Works as advertised, put your key fob in the silver lined pouch and your signal will be blocked. Tested it by walking up to my car, usually it unlocks automatically once I pull the door handle but didn’t open while in the pouch. Also tried it in the car to start the car, doesn’t work as the car can’t locate the key signal. Highly recommend it considering all of the car theft going on. I use it anytime my car will be sitting in one spot for a long time (home, work, at the mall etc.) People complain of inconvenience but it takes a few seconds to put in and out so worth it to protect your car. Also convenient that it came with 2 so that I can put my spare fob in it as well.
As far as what it is suppose to do, it does block the radio signal and 6 months from the time I bought it, it still works. I also like that you can choose another color besides black.
This is a very compact case which I can keep a number of items together rather than having many pieces in different pockets. Also prevents me from sitting down and hit the FOB and have my car horn go off. Looks good, fits comfortably into my front or back pocket, sport coat pocket, or running gear.

Not incredibly convenient, but they work well. When the fob is inside the RF protected liner the car does not detect it. There is a pocket though that is not protected, so make sure you get the fob into the envelope. It is a bit of a pain for everyday use though, you have to take it out of the pouch to unlock the door, and leave it out as you drive, and then put it back when you have finished. But it is an excellent value for your money nonetheless. I use mine to store my spare key at home.
What I like is that I can now use it instead of carrying Visa card and money notes as well, instead of my bulky wallet, so I am very well pleased with it.
Long story…we wanted to lock the keys to our 2018 Acura inside the car at the airport parking garage when we departed, and a relative arriving at the airport (with the 2nd keyfob) could drive it home next day. This works perfect for that purpose. We now use it daily to store the keyfob as a precaution. It’s well made and works as advertised.
Excellent worked as advertised. The only thing that you need to make sure to use the area lined in silver in the middle, as this is what protects the transmission of the key fob.
This bag does exactly what it’s intended for. It stops the FOB signal only until you remove it to start your vehicle. A thief deterrent, I highly recommend it if you have a FOB.
I own a 2017 Ford F350 and this security pouch works great. Anyone that has problems should first make sure that their fob is in the beige colored compartment of the pouch. If not as I found out the unit won’t work! Correct location and works as advertised. Two pouches come in handy as your spare fob has to be in its own pouch.

I only had it for less than 6 months, but so far it works much better than another brand I bought. This one it truly blocks and I have to completely take it out for the FOB to work. Placed my fob in the pouch and tried to start my car. Started. Tested numerous times and was able to start 50 percent of the time. Handy to keep fob and keys sealed away.
This works , I placed my fob inside and tried to open the car, no luck I tried to start my car once I opened the doors , even when l place the fob inside the pouch the car would not start.
I have a motorbike with keyless ignition, and a tracker. The tracker requires a nearby 2.4GHz bluetooth fob to disable tracker alerts.
It screens both devices. Ideal when I am at home and in my jacket is in the hall. Most other devices are far too large to fit in the jacket.
When I popped my keys into this sturdy pouch and closed the flap it did nothing.
On closer examination I saw that there was a second pouch to the back.
The rear pouch worked totally and protected my suv.

Works exactly as advertised. Pay attention! It has 2 pockets – on is just a pocket with no protective lining. This is what those “it’s not working” comments are all complain about. Lol

It Works! I almost sent it back…
This pouch has two interior sleeves. One is silver lined (interior back) and one normal black colored, inside front. The silver lined pouch in the rear may not be noticed as the stitch and material of the new pouch is very snug. The car keys should be kept in the silver lined sleeve of the pouch for it to not communicate or block the radio frequency. Recommend it.
Tried the faraday pouches on my car. I purchased one for my wife and a second for myself. Neither one worked. I took the the to make certain the pouches were closed completely and it did not block the rf on the key fobs at all. Very unfortunate and returning both
Update I read someone else is review and realised there was a back pouch with the RA5D protection once I placed the fobs in the protected packet it worked and blocked all signal.
The key Fob protector seems to be well made and is doing the job at the moment.
The only problem is it is a little on the small size to comfortably fit the larger key fobs that are in use today.
I feel safe when I am outside the confines of a protected parking area. The pouch is small enough to fit in a shirt pocket And prevents the radio frequency signal from being intercepted leading to car theft.
I purchased a lower cost (twin pack) before this item and had to return them as I found inconsistency with its signal blocking capability. Not so with the product. It works flawlessly and consistently. If you are looking for a signal blocking pouch that provides peace of mind with its functionality, I do not hesitate in recommending this item.
colour is bright so should be easy to find. Looks like it should be easy to use. Hard to determine if it really works. no car=product no good…still have car= must be working
This has worked without issues for the past 3 months now. Had bought cheaper ones that stopped blocking after a month, this is definitely better quality.
After hearing about many car break-ins in my neighborhood, I thought it was time to protect my key FOBs so criminals can’t access them from the street. I bought my first Farraday bag a few weeks ago, and it works great. I’ve tested it several times, and it definitely blocks the signal. I also like the size, shape and color of this one. So I finally bought a second one for my second FOB. Really good product and price.
Blocks signal perfectly on my Ford fob. I can press buttons and vehicle does not respond. Vehicle also doesn’t detect the key while inside case. Does what it says it will. I love that this is constructed with nylon fabric on the outside. It should hold up much better than the previous cases that I had.
I previously gave this item a one-star rating. I failed to recognize that only one of the two pockets provided RFID protection. My mistake. I recommend this product for its value and protection.

It is good but it is too thin so I find it difficult to put in the keys after the fob is in. The ring on the fob makes it difficult to put the keys in. It does the job, it just would be nice if it there was more space to put the keys in.
If you just toss your key fob in without paying attention, there will be no blocking of the RF signal. You need to use the special-lined pocket inside. I’ve tested it out and my vehicle will not unlock or start if the key fob is in the special pocket. My only feedback is that overall, it is somewhat small. I have an Acura key fob with a couple keys and it barely fits. If you have a whole mess of keys, it probably won’t fit well.

After seeing a video from someones home CCTV showing how quick people with the right tech can steal your car, I got worried. I researched various different blocking cases and went with this one. When the case arrived, I placed my key fob in the case then went to my car. The doors would not open which was great. The only annoying thing with this particular case, is it has two sections in it and only one of them works as a blocker. be careful not to put your keys in the wrong one, which I did many times so now I have super glued shut the useless slo
Works as advertised. And yes, I was a bit sceptic about that, despite the good reviews. But indeed, it blocks the signal of my car keys, and it does so perfectly, even at close range (a few cm/in). Fits my car key + 2 house keys attached to it. If you need to store more keys, a slightly bigger case might be better for you.
I ordered two to arrive before I purchased my new car (as it has keyless entry). After seeing a recent video of a Mercedes being stolen by boosting the signal between the key and the car I needed confidence that my car should be protected from that.
When picking up the car I put both keys into one pouch, as they were linked together, and closed the pouch. I could not gain entry to the car, and neither could the salesperson. Removing the keys from the pouch I could then open the car door and enjoy my new purchase.
These pouches really do work, and fit into the pocket easily.
Would recommend these to anyone with keyless entry – simply purchase them and if they don’t work for you you can always return them. I am keeping mine!
I am not sure that it’s working because I think if it’s blocking signal, engine should not start while it’s in the case but it’s starting, I don’t know , I need an answer from someone.

Really works, even right next to the car. Worth paying more for this than the cheaper ones I think. Pocket is just big enough to take fob with a few keys on. Would probably take two fobs on their own.

I was not able to use my Fob when inside this pouch. Would have been nice to add a ring to hold the pouch hanging in keys organizer while at home.

This pouch is cheap insurance and will prevent your FOB’s signal from being captured.
