I purchased the Fusion5 laptop when it was at a special price . It arrived a few days later and I was well pleased with the item. Easy to set up and register the warranty on line. The laptop is very quick loading and when playing videos the image is top notch. Overall very impressed with this laptop.

The laptop arrived very promptly, and was easy to set up. Compared to my old laptop, it’s much lighter, and keeps it’s battery charge for a much longer time, I am very happy with my purchase. I just wish there were skins for it, as it’s a rather dull matt black!

Turned up on time. Easy to install and get going. Added anti-virus in 10 minutes and added warranty without issues. My old laptop – 10 years old – was taking an age to load and would not update windows any more so took the plunge with this and glad I did. I paid a bit extra for Windows 11. Screen smaller than I am used to but after a week I am getting used to it. The power lead needs to be longer; if the makers look at feedback on this site, they will do something about it. Lightweight, responsive, key board is reassuringly similar to what I am used to. Happy with the product at a very good price. Positive reviews elsewhere.
I love this little, lightweight, laptop. It came with Windows 10, which is my preferred OS, and the price was so low that I thought it was a mistake! I am using it to keep track of my budget and my paperwork. It doesn’t have masses of storage, however it is really easy to add external storage to, which is something I do anyway. It’s plenty big enough for all the apps you might want, I’m an app nutter!

Within a year I’ve had to replace it’s charger and it’s died again. Waste of money. I got all the extended warranty and no one was helpful. The company who sell it are not to be trusted. Absolute scam. Go with asus or something that has the decent technology behind it and save your money on buy trash
