I needed this, primarily to assist me with reversing onto my trailer caravan. I am using a Ford Ranger pickup with a van type back. Consequently the front of the caravan vanishes from my wing mirrors quite early on.
This camera is positioned above the number plate and shows the top of the tow ball onscreen. I am able to place the ball directly below the caravan hitch every time.
It is also quite handy for reversing into tight parking spaces.
(An added bonus is being able to spot uncontrolled children and animals before they wander under my wheels .)
Good all round product But the transmitter is too close to the actual camera. This means on a Ford transit 350 the transmitter is on the outside, could really do with and extra 60cm between camera and transmitter to prevent this. Overall am very happy with it. Would recommend.
Nice little camera. Installed on a Citroen Nemo to help with reversing.
Fairly easy to install once you locate the correct wire to take power from.
Instructions are a little confusing.
I wasn’t getting very good pictures on the screen, lots of interference and rolling.
Contacted customer service and Amanda was very helpful. Got a replacement camera sent in the post. It took a while to arrive but Amanda was very helpful and sent a tracking number.

Connecting this up was very simple – the brackets supplied seem sturdy and varied – and most importantly the picture is immediate and seems good quality, surprisingly good in the dark actually.

Was a bit dubious, wanted one that I didn’t have to run wire all the way along my van. Took feed from rear wiper motor and away I went. Took about 30 minutes to fit on VW transporter T6. Great bit of kit for the money!

However, this produce was delivered promptly and was easy to install. It worked perfectly for a year and when the camera stopped working it was promptly replaced with a new one. the customer service I recieved was prompt and excellent.

Excellent. Could just do with longer leads from the antenna to give more flexibility on where you take power from……or you have to add extra wire. Camera really is wide angle…..excellent visibility

Wanted one where you didn’t have to run wires from the back to the front and this fit the bill.
The image is first class. I haven’t tried it in the dark yet but I see no reason why it shouldn’t be fine.

Very pleased with this as an alternative to the constantly failing distance sensors on a BMW 318ci. Worked straight away and the right size to clip onto the air vents using a clip meant for a mobile phone.
Very easy to install on my 1966 VW splitscreen camper. Picture is clear and bluetooth saved any wiring problems.

Had a problem with the screen….user problem,both camera and screen needed to be powered up at the same time! As the screen was blank without camera on 🙁 silly me.

It arrived very quickly and was packaged very well, and although it took some time to get it installed because of Covid-19, when it finally was set in place it worked beautifully and I am delighted with the item! I would even go as far as to say that it is a life saver since I have only been driving my van for a sort time and not seeing out the back properly was extremely disconcerting!
Incidentally, I bought other similar product from different sellers twice, and had to send both back as neither worked!

A very good reversing camera for the price. Fairly easy to install and use. The screen is a little smaller than I thought and sometimes the picture can be a bit blurry but still good value for money.
Like the camera overall, Works as good as the fitted one in may last car, though did get interference on screen when passing electric pylons and sub station. 4 stars because of interference. I will see how it performs, before buying one for my Wife’s car.

This product arrived really quickly, looks pretty easy to install even for a novice. I haven’t yet done this as I’m getting some other electrical work done first.
Installed in a fiat ducato long wheelbase so the signal has to travel some distance but it works perfectly and the wireless makes it very easy to install

Camera not yet installed. Not too sure about the cars wiring or access to it plus the vehicle is a mobility car which means no physical alterations.
I bought this wireless reversing camera for my father for an older vehicle that doesn’t have a back-up camera. I saw him, he installed it in less than an hour and saves a lot of messing routing wires.
Usage is very simple, the display turns on when the camera turns on, which is when your reverse lights come on. The LCD screen clear, even with a bit of sunlight on the screen. The ability to clearly see what’s behind the machine inspires confidence when reversing and on-screen guidance helps to measure the distance between the table and the objects on both sides and back. The other good thing about is item is that you get to adjust the brightness of the screen accordingly. Quality of the picture is great during the day , the effect at night is also very clear.
