Using this on my hip so a bit tricky to get positioning right but really does ease the pain and will be good to use on other places too
I like the fact it sat flat on the body. I don’t like the buckle that you thread the holding strap through as it can dig into the skin in certain positions.
I use it for lower back pain.
This doesn’t cure the pain, but does help to manage it. Weather in UK is always wet and cold, and makes my lower back pain condition worse. This heat pad is easy to use, and ease up the pain a bit during those bad days.
I was recommended this item by a friend with pain issues. My hip joint is worn out and I am in constant pain. I found this pad a great relief whilst sitting down .
Money very well spent. Had a prolapsed disc that led to emergency surgery. This gave so much relief both pre and post surgery. It’s very controllable and does give out impressive heat. Like being wrapped up in a hot water bottle that keeps giving!!
I suffer from scoliosis, curvature of the spine, inflammatory arthritis, Crohn’s disease and endometriosis. I’m a 51 year old woman, with lots of health problems. Before purchasing this device, I was using wheat bags, heated up in the microwave, to put on my back, or my stomach. I had to heat, wheat bags in the microwave for 4 minutes, and 20 seconds, and the heat from that, lasted all of about 10 minutes.
This piece of kit, has honestly, changed my life for the better. I know that sounds dramatic, but it’s true.
I know it’s a little expensive, but the health benefits, you get from using this, outweighs the expense.
Thank you for inventing this, absolutely piece of kit, and if you are dithering, about purchasing it, put it in your basket, and check out quick, as honestly, you will not regret purchasing it.

Had been using the original purchase ( sinceMay2020) every day for help with pain relief while I await major spinal surgery. A device like this was reccommended to me by a doctor from my local pain clinic. Unfortunately it developed a fault and kept flashing error. I contacted UTK direct as per instructions and they were extremely helpful, and within a couple of weeks had arranged for a replacement to be sent, completely free of charge. So far it seems to be working fine. Would highly reccommend both product and company.

I saw this product on Amazon, it looked expensive and I doubted that it would work. I was in so much pain that I decided it was worth a punt. I have a prolapsed disc, my back was in spasm and was struggling to walk, I couldn’t stand up straight or bend over. I’ve put it on for two hours and have got unbelievable relief from the acute pain that I’ve been in for the last week. Give this device a go, I hope it gives you the same relief that I’ve had. I don’t normally write reviews I written this only because it may persuade somebody to try it and get the relief I have
Bought it for my mother and she has arthritis pain and mobility issues and this has certainly he helped her manage her condition.
Before we bought this we were warming her a microwaveable bag several times a day.
With this belt she can use it, as and when she needs to.
We had a slight issue after 4 months, which was outside the Amazon return process. However with the one year warranty still active, I emailed customer services and described issue and photos. They promptly agreed to arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Brilliant customer service.
I would recommend this infrared heating pad containing jade stone.
I bought this for my mother who suffers with back pain. At aged 70 she has used various heat pads in the past and states this is by far the best. It’s assisted with her back pain and is soothing. She loves the feel of the jade stone. The pad is comfortable to wear. Heat control is super and varied, with a time controller too so you don’t forget to turn it off. Very simple to use. Sturdy controls. Being able to wrap this around so it doesn’t move is excellent. The pad is excellent quality and well made. It comes in a very handy carrier too. Well worth the money.

I bought this for a persistent lower back pain that several trips to the osteopath and lots of ice and heat packs hadn’t helped. It’s been amazing! In just 3 days of using for a few hours a day I noticed a huge difference, can’t recommend highly enough!
It might be a little expensive when compared to some other heat pads, but it really gives me a degree of relief for my lower back pain.
By connecting it to a 24 volt DC battery pack, I can even venture out of the house while still receiving the heat relief. An inverter in the car enables me receive relief while driving too.

Works extremely well, although its designed for your back, i use it on knees as well as my shoulder.
Wasn’t sure this would work for me when I ordered it. I love it. It’s comfortable, helps with my pain.
I feel it is better value than purchasing knee pads.

I purchased one 2 weeks ago for 58.64 now UTK is selling them at 76.99p Quite a large price increase in just 2 weeks.
My husband has a very painful Back Problem and he has found this very useful. It really helps.
We use this item for 20 minutes at a time for back pain. It is easy to use and has a good temperature range. You must put sthy between itcand your skin to protect your skin. After use on the back, standing up and moving feels much easier, hips feel less tight. Would highly recommend.
However, I am MORE than pleased with the heat intensity. Definitively HOT and hotter than any other heating pad I use on my abdomen with castor oil packs. Heats up super quickly and penetrates deeply. Mightily pleased.
Does not cure but eases back pain. Down side is you have to remain plugged in so can not go about your daily activities. Defiantly does provide some relief though.

This is a great product found out recently I had Spondylethesis (maybe not right spelling!) and this is really helping the stiff feeling and is keeping me moving. Also good for wfh and you can wrap around back very helpful. Delivery very fast thank you.

I have bought this for my hip pain which I often get when I exercise. I was just coming out of an extended period of hip tightness when I heard about infra red for pain and…..it was helped hugely! So impressed with it I’m now using it post exercise everywhere! Sore legs, sore calf’s…I’ve only had it a few days and it’s working wonders for me!

Be CAREFUL with the temperature –
much above 40 could give you a serious burn, but with that in mind, this is a great help

Replaces my electric blanket, of many years pass. Love it if I am cold I use it. Great for all pains, it has done a fabulous job. Great equipment! Comfortable and i can set it as I please. Love it.
