We needed two small chairs and these are just right. Very light and sturdy.
Ordered this for my elderly mum. It is lightweight yet sturdy, a bit stiff to open from folded at first but some WD40 soon made it manageable for her. Would recommend
Excellent small picnic-style or Director-style chair. Needed something light, sturdy and collapsible. Bought three a few years ago and pleased with those (all still going strong) and wanted one more, so very happy to have discovered the chair still available. One good improvement noticed over existing chairs is the removal of a safety clip which it seemed was in place to add some rigour once the chair was opened but was fiddly and didn’t really add much, whereas the newer model structure and framework feels just that little bit more robust, so presumably the need for the clip has gone. These chairs are very portable, and size-wise they easily fit in the boot of our mini. They almost certainly won’t take excessive weight, though, so anything or anyone quite heavy might sitting on the seat will probably not find these comfortable and it’s imagined could strain the fabric and the frame.
Bought to use on my balcony, not used as yet, but it seems sturdy and is light to carry.

They’re super lightweight, easy to carry and comfortable. I only use them occasionally but they feel like they’ll last a good while. Colour is nice too.

Its very lightweight, I have oiled all joints to protect from weather. Reasonably comfortable although personally I use a pad to sit on.

These chairs are excellent. They are quite low so not good for anyone who has a problem with mobility. However as chairs for holidays i.e for the beach and picnicking they are comfortable and easy to transport.
As others have said, this chair is fairly small, those of, err, bigger dimensions may need to look elswhere. Bought for my mum who wanted small and light, and thats what she got.

Contrary to the negative reviews – the item I have received today is sturdy – and as a 6ft tall male of average build, I fit into the seat with room to spare. It is lower than a garden seat for use at a dining table, and like traditional deckchairs it is relatively close to the ground. The review comments about it only being suitable for a child seem, from the seat I have received, to be wrong. Like any low seat it will be potentially awkward for certain people. In summary, I would say that it is exactly as I expected from occasional experience over the past 50 years of similar folding seats with nylon fabric for the back and seat.

Wanted a lightweight fold up tubular metal chair for sitting up our allotment when not working on it. I have a large frame but fits comfortably in the seat and I dont get stuck trying to rise out of chair! Very pleased with quality and price and it arrived quickly.

I bought a pair of these chairs to use at out church fete, I was on a stall and needed to sit down occasionally but didn’t want something heavy to carry, these chairs did meet this criteria. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that they seemed a little narrow compared to others but in fairness that is reflected in the price.

It seems ok, not used it as yet . Love the colour. On the chair label it says it comes with Carring Case but it does not have one. I think I would put a cushion on it just to cover the seat edge as may be uncomfortable after a while. Liked the price.
