I was worried because of all the recent reviews that had received Nintendo switch screen protectors. The protectors I received were 100% designed for the steam deck and fit perfectly! Easy to apply; I used the steam method to avoid dust and I didn’t have any issues.
If you want to save a few bucks over dbrand, get this. Screen protector is great, even though the Steam Deck has a glass screen(512gb has anti glare that acts like plastic but only damages at MOH level 6) having an extra layer never hurts, especially if the Steam Deck gets dropped.
Touch screen controls are definitely inhibited by the protector. Typing while this is on is kind of a nightmare. It gets the job done though so for that I’m happy to put up with it.
Easy to put on my phone did not have any issues. Instructions were clear and understandable.
Perfect size for the steam deck. I didn’t notice any change in touch sensitivity and I don’t believe there was a notable change in glaring. Haven’t dropped my deck yet but I do I’ll make sure to update the review with the results. Lol

Here it is on a real steam deck and it fits perfectly. E.g., no overhang causing bubbles on the corners (common problem on screen protectors) and it covers the entire glass panel. Install was a easy, has tabs, and it is a 3 pack if you mess up.
The screen protector fits great on the steamdeck I used it on the base model. I do recommend a few extras components before performing the install. 1. Pair of powder free latex or nitrile gloves. 2. Can of compressed air. If possible install the protector before using the deck.
Such a easy installation I haven’t put on a screen protector this flawless ever in life! Great product!
I’ve used AmFilm tempered glass protectors before with other devices and this is similarly great. My only complaint is that the glass is just a single millimeter too short in both directions for it to be an absolutely perfect fit but I can understand why the manufacturer might have made that decision. Went on easily and the air bubbles squeezed out with no issues. No interruption in touch screen functionality. I may replace it later with an anti-glare version but for now it’s just fine
It sits in the steam deck leveled with the outside of the screen so you can’t tell it’s even there. Good screen protecto

They are very clear and keep the vivid colors from the screen.
They offer 100% edge to edge coverage of the full glass, not just the viewable screen area.

It is easy to apply and fits perfectly on the steam deck. The fact that there are 3 screens is a bonus
im Set sind drei Folien und drei mal das Set zum anbringen dabei. Die Anleitung ist einfach und simpel. Habe es ohne Luftblasen anbringen knnen. Touchscreen funktioniert und es steht nirgends ber. Preis ist auch ok fr mich.
Just applied but seems to work well with touch screen. Wish they included a hard template for centering on the screen similar to what Zagg does for mobile phones.
Dank der zwei “Zungen” am Rand der Folie zum Festhalten habe ich die Folie beim ersten Versuch direkt so perfekt drauf bekommen, dass es ohne zu bertreiben nicht zu erkennen ist, dass berhaupt eine Folie drauf ist. Folien machen einen stabilen Eindruck. Alles super, Daumen hoch! 🙂
Touchscreen Sensibilitt kann ich leider wenig beurteilen, da ich diesen am Deck kaum nutze.
I’ve tried another brand but this is much better overall!
Fitting is simple, and dust-free – the other brand I tried was so tacky on the back that it pulled dust from the air (after cleaning) and just couldn’t be installed without trapping dust particles forever). No such issues with this protector, so recommended for that!
This protector is a little too shiny, which becomes a thing to consider if you have the Ultimate with the anti-reflective etched glass. That said, if you’re outside, sat under a tree to get some shade, playing something dark (say, sneaking around Skyrim), then the reflections aren’t actually that bad. So overall, could be better with being less reflective, but I’m happy for now with the trade off to get the protection I wanted for the screen. (Another user attached a video showing the reflections side when I asked a question about it, so you should find that above somewhere).
Overall, this is a good protector, so recommended.
These screen protectors were not made specifically for steam deck as the title said. The size of the protector is just a tad short than steam deck’s screen both in width and heigh(about 1-2mm), so I would say not perfect but good enough, and the touch screen seems working normally after the protector been applied.
Overall, they are not bad and you got 3 in 1 pack. I screwed 1st one due to a single grain of dust but the 2nd 1 went smoothly and I still have 1 as backup.
Ich kann diesen Display Schutz fr den Steam Deck nur empfehlen, es ist super leicht zu installieren und deckt das gesamte Display des Steam Decks ab, der Touch ist leicht eingeschrnkt.
Perfect cut for the screen, but it makes touch feature kinda difficult.
I was worried this would make the touch screen not work as well, but I can’t tell a difference after installing it. Fit absolutely perfectly. I feel better bringing the steam deck everywhere with some protection (especially since the case is banned from public events at ASU since it’s bigger than allowed). I’d buy this brand again, recommended.
The glass fits perfectly and it’s easy to install thanks to installation ears”. To be honest I have had two attempts because I couldn’t get rid off irritating bubble. But it still fine as you have three glasses in price of one. I didn’t noticed any problems with touch screen. Seriously, buy this one.
One of the glasses had a tiny bump (it was a glass defect, not a particle sticking in glass) that was giving a bubble effect when I put it in the steam deck so I throw out that one, but the other two were fine.
Una buona pellicola, il touch mantiene una buona sensibilt, il vetro ha un trattamento oleofobico e si installa facilmente grazie alle ‘orecchie’ laterali in plastica. Copre bene tutto lo schermo, lascia giusto uno spazio inferiore al mezzo millimetro per lato che non d fastidio. Un must per proteggere lo schermo.
Applying it is the easy part, seeing real time raytracing IRL on the screen protector wasn’t so great though. Playing outside is difficult with this so you’ll have to point the Deck in a good angle with little to no bright sources of light to bounce from. Would be practically unplayable in some places for dark lit titles.
Overall, it’s good, but I would personally invest in a proper Matte anti-glare glass protector.
I put this on as soon after I got my steamdeck in the mail. I heard some complaints about not using name brand screens not fitting perfectly, but its perfect.
I see some comments below about touchscreen issues. I am not sure if its the protector or steamdeck’s onscreen keyboard, but there are some sensitivity issues at times. its inconsistent enough that I think it may be steamdeck’s OS. It wasn’t enough of a deal breaker (at this time) for me to remove the protector to see if its any better.
Amazing price, comes with three, and fits extremely well. Touch screen still works fine and the screen still looks good. I highly recommend this over spending $25 on dbrands.

This version of the amfilm steam deck glass protector fits. I believe there might have been an earlier version that did not, but this one is perfect.
i always prefer screen protectors that have guides. i think they should be standard but getting 3 attempts for this price is great. installed the 2nd time without any bubbles, hair or dust. looks great. feels great. no issues with size or touch effectiveness.
I got this brand for my Switch a few years back and the 1st one went on without any issues and is STILL on today. I was able to send the leftovers to my nephews with their Switch when we got them one for xmas and it sure enough worked well for them too.
I just had the exact same experience with the Steam Deck and now I have 2 I don’t need anymore. These are so good, they should just send you one bc it’s actually hard to get it wrong. Just set it in place and let it slowly seal itself and no bubbles, also helps that I basically put this on right after unpacking the Deck, bc I have a TON of pets and pet hair.
Edit: After a while of use, this protector does dull your inputs on the touchscreen quite a bit. There still isn’t a great solution for a thin matte plastic cover that might be best for what I want to do, so this is still great at protecting the screen, but there are tradeoffs for sure.

You can tell that it might be the same ones they use for the Switch (since the stickers in the box say that they are hehe)
But they fit perfectly and cause no issues with touch screen detection.
It fits on screen fine, however there still gaps around the edge of bezel but nothing that bothers me personally. Still, it works just fine compared to others.
It fit well and was easy to apply. I am satisfied.
This is the third screen protector I’ve purchased for the steam deck. First was too big. The second was the flexi glass one that was the exact size of the screen, and impossible to stick to the screen without bubbles. This is the third and its absolutely perfect, quick, easy to fit, no bubbles and looks spot on. Could not recommend highly enough.
Real user, barely leave review, but this one deserves one, perfect fit. Must have for a pricy device from a sculper.
I always feel a little nervous buying items with few/no reviews, but I have used amFilm on a number of previous consoles, so I decided to trust them on this one. Happy to say this product performs just as well as their screen protectors for other devices. Installing is just as stressful, but nothing to be done about that. Fortunately, they give you three, so if the first try gets dust/hair under it or whatever, you can try again. I got it right on the first try this time. Phew.
Perfect fit, easy installation – handles on the backing allowed for perfect alignment. So far amFilm covers have protected my Switch, iPhones & Android phones – been happy with them for years now. The glass protector keeps capacitive touch sensitivity & doesn’t have the odd plastic feel when using gestures.
