The sink is lovely, very modern and the trap fitting and pipes are above average quality, the welds on the latches around the sink could be better quality, and I’ve knocked a point off for zero instructions on how to fit the sink under unit even though it says it can be fitted that way.
This is a good, large, very high quality sink. Very well made.
Ordered this sink and it was too large for my work top so i got the size smaller lovely A****
It’s added an elegance to the kitchen and goes really well with a wooden/laminate wood worktop.
This is a well made sink. It is good quality stainless steel and a very stiff sink.
It is actually a smaller size than most sinks. When I fitted this sink I had to buy a new length of worktop because the hole left by my previous sink was far too large, and it’s worth checking the size of your existing sink against this one before you buy.
Fitting is quite straightforward.
The sink has no tap holes, so you will need to ensure that you have sufficient room behind the sink to install taps into the worktop.
Measure twice and cut once.
It comes with good quality hoses and plug hole fittings and goes together nicely.
The only criticism I have is that the surface on the inside of the sink scratches very easily – far more easily than any other stainless steel sink I have had in the past.
I use a plastic bowl and never put anything metallic into the sink but it still scratches.
I have used stainless steel polish, which helps a bit, but it’s still not great.
On the plus side it’s heavy, rigid, easy to fit.
In the minus side it scratches easily and is an odd size.
If you want a large sink its a fantastic buy!! Love the size. Didn’t want composite ones as they stain with tea bags etc and darker ones leave wster marks etc.
I’m an interior designer! Loads of compliments
Exactly as described. Nice shape and timeless design. Very good quality. Very nice Satin finish. Easy to wash and wipe clean. The sink is lined for durability and also to reduce the noise. The square is really great for small kitchens or for laundry room which we are planning to do. The set is supplied with all the accessories needed to make this work. I love it. Can’t wait to see this in our laundry room. Good value for money.
There was a little dent in the corner but just beat it out. Other than thatscratches expected but easy to clean. Similar product in ikea 4 times in price and doesn’t come with the overflow cover.
On unwrapping the sink you can immediately appreciate the quality and modern design.
It looks classic with clean lines and smooth surfaces. It’s not overly shiny as you’d expect for a stainless steel sink, it has a brushed finish which gives it more of a subtle finish which I like.
The base of the sink is angled toward the plug hole to prevent standing water – the design has been very well thought out, it also has a noise reduction coating and pads.
The company have thought about the customer and delivered a sink which is made of high quality materials, well designed and easy to install.
This is a single bowl kitchen sink made on 304-grade stainless steel. The internal sink measurement is 70cm by 40cm with a depth of 19cm. The stainless steel is a satin finish. The installation is an undermount method.
Things I liked:
* includes all the accessories (strainer and pipe kit)
* great modern look
* deep enough to fit big pots and pans
Overall, this stainless steel sink makes a great custom sink for someone looking for a bespoke kitchen design.
The first thing that strikes you with this sink is quite how nice looking it is in the flesh. It really does look very nice, with a subtle brushed stainless finish, and fittings to match. You will also notice the sound damping stuck to the sides and base of the sink, taking away any kind of ‘tinny’ ringing sounds when you drop something in it.
Something worthy of note is that this is high grade non-magnetic stainless (at least the body of the sink is) – which is something you will not find on cheap kitchen sinks. If a magnet will stick to it – it’s not proper stainless steel, and may stain or rust. This is something they could easily skimp on to cut cost, but have chosen not to do so, so it speaks well of their approach to quality.
The accessory pipework provided is very quick to assemble – just make sure yo use the blue washers provided in the screw-fit joints, or you will have leaks.
One unique feature is the transparent trap – I’ve never seen one of those before! I think a lot of people are going to find that simultaneously yucky and fascinating. It will certainly give you a great view of any objects you happen to drop down the plug hole. Given that it will be hidden under the sink, I can’t see this being a problem. It’s actually quite practical!
The clamps to fix the sink under the worktop are simple to attach and tighten, and there are 8 of them – 2 on each side.
Overall, this is a wonderful looking, good quality sink at a very reasonable price. I can’t see anything wrong with it at all.
