Das Set enthlt alles was man frs Haare schneiden braucht.
Er liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist sehr przise im Schnitt und ausdauernd im Akkubetrieb.
Der erste Haarschnitt bei meinem kleinen Sohn hat Super geklappt und wir sind durchaus sehr zufrieden mit dem Set.
Schon beim rausnehmen der Maschine merkt man das hochwertige Material der Maschine sowie die Verarbeitung. Auch beim Anschalten hatte es gengend Akku, um direkt damit anzufangen. Dabei sind verschiedene Aufstze in verschiedenen Farben, Woman nicht lange nach dem passenden suchen muss wenn man es sich fter angeschaut hat.
Auch das schneiden funktioniert super und es ist alles gleichmig.. klare Kaufempfehlung!
Eine solide, optisch gelungene und gut verarbeitete Haarschneidemaschine. Die Maschine wirkt recht hochwertig und ist sehr robust. Sie hat ein ordentliches Eigengewicht, liegt aber trotzdem angenehm und sicher in der Hand. Das Schneide-Ergebnis ist sehr gut, da gibt es nichts zu meckern, besonders wenn man den doch sehr gnstigen Preis in Betracht zieht. Der Lieferumfang ist umfangreich, das gefllt. Solider Haarschneider fr den Hausgebrauch. Wer sich seine Haare gerne selber schneidet bzw. schneiden lsst (geht ja beim Boxer-Schnitt oder Glatze relativ einfach).
Die Maschine hat mehrere Aufstze im Lieferumfang enthalten. Sie selber lsst sich noch in vier verschiedenen Stufen anpassen. Tolles Feature: Der Haarschneider lsst sich in zwei verschiedenen Geschwindigkeitsstufen operieren.
Ich sage explizit fr den Hausgebrauch, da dieses eine Schneideteil aus Plastik gefertigt ist und ich nicht sicher bin, ob das so langlebig ist. Von der Schneideleistung gibt es aber momentan keine Einwnde!
Die Haarschneidemaschine kommt gut verpackt in einem Karton mit 7 Aufstzen von 4mm — 34mm und l fr die Klingen. Ebenso gibt es einen Friseurkittel, ein Pinselchen zum Reinigen und einen Kamm, dieser allerdings billiges Plastik. Die digitale Ladeanzeige im Griff finde ich sehr praktisch ebenso eine Anzeige wenn die Klingen l brauchen. Der Haarschneider hat 2 Leistungsstufen wenn das Haar sehr dick ist. Die Aufsteckkmme schneiden von ca 4mm — 34mm. Krzer fr extremen Kurzhaarschnitt gibt es keine Aufstze. Die Maschine liegt gut in der Hand, ist nicht schwer und schneidet das Haar sehr gut und exakt. Sie ldt ber USB knapp 2 Stunden wenn sie komplett leer ist. Knappe 50,00 ist kein Schnppchen aber fr die Qualitt angemesse
Die Haarschneidemaschine wurde mit viel Zubehr gut verpackt geliefert. Die Maschine hatte nach dem Auspacken 50% Akku. Ich habe es von 50% auf 100 % in einer Stunde aufgeladen.
Ich habe diese Haarschneidemaschiene leider nur fr ungefhr 15 Minuten testen knnen, da es mir leider bei der Nutzung ausversehen aus der Hand gerutscht. Es hat in diesen 15 Minuten einen erst guten Eindruck gemacht.
Der Motor von der Maschine luft weiterhin aber die Maschine an sich funktioniert berhaupt nicht so gut wie vorher.
Die BarberBoss Profi Haarschneidemaschine fr Mnner wurde gut verpackt und sicher geliefert. Sie kommt in einer ansprechenden Umverpackung, jedoch ohne Aufbewahrungsbeutel oder hnlichem. Geliefert wird die Maschine nebst USB Ladekabel, einen Reinigungspinsel, l, Kamm, Umhang, acht Aufstzen sowie einer Bedienungsanleitung. Die Maschine sieht sehr hochwertig und stylisch aus und liegt zudem sehr gut in der Hand . Die Bedienung des Haarschneiders ist so gut wie selbsterklrend. Sie hat einen Schalter zum Ein-und Ausstellen sowie zwei Geschwindigkeitsstufen. Durch die unterschiedlichen Aufstze kann man die gewnschte Haarlnge entsprechend anpassen. Das Gert kann sowohl im Akku als auch im Netzbetrieb genutzt werden. Eine Anzeige zeigt stets den aktuellen Ladestand des Akkus an. Die Reinigung ist sehr einfach. Man kann die Maschine auch als Trimmer fr den Bart nutzen. Alles in allem eine solide Haarschneidemaschine fr einen annehmbaren Preis. Ich empfehle das Produkt weiter- Daumen hoch

Das Haarschneideset besteht aus der Maschine und 8 verschiedenen Scheraufstzen aus Plastik, wobei die Scherlnge von 7 mm bis 34 mm variiert. Die gewnschte Lnge steht jeweils auf dem Aufsatz. Die Maschine kann auch ohne Scheraufsatz benutzt werden, wobei sich der Scherkopf 4fach verstellen lsst, ber den Drehschalter am Fu. Die Schermaschine verfgt auerdem ber 2 Geschwindigkeitsmodi, normal und turbo. Desweiteren ist ein Display vorhanden, welches ber Akkukapazitt in Prozent sowie ber Wartung Info gibt. Das Gehuse des Scherapparates ist aus Plastik, die Ladebuchse befindet sich am Boden. Ein passendes Ladekabel liegt bei. Es fehlt nur noch ein USB Netzteil. Als Zubehr liegt noch ein Kamm, eine kleine Reinigungsbrste und eine kleine Flasche mit l zum Schmieren des Schermessers und ein Umhang bei. Die Maschine schneidet sehr gut.Der Preis ist Ok.

Die Maschine liegt gut in der Hand, so dass Mann — wenn er Profi ist — , sich selbst und auch anderen Mnnern einwandfrei die Haare schneiden kann. Auch Brte sind dann kein Problem.
Natrlich verwendet Mann bevorzugt die Turbo-Einstellung — die ist zwar kaum schneller, klingt aber deutlich sportlicher.
Fr die Einstellung der Schnitt-Lnge gibt es einen Dreh-Ring an der Maschine, und fr grere Lngen insgesamt 8 sogenannte Kamm-Aufstze, jeder von ihnen in einer anderen Farbe. Warum aber einer davon ausgerechnet in femininem rosa daherkommt, kann ich bei einer Maschine fr Mnner absolut nicht nachvollziehen.
Um immer genau zu wissen, wie weit der Akku noch reicht, besitzt die Maschine ein LED-Display, auf dem Mann den Lade-Zustand in Prozent ablesen kann. Der Akku schafft voll geladen locker 4 – 5 komplette Mnner-Haarschnitte.
Insgesamt ist es eine recht brauchbare Maschine, und wenn Sie sowohl Mann als auch Profi sind, knnen Sie hier bedenkenlos zugreifen.
Und weil auch die Box rel. elegant aussieht (schwarz), eignet sich das Ganze auch als Geschenk.
Die Haarschneidemaschine ist sehr gut und kann fr einen gelegentlichen Haarschnitt gut genutzt werden. Sie ist nicht kabelgebunden, funktioniert mit Akku welcher auch ein paar Sitzungen gut durchhlt und dann auch schnell geladen ist.
Auerdem liegt sie sehr gut in der Hand, die Aufstze gehen einfach und unkompliziert zu wechseln, man hat folgende Aufstze 0,8 mm bis 34 mm. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, man kann sehr gut die Haare damit krzen, schneiden. Die Klingen sind schn scharf und auch selbst schrfend da es sich um Keramikklingen handelt.

Ein Profigert ist diese Haarschneidemaschine sicherlich nicht. Leider ist die maximale Haarlnge, die stehenbleiben kann 0,8mm ohne Aufsatz. Zustzlich sind 8 verschiedene Klickaufstze fr verschiedene Schnitthhen beigefgt. Fr Mnner, die sich die Haare raspelkurz schneiden wollen, ist diese Maschine nicht geeignet.
Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist ein spezielles USB-Kabel zum laden, ein lflschchen die Warten und ein Pinselchen zum reinigen.
Das Schneidwerk ist ein Keramikschneidwerk mit zwei Schneidgeschwindigkeiten und es gibt ein LED-Display mit Ladestandsanzeige
Fr den Hausgebrauch ist diese Maschine ganz ok – wenn man(n) die Haare nicht raspelkurz tragen mchte.
Ich suchte eine Haarschneidemaschine mit Aufstzen ber 30mm und entschied mich fr dieses Set. Es kam gut verpackt bei mir an. Es ist alles dabei, auch ein Umhang, um Zuhause die Haare selber zu schneiden. Laut Artikelbeschreibung soll die Haarschneidemaschine nur fr Mnner sein, Mmh. Das verstehe ich nicht, denn ich schneide die Haare auch bei Frauen und das funktioniert auch mit diesem Set 😉
Wenn ich Haare schneide, nur in der Familie, denn ich bin kein Friseur, dann mit der Schere und mit so einer Maschine. Bei diesem Set sind Aufstze bis zu 34mm dabei, was fr mich interessant war, denn so kann ich die Maschine auch weiter oben am Kopf einsetzen. Die Verarbeitung und Qualitt sind soweit ganz okay. 2 Stufen, normal und Turbo sind schaltbar und die Titan-/Keramikklinge schneidet bisher ganz gut. Fr den Profi kann ich sie nicht empfehlen, aber fr den Hausgebraucht macht dieses Set einen guten Job.
Die Aufmachung sieht ganz nett aus, sodass dieses Set auch als Geschenk geeignet ist. Alles in allem, konnte ich damit ganz gut die Haare schneiden, allerdings in Verbindung mit meinen Haarscheren. Was mir nicht so gut gefllt, ist das verchromte Einstellrad ringsherum unterhalb des Display. Denn die Striche sind nur schwer erkennbar. Die Maschine liegt auch gut in der Hand, optisch mir etwas zu schick fr ein Arbeitsgert.
Um hier nicht mit langen Texten den Rahmen zu sprengen, habe ich noch aussagekrftige Fotos beigelegt. So kann sich jeder ein Bild vom Ganzen machen. Die Langlebigkeit kann ich noch nicht beurteilen, dafr habe ich das Set noch nicht lange genug. Das Preis- Leistungsverhltnis finde ich soweit okay und wer selbst Haare schneiden mchte, dem kann ich das Set empfehlen 😉

Die Profi Haarschneidemaschine arbeitet per Akku und wird per USB aufegladen. Das finde ich sehr praktisch. So hat man kein strendes Kabel und kann besser arbeiten. An der Haarschneidemaschine befindet sich eine digitale Anzeige, wo man den Akkustand ablesen kann. Es gibt verschiedene Aufstze und die Schneidemaschine efllt ihren Zweck. Die Farbe der Haarschneidemaschine gefllt mir sehr gut.

Was ist los bei Amazon ???
Dies ist jetzt schon der vierte Artikel innerhalb weniger Wochen, der verschlampt wurde, und nie bei mir ankam.
Als Vine Produkt-Testerin bin ich verpflichtet, innerhalb von 4 Wochen eine Rezension abzuliefern.
Glcklicherweise habe ich genau die gleiche Haarschneidemaschine aus einem Zweier-Set, welches ich vor ein paar Monaten zum testen bekam (das Set enthlt exakt die gleiche Maschine + einen kleinen Bart-Trimmer). Dadurch bin ich nun in der Lage, trotz fehlender Lieferung dennoch eine Rezension zu schreiben.
Ich werde mich aber kurz fassen.
Denn die allermeisten Informationen erhlt man ja bereits, wenn man sich den Text, die Bilder, und das Video in der Amazon-Produktbeschreibung anschaut. Und natrlich auch die anderen Rezensionen liest. Es macht sicher wenig Sinn, hier alles zu wiederholen.
Die Verarbeitungs-Qualitt der Maschine ist gut, und auch das Zubehr ist brauchbar.
Es gibt eine gut bersetzte Bedienungs-Anleitung –(jedenfalls bei meinem Zweier-Set)–,
was bei China-Produkten ja nicht immer selbstverstndlich ist.
Weil der Scherkopf der Maschine nicht wartungsfrei ist, wird auch ein kleines l-Flschchen mitgeliefert.
Die Maschine ist mit Keramik-Klinge, LED Akku-Anzeige, 2 Geschwindigkeiten, 4-fach verstellbarer Schnittlnge, und 8 Wechsel-Aufstzen, schon relativ gut ausgestattet.
Sie liegt gut in der Hand, lauft leise und vibrationsarm, und ein voller Akku reicht fr ca. 2 Stunden
(auf Geschwindigkeits-Stufe 1 — die Laufzeit fr die Turbo-Stufe habe ich nicht getestet).
Wie bei den meisten Haarschneidemaschinen blich, ist auch hier kein Netzteil bzw. Lade-Gert mit dabei, sondern nur ein Lade-Kabel. Leider ist es aber kein normales USB-Kabel, wie es ohnehin fast jeder von uns zuhause hat — sondern ein Spezial-Kabel.
Zwar hat es auf der einen Seite einen USB Stecker, so dass es an die meisten Computer und Smartphone-Ladegerte passt — auf der anderen Seite allerdings einen speziellen Gerte-Stecker. Bei einem eventuellen Kabel-Defekt msste man sich also extra so ein Spezial-Kabel besorgen.

Fazit:
Warum diese Haarschneidemaschine speziell fr Mnner sein soll, wie es in der Amazon Produkt-Bezeichnung steht — erschliet sich mir ebensowenig wie die Behauptung, dass dies ein Profi-Gert wre. Ich sehe sie eher als Maschine fr den Hausgebrauch und fr die ganze Familie.
Dort macht sie ihren Job recht ordentlich, und optisch gefllt sie mit ihrer blauen Metallic-Lackierung.
Auch der Karton ist hbsch –(jedenfalls bei meinem Zweier-Set)– , und somit ist das Ganze durchaus auch als Geschenk geeignet.
Die BarberBoss Profi Haarschneidemaschine fr Mnner sieht schick aus und tut was sie soll. Generell mag ich Haarschneider lieber bei denen der Aufsatz fr die Lngenregulierung verschiebbar ist. Hier gibt es verschiedene Aufstze die man wechseln muss. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden damit.
Ich nutze diesen Trimmer um meinen 3 Tage Bart zu krzen und in Form zu halten, was mit dem Gert und den zustzlichen Aufstzen aus stabilen Plastik sehr gut mglich ist.
Hat zwei unterschiedliche Modi, kann am Pc aufgeladen werden und rasiert wirklich klasse,
ohne zu ziepen oder reien.
Lt sich mit dem Brstchen sehr gut reinigen, liegt gut in der Hand
und macht seine Sache fr 50 Tacken wirklich sehr sehr gut.

Ein gute Haarschneidemaschine.
Sie liegt sehr gut in der Hand.
Das Reinigen geht sehr leicht.
Toll, dass sie nicht kabelgebunden ist. Man kann sie einfach mit dem beiliegenden Kabel aufgeladen werden. Der Akku hlt sehr lange. Wenn er doch mal aufgeladen werden muss, dann gelingt dies schnell.
Ich bin Anfngerin in Sachen Haare rasieren, aber es klappt berraschend gut. Die verschiedenen Aufstze lassen sich leicht wechseln und dadurch die geeignete Lnge finden.
Ich bin zufrieden und kann die Haarschneidemaschine weiter empfehlen.

Der Haarschneider kommt mit vielen, umfangreichen Austzen, die sich farblich unterscheiden. Diese Lsung ist recht komfortabel, da man somit nicht mehr nach den aufgedruckten Lngen auf den einfarbigen Aufstzen suchen muss (diese sind dier auch angegeben), sondern sich merken kann, welche Farben man fr die diversen Lngen verwendet hat.
Die Maschine liegt gut in der Hand. ber einen Knopf wird sie eingeschalten und kann ber diesen auch zwei Geschwindigkeitsstufen whlen.
Die Aufstze werden ganz einfach aufgesteckt und seitlich in zwei Lchern arrietiert. Diese knnen auch whrend dem Betrieb abgenommen oder gewechselt werden.
Die Klinge kann man unten ander Maschien mit einem Drehstck um 3 mm lnger stellen bzw sogar auf 1 mm Lnge verstellen. Somit knnen auch die Aufstze in einem gewissen Umfang stufenlos in der Schneidelnge angepasst werden. Das Arbeitsgerusch ist ein leises Brummen, das sich in Grenzen hlt und eigentlich nicht sonderlich nervt.
Geladen wird der Haarschneider ber USB, das Kabel liegt dabei. Der Ladezustand wird digital angezeigt.
Insgesamt eine recht robuster Haarschneieder mit viel Zubehr in der oberen Preisklasse.

Optisch und haptisch macht die Maschine einen hervorragenden Eindruck, der sich auch in der Qualitt des Haare trimmen weiter besttigt. Die Maschine ist wirklich in allen Belangen top und hat reichlich Power. Das Zubehr ist wie in der Artikelbeschreibung beschrieben und sollte kaum Wnsche offen lassen.
Fr den fteren heimgebrauch ist die Maschine wirklich richtig gut und wie bei der anderen Maschine die ich habe kann ich das Produkt nur empfehlen.

There’s a lot to really like about this clipper. It’s the first one I’ve ever used that has colour coordinated combs – a really complex but useful idea. I also like the travel lock that you can turn on and off that stops it accidentally being powered on when in a bag for instance. The lock is lit up on the LED display when it’s active. Another cool, useful touch. The blades are self sharpening so no need for oiling. After fully Charing this last for ages and the 3 hour claim on the product page does seem to be true. There’s nothing to really say negatively about these clippers. They are light but yet sturdy and comfortable to use. Certainly something to consider if you’re looking for a trimmer in this price range with this functionality.
Smart looking quality clipper set, Much easier than my old corded hair clippers. This cordless clipper set comes with 8 adapters 4mm to 34mm, usb charging lead, small pot of oil, little brush and the user manual. They have a Self-Sharpening Ceramic Blade that cuts brilliant with no pulling at all mega sharp and speed adjustable, There’s a LED display that shows the battery percentage, charging state, oil symbol and lock. Iv used them twice since getting them two hair cuts and only used 11% of the battery. Found them brilliant, easy to use long battery life, good value for money.

Press on for power and press again for turbo speed. The 1200mAh battery charges in around 2 hours and will give up to 180 minutes use on a full charge.
I can’t fault the quality of the trimmer, or the combs, it is an excellent hair trimmer if you use guide combs. However, my husband doesn’t and the head doesn’t glide over the skin well at all. The head drags as it goes, especially on the neck area. It doesn’t move as freely over the head as our other trimmer either. My husband ended up with very irritated skin so there’s no chance he’d let me use this again. I gave it to my nephew for the kids as they use guides. He was really pleased with it.
Price wise 49.99 isn’t bad if you need all of the attachments, most people won’t though. I’ve dropped a star because it’s the first trimmer head I’ve used that drags this badly against skin. I’ve taken into account it’s excellent with combs fitted though.

This beard and hair trimmer is a little more flash in design than most hair trimmers I’ve used in the Braun and Philips range, and it even comes with bright colourful adjustable length combs. That’s nice, but it’s also a well-designed hair clipper that, more importantly, gives a nice even cut.
The clipper itself is lightweight but feels solidly build, is easy to hold and operate. There are 8 combs of different lengths, the lowest (green) being 4-6mm, the longest (pink) 32-34mm. The use of colours is a good idea, allowing you to easily identify which combs you use more regularly, and prevent you using the wrong one! I was looking for one lower than 4-6mm that for closer work in some areas, and surprised that there isn’t a comb for that, but the trimmer itself is adjustable from 0.8 – 2.0mm but rotating the diamond-faceted base. The combs don’t snap into place by pushing them on downward the way they might on other trimmers. You need to clip the combs into the little slots sideways on each side. The combs themselves aare very easy on the scalp, not hard brittle plastic like some models.
The cutting is smooth and there is very little noise or vibration. Even working on a close cut, there is no roughness of the blade across your skin. The precision and cutting of the blades is excellent, giving a neat, even cut. There is a single button to press that gives cutting at two speeds. I’m not sure that the speed matters, but I suspect the battery will run down faster on the Turbo cutting speed.
Charging doesn’t take too long – a couple of hours – and you are supposed to get three hours cutting from it. That could be about right but I’ll let someone else do the maths. I used it for 15 minutes and it went down from 100% to 94%. Charging is done by a USB cable provided, and you don’t want to lose it as it has a non-standard input of its own. The LED display is clear and useful also for letting you know when you need to add lubricating oil to keep the trimmer in optimum condition.
The trimmer comes neatly packaged, and includes the trimmer, combs, cable and lubricating oil. Make sure you lift out the plastic tray inside as you’ll find a hair comb there and a barber cape. It doesn’t mention this anywhere on the packaging or instructions – I just noticed it pictured on the Amazon images and went looking for these. The instruction booklet is basic, but provides all the information you need to operate this. It advises also how to remove the blade to allow more thorough cleaning, and although I was worried about breaking it, it seems easy enough to detach and snap back into place.
I really can’t fault these at all. I think this is a snazzy little model of hair/beard clippers that has everything you need, is easy to operate and gives a good cut. They are exceptionally good value for under 50. Recommended.

In use the hair clipper woks well but the display is very difficult to see – its built in below the on off switch but is embedded in the body a distance from the curved surface. First time use was fine, cut the hair effectively.
The bespoke charging cable to USB is very short (70cm) and my experience with these rechargeable clippers is that over time the battery is insufficient – with this model I don’t think you have a viable option to run off the mains via USB. The battery does arrive partially charged, mine showed 50%. You need to keep safe the USB charging cable safe as the end is unusual
The instruction booklet is ok, English section runs to 7 pages, includes diagrams. The English could be better, type size is a bit variable.
Shaver arrives in a solid high quality cardboard box which is double wrapped in plastic. The shave is supplied in a plastic bag, and all the components are held in a plastic storage tray. You get the 8 coloured cutting lengths, a bespoke USB charging cable (no mains adapter), a bottle of lubricating oil, a very insubstantial cleaning brush, safety information leaflet and instruction booklet. No space in the box for the other items you might keep with your hair cutting gear – cape, clips, scissors etc.
Overall – great whilst the battery lasts, but no viable mains optio

This is a well presented rechargeable hair clipper that comes in a decent box with a good layout.
It’s rather “glitzy” for my personal taste, with a metallic, diamond faceted handle and multi-coloured combs/cutting guides, but of course that doesn’t affect the function of the device.
It’s rechargeable vis a supplied USB cable, but the fitting at the cutter end is non-0standard and I think it would have been better to go with micro-usb or usb C so that it would be easily replaceable if you lost/damaged it: as it is, you’re a bit stuck with the supplied one.
It has a digital display of the charge which is bright and clear.
The blades of the cutter were sharp and cut cleanly and well, though you would expect that from a new device: how they hold up over time we’ll have to wait and see, though ceramic blades are better at retaining an edge than steel.
Cutting depth can be micro-adjusted by twisting the bottom of the handle to either of four positions. The cutting guards themselves fit well and don’t wobble about.
The cutter itself is a good size, sits in the hand well and has a decent weight: it’s not too loud when operating.
There is a travel lock function to prevent the cutter being accidentally turned on, which is handy.
Retailing at 49.99 it’s around market average for cutters with this amount of functionality. If you like the design/appearance of this model then I’d say it offered decent value for money overall.
Overall this device has good battery life, with an easy to use charger. The build quality is good with mine having no problems. For the price it is great, with the blade actually being made from ceramic. Of course, for 50 (at time of review) you only get a plastic build for the trimmer, so I’m not sure how durable it is if you accidentally drop it.
The combs are rather useless as the size of them varies so much that the difference between one another is huge, as well as the larger sizes bending which is the reason for the 4.
I would recommend this if you are looking for some clippers on a budget.
A great kit for a budding barber, the clipper itself is well designed with a sleek metallic look.
You get a varied range of combs and a hairdressers cape as well, so you’re ready to go.
The LED display is useful as it shows battery percentage and also alerts you when the blade needs oiling, a small bottle of oil is included in the box.

Many clippers on here claim to be professional and you get them and they are weak or don’t last 5 minutes. During lockdown I got two sets both barely cut my hair let alone a thicker head of hair. These are great. The battery lasts approx 2 hours from full charge this is via USB so no need to bother with batteries. It is razor sharp and comes with many clipper attachment for various length of clip all in metric.
It has two speed settings and feels comfortable (good grip) to hold whilst shaving. Great product that feels it should last many years with constant use.
My adult son started cutting his own hair short in lockdown and has continued to do so as hairdressers are now charging more than ever. He has thick hair and has found this BarberBoss Professional Hair Clipper cuts his hair very neatly, the different length cutting guides are great for cutting the layers you want to cut and no more, the adjustable ceramic blade is sharp and doesn’t need sharpening being ceramic, just regular cleaning to keep it cutting perfectly. It comes with a set of colour coded length attachments, plus a cleaning brush, comb, hairdressing shoulder gown, lubricating oil and a USB cable (but no plug) and full instructions. It’s quick to charge up and has a bright LED screen to tell how many minutes left. It’s fairly quiet too, a great design when cutting children’s hair. My son and I are very pleased with this UK brand hair clipper, I even tried it trimming the ends of my long thick hair, it glided along the comb cutting better than my hairdressing scissors.
I think it’s important that these types of hair and beard trimmers feel comfortable in the hand while in use and this Barberboss Clipper set doesn’t disappoint on that score so you feel in total control even in the most delicate of trimming jobs.
The trimmer arrives in a very nice gift box and is well presented inside. The box contains the trimmer unit itself, 8 varying depths of cutting guides which are helpfully coloured coded and can be chosen quickly, a cleaning brush, a comb, a hairdressing cape, a charging cable and finally a small bottle of blade lubricant. The multi-coloured blade guides cover cutting depths ranging from 4mm to 34mm and the trimmer’s ceramic cutting heads can be adjusted through 5 different settings of 0.8mm, 1.1mm, 1.4mm, 1.7mm and 2mm. Two speed settings can be applied to the trimmer with just a press of the on/off button on the body of the unit, which will give you either normal or turbo speed.
This is a great little shaver which runs cordless and can be re-charged using the included USB_A cable, the other end of which fits the power socket on the base of the unit. This is not a common socket fitment so probably best if you store it with the shaver because if you lose it you can’t use it. Charging the unit from flat to fully charged, should, according to the literature, be done and dusted within two hours and give you a running time cordless of 3 hours. However, when the trimmer arrived it was at a factory charge of 51% which, once put on charge, attained a full 100% in 1 hour and 10 minutes, so make of that what you will.
The front of the unit has an LED display which will show you a plug when you are charging, an oil can symbol which will appear when the unit feels it necessary to lubricate the ceramic heads, a padlock symbol will appear if you lock the device for travelling and finally battery percentage capacity.
I had trimmed my beard previous to the trimmer being delivered but I did run the bare razor at 0.8mm over my head and got an excellent head shave so I’d no problems with it on that count as the blades felt really sharp.
In summary, this is a good quality trimmer which is lightweight and feels comfortable in the hand when shaving. A wide and varying choice of depth guides and trimmer depths make this unit extremely versatile for both face and head. Top marks for this one.
Re-Chargeable And Lightweight, Ergonomic Hair & Beard Trimme
I have tried a lot of clippers over the years – many of them claiming to be of professional quality. For once this one lives up to the claim. It seems to hold its charge well and tells you when you need to oil it. It is staying really sharp and with two speeds it will go through anything. I think I could almost shear a sheep with these! 8 combs is generous and it looks good and feels comfortable too. Very impressed.
I have had many beard and hair trimmers over the years but I think this is possible the best of them. Nice powerful motor. Simplistic charging. Nice set of length gates. Can’t think of anything I didn’t like about them, other than the plastic feels a bit brittle
These are really smart clippers that feel more premium than I was expecting, they work great cutting with easy and come with 8 colour-coded guides too and even a hair cutting apron, quality is great and the battery life is good too with a nice easy to read LDC display to tell you how much life is left, very impressed with the kit for the price, good value.
First impression:
The clippers come pre-oiled so you may notice some oil residue when first used. The clippers look quite jazzy in a bright metallic blue finish. The clipper is operated with a simple button on the top, with a higher speed ‘turbo’ mode when pressed for the second time. Press a third time to switch off. The cut height adjusted by rotating the bottom section to one of four positions, which alters the ride height between the highest 1.5mm and 1.1mm without a guard fitted.
I measured the minimum cut height between the bottom of the blade and the surface of the tines where they might ride on the skin and this was about 5mm for the 4mm to 6mm guard and so includes the max 1.5 mm cut height built into the clippers. You can be confident that the cut height marked on the guards is a reasonable estimate.
I didn’t like the charge cord as is looks too much like the charge cord for my mains clippers and should really be USB-C. That would have been the easier and more modern choice, particularly since Europe is moving towards USB-C for all rechargeable devices, and the UK will probably follow suit. These wires don’t last forever and once this wire breaks then the clippers will be useless.

Application:
On switch on, the clipper displays various icons and the charge state and this is about 2/3 charges out of the box, and so is compliant with regulations for delivery of a rechargeable device. Fully charging before use is recommended and the clippers display a charging icon and the charge state in progress. They seem to be able to be used whilst charging, although the charging wire is too short for practical use in that state.
The clippers can enter lock mode with a long press, presumably for child safety. There is also an indicator for when to lubricate the blade. Changing guards is easy as they just clip on at the sides, which is better than my existing clippers.
Using the clippers without a guard, as I sometimes clip come beard growth short before shaving, the clippers don’t ride on the skin quite so well as my Wahl clippers, although they are easier to manoeuvre without the trailing mains lead. I also preferred them to be in turbo mode as the cut is better, although I imagine that this uses up the power quicker. With a guard in place, the cutting action is smooth and it cuts well given I was worried about the ceramic blade.
Packaging and delivery:
The clipper kit comes in a smart box with an internal plastic tray to hold all the parts. I would have liked a canvas bag like you get with some Wella and Wahl products I have used in the past. The box is secured closed with security stickers and these come with tabs for easy opening and I like the attention to detail in this area. The clippers arrived quickly.
Pros:
Ceramic blade. This looks like a piece of plastic and I was searching the box for the metal blade before I realised that it was ceramic.
Rechargeable and so portable.
Cons:
For the home UK market, hair clipper guards are graded by the cut number, so No. 1 to No.4 and so labelling these in mm is confusing.
One of the tines on the 28mm cutter was not moulded straight.
Glossy finish quickly gets covered in fingerprints, especially if you get lubricating oil all over the place.
Most of the guards are useless to me as they are way too big.
Should have a USB-C charging wire and not the custom with that is included.
Conclusion:
I am not going to throw away my mains powered unit, particularly as I am used to the cut heights. I have No.2 on the sides and 4 on top, blending between with a No.3 and eyebrows and in front of the ears get a No.1 to 1.5. This means that I can only use two guards, the green and the purple. As a rule of thumb, UK cut sizes go up about 3mm starting at No.1 as just over 3mm. These are really imperial conversions from inches with No.1 being 1/8″. So you need to do some conversions for this kit and I will be marking on the numbers with a marker pen, as the last thing I want is to use the wrong cutter on the wrong part of my head. I would still get this kit for its portability and the longer guards might be useful with a beard or longer hair — just not for me.
Cuts well. Guards are all in metric. There is no No.1 to No.4 marked.

Der erste Haarschnitt bei meinem kleinen Sohn hat Super geklappt und wir sind durchaus sehr zufrieden mit dem Set.
Schon beim rausnehmen der Maschine merkt man das hochwertige Material der Maschine sowie die Verarbeitung. Auch beim Anschalten hatte es gengend Akku, um direkt damit anzufangen. Dabei sind verschiedene Aufstze in verschiedenen Farben, Woman nicht lange nach dem passenden suchen muss wenn man es sich fter angeschaut hat.
Auch das schneiden funktioniert super und es ist alles gleichmig.. klare Kaufempfehlung!
Eine solide, optisch gelungene und gut verarbeitete Haarschneidemaschine. Die Maschine wirkt recht hochwertig und ist sehr robust. Sie hat ein ordentliches Eigengewicht, liegt aber trotzdem angenehm und sicher in der Hand. Das Schneide-Ergebnis ist sehr gut, da gibt es nichts zu meckern, besonders wenn man den doch sehr gnstigen Preis in Betracht zieht. Der Lieferumfang ist umfangreich, das gefllt. Dank der verschiedenen Aufstze sind die Anwendungsmglichkeiten mannigfaltig. Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden…
Solider Haarschneider fr den Hausgebrauch. Wer sich seine Haare gerne selber schneidet bzw. schneiden lsst (geht ja beim Boxer-Schnitt oder Glatze relativ einfach).
Die Maschine hat mehrere Aufstze im Lieferumfang enthalten. Sie selber lsst sich noch in vier verschiedenen Stufen anpassen. Tolles Feature: Der Haarschneider lsst sich in zwei verschiedenen Geschwindigkeitsstufen operieren.
Ich sage explizit fr den Hausgebrauch, da dieses eine Schneideteil aus Plastik gefertigt ist und ich nicht sicher bin, ob das so langlebig ist. Von der Schneideleistung gibt es aber momentan keine Einwnde!

Die Aufsteckkmme schneiden von ca 4mm — 34mm. Krzer fr extremen Kurzhaarschnitt gibt es keine Aufstze. Die Maschine liegt gut in der Hand, ist nicht schwer und schneidet das Haar sehr gut und exakt. Sie ldt ber USB knapp 2 Stunden wenn sie komplett leer ist. Knappe 50,00 ist kein Schnppchen aber fr die Qualitt angemesse
Die Haarschneidemaschine wurde mit viel Zubehr gut verpackt geliefert. Die Maschine hatte nach dem Auspacken 50% Akku. Ich habe es von 50% auf 100 % in einer Stunde aufgeladen.
Ich habe diese Haarschneidemaschiene leider nur fr ungefhr 15 Minuten testen knnen, da es mir leider bei der Nutzung ausversehen aus der Hand gerutscht. Es hat in diesen 15 Minuten einen erst guten Eindruck gemacht.
Der Motor von der Maschine luft weiterhin aber die Maschine an sich funktioniert berhaupt nicht so gut wie vorher.

Geliefert wird die Maschine nebst USB Ladekabel, einen Reinigungspinsel, l, Kamm, Umhang, acht Aufstzen sowie einer Bedienungsanleitung. Die Maschine sieht sehr hochwertig und stylisch aus und liegt zudem sehr gut in der Hand . Die Bedienung des Haarschneiders ist so gut wie selbsterklrend. Sie hat einen Schalter zum Ein-und Ausstellen sowie zwei Geschwindigkeitsstufen. Durch die unterschiedlichen Aufstze kann man die gewnschte Haarlnge entsprechend anpassen. Das Gert kann sowohl im Akku als auch im Netzbetrieb genutzt werden. Eine Anzeige zeigt stets den aktuellen Ladestand des Akkus an. Die Reinigung ist sehr einfach. Man kann die Maschine auch als Trimmer fr den Bart nutzen. Alles in allem eine solide Haarschneidemaschine fr einen annehmbaren Preis. Ich empfehle das Produkt weiter- Daumen hoch
Das Haarschneideset besteht aus der Maschine und 8 verschiedenen Scheraufstzen aus Plastik, wobei die Scherlnge von 7 mm bis 34 mm variiert. Die gewnschte Lnge steht jeweils auf dem Aufsatz. Die Maschine kann auch ohne Scheraufsatz benutzt werden, wobei sich der Scherkopf 4fach verstellen lsst, ber den Drehschalter am Fu. Die Schermaschine verfgt auerdem ber 2 Geschwindigkeitsmodi, normal und turbo. Desweiteren ist ein Display vorhanden, welches ber Akkukapazitt in Prozent sowie ber Wartung Info gibt. Das Gehuse des Scherapparates ist aus Plastik, die Ladebuchse befindet sich am Boden. Ein passendes Ladekabel liegt bei. Es fehlt nur noch ein USB Netzteil. Als Zubehr liegt noch ein Kamm, eine kleine Reinigungsbrste und eine kleine Flasche mit l zum Schmieren des Schermessers und ein Umhang bei. Die Maschine schneidet sehr gut.Der Preis ist Ok.

Die Maschine liegt gut in der Hand, so dass Mann — wenn er Profi ist — , sich selbst und auch anderen Mnnern einwandfrei die Haare schneiden kann. Auch Brte sind dann kein Problem.
Natrlich verwendet Mann bevorzugt die Turbo-Einstellung — die ist zwar kaum schneller, klingt aber deutlich sportlicher.
Fr die Einstellung der Schnitt-Lnge gibt es einen Dreh-Ring an der Maschine, und fr grere Lngen insgesamt 8 sogenannte Kamm-Aufstze, jeder von ihnen in einer anderen Farbe. Warum aber einer davon ausgerechnet in femininem rosa daherkommt, kann ich bei einer Maschine fr Mnner absolut nicht nachvollziehen.
Um immer genau zu wissen, wie weit der Akku noch reicht, besitzt die Maschine ein LED-Display, auf dem Mann den Lade-Zustand in Prozent ablesen kann. Der Akku schafft voll geladen locker 4 – 5 komplette Mnner-Haarschnitte.
Insgesamt ist es eine recht brauchbare Maschine, und wenn Sie sowohl Mann als auch Profi sind, knnen Sie hier bedenkenlos zugreifen.
Und weil auch die Box rel. elegant aussieht (schwarz), eignet sich das Ganze auch als Geschenk.

Die Haarschneidemaschine ist sehr gut und kann fr einen gelegentlichen Haarschnitt gut genutzt werden. Sie ist nicht kabelgebunden, funktioniert mit Akku welcher auch ein paar Sitzungen gut durchhlt und dann auch schnell geladen ist.
Auerdem liegt sie sehr gut in der Hand, die Aufstze gehen einfach und unkompliziert zu wechseln, man hat folgende Aufstze 0,8 mm bis 34 mm. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, man kann sehr gut die Haare damit krzen, schneiden. Die Klingen sind schn scharf und auch selbst schrfend da es sich um Keramikklingen handelt.
Wir haben bis jetzt nichts negatives und knnen ihn nur empfehlen….
Ein Profigert ist diese Haarschneidemaschine sicherlich nicht. Leider ist die maximale Haarlnge, die stehenbleiben kann 0,8mm ohne Aufsatz. Zustzlich sind 8 verschiedene Klickaufstze fr verschiedene Schnitthhen beigefgt. Fr Mnner, die sich die Haare raspelkurz schneiden wollen, ist diese Maschine nicht geeignet.
Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist ein spezielles USB-Kabel zum laden, ein lflschchen die Warten und ein Pinselchen zum reinigen.

Fr den Hausgebrauch ist diese Maschine ganz ok – wenn man(n) die Haare nicht raspelkurz tragen mchte.
Ich suchte eine Haarschneidemaschine mit Aufstzen ber 30mm und entschied mich fr dieses Set. Es kam gut verpackt bei mir an. Es ist alles dabei, auch ein Umhang, um Zuhause die Haare selber zu schneiden. Laut Artikelbeschreibung soll die Haarschneidemaschine nur fr Mnner sein, Mmh. Das verstehe ich nicht, denn ich schneide die Haare auch bei Frauen und das funktioniert auch mit diesem Set 😉
Wenn ich Haare schneide, nur in der Familie, denn ich bin kein Friseur, dann mit der Schere und mit so einer Maschine. Bei diesem Set sind Aufstze bis zu 34mm dabei, was fr mich interessant war, denn so kann ich die Maschine auch weiter oben am Kopf einsetzen. Die Verarbeitung und Qualitt sind soweit ganz okay. 2 Stufen, normal und Turbo sind schaltbar und die Titan-/Keramikklinge schneidet bisher ganz gut. Fr den Profi kann ich sie nicht empfehlen, aber fr den Hausgebraucht macht dieses Set einen guten Job.
Die Aufmachung sieht ganz nett aus, sodass dieses Set auch als Geschenk geeignet ist. Alles in allem, konnte ich damit ganz gut die Haare schneiden, allerdings in Verbindung mit meinen Haarscheren. Was mir nicht so gut gefllt, ist das verchromte Einstellrad ringsherum unterhalb des Display. Denn die Striche sind nur schwer erkennbar. Die Maschine liegt auch gut in der Hand, optisch mir etwas zu schick fr ein Arbeitsgert.
Um hier nicht mit langen Texten den Rahmen zu sprengen, habe ich noch aussagekrftige Fotos beigelegt. So kann sich jeder ein Bild vom Ganzen machen. Die Langlebigkeit kann ich noch nicht beurteilen, dafr habe ich das Set noch nicht lange genug. Das Preis- Leistungsverhltnis finde ich soweit okay und wer selbst Haare schneiden mchte, dem kann ich das Set empfehlen 😉

Die Profi Haarschneidemaschine arbeitet per Akku und wird per USB aufegladen. Das finde ich sehr praktisch. So hat man kein strendes Kabel und kann besser arbeiten. An der Haarschneidemaschine befindet sich eine digitale Anzeige, wo man den Akkustand ablesen kann. Es gibt verschiedene Aufstze und die Schneidemaschine efllt ihren Zweck. Die Farbe der Haarschneidemaschine gefllt mir sehr gut.

Was ist los bei Amazon ???
Dies ist jetzt schon der vierte Artikel innerhalb weniger Wochen, der verschlampt wurde, und nie bei mir ankam.
Als Vine Produkt-Testerin bin ich verpflichtet, innerhalb von 4 Wochen eine Rezension abzuliefern.
Glcklicherweise habe ich genau die gleiche Haarschneidemaschine aus einem Zweier-Set, welches ich vor ein paar Monaten zum testen bekam (das Set enthlt exakt die gleiche Maschine + einen kleinen Bart-Trimmer). Dadurch bin ich nun in der Lage, trotz fehlender Lieferung dennoch eine Rezension zu schreiben.
Ich werde mich aber kurz fassen.
Denn die allermeisten Informationen erhlt man ja bereits, wenn man sich den Text, die Bilder, und das Video in der Amazon-Produktbeschreibung anschaut. Und natrlich auch die anderen Rezensionen liest. Es macht sicher wenig Sinn, hier alles zu wiederholen.
Die Verarbeitungs-Qualitt der Maschine ist gut, und auch das Zubehr ist brauchbar.
Es gibt eine gut bersetzte Bedienungs-Anleitung –(jedenfalls bei meinem Zweier-Set)–,
was bei China-Produkten ja nicht immer selbstverstndlich ist.
Weil der Scherkopf der Maschine nicht wartungsfrei ist, wird auch ein kleines l-Flschchen mitgeliefert.
Die Maschine ist mit Keramik-Klinge, LED Akku-Anzeige, 2 Geschwindigkeiten, 4-fach verstellbarer Schnittlnge, und 8 Wechsel-Aufstzen, schon relativ gut ausgestattet.
Sie liegt gut in der Hand, lauft leise und vibrationsarm, und ein voller Akku reicht fr ca. 2 Stunden
(auf Geschwindigkeits-Stufe 1 — die Laufzeit fr die Turbo-Stufe habe ich nicht getestet).
Wie bei den meisten Haarschneidemaschinen blich, ist auch hier kein Netzteil bzw. Lade-Gert mit dabei, sondern nur ein Lade-Kabel. Leider ist es aber kein normales USB-Kabel, wie es ohnehin fast jeder von uns zuhause hat — sondern ein Spezial-Kabel.
Zwar hat es auf der einen Seite einen USB Stecker, so dass es an die meisten Computer und Smartphone-Ladegerte passt — auf der anderen Seite allerdings einen speziellen Gerte-Stecker. Bei einem eventuellen Kabel-Defekt msste man sich also extra so ein Spezial-Kabel besorgen.

Fazit:
Warum diese Haarschneidemaschine speziell fr Mnner sein soll, wie es in der Amazon Produkt-Bezeichnung steht — erschliet sich mir ebensowenig wie die Behauptung, dass dies ein Profi-Gert wre. Ich sehe sie eher als Maschine fr den Hausgebrauch und fr die ganze Familie.
Dort macht sie ihren Job recht ordentlich, und optisch gefllt sie mit ihrer blauen Metallic-Lackierung.
Auch der Karton ist hbsch –(jedenfalls bei meinem Zweier-Set)– , und somit ist das Ganze durchaus auch als Geschenk geeignet.

Die BarberBoss Profi Haarschneidemaschine fr Mnner sieht schick aus und tut was sie soll. Generell mag ich Haarschneider lieber bei denen der Aufsatz fr die Lngenregulierung verschiebbar ist. Hier gibt es verschiedene Aufstze die man wechseln muss. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden damit.
Ich nutze diesen Trimmer um meinen 3 Tage Bart zu krzen und in Form zu halten, was mit dem Gert und den zustzlichen Aufstzen aus stabilen Plastik sehr gut mglich ist.
Hat zwei unterschiedliche Modi, kann am Pc aufgeladen werden und rasiert wirklich klasse,
ohne zu ziepen oder reien.
Lt sich mit dem Brstchen sehr gut reinigen, liegt gut in der Hand
und macht seine Sache fr 50 Tacken wirklich sehr sehr gut.

Ein gute Haarschneidemaschine.
Sie liegt sehr gut in der Hand.
Das Reinigen geht sehr leicht.
Toll, dass sie nicht kabelgebunden ist. Man kann sie einfach mit dem beiliegenden Kabel aufgeladen werden. Der Akku hlt sehr lange. Wenn er doch mal aufgeladen werden muss, dann gelingt dies schnell.
Ich bin Anfngerin in Sachen Haare rasieren, aber es klappt berraschend gut. Die verschiedenen Aufstze lassen sich leicht wechseln und dadurch die geeignete Lnge finden.
Ich bin zufrieden und kann die Haarschneidemaschine weiter empfehlen.

Der Haarschneider kommt mit vielen, umfangreichen Austzen, die sich farblich unterscheiden. Diese Lsung ist recht komfortabel, da man somit nicht mehr nach den aufgedruckten Lngen auf den einfarbigen Aufstzen suchen muss (diese sind dier auch angegeben), sondern sich merken kann, welche Farben man fr die diversen Lngen verwendet hat.
Die Maschine liegt gut in der Hand. ber einen Knopf wird sie eingeschalten und kann ber diesen auch zwei Geschwindigkeitsstufen whlen.
Die Aufstze werden ganz einfach aufgesteckt und seitlich in zwei Lchern arrietiert. Diese knnen auch whrend dem Betrieb abgenommen oder gewechselt werden.
Die Klinge kann man unten ander Maschien mit einem Drehstck um 3 mm lnger stellen bzw sogar auf 1 mm Lnge verstellen. Somit knnen auch die Aufstze in einem gewissen Umfang stufenlos in der Schneidelnge angepasst werden. Das Arbeitsgerusch ist ein leises Brummen, das sich in Grenzen hlt und eigentlich nicht sonderlich nervt.
Geladen wird der Haarschneider ber USB, das Kabel liegt dabei. Der Ladezustand wird digital angezeigt.
Insgesamt eine recht robuster Haarschneieder mit viel Zubehr in der oberen Preisklasse.
Ich habe diese Haarschneidemaschine kostenlos zum Testen ber das Amazon Vine Programm bestellt und erhalten.

Ich habe bereits ein Produkt von dieser Marke und auch bei dem neuen Produkt wurde ich nicht enttuscht.
Optisch und haptisch macht die Maschine einen hervorragenden Eindruck, der sich auch in der Qualitt des Haare trimmen weiter besttigt. Die Maschine ist wirklich in allen Belangen top und hat reichlich Power. Das Zubehr ist wie in der Artikelbeschreibung beschrieben und sollte kaum Wnsche offen lassen.
Fr den fteren heimgebrauch ist die Maschine wirklich richtig gut und wie bei der anderen Maschine die ich habe kann ich das Produkt nur empfehlen.

There’s a lot to really like about this clipper. It’s the first one I’ve ever used that has colour coordinated combs – a really complex but useful idea. I also like the travel lock that you can turn on and off that stops it accidentally being powered on when in a bag for instance. The lock is lit up on the LED display when it’s active. Another cool, useful touch. The blades are self sharpening so no need for oiling. After fully Charing this last for ages and the 3 hour claim on the product page does seem to be true. There’s nothing to really say negatively about these clippers. They are light but yet sturdy and comfortable to use. Certainly something to consider if you’re looking for a trimmer in this price range with this functionality.
Smart looking quality clipper set, Much easier than my old corded hair clippers. This cordless clipper set comes with 8 adapters 4mm to 34mm, usb charging lead, small pot of oil, little brush and the user manual. They have a Self-Sharpening Ceramic Blade that cuts brilliant with no pulling at all mega sharp and speed adjustable, There’s a LED display that shows the battery percentage, charging state, oil symbol and lock. Iv used them twice since getting them two hair cuts and only used 11% of the battery. Found them brilliant, easy to use long battery life, good value for money.
Excellent quality rechargeable hair trimmer with precision cutting adjustment from 0.8mm-2mm (0.8, 1.1, 1.4, 1.7 and 2mm increments), it also comes with 8 guide combs, cleaning brush, blade oil, cape, comb and charging cable. It has self-sharpening titanium and ceramic blades. This trimmer had 2 speeds, normal and Turbo and the blades are easily adjusted by turning the base. It also has a LED display which will show battery capacity, travel lock when on and and oil symbol when the blade needs oiling. To lock you long press for 3 seconds, same to unlock. Press on for power and press again for turbo speed. The 1200mAh battery charges in around 2 hours and will give up to 180 minutes use on a full charge.
I can’t fault the quality of the trimmer, or the combs, it is an excellent hair trimmer if you use guide combs. However, my husband doesn’t and the head doesn’t glide over the skin well at all. The head drags as it goes, especially on the neck area. It doesn’t move as freely over the head as our other trimmer either. My husband ended up with very irritated skin so there’s no chance he’d let me use this again. I gave it to my nephew for the kids as they use guides. He was really pleased with it.
Price wise 49.99 isn’t bad if you need all of the attachments, most people won’t though. I’ve dropped a star because it’s the first trimmer head I’ve used that drags this badly against skin. I’ve taken into account it’s excellent with combs fitted though.

This beard and hair trimmer is a little more flash in design than most hair trimmers I’ve used in the Braun and Philips range, and it even comes with bright colourful adjustable length combs. That’s nice, but it’s also a well-designed hair clipper that, more importantly, gives a nice even cut.
The clipper itself is lightweight but feels solidly build, is easy to hold and operate. There are 8 combs of different lengths, the lowest (green) being 4-6mm, the longest (pink) 32-34mm. The use of colours is a good idea, allowing you to easily identify which combs you use more regularly, and prevent you using the wrong one! I was looking for one lower than 4-6mm that for closer work in some areas, and surprised that there isn’t a comb for that, but the trimmer itself is adjustable from 0.8 – 2.0mm but rotating the diamond-faceted base. The combs don’t snap into place by pushing them on downward the way they might on other trimmers. You need to clip the combs into the little slots sideways on each side. The combs themselves aare very easy on the scalp, not hard brittle plastic like some models.
The cutting is smooth and there is very little noise or vibration. Even working on a close cut, there is no roughness of the blade across your skin. The precision and cutting of the blades is excellent, giving a neat, even cut. There is a single button to press that gives cutting at two speeds. I’m not sure that the speed matters, but I suspect the battery will run down faster on the Turbo cutting speed.
Charging doesn’t take too long – a couple of hours – and you are supposed to get three hours cutting from it. That could be about right but I’ll let someone else do the maths. I used it for 15 minutes and it went down from 100% to 94%. Charging is done by a USB cable provided, and you don’t want to lose it as it has a non-standard input of its own. The LED display is clear and useful also for letting you know when you need to add lubricating oil to keep the trimmer in optimum condition.
The trimmer comes neatly packaged, and includes the trimmer, combs, cable and lubricating oil. Make sure you lift out the plastic tray inside as you’ll find a hair comb there and a barber cape. It doesn’t mention this anywhere on the packaging or instructions – I just noticed it pictured on the Amazon images and went looking for these. The instruction booklet is basic, but provides all the information you need to operate this. It advises also how to remove the blade to allow more thorough cleaning, and although I was worried about breaking it, it seems easy enough to detach and snap back into place.
I really can’t fault these at all. I think this is a snazzy little model of hair/beard clippers that has everything you need, is easy to operate and gives a good cut. They are exceptionally good value for under 50. Recommended.

Hair Clipper
In use the hair clipper woks well but the display is very difficult to see – its built in below the on off switch but is embedded in the body a distance from the curved surface. First time use was fine, cut the hair effectively.
The bespoke charging cable to USB is very short (70cm) and my experience with these rechargeable clippers is that over time the battery is insufficient – with this model I don’t think you have a viable option to run off the mains via USB. The battery does arrive partially charged, mine showed 50%. You need to keep safe the USB charging cable safe as the end is unusual
The instruction booklet is ok, English section runs to 7 pages, includes diagrams. The English could be better, type size is a bit variable.
Shaver arrives in a solid high quality cardboard box which is double wrapped in plastic. The shave is supplied in a plastic bag, and all the components are held in a plastic storage tray. You get the 8 coloured cutting lengths, a bespoke USB charging cable (no mains adapter), a bottle of lubricating oil, a very insubstantial cleaning brush, safety information leaflet and instruction booklet. No space in the box for the other items you might keep with your hair cutting gear – cape, clips, scissors etc.
Overall – great whilst the battery lasts, but no viable mains optio

This is a well presented rechargeable hair clipper that comes in a decent box with a good layout.
It’s rather “glitzy” for my personal taste, with a metallic, diamond faceted handle and multi-coloured combs/cutting guides, but of course that doesn’t affect the function of the device.
It’s rechargeable vis a supplied USB cable, but the fitting at the cutter end is non-0standard and I think it would have been better to go with micro-usb or usb C so that it would be easily replaceable if you lost/damaged it: as it is, you’re a bit stuck with the supplied one.
It has a digital display of the charge which is bright and clear.
The blades of the cutter were sharp and cut cleanly and well, though you would expect that from a new device: how they hold up over time we’ll have to wait and see, though ceramic blades are better at retaining an edge than steel.
Cutting depth can be micro-adjusted by twisting the bottom of the handle to either of four positions. The cutting guards themselves fit well and don’t wobble about.
The cutter itself is a good size, sits in the hand well and has a decent weight: it’s not too loud when operating.
There is a travel lock function to prevent the cutter being accidentally turned on, which is handy.
Retailing at 49.99 it’s around market average for cutters with this amount of functionality. If you like the design/appearance of this model then I’d say it offered decent value for money overall.
Overall this device has good battery life, with an easy to use charger. The build quality is good with mine having no problems. For the price it is great, with the blade actually being made from ceramic. Of course, for 50 (at time of review) you only get a plastic build for the trimmer, so I’m not sure how durable it is if you accidentally drop it.
The combs are rather useless as the size of them varies so much that the difference between one another is huge, as well as the larger sizes bending which is the reason for the 4.
I would recommend this if you are looking for some clippers on a budget.

Many clippers on here claim to be professional and you get them and they are weak or don’t last 5 minutes. During lockdown I got two sets both barely cut my hair let alone a thicker head of hair. These are great. The battery lasts approx 2 hours from full charge this is via USB so no need to bother with batteries. It is razor sharp and comes with many clipper attachment for various length of clip all in metric.
It has two speed settings and feels comfortable (good grip) to hold whilst shaving. Great product that feels it should last many years with constant use.
My adult son started cutting his own hair short in lockdown and has continued to do so as hairdressers are now charging more than ever. He has thick hair and has found this BarberBoss Professional Hair Clipper cuts his hair very neatly, the different length cutting guides are great for cutting the layers you want to cut and no more, the adjustable ceramic blade is sharp and doesn’t need sharpening being ceramic, just regular cleaning to keep it cutting perfectly. It comes with a set of colour coded length attachments, plus a cleaning brush, comb, hairdressing shoulder gown, lubricating oil and a USB cable (but no plug) and full instructions. It’s quick to charge up and has a bright LED screen to tell how many minutes left. It’s fairly quiet too, a great design when cutting children’s hair. My son and I are very pleased with this UK brand hair clipper, I even tried it trimming the ends of my long thick hair, it glided along the comb cutting better than my hairdressing scissors.
I think it’s important that these types of hair and beard trimmers feel comfortable in the hand while in use and this Barberboss Clipper set doesn’t disappoint on that score so you feel in total control even in the most delicate of trimming jobs.
The trimmer arrives in a very nice gift box and is well presented inside. The box contains the trimmer unit itself, 8 varying depths of cutting guides which are helpfully coloured coded and can be chosen quickly, a cleaning brush, a comb, a hairdressing cape, a charging cable and finally a small bottle of blade lubricant. The multi-coloured blade guides cover cutting depths ranging from 4mm to 34mm and the trimmer’s ceramic cutting heads can be adjusted through 5 different settings of 0.8mm, 1.1mm, 1.4mm, 1.7mm and 2mm. Two speed settings can be applied to the trimmer with just a press of the on/off button on the body of the unit, which will give you either normal or turbo speed.
This is a great little shaver which runs cordless and can be re-charged using the included USB_A cable, the other end of which fits the power socket on the base of the unit. This is not a common socket fitment so probably best if you store it with the shaver because if you lose it you can’t use it. Charging the unit from flat to fully charged, should, according to the literature, be done and dusted within two hours and give you a running time cordless of 3 hours. However, when the trimmer arrived it was at a factory charge of 51% which, once put on charge, attained a full 100% in 1 hour and 10 minutes, so make of that what you will.
The front of the unit has an LED display which will show you a plug when you are charging, an oil can symbol which will appear when the unit feels it necessary to lubricate the ceramic heads, a padlock symbol will appear if you lock the device for travelling and finally battery percentage capacity.
I had trimmed my beard previous to the trimmer being delivered but I did run the bare razor at 0.8mm over my head and got an excellent head shave so I’d no problems with it on that count as the blades felt really sharp.
In summary, this is a good quality trimmer which is lightweight and feels comfortable in the hand when shaving. A wide and varying choice of depth guides and trimmer depths make this unit extremely versatile for both face and head. Top marks for this one.
I have tried a lot of clippers over the years – many of them claiming to be of professional quality. For once this one lives up to the claim. It seems to hold its charge well and tells you when you need to oil it. It is staying really sharp and with two speeds it will go through anything. I think I could almost shear a sheep with these! 8 combs is generous and it looks good and feels comfortable too. Very impressed.
I have had many beard and hair trimmers over the years but I think this is possible the best of them. Nice powerful motor. Simplistic charging. Nice set of length gates. Can’t think of anything I didn’t like about them, other than the plastic feels a bit brittle
These are really smart clippers that feel more premium than I was expecting, they work great cutting with easy and come with 8 colour-coded guides too and even a hair cutting apron, quality is great and the battery life is good too with a nice easy to read LDC display to tell you how much life is left, very impressed with the kit for the price, good value.
First impression:
The clippers come pre-oiled so you may notice some oil residue when first used. The clippers look quite jazzy in a bright metallic blue finish. The clipper is operated with a simple button on the top, with a higher speed ‘turbo’ mode when pressed for the second time. Press a third time to switch off. The cut height adjusted by rotating the bottom section to one of four positions, which alters the ride height between the highest 1.5mm and 1.1mm without a guard fitted.
I measured the minimum cut height between the bottom of the blade and the surface of the tines where they might ride on the skin and this was about 5mm for the 4mm to 6mm guard and so includes the max 1.5 mm cut height built into the clippers. You can be confident that the cut height marked on the guards is a reasonable estimate.
I didn’t like the charge cord as is looks too much like the charge cord for my mains clippers and should really be USB-C. That would have been the easier and more modern choice, particularly since Europe is moving towards USB-C for all rechargeable devices, and the UK will probably follow suit. These wires don’t last forever and once this wire breaks then the clippers will be useless.

Seven cutting guards moulded it seems in ABS. These are all different colours and marked in mm of cut and even numbers only. The higher numbers are almost contiguous, but there are larger jumps in cut size in the lower two.

Application:
On switch on, the clipper displays various icons and the charge state and this is about 2/3 charges out of the box, and so is compliant with regulations for delivery of a rechargeable device. Fully charging before use is recommended and the clippers display a charging icon and the charge state in progress. They seem to be able to be used whilst charging, although the charging wire is too short for practical use in that state.
The clippers can enter lock mode with a long press, presumably for child safety. There is also an indicator for when to lubricate the blade. Changing guards is easy as they just clip on at the sides, which is better than my existing clippers.
Using the clippers without a guard, as I sometimes clip come beard growth short before shaving, the clippers don’t ride on the skin quite so well as my Wahl clippers, although they are easier to manoeuvre without the trailing mains lead. I also preferred them to be in turbo mode as the cut is better, although I imagine that this uses up the power quicker. With a guard in place, the cutting action is smooth and it cuts well given I was worried about the ceramic blade.
Packaging and delivery:
The clipper kit comes in a smart box with an internal plastic tray to hold all the parts. I would have liked a canvas bag like you get with some Wella and Wahl products I have used in the past. The box is secured closed with security stickers and these come with tabs for easy opening and I like the attention to detail in this area. The clippers arrived quickly.
Pros:
Ceramic blade. This looks like a piece of plastic and I was searching the box for the metal blade before I realised that it was ceramic.
Rechargeable and so portable.
Cons:
For the home UK market, hair clipper guards are graded by the cut number, so No. 1 to No.4 and so labelling these in mm is confusing.
One of the tines on the 28mm cutter was not moulded straight.
Glossy finish quickly gets covered in fingerprints, especially if you get lubricating oil all over the place.
Most of the guards are useless to me as they are way too big.
Should have a USB-C charging wire and not the custom with that is included.
Conclusion:
I am not going to throw away my mains powered unit, particularly as I am used to the cut heights. I have No.2 on the sides and 4 on top, blending between with a No.3 and eyebrows and in front of the ears get a No.1 to 1.5. This means that I can only use two guards, the green and the purple. As a rule of thumb, UK cut sizes go up about 3mm starting at No.1 as just over 3mm. These are really imperial conversions from inches with No.1 being 1/8″. So you need to do some conversions for this kit and I will be marking on the numbers with a marker pen, as the last thing I want is to use the wrong cutter on the wrong part of my head. I would still get this kit for its portability and the longer guards might be useful with a beard or longer hair — just not for me.
