Great for those extra dirty cleaning jobs that you might not want to use your general household vacuum cleaner for. Plenty of suction and relatively light weight and easy to use.
It will happy suck up the odd leaf, however if the leafs are large and numerous they will block the hose, so quickly blow the leaves into a pile and pick them up before you vacuum the lawn.
It was bought to use in the garden for cleaning up hundreds & hundreds of leaves off a neighbour’s neglected tree. Takes a while to clear them from artificial grass but does the job……Easier than constant daily sweeping. Quite good, light & easy to move around& it’s only been used on dry leaves.

My grass looks brilliant . The hoover is like a Henry type hoover but it’s very light weight and easy to manoeuvre

I bought this as the leaves in my garden and in the gutters take ages to sweep/clean up. This cleaned my gutters no problem and is great at clearing water when the bottom of my patio can sometimes flood my garage. So happy I bought it.
Great power easy to assemble and multiple uses its worked great on my artificial grass a treat. Even as a dust catcher whilst decorating connecting to my sande
it does the job. The suction isnt the strongest but it works for astro. Any stronger and it would bring up the base sand. It needs to be emptied quite often, but thats easy. The nozzle can get blocked, but easily fixed.
So I ummed and ahhed about buying this after reading the reviews but decided to give it a go. Took about 20 minutes to assemble and sort out what bits did what. Used it on the block pavers — picked up some quite big pieces of moss (falls of the roof) then tried it on the sandstone patio. The little brass brush did get all of the moss out of the joins — so far so good.. Used it on the decking worked a treat. Then tackled the ‘fake’ lawn —see what people were saying about bits jumping around but found that if I kept the ‘brush’ on the ground for the forward sweep and then lifted it off for the backward sweep — not my usual method of hoovering — it worked fine. My ‘grass’ looks amazing and everything else does too. Very happy and certainly a lot easier and lighter to use than my leaf blower/sucke
Suction is fine when it’s not blocked. The issue we have is that it’s constantly blocked. Would return if we could would never buy again. Better off just using an old household vacuum.
Arrived today, easy to set up, there is a vid on youtube to help set it up if you are struggling but it is very simple, first of all to those who have posted about suction power or what you claim is the lack of it, your grass will have infill under it, if your hoover is powerful then it will suck the sand up from under the grass and ruin your grass, this hoover sucks up small stones it just did on my artificial garden, it sucks up leaves and mulches them and debris without problem, my garden looks brand new again after I used this hoover, a more powerful wet and dry will damage your garden, this hoover is built for artificial grass and it more than does the job, very pleased with it.
If anyone like me struggles with dog hair this vacuum is perfect for inside and out! Having two German shepherds it’s difficult to manage the hair. This hoover is amazing! No more tuff scrubbing on the artificial grass! So happy
Had to get husband to assemble this as I could not manage!. However , I am now using it and it has sufficient suction to suck up debris from our artificial grass . Also takes up a little sand – so wouldn’t want more suction . Felt suction going but rapidly found out the pipe was blocked at the metal bend ( just by a mass of debris ) which was easily removed by removing hose from the metal bit and poking an old knitting needle in .
Usually don’t leave reviews unless I am really disappointed but forget all the bad reviews THIS VACUUM ITS GAREAT for his purpose which is hovering my artificial lawn. Indeed the suction it’s not great but it’s exactly how it should be otherwise would leave your new lawn bald in few month. bUT is sucking all the small debris and with brush attachment it’s great as long as you take your time. Easy to use and even Easier to empty it. If it has costed a fortune wouldn’t be that great for for this price it’s a GEM.
My husband assembled the vacuum. However, I am missing Part #19. How do I get this item? I do not want to return vacuum but I need this attachment. HELP!!!!
Vacmaster customer service was excellent and replied almost immediately. The ‘missing part’ wasn’t missing but was already attached to another part. Having used the product to vacuum the lawn, it works well.
Was a bit reluctant to purchase going on reviews but for the price I gave it a go and so pleased I did it’s brilliant it has got a good suction power I really bought it for Astro turf and it worked brilliant brought artificial grass up lovely
My Astro turf is a few years old now and started looking dirty and old. I was contemplating replacing it. But with one quick once over with my Vacmaster has left it looking fresh and clean and looking like it will last a good few more years. Very pleased I purchased it.
I brought this to hoover up shattered glass from my patio table caused by the storm. It did a great job on this.
I then went on to hoover my artificial lawn, it did a decent job at pickung up conkers but as the pipe is not very wide i did have to clear up a few blockages when it got clogged up with small twigs.
Overall a nice piece of equipment. Mh garden looks much cleaner!
Bought this as I was fed up of sweeping the leaves and other stuff off my artificial grass, leaving it still looking scruffy. Didn’t expect much with it being quite cheap in comparison to others. Couldn’t have been more wrong.
Genuinely, I’ve been going on about it all day to my husband as we tried it today and the artifical grass looks brand now. Even hoovered the patio area with edgings and they are spotless.
Cannot recommend this enough – if you have artifical grass – buy it! You won’t be sorry!
I’ve not used it yet coz of all the bad weather but as soon as these winds go away, I’m off out in the garden with it. So glad I’ve hot this as I have lots of pine needles from conifers at the end of my garden, but I’ll soon shift them…lol.. x
It’s fairly heavy but works well
Vacuums abs blows snd also can empty water quickly from a hot tub (though you need to bu an extra hose to connect to carry the water away )

Bought for artificial grass clearing of leaves and seeds. Suction power very good, took all up with no bother. Easy to assemble and easy to move around the garden on its wheels. Bit noisy but they all are. Very pleased, recommend.
I have just received this lawn vacuum and it’s absolutely brilliant. It’s lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and easy to assemble! I did have a high powered Astro Turf vacuum but I couldn’t use it as it was too heavy, with this one it’s a breeze. I would recommend that you use it quite often if you have artificial grass that’s been down for sometime without it being cleaned. I’m actually looking forward to having another go tomorrow! Definitely worth getting
I had to write a review because after reading all of the glowing recommendations, as I was convinced to buy after seeing them and I don’t want others to do the same.
The suction is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen. I suppose it cant be too powerful as to not suck up the infill but honestly I expected it to be a lot better than it was! I’ve given up using the ‘artificial grass’ attachment (don’t let that lure you into buying this either!!) and now I just use the tube without anything on to suck up anything I can see. This obviously leaves anything which was nestled between the fibres, and takes me a fair few hours for a 35m2 garden.
I have to constantly unblock the pipes too as no matter the size of what it’s hoovering it always gets blocked.
The storage for this item has to be a joke too. Everything is lose, apart from a few points to attach the attachments, and as far as I can see you just have to throw the cable on the top! Looks very messy and takes up a lot of space this way.
Personally, I wish I’d spent a bit more and got something half decent.
This is just perfect for what I need. Having pet rabbits I have lots of mess which ends up ground into my artificial lawn.
This vac got up all the mess at ease and the ground was wet. It was very easy to assemble and is lightweight. I expected it clogging up but it didn’t. Definitely recommend this if you have artificial grass..
It is lightweight, easy to use and does have a good suction power. However, the bend in the tube and the lips on the joins means that leaves and debris easily gets clogged up and found I spent a bit of time having to take it apart and pulling the blockage out again before starting it. But as long as you take this into account it is good value for the money and has a large capacity to collect the rubbish.
Fantastic machine. Very pleased with how it works, we put our own artificial grass down 3 years ago, with 3 children and a swimming pool it has taken quite a beating, leading to moss growing on the surface. I was going to throw in the towel and buy more grass until I came across this vacuum, with some elbow grease and plenty of time it has done a fab job in getting the garden back to being a nice place to sit. Suction power is fantastic, the tools are very handy, it’s an all round great product to have.
It’s a really sturdy machine. We have only used it in the house at the moment. So can’t really review the outside use. We used it after carpet cleaning to suck up extra water. Really good.
Have used this twice already. Once when ground was very dry and once when rather damp and it was very good.We have cobblestones which are extremely difficult to sweep and slippery when mossy and wet.
This is an excellent outside vacuum. It is easy to use, lightweight and powerful. It is compact and easy to store. Could not imagine being without out it now. Very, very highly recommend. A+++++
It works ok but it needs a lot of passes backwards and forwards to pick most bits up. But saying that I could have paid over 1000 for a Billy Goat. This is good value for the price.
After reading some earlier reviews I wasn’t expecting too much so was pleasantly surprised when I tried it out. Our grass was fitted January 2017 and as we only have one of those heavy to lift leaf vacuums not a lot of vacuuming had been done. This is the answer to my problems. I used it without the extension tubes for the small stuff and my husband used it with the tubes to lift the fibres. It works a treat and the grass looks like it has just been put down.
Newly laid artificial lawns. Used to remove fallen petals leaves etc. Works well & light enough for my wife to use.

Fantastic! Saves so much time, light weight, no more back breaking bending over . A pleasure to use. Garden looked amazing. Powerful suction. Can use on patio also, so saves so much time as opposed to using dustpan and brush. Lots of different attachments. Nice round one to make Astro look like new .
Fantastic vac, really powerful and a decent capacity. I used it for vacuuming our AstroTurf at the front and rear of the house and the cobbles next to it. The brass brush was useful for the moss and the vac got up the bits of leaves and other rubbish stuck in the pile. I knocked on the blower function to try it out and cleared up all the leaves in no time. Great vac for general use in the garden, garage or car and it saves me getting in trouble from the wife for using the indoor vac.

Falls over a bit too easy and when fitting extensions falls apart too easy. This said I would still recommend and buy agai

The hoover is light weight, great value for money. Picks up well. Even the stones were lifting up.

Additional wheels will not stay on but don’t need them. Would not call it light weight but easy to use and works well

Got this to clean my grass without breaking my back in the process. Was easy to assemble lightweight and sucked up well. Very pleased
Good machine, haven’t had much of a chance to use it because of the weather. But the times I did use it. It worked fine.
I like the different attatchments and the fact thats it light so easy to pull around.
This was assembled really easily & quickly. I was soon vacuuming the lawn. Make sure the vent in the pipe isn’t covered by your hand when using.
