack includes everything you need, including a foot pump, spare stoppers, a stopper remover (very much appreciated!) and a nozzle to attach to the pump. It was fairly quick to blow up. I couldn’t believe how much air fit in it. It looked full, but was still too small, so I tentatively kept pumping and now it’s the correct size for me and the ball still feels strong, with no signs of bursting. I’m 5’8″ with long legs and bought an XL, which I think was exactly the right size. I’d definitely recommend this.

    Great, big, ball!

If there’s one thing I could not have lived without over my pregnancy it’s this ball. Every evening I’ve sat on it, rolling around and bouncing while watching tv. It’s been an absolute must have to ease any back pain and general restlessness. Whether it helps with labour itself and even breastfeeding after is yet to be seen (in just 2 weeks!) but even if it doesn’t help with those elements, it’s well worth the money just for the pregnancy itself. Highly recommend.

I ordered it as it was recommended by a physiotherapist for my pregnancy. Started to use it when 24 weeks pregnant.
It takes some time for the ball after inflation to get into proper ball shape, I’d say more than just 24hrs. The quality is sturdy, it doesn’t deflate, though I had to top up air but this has been my office chair for the past 2 months and used 6-8 hrs/day regularly. Greatly and easily reduces lower back pain and corrected my posture and helped to ease with nausea too. Touching and looking at the material, I’m confident that it will support my growing weight.

I’ve only used it for a few days but so far it’s been great as a desk chair! I’m about 5’6″, 64kg and purchased the large. The foot pump is a bit slow but had no issues inflating. Followed the instructions and inflated some more the next day to allow for the material to stretch. I would definitely recommend this exercise ball to friends.

I’ve had standing jobs my whole life and I recently started working in an office. My back was killing me from day one, sitting in office chairs. I ordered this and within two days the pain was completely gone. It forces you to sit straight. It takes a few days to get used to but now I wouldn’t sit on anything else. I’ve been using it for 3 months, never had to pump more air into it since I first did it. It takes a long time to fully inflate it and at first I thought it was going to be too small. I let it sit for a day and put more air in it. It can really stretch so just keep going if you’re in doubt. The size recommended was perfect for my height!

Really easy to inflate & feels really sturdy. I’m 5ft 6 and 34 weeks pregnant and purchased the largest ball. Really easy to get on & off and has really helped my lower back/pelvis aches. Still working from home, so have been able to swap between my desk chair & ball through the day – definitely worth the money.
