This is my go to product for velcro. I used two 6 inch strips of this on the back of a Belkin double width plug extension to attach it to a wall. When I tried to separate it a few months later it was impossible to do by hand, had to use a dinner knife to ease the velcro apart. I think I could literally have hung my whole body weight off it.

I bought this to hold some number plates on. It’s almost too strong as removing the plates took a lot of strength. That’s what you want though so well worth the money.

This stuff is the middle ground between regular velcro and the dual lock super heavy duty type.
The loop side is pretty standard but the hook side is more robust.
The adhesion on this type of velcro is excellent.
Once it’s on there it’s not coming off.
I use this to mount guitar pedals to a pedal board, and some of them are quite large and weighty.
I can pick the whole board up and not worry that anything is going to fall off.
Just be careful you don’t use too much of this on any one thing that you may want to take back off because it can be very difficult to release one side from the other if you use a lot.
    Recommend.

Excellent grip, my only problem is keeping it stuck to each surface when I try to part it. I have had to staple gun one side but still ripped it off when I tried to open it so going to screw it down on one side but the other side is stuck, stapled to material so not sure how I can keep it secured.

Decent adhesion to plastic walls which often gets wet, and still seems to stay in place, good Velcro adhesion, much better than cheaper Velcro products which don’t seem to have the sticky glue adhesio

Does what you would expect, strong adhesive velcro. Used it for a number of jobs including fixing registration plates to caravan as I didn’t want to drill any holes and this is much stronger than the sticky pads you can buy for such.

My kids think I’m completely mad because every time their is a job around the house I use Velcro. It’s not perfect – adhesin can be less than perfect on some surfaces but the Velcro connection is amazing. Sometimes one part needs to be only a small piece of tape as the link can be very strong.

I have reordered several times already now, I would no be without it.

Bought this to stick a focusrite 2i4 interface to the underside of my IKEA desk. What can I say, I don’t think this will be going anywhere anytime soon. I wanted to reposition it slightly and was unable to do so with my bare hands as the velcro is so strong. Slid a metal ruler in between velcro and eventually got it off but with some difficulty. I’ve no doubt that it’d be able to hold much heavier things.

Bought this for my boyfriend to fix up a few things. Love how useful this can actually be and how convenient and easy it is to make things better by just being a bit creative.

Only thing that I will say is that we tried using it on toothbrush holders in the bathroom but the taped side of the velcro didn’t stick to the tiled wall at all. Otherwise we’ve found it pretty good.

Many uses, very strong, highly recommended. Can be used in many situations and I have used it in locations where the only other alternative would be screw, hence damaging surfaces. So far has proved possible to remove tape from surfaces without leaving a sticky residue.

While the two Velcro surfaces bind strongly, the problem with this type of fastening is adhesion to the backing surfaces. These strips often detach from some surfaces, in my case a plastic fishing box and some woods. I feel this is a common fault of this technology, but if you obtain this backing adhesion these strips are excellent.

I thought one box of 5 meters of this stuff would last forever, I was wrong. I use it for so many things 24 months later I’ve had to buy a second box. It grips really strongly and will hold a heavy weight. The adhesion (of the mounting glue) is generally very strong too – except if the item that it’s stuck to gets warm, in which case it WILL let go eventually. However, if you stick it to a surface like smooth Melamine board it’s on there forever and you’ll need pliers to pull it off if you have to (and do it too fast it tears off the Melamine – ask me how I know), you won’t get it off pulling with just your fingers alone. The hook strip is fairly rigid plastic, the fluffy loop strip is a bit more flexible and can wrap around curved surfaces more easily. It seems I get through much more hook strip than loop strip and thus ended up running out of the former with still a fair bit of the latter left over. Pity you can’t buy them individually. You should definitely have some of this around the home you’ll be surprised how useful it is. You can cut the 50mm wide strip with strong scissors of course to suit your needs.

I bought this initially to reattach my Philips hue play bar light to the rear of my TV. I have since found so many ways to use what was left over. Yes, it’s quite expensive as it is branded, but it does, in my opinion a superior job. So far nothing that has been hung with this has fallen down. I haven’t used this to hang anything outside yet, but have been very pleased with its strength when fixing things to walls in the house. I would buy again.

This item is ideal for sticking things, just like it says on the label. I used it for sticking gang sockets on the office wall. Only downside is that adhesive is so strong, it can take a few paper layers of plasterboard off with it. For metallic/plastic surfaces, it’s perfect.

Likes – easy to use, and can be cut to size and shape with scissors or sharp knife
Dislikes – which was a potential issue I was aware of when I bought it …. is that it doesn’t stick well to rubber. I managed to get around this by spraying the adhesive on the Velcro and the mating surface with a contact adhesive, and that has worked fine

I needed a way to keep my satnav where I could see it as, during hot weather, it falls off the windscreen.
This super Velcro worked perfectly. One side attached to the back of my satnav, the other to the dashboard of my car, which will come away when needed. (But I would check it isn’t going to ruin your car before you go for it totally).

Used this to hold down wooden slats on my old metal bed frame, so I needed something that would stick through the velcro being ripped apart with a straight perpendicular pull. Passed with flying colours, even pieces I’d re-stuck after initially putting down in the wrong place.
Hell of a job to pry those pieces off, but they came off clean in the end, and you can’t really ask for top adhesion AND easy to remove.
Too much cutting up makes for sore fingers and gummy scissors.

This Velcro has amazing adhesion properties, you try and get it apart!! which of course is a good thing, If I was securing anything very heavy I would be tempted to put a couple of small screws through it, as the velcro should hold fine but the glue on the backing may give way depending upon the surface it is adhered to.

I was looking for some very strong Velcro to put up some Venetian blinds in my bedrooms. I have upvc windows and didn’t want to damage them by drilling so I decided to try and put them up with this. I’m sure you’re laughing by now and thinking I’m mad but by god did this work. I put half on the window and half on the blind and rammed those suckers together. Then I cringed waiting to see if it came crashing down. It didn’t! It didn’t even sag and I stood smugly admiring my no drill handiwork. I even tugged hard at it to see if it was going to fall down in the middle of the night and it wouldn’t budge. I’ve now had them up for several weeks and have done 3 rooms. The blinds have been opened, closed, raised and lowered multiple times and still it doesn’t budge. This stuff is amazing and I’d buy it a million times ove

This was easy to cut and the sticky adhesive is really strong. The only thing I’ve found though is the adhesive melts a bit and gets very sticky if the sun is on it all the time. This can be messy. But all in all its a good strong velcro.

Once Velcro is applied to both surfaces it sure is hard to separate which is not a fault.
Unfortunately the adhesive backing lets the product down. I applied this to a wall for my remote controls several times and after a while the sticky backing comes away. Which defeats the objects intention. Gave 5 stars for velcro adhesion but I would say 1 star at most for the sticky backing

I’m so glad I got this. The children’s trampoline spring cover never stayed put before I got this. Now it’s held down perfectly. We saved a lot of money and this was definitely money we’ll spent. Used this to stick the sofa cushions down, the long strip on the sofa has stayed and the hook and loop type doesn’t get all the dog hairs stuck to it. The soft bit that I stuck to the cushions has not stayed stuck with the flexibility of the cushions but i will put a few stitches in to hold it down. It is very sticky though so would work for most projects well

I ordered this after the zip on my new polytunnel broke. Had the bright idea that heavy duty velcro would do the trick as I couldn’t bring the tunnel. Now full of veg, back to the shop.
So far it’s worked really well. I cut it into small strips and stuck them to the door and it’s done a perfect job for me.
It’s been through wind and rain and they never lost any adhesion so I’m happy. I’ve still loads on the roll should. I ever need to add more anyway.

The black Heavy Duty Stick On Tape 50 mm x 2.5 m Roll certainly does what it says on the tin!
Once an item is stuck using it (on a wall or wherever you plan to stick it), it aint coming off!
I’ve used this for sticking frames to the wall and they do not budge at all. Took a lot of effort to be able to get the frame off the wall, but the tape still remained on the wall!
I noticed that this will peel the paint off the wall, so please make sure that once you’ve picked the location you want to apply this tape to, you don’t intend to move it elsewhere (unless you plan on re-painting the wall).

I needed to manage my cables for my computer setup and decided to stick my extension cable on the underside of my desk.

Its extremely sturdy and the smell of the adhesive isn’t noticeable at all and not as strong as everyone say. I’m confident that it will last very long as the weight of the extenstion cable isnt that heavy.
Removing it is pretty hard and you want to make sure that its in the correct spot before applying otherwise it will look out of place.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAwesome item for my uses iIl needed it for as I’ve bought this item many times in the past so I know how much it should cost and how to use it. I wasn’t happy how much you charged for it even if it was because of covid or not.

the stars review above states out of 5 stars rate the ease of removing … why would i rate 5 stars on something that has to be 100% strong and not remove lmao that is daft. so im sorry on that reason i rated 1* as it shouldn’t need to be removed thats the whole point of the product lol.

To advise on people having issues or need to know how to use it.
1- first make sure both surfaces are clean helps the adhesive bond so use alcohol rub if needed.
2- make sure both surfaces are dry
3 – make sure your items are aligned with the male and female sides always double check before going ahead.
4- peal a little bit of backing and place one side down and check its aligned so you can get a perfect fit.
5- peal the rest of the backing while using your other hand to slide the slip down.
6- wallah! all done just rub your hand all over if needed to smooth it out.
7 – optional tip! use a heat gun or a hair dryer from a distance to warm up the advise while rubbing your hand over the already stuck strips to give it more stickiness to make sure it bonds well.
8- leave it to set for 24 house before sticking the male and female strips together this will help avoid you pulling the freshly stuck bonded bits away from the surface. this is due to how strange these bits are.

    hope that helps
i love these items they come in use for all sorts of projects my current project is for a laptop on a custom built bench i use for streaming.

Perfect solution for hanging things on walls that can’t be drilled into. I used the tape to hang a small wooden cabinet by the bathroom door and a week later, it’s still there and not budged at all. I covered with the tape most of the back, probably about 70%, and the adhesion is so strong, it withholds pulling on the cabinet door with no problem. Time will tell how long it will last but if this review is still 5 stars, rest assured this tape stands the test of time, even with high humidity from the bathroom. Otherwise I’ll update the review.

Overall I think this is a great product, I use it mainly to attach my power strip and other items to the bottom of my desk. The one problem I have is it seems like the velcro is stronger than the actual adhesive. When I try to move an item I often get both sides of the velcro detaching from my table instead of the velcro coming apart.

I have a front doormat which despite using rug stop etc. has annoyed me for years by not staying in place. I cut some three-inch strips of this Velcro and it’s solved the problem. The adhesive is strong but make sure the surface is clean before application and if the surface is suitable, clean it with some meths and consider roughening it. The grip of the Velcro is very strong but you need to careful when separating the two surfaces to avoid pulling the adhesive off.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWas a tad disappointed with this, yes you get quite a huge roll for the money and came very quickly and both parts adhere very quickly together but the job I wanted it for to hold a small lightweight paper blind to Upvc it didn’t work! Trying to then get it off the Upvc was a job in itself I had to get a scraper and lots of elbow grease to prise it off! I have moved home and wanted to put pictures up on the walls. The walls are thick and attempting to nail hooks on to them resulted in bent pins and damaged plaster. The velcro does the job instead. I applied it all around the wall side of the pictures as I worried that they would fall off the wall. To date all the pictures have remained in place and I am impressed with the velcro. I have bought more. Applying the velcro to the picture is easy. When fixing to the wall make sure the picture is not wonky. I have not tried to remove any of the pictures from the wall to attempt to realign them as I suspect this could be problematic.

Velcro Heavy Duty Hook and Loop Tape 1m Review

This heavy duty Velcro is perfect for affixing pedals to our Pedaltrain pedalboards. We’ve bought and used this product before and are very happy with it. This hook and loop tape is far superior to the stuff that comes supplied with our ‘boards. Our pedals just don’t come unstuck in transit or when we stamp on them in the heat of performance. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stick stuff to other stuff and still have the option to separate them when required.

The only downside is that, once you’ve stuck your pedal to the ‘board, it’s very difficult to take it off again! I have to resort to sliding a small metal ruler between the hook side and the loop side in order to release the pedal. If you aren’t planning on rearranging things very often, or unsticking whatever you’ve stuck down, then it isn’t a problem. I transfer pedals between my large main ‘board and a small one I use for jam sessions or impromptu rehearsals, so it gets a bit frustrating sometimes.

Wider than expected, which was my fault. So check dimensions. so sticky you only get one shot at laying them as the adhesion is crazy strong. Tape is really thick so I struggled to cut with standard scissors.

However, you could hang stuff from the ceiling with this stuff! I used it to fix extension cords in place to make them more permanent!

Golden Review Award: 33 From Our UsersBought some of this to attach extension leads to the back of cabinets/desks at home.

I’m a little disappointed in this given it is the genuine product. The velcro itself is very good and will hold a fully loaded 4 gang plug however the adhesive backing is really poor. Having left two installations of this stuck down for 24 hours I then attached the fabric backed extension blocks to the velcro only to find that both of them had peeled away the adhesive backing after a further 48 hours.

I reattached these and luckily they have stayed in place but I would be slightly worried if it was something more valuable than an extension lead I was trying to hold in place.

I have also used it to hang a lighter vinyl banner in my office and that seems to be holding after nearly a week. The only disappointment is that this product did not hold up a picture I tried to stick to the wall. I finally found something to replace some lousy Velcro which an interior decorator used to fix curtains to a curtain pole. I dreaded taking the curtains down since it was such a pain getting them to reattach. The Velcro half attached to the metal pole also kept coming off since the glue had degraded.

This Velcro sticks really well to the pole and is so strong. No chance of the curtains coming down.

The adhesive glue has its limits. Otherwise I guess it would be impossible to remove the Velcro.

I used the rougher side of this tape to Velcro several rugs to my carpet so they would stop sliding around. Worked like a charm! The adhesive side is very strong and has stuck well to the back of the rugs, and the hook and loop side is of course very high quality as this is the “original” and best Velcro.

I now have a roll of sticky back soft Velcro side, which I will use to stop my doors from banging, stop vibrations in the car etc. Very useful stuff!

This is the best velcro you can get. Boy does it grip itself well and the adhesive works on most surfaces but sadly not on Gortex type materials. Tried to fit some knee sliders to my motorcycle trousers as the sliders had velcro inside but although they seemed to stick to the trousers the next morning when I went to put them on they fell off. On the up side I use this to fit a lighting T-Bar to the top of a PA speaker and it works a treat. They have not fallen off in three gigs and saves having two tripod stands at either side of the stage. Great stuff!!

Golden Review Award: 59 From Our UsersI purchased this roll of Velcro Heavy Duty Stick On for a number of small projects rather than for one specific task. The adhesive is surprisingly strong, especially if left to cure for a couple of days. I found it incredibly difficult to remove from plastic with there literally being no chance of it coming away on its own.

I don’t know if it would get the same kind of adhesion to painted walls (mainly due to certain paints not sticking very well to plastered walls etc.) and I certainly wouldn’t use it to hang up tools on the wall as illustrated on the box! I think sometimes you simply can’t beat nails or screws and rawlplugs for some tasks. Whilst this Velcro strip may be more convenient by not needing to drill holes etc. you will more than likely need to repaint the surface after removing this strip from the wall just as you would need to fill a drilled hole.

The roll I received came in a Velcro branded box and the backing of the hook and loop strips is also Velcro branded. The strips have a very strong adhesive smell which took me by surprise when I opened the box. If you’ve ever smelt sellotape it’s like that but about 50 times stronger!

One thing I’m a little disappointed with was the hook part of this strip. The ‘hook’ part is spaced out quite far apart and while the ‘loop’ strip that comes with this sticks really well to it (to the extent that it’s actually very tough to pull apart), other Velcro or hook and loop stuff simply doesn’t stick to this very well at all. So, it’s not really ‘compatible’ with anything apart from itself.

    Pros:
    – Strong adhesive especially on plastic surfaces
    – Plenty of hook and loop strip in the box
    – Easy to cut and apply
    – Velcro branded

    Cons:
    – The ‘hook’ part is not really compatible with ‘loop’ parts from similar products due to the hook arrangement
    – Smells very strong initially

Strong Velcro strips but it's not perfec

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI got these initially for using in my car to keep a rechargeable battery vecroed to the car mat under the driving seat. In the box you get two separate velcro strips. Both strips have a sticky side for attaching to what ever you need. I’ve found them pretty decent, attached one to the battery and the other to the car mat.

There’s absolutely no movement and it’s really secure. I’ve also cut a little piece to keep a round plastic charger onto the metal casing of the battery and it’s not budged. I will say these stick well to some surfaces but not all. The velcro is amazing however the sticky side won’t stick well to glass and smooth plastic. The surface needs to be rough from my experience, however for the price I’m still giving it 5 stars. It’s easy to take off as well which is a bonus of it not being like super glue.

I bought this velcro, initially for keeping various guitar effects and amplifiers in place within a rackmount enclosure. I then changed my equipment, so this didn’t really come about but for the couple of pedals that it was used for, they were adequately held in place. I then used some of the velcro, to replace some self adhesive velcro that had been provided with a car boot liner set, which had failed to adhere to the car’s plastics. Although better than the provided velcro, it still has failed to properly adhere, so although I have rigorously cleaned the plastics, I can only assume there is still some residual plastic valeting product still in place.
So for sticking items to metal and wood, this product is very good. For plastics, your mileage may vary (but that could depend on any contaminate that may be present).

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersDoes the job.

Used to fix up a large projector screen to a wall frame so that we could project movies on it.

The picture shows hanging tools up with this to show how strong it is, really would not do this as the Velcro would get in the way so odd suggestion. Does it work, yes would I recommend Yes if you need to hang something heavy up on a wall etc.

Adhesion of the Velcro is good, nothing a come away yet and it been in place for a couple of months.

Golden Review Award: 81 From Our UsersI ride carbon-fibre velomobiles (aerodynamic fully enclosed trikes) Virtually all the gadgetry is held in place using Velcro and this stronger version is perfect for the job . To get a good bond on composite surfaces it’s best to clean first with a solvent such as acetone and carefully warm up the glue surface of the Velcro with a heat gun.

Invaluable for my human powered machines!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have read a few bad reviews about this item and feel I need to put the record straight. The Velcro hold is definitely HEAVY DUTY but unfortunately I don’t think anyone makes a peel back self adhesive to compete with it. so obviously the glue tends to fail before the Velcro. If you follow the instructions correctly and apply the Velcro and wait 24 hours before use (before putting the two parts together) the bond is a lot stronger than when you apply and use straight away.
    REMEDY
If you need QUICK HEAVY DUTY then add a few drops of superglue to the edges and that is exactly what you get. HEAVY DUTY IN A HURRY.
You obviously have to cut it to size depending on the weight its holding. E.g. Keyboard tidy on the side of the desk – 1 x 10mm X 50mm strip on each corner. HDMI hub (with 6 cables weighing it down) to back of TV – 1 X 75mm X 50mm strip. External DVD recorder to underside of desk – 1 X 100mm X 50mm strip.
It says on the box “Not for fabrics, PVC, Wallpaper, flaky surfaces, or under water. Direct sunlight will affect performance.”
This stuff has SOOO many uses, I will soon be ordering my second box.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis type of stuff just make my life more easy and pleasant, the second best invention next to duct tape – just ask the aviation industry :o) I bought it for the purpose of fitting some battery chargers underneath my window sill – which worked out perfectly. Then I just looked at my 200cm x 100cm whiteboard sitting at the floor and thought, what the heck, let’s do it! Six pieces (10cm of length) of his wonder velcro is bonding my whiteboard safely to the wall. A few leftovers of thin strips made it to my curtain rod, making a secure grip for my collapsible background screens used for video productio

Golden Review Award: 83 From Our UsersThis stuff is incredibly strong. It will take serious strain and weight without fail.

Personally, I’s bypass the normal velcro and go for this due to its stickiness on surfaces and it’s load retention. This stuff holds TV’s, heavy mirror and picture, children (joke) – you name it!

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our Usershis is great stuff to have around the house, so versatile… every time i think, how on earth am i gonna put these 2 things together, then i remember i got the heavy duty velcro and all is well. only problem is the surface you’re sticking it onto needs to work well with it. the glue on the tape is very strong though but not all surfaces work well with glue. sometimes you have to get the cable ties out;)

Highly recommended, one roll will last you a long time and provide many solutions

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBRILLIANT. Wish I had discovered this years ago; sticks like the proverbial to a blanket. In use I found it beneficial to warm sticky side with a hairdryer and not put any weight on it for 24 hours. With a generous quantity (read Instructions) you can even use this to fix a 24 inch flatscreen TV to a plasterboard wall. One tiny word of caution; think carefully about how much to use and for what purpose because I found it very difficult to separate the two strips once put together.

Have had to buy some of this simply to stop my dogs pulling up my Veg Trug covers and eating the contents. This one roll was just enough to go round the front and 2 sides of a medium Veg Trug with a little left over to put on the front of a mini Veg Trug. It’s fairly thick and if you push it together properly it takes a good few muscles to pull it apart so we have put it directly onto the wooden trug, then stapled it on to make sure it doesn’t move. The other side of it stuck really easily and really firmly on the trug cover. Now I can rest in the knowledge that my peas, salsify and cucumbers will be left in peace to grow and not keep having their leaves pulled out from under the cover.

I might actually put this on my attic door as it keeps failing so needs something really strong to hold it together, which we can then pull with a handle and open properly. Surprised though that the white is more expensive than the black – it’s the same stuff!

Anyway, seems to work well and so far, dogs have tried and failed to get their noses under the trug covers! Yay! Just what I needed.

The best !! and way cheaper on here than retail shops, only other place i found this product at was Halfords, not badly priced but in B&Q and it was double the price and a bit more. So best place is right here on Amazon. The Velcro is strong !! does a fantastic job. I used it once for my guitars while they were in there hard cases. Did a tour in Europe, fixed Velcro in certain places to within my guitar cast to secure my bass. Put it this way, it survived the airport bag handlers. The guitar stayed in place on both my basses. Even though they were chucked around aggressively to the point both cases were damaged , thank you airport people -) but thanks to the Velcro the basses stayed in place rock solid. You want Velcro buy this.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI really love this stuff – for some reason, I am a big fan of velcro-ing stuff in place.

I have used this for a number of things – preventing alarm clocks sliding around when trying to switch them off, attaching small speakers to the wall, attaching streaming boxes to the back of TVs, hiding network switches away underneath shelves, sticking charging docks in place on desks, securing lids etc, etc, etc. It has never failed me, and always seems to be easy enough to disconnect even rigid items without removing the whole backing, while being secure enough that things never fall. Having it on a roll so you can choose your own length is perfect. The only minor downside is that the adhesive is so sticky that you you need some pretty tough scissors to cut through it.

    Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersFantastic stuff, I have just replaced my bath panel (front & side) and wanted to install the panels without having
to screw them into the wooden bath supports, the website that sold me the panels recommended heavy duty VELCRO, which
they sold, for what i considered a high price

After doing a search on Amazon I found this Heavy Duty VELCRO without all the fancy packaging for around a quarter of the price

It duly arrived next day, I cut the right lengths and stuck them to the vertical wooden supports under the bath, I had read reviews that
the glue on the back of the VELCRO wasn’t as strong as the actual fluffy side so I also used some roofing tacks to make sure the VELCRO
was stuck fast to the wooden supports

I then stuck the other part of the VELCRO to the back of the bath panels, held my breath and placed the bath panel up against the vertical wooden
supports that I had previously covered making sure the two faces of VELCRO were opposite each other, and pressed hard.

That was two weeks ago and touch wood the Bath panels are still in place and feel like they are pretty secure

Golden Review Award: 29 From Our UsersI have heard mixed reviews on this and I know from using it before that you need to prep the area you plan to stick it to with white spirits to remove any residue or oil, once that’s done it sticks and wont budge. I used mine for my guitar pedal board and very happy with the item.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersStrong velcro has so many uses that every home should have some. I bought a small pack of this velcro 1 Pack of VELCRO Brand Black Heavy Duty Stick On Strips 50mm x 100mm x 2 Sets (60239) for a specific use and I was so impressed with it, that when I saw I could buy a big length of it for about the same cost, I bought it. (Yeah and felt daft I hadn’t bought the big pack to start off with!)

This velcro has great shear strength and pull strength. You have to peel it apart to separate it. I used mine to make a cheap and cheerful helmet light for my bicycle and it works a treat.

You need to ensure the surfaces you are sticking the tape to are clean and smooth. If they aren’t, you might need to fix your tape on mechanically. By that I mean sticking the tape to a smooth plate of material then screwing that plate to the surface unsuitable for adhesive. Or using an oversize length of velcro and using a screw and washer, screw the tape itself to the rough surface.

There are so many thinks you can do with this stuff, you’re only limited by your imagination. Get a cheap phone case and you have a hands-free kit or sat-nav for the car. Or stop that web-cam moving about on top of your monitor. Etc. etc. Great stuff at a great price!
