Needed a lightweight dryer and wasn’t bothered about branding. There was no way I was prepared to pay in excess of 400 for that posh version so went online searching for similar but cheaper options. This unit is a nice quality and comfortable to hold (I’ve recently broken my wrist so hair drying has been impossible with the heavy long nozzle dryer that I had before). This one has two heat settings and a cold air setting, different speeds and is easy to control with one hand – and, BIG bonus, since I’ve been using it my hair has grown stronger.

I’ve used this product for over a month now and I have been quite satisfied. I was looking for a lightweight design and something that wasn’t too loud and I think it hit both criterias.
Pros:
Loudness: compared to two other hairdryers I’ve owned, this was the quietest. By no means is it Dyson level of decibels: THAT has a much sharper sound to it however this product’s sound feels only a little bit more compact than a standard Babybliss brand for example.
Lightweight: I’m sure you’ve looked at the grams but let’s just say it’s lighter than a standard bottle of 500ml water and/or maybe a tube of Pringles. Odd examples I know, but it’s the first tubular shapes I could come up with!
Aesthetics: I do like it’s design and colour, it’s got secure buttons and a slider for turning on and off (one issue with my previous hairdryer was that my slider controls broke off, this one has no chance of that). It’s shape is a bit odd to store, I usually like to hook the nose of the hairdryer somewhere but this has no nose or ring! So I just lay it flat on a table. Fascinatingly enough, it’s never dangerously hot once used, so I feel comfortable putting it anywhere – but it is worth pointing out that I don’t use the RED heat setting, the maximum I go is green following a guide whereby if it’s too hot for the back of your hand at 6 inches, then it’s too hot for your scalp! I must say that it’s also a perfect travel size.
Other comments:
Accessories: There’s only one magnetic nozzle (nifty) that’s included, and that really reduces the output for my short hair, so I usually don’t use it.
Interestingly, there’s no usual “back” where hair could be entangled or cover. I assume it’s not a problem? There is a fan at the back of the product but no visible access to it. So I guess there’s no filter cleaning required? Oh wait, I’ve just read the manual and the instructions say to use a vacuum cleaner on it as well as wipes. Something to keep in mind as it’s not very clear to see inside.

Great hairdryer. Looks and feels good. Light weight and easy to use. Only feedback I would have is that it’s quite easy to change the heat and speed settings by mistake while blow-drying your hair. Apart from that it does what it’s supposed to.

Nice lightweight dryer, great for me as I’ve got really thick hair that takes ages to dry so this takes the strain out of the job. Compact and easy to store, or pack for travel. Good variety of heat settings too. My only complaint is that the cable is too short. You have to use it right next to a socket or you won’t have enough cable length. Other than that annoying factor, it’s good.

Really great lightweight hair dryer. Dries quickly and very quiet. The lead is short and you do need to be close to a socket. Overall good value.
Needed to replace a 30+ year old braun silencio dryer so my main criteria was something relatively quiet. Sent back my first attempt which purported as being reduced noise but then this one passed with flying colours.
Low noise, light and compact. The heat and power may not be enough for some. Hope it lasts as long as my old one!
Initial impression is how beautiful it looks, lovely finish, small size which I feel essential, lightweight, yet has all the power needed, with 3 heat and 3 speed variations. The Ionic factor seems to make my hair smoother with the nozzle (magnetic) and full volume without. Possible the best hairdryer I have owned over many years
Stopped working after the third time I used it and I’m STILL waiting for a refund!! Don’t bother!
Everything great it holds up to claim of less frizz and it is powerful as far as hairdryers go all you could want =D but the ‘ temperature control ‘ is just absolute bs i put to the ” warm setting” mind you not hottest and after like a minute it was hot enough to burn my hand so i don’t think its 0 damage to your hair. I think so long as I don’t turn heat setting to max ( because warm heats up all by itself) and switch between cool and warm setting it should be okay.
Used this dryer straight away. Easy to use and dries quickly without overheating my hair. Also nIce and light in weight.

I really like the shape of this hair dryer, it is small and portable. The wind is strong and the hair blows quickly.
This is a solid little hairdryer. Lightweight and powerful dries my hair well and quickly. Also great for drying my little ones hair.
It’s not too noisy and doesn’t send my dog running for cover.
Feels well made. Only thing that lets it down for me is no diffuser attachment.

The plastic that it is made of feels premium. It is lightweight (but not too light as to feel cheap), small and thus easy to handle. The settings make it so that you can go very gentle with your hair. Loving it!
This is so light and compact, so easy to travel with, it really surprised me as will long thick wavy hair my other took me maybe 25 minutes and was still damp parts, this , recognises room temperature so the heat does not dry your hair out as others do and 3 speeds mean you can find the best speed for you, the negative ions really made a huge difference, this is far more like a salon dryer and my hair really notices it was smooth, no frizz and so easy to dry in less than 15 minutes and I could brush it after with no knots and it actually was a lot straighter !
My hair is at times dry as coloured but this left a lovely silky feel , I prefer it without the magnetic nozzle but that works fab, but I would use that on my fringe as easier.
All in all this is by far the best I have had cannot fault it as good as the big names and it is coming away with me for an easy no fuss trip abroad love it !

It’s SO lightweighted, looks really trendy and fashionable, cool design, very small, easy to put it in my small suitcase, and blow dry my hair perfectly, professional. very very handy, I love it So much, everytime I look at it and use it I just feel really happy. Best choice ever !!!
This hair dryer is probably the best I’ve ever used. It’s salon quality with a home price and great value for money. It’s so lightweight but the style is very chic. It has an attachment which is magnetic and I’ve never had that before so that’s a great toutch. It has 3 different heat settings and 3 speed settings which light up white blue and red for indication. I give this a 10/10 it’s great for home use but also small enough to take on holiday.
First impressions are good and it feels a nice premium product, particularly with the magnetic nozzle attachment. It’s a simple enough thing but one that makes a nice difference. The dryer itself is well constructed and feels good in the hand – lightweight but not too small, making it a good option for travelling.
There’s plenty of power there too, and it makes short work of drying our hair (including my wife and daughter’s shoulder length hair). Controls are simple – it’s not packed with different features but it really doesn’t need to be. You get three operating modes for heat/cool (inclicated by a led that goes blue/green/red accordingly) and three different speeds plus a on/off button so it’s dead easy to use.
We’ve been impressed with this – it fits our requirements for a small and light hairdryer that still has enough oomph to dry hair quickly.
So to start with how does this ionic hair dryer work? An ion is a charged component that a chemical can be broken down into that can have a negative or positive charge. Your hair has both negative and positively charged places on it, which helps certain hair care products work better and the water in wet hair is positive; ionic dryers that emit negative ions cause globs of H2O molecules to divide into smaller particles that evaporate faster. This is technically meaning that your hair will dry faster and also any products put on the whilst it’s damp. They will work better. This hair dryer it’s compact so great for travelling. It didn’t seem to dry my hair any faster. I think this is because it doesn’t get as hot as my old basic hair dryer. But that’s not a bad thing as it will cause less damage. It is lightweight and quiet so that’s a plus. I actually found it allot more comfortable to hold and use than my heavier old one. I really like it. However it is definitely expensive so out of my budget. So is it worth the money? I say if you have the money yes because it’s a pleasure to use. Also I found that my hair wasn’t as frizzy after use. I did apply a product for this. B it it doesn’t work as well with my old one. So is this ions? Maybe.
