This is a nice compact microwave, with one major flaw: the knobs are difficult. I’ve had to draw on a line with permanent marker to see where they are pointing, and they’re very difficult to grip and turn. If your hands are even slightly damp, you can’t grip them. It feels like this could have been easily solved with a simple moulding on the knobs.

I liked the fact that it was 800w and only had the two buttons I needed/wanted, a heat regulator and a simple timer. All the cheaper ones with the required buttons only had 700watts. It seems solid and reliable unlike the last one which had a door opening button which sometimes detached itself and ended up at the other end of the kitchen. We were not amused. I have found nothing yet to dislike about this new one and I am certainly not expecting it to break down like the last one.
However, may I also say a big thank you to the gentleman who dealt with my complaint regarding the previous microwave. He was courteous, helpful, understanding and most important, he was easy for me to understand as I am quite deaf. I am sorry I cannot remember his name but I was very grateful to him. May also mention I have had no problems with delivery as items arrive when they say they will, all well packed and conforming to what I saw when ordering
As I am now somewhat advanced in years and not able to walk very far I have my groceries delivered from the supermarket and for all else there is AMAZON. It is amazing and none the less amazing to find the number of things I simply cannot do without when I see what is on offer. It would be a dull life without my iPad and Amazon believe you me. No fancy confusing programs and led displays that fail after a while. A well made good standard microwave, which is what I wanted. I had to scrap my last one, which I had barely two years use out of because the display failed, and you couldn’t use it without.
Much smaller than our previous faulty Samsung ( only 2 years old & they couldn’t repair it ! ) but it’s surprising how many features on the previous one we didn’t use. Easy rotary dial , large enough for our needs , smaller footprint on the work surface. Very good value for a top quality brand
What can you say about Bosch they make the best products
Wrong one sent, a simple mix up, very easily remedied, but a good product and a very good seller all the same.
