The product is so easy to use, but I recommend for first time use just read the instructions to familiarise yourself with the machine, it’s simple after the wax melts quick and the cleaning process is easy aswell. Will definitely recommend too anyone looking to buy one.

Overall this product is a great buy and does all that it should to its best.
Pros:
– There was lots of provided wax of great quality and only a few applications were needed to get rid of the facial hair
– The wax warmed up relatively quickly and the warmer kept it liquid for quite a while
– As you can see, the wax grabbed onto the hair really well which gave the results above
– Very easy to use and has lasted quite a while as I have used it several times
– Overall a very well designed and well made product
