Took a little while to inflate but was really straightforward. The material of the ball is thick so feels sturdy. Really comfortable and would recommend.

Had to replace our previous ball as it had a leak. Really pleased with this one. OK to inflate and feels sturdy when rolling on it.

I brought this as a pregnancy ball. For the cost, I am a little underwhelmed. It’s inflated to the right size but still seems spongy when I sit on it, offering little support. It also seems to deflate a little over night, because I am having to re-inflate it almost daily. The instructions are also confusing in suggesting not to use it against wood – but in this day and age many homes have laminate or wood floors.

Updated 21st July: Trideer sent me another ball. This ball does not deflate over night, and offers more support when I sit on it. Overall much improved, and I’m impressed by their customer service.
For these reasons I would recommend and/or purchase again.

Great that this ball comes in different sizes. I ordered the medium one for use as my main office chair. Very comfy and easy to use once you get the hang if it. The pump is a bit flimsy, I had a handheld pump previously which was much better but it got the job done eventually. Great little plug remover for when you need to top your ball up. Good price and very sturdy ball.

My physio recommended buying an exercise ball to help with frozen shoulder exercises. I chose the 55cm purple one. It arrived with a foot pump and instructions how to inflate, within a few minutes I was using it to complete my exercises. Brilliant product.

It’s great to sit on and does reduce my back pain a lot compare to sitting on chair as my back can be stiff after sitting on chair for too long. but sitting on this, you can always move slightly.

Great exercise ball. It comes with a tape measure and pump so it can be inflated to the correct size. It also has spare plugs and a small instrument to easily remove the plug when you need to deflate or top it up with air.

Cant fault this product. Fast delivery, easy to inflate, using it as a birthing ball and has really helped with my posture and back pain. I had to inflate it a few times as it did deflate during the first few uses but its fine now.

Initially gave this 2 stars, but changed to 4, here’s why. After about 1 week, the product would not stay inflated and the slightly broken pump made topping up a real pain in the arse. I contacted customer services to ask “is this normal or defective” and was given a replacement, no questions asked. Advised this would arrive in 7 days, it came in 2. Initially very disappointed, but the response to my query was great and speedy to boot. Really likeing this now!

Pump perhaps a little small for this size of ball. (Couldn’t find my electric inflatable bed one!) Ball was not used for ‘Pain Relief’ but to help exercise and increase movement in a knee after a full joint replacement. Gentle bouncing exercises on the ball worked very well for that. Advice given on choosing the right size helped as it assured the ball was stable during the exercises.

Quick delivery, great foot pump is included but still took me ages to inflate it . No enough information to how much inflate it ,I had to Google for the right information. It is smelly, after two days still you can smell it in entire house , hope to get rid of the bad smell in few days, I bought black one so the bad smell might be related to the particular colour. I’m overall happy with my purchase just one day past I will update my review if anything comes up .

Had a few of these over the years and some feel like they are thin and likely to burst if you put any weight on them (which is kind of the point), this one however feels very strong, like a car tyre and after using it didn’t worry it would burst underneath me, great for stretching your back and doing exercises, haven’t sat on it much as some do for posture and exercise but it seems very strong.

Bought this ball for my 8 year old son who needs to bounce a lot for sensory feedback and also prefers sitting on a ball rather than a chair at the table. It was easy to inflate, is the perfect size for him (the size guide is spot on), the rubber is thick and it has so far taken an awful lot of punishment. I bought a second one as a spare but that is still away in the box because this one is standing up well to some quite violent bouncing.

  55. Edward Cooper says:

It’s an exercise ball. If you’re buying one you’ve likely looked up or been told about using one and I can say it’ll do what you want. Comes with a little pump which takes a good deal of work to get the ball inflated and once you do you have to be quick on the draw to get the pump out and the plug in. It’s not ideal, but if you’re fairly quick you won’t lose too much air.
The ball has stood up to a large man lying on top of it bridging without popping or sending the plug shooting through a wall so it’s plenty durable.

  56. Anonymous says:

Very pleased with the quality ,had it Three months now and it’s still fully inflated even though it’s been used daily, took ages to inflate though the pump supplied is not that efficient that’s the only thing that I can fault with other than that no problems.

I use this as a replacement for an office chair whilst working from home during lockdown. I was experiencing back pain from the position I was sitting in a normal chair.

I found it pumped up fine – did the main pump up and then topped it up a few days later, and it’s been fine ever since.

It feels and smells a bit strange to begin with, but the smell goes (it’s just from being wrapped up in the box) and the strange feel is just that it’s got a grippy surface. This actually makes the ball really stable. I use it on a carpeted floor so may be different on a solid floor.

As I’ve only got a small room I like being able to roll it away under the desk, giving me more floor space than a chair would. I probably wouldn’t go back to a chair now.

I’ve also just started using it for exercises and it seems stable and fine for this.

I wouldn’t ever claim that it’s cured my back pain but I would say that my posture is definitely better using this ball and I’m more conscious of sitting correctly.

Overall, I would consider this a good buy.

I spent a lot of time in office. One of my colleagues suggested a ball to use as a chair in addition to my office chair. I tried this one and it worked very well. For the first two days, my other colleague was complaining about the rubber smell in office, but it later vanished.

Just as described, arrived when expected, feels very sturdy too. This product has multiple uses, was bought for exercising but has already been used to sit on whilst watching tv and as a foot stool . My 11 year old twin girls love bouncing on it and I may even use it to sit at my computer (to better my posture whilst working from home). Thoroughly recommend this product.

  61. DanialColunga says:

     United Kingdom

The ball works quite well. I also use it as my home office chair now as it appears my old office chairs might have been contributing to my lower back pain.
The ball tends to loose some air after pumping it up to a firm bounce in a short period. Not if this means the ball has been over inflated.
The down side is the pumping the ball up, the pump itself sometimes slices away under the feet so requires some technique for continuous pumping.
It’s a bit tricky using this as an office chair as I find I need to get up to stretch within the hour otherwise I start experiencing pains in the legs and stiffness of the waist line.

I bought this for my 12 year old daughter who was missing her gymnastics during Lockdown. What a hit! Even if she’s lazing around watching telly she is now keeping active by rolling and bouncing off gymnastically (I am not an expert!!). I bought this to help relieve back pain from working from home during lockdown… it’s definitely done the job! It’s easy to inflate but the actual pumping device can be a bit flimsy, my advice don’t use too much force when contracting the pump. The instructions are easy to follow and it’s quality are great. There’s a bit of a plasticy smell when you open it but that’s to be expected with packaging. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and product has coped with daily use as pain relief yoga sessions and as a chair for working at my desk. Would recommend.

I’m pregnant and this ball has saved my life. It’s so comfy to sit on and although it took a long time to inflate it was really easy with the foot pump, I’m glad I bought the foot pump one and not a hand pump (like some other brands come with) because let me tell you… that would be a lot of effort. A foot pump is much easier. It’s also a nice color and feels really well made.

I am a very large lady with knee arthritis and fibromyalgia and looked for a long time to find a exercise ball large enough and strong enough to hold my weight. This ball is huge and feels really strong. Little concerned after reading other reviews were item has burst but I have been bouncing on it and so far so good. I followed instructions and pumped it up in 3 stages allowing to stretch in between. I have literally only been sitting on it and I can feel muscles I haven’t felt in a while.

Just be aware I bought 75cm and it is very big. Cannot move to another room as does not fit through doorway. Useful as extra seat, my sister sat on it whole time during her recent visit.

I need to exercise to strengthen and help with mobility but will only stick with things I enjoy. So far I am loving this, put in front of tv and time flies.

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersMy fianc is in her 2nd trimester and started to have a very painful back due to the changes her body is going through.

Being our first pregnancy, we also wanted a smooth delivery as anyone would. After doing our research and receiving confirmation from our midwife, it became apparent that the best solution would be an exercise ball. I was over the moon with this one (for info, I ordered the large size – my fianc is 5’6 and weighs 54kg).

The back ache was starting to become a major issue with my fianc’s day to day life, restricting her from normal everyday activities.
After regular use of this ball, and performing the recommended pregnancy exercises, my fianc’s back improved dramatically.

The exercise ball itself came with everything you need, 4 plugs, 1 plug recover, pump and a tape measure to ensure it’s inflated to the correct size. I’m a regular gym goer, and I’ve used different exercise balls in different gyms, you can feel the quality difference. This is great value for money.

I must admit, after a fair amount of use (1 hour per day, over a 1 week period), I did notice a slight decrease in inflation, I’m expecting to have to inflate it again soon.

    Pregnancy back ache resolved!

This ball saved my life during pregnancy. I had severe pelvic pain (to the point I couldn’t walk). After I bought this ball I was sitting on it (literally just sitting and gently rocking) on every occasion. After three days I was noticeably better! Kept me going all the way until end of pregnancy and now also helping while recovering from C-section.

This ball is ok, I’ve used better in the gym. However they probably cost 2-3 times as much. I won’t lie inflating it took an age but you only do this once right? Mine seems like it’s lost some air so the pump is useful. Like all these balls the main issue is once you’ve used it where do you put it but I can’t mark it down for that. This is a genuine review not fake or paid for if it helped click the button 🙂

Golden Review Award: 45 From Our UsersIt is a great product and just what I wanted. However, I am having to sell it rather than just store it. I tried using it but it needs more space than you think to use it properly. I found a great youtube exercise video which shows exactly the workouts you can do. My home is average size but you need somewhere that allows you to do all these properly. I am 5’2′ and average size so it’s a shame. Be aware also that great care must be taken not to pierce it or catch it. Carrying it from one room to another means taking it through doorways. Need somewhere to leave it when not in use – easier said then done with pets around or a child. I do hope this information helps. I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew all of this. So it’s all re-packed and not even used. Should have sent it back for a refund but too late once I realised.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersExercise balls are an amazingly efficient way of building core muscle strength and this make is a very good reliable version.
I have had several back ops over the years due to cancer and spinal degenerative disease and exercise balls enable me to still have a degree of mobility. Once mastered even just sitting on the ball for 5-10 minutes can help build core muscles and improve quality of life.
This particular model I purchased for my 10 year old daughter who is getting into dance of all types and needs to build her core muscles and do more regular stretches. I think this ball will be the perfect piece of equipment to use as a larger version of this ball has helped me stay out of a wheelchair and remain on crutches.
The ball comes complete with a pump, spare pin type plugs to retain the air in the ball and a small tool to remove the plug so it can be deflated and packed away for travel.
It’s a great value item and if it lasts as long as my larger model which I purchased 3 years ago then I’ll be very pleased.
Don’t be fooled by cheap bargains, it’s not worth the risk.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought as a birthing ball. Great quality. However the chart suggested too small a size for my height. I’m 160cm and went for 65cm (it suggested 55cm) and could even have gone up to 75cm. Best in mind though, birthing balls should mean your hips are higher than your knees..

Perfect ball of great quality. I’ll be using it as a birthing prep ball and it is exactly what I was looking for! Strongly recommended!!

Update: I used this while in labour with my son and it was an absolute life saver. Helped to make me more comfortable (especially since I didn’t have an epidural). Will use it again for my next baby!

Golden Review Award: 65 From Our UsersThis was a godsend when pregnant, particularly in the 3rd trimester. It’s a brilliant size for me (I’m 5’6 and needed the 75cm for sitting on).

It comes with the pump and was easy for me to inflate on my own whilst pregnant.

Great colour and even my hubby loved using it.

It was so helpful when I got restless legs in pregnancy and for ensuring I sat up straight and forward to position baby correctly

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought after my midwife recconended bouncing on the ball to get my baby further engaged. Used the ball several times a day for 30 mins at a time. I went over due by a week and have no idea if the balk helped or not but it certainly worked as a distraction and made me feel like I was doing something to help the situation.

Very comfortable and easy to bounce on just Make sure you check which size to buy for your height or it can be painful on your pelvis. I also used it to lean over once my waters had broken.

The included pump was very handy.

I had ordered a ball which I believed to be the correct size for my height however it came out small when fully inflated. I wrote to the seller and was super surprised when I received another larger sized ball through the post! The larger one is perfect as I am using it during pregnancy. It offers such a relief to my pelvic and back pain and I highly recommend it. Thank you so much

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersGreat product but seems to need a quick refill once a week or so.

Edit: Previously this review was 4 stars. The product is great for its purpose and the refill was a mild inconvenience at most. It took around 30 seconds or so and I would have just assumed that was part of the maintenance process of having a exercise ball.

This review has been updated to 5 stars because since posting this review, the customer service team independently contacted me to ensure that I was happy with the product, specifically related to the issue I mentioned in my review. The fact that they care as much as about making right a 4 star review as (presumably) a 1 star review is the reason that I will buy from then again should I need a replacement in the future.

Golden Review Award: 23 From Our Usersgood quality thick plastic balance ball. The pump is a little flimsy but adequate for inflation with care. It is easy to inflate and we have had it a couple of weeks now and there is no obvious loss of pressure. Hy husband uses this to improve his posture as he sits at his computer. He spends a lot of time at the computer and suffers from back pain. the ball we purchased (55cm) is a little too small (he is 5’6″), probably would have been better with the larger size. sitting the ball on top of a box raises it to the right height and it works well. Initially, he found using it a little uncomfortable as his muscles adjusted to the change in posture but he finds it ok now and I think it is beginning to help his back pain problem.

Good and bad experience with this product. We went with the advised size on the description, and found the ball was way too big. However the ball itself is strong and easy to inflate with the pump supplied. After sending feedback to the seller they offered a refund so we can buy another of the correct size. So in the end it’s turned out well, very prompt service from the seller.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersHad an operation on my spine to stop things getting harder to do (eg would have been in wheelchair by now), waiting for Phsio to help out a bit more but got told that they would get me on one of these. so got my own…… not doing much on it until I know what they want me to do but just sitting on it (yes typing this review has made me sit bolt upright and that’s a good thing) Office chair is going to local skip soon. Should have got one years ago 🙂

Exactly what I wanted and great that they come in different sizes to suit your height. I use mine to hopefully stop me slumping over the computer, with the added bonus I can stop and stretch my back every half hour or so. I used an electric pump but it still took forever to blow up – I’d hate to have to use a hand or foot pump! Good size, feels strong and doesn’t slip.Bought a cheaper one before but this is vastly superior.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI bought this for my mum and she is well chuffed with her ball or balloon as she refers to it. It arrived very quickly and was exactly as described we go the 85cm one which is I bit high for mum but by releasing some air out it was perfect for her and with the added bonus of having more surface area to accommodate her ample posterior (her words not mine) she uses it for sitting on while watching TV, in the short space of time she’s had it she has said that her back, neck and shoulder pain has eased up a bit and her core feels stronger.

I lost the plugs for this ball and the seller sent me replacement so i was very pleased with the service.
I use the ball to sit on everyday while i work at my desk its much comfier than a chair and helps to engage core and encourage good posture.

I love the ball i have the black one and it fits perfectly under my desk when not in use. My daughter loves playing with it and it is very robust.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersGreat, I love the non-slip surface, the fact that I can use it for various exercises as well as an office chair, at least taking it in turn with my ‘normal’ chair, that it’s light and easy enough to carry into the living room to watch TV, all good. Of course I was one of those people who managed to overlook the plug in the little pouch in the box, thinking it was a self sealing valve, so had to pump it up again once I had actually re-read the instructions and found the plug (there is a spare one, how good!). Perfectly happy with my purchase.
