Multiple settings including cupboard dry – cloths are not super dry so not sure if this is how they suppose to be under this setting, overall a great buy!

Great dryer and without the hassle of tubes to drain water. I put it in the bedroom on a platform to keep it off carpet and it works well. Be sure to follow the cleaning guide for the water tank and condenser itself so it continues to dryer well monthly!

Bought to replace an older Bosch tumble dryer that had failed after 7 years.
This one is a new heat pump model, quiet as can be expected and considerably more energy efficient, whist drying in the same time. Couldn’t be happier.

First of all, I have to say that I was impressed at Bosch delivering to a Scottish island (Islay) and at NO extra cost. It arrived 6 days before it was planned to arrive. The Dryer suits our newly purchased Bosch Washing machine to a tee. We have only used twice and so far and are very pleased with it. Long may that continue!

Arrived Saturday, put straight into use drying clothes and towels.

Plumbed the outlet pipe in to waste pipes, noticed slight bit of water in bottom of water container, but manual shows this is normal as used in the self clean of machine.

Its fitted in Kitchen so a good ambient temperature which helps the heat pump work correctly.

Impressions after 2 days are its working better than the Hotpoint Condenser it replaced. And hopefully should be cheaper.

Drying times don’t seem any longer than the Hotpoint.

With energy prices skyrocketing the energy savings of a heat pump were high on the list. I was worried about a lot of comments but we’ve had no issues with clothes not drying well. We went for the model that can be plumbed in to empty the reservoir and this is a great feature. Fluff filter is easy to empty, just need to remember to remove both parts. Self cleaning condenser is also great, we’ll see how that goes longer term. Very pleased with the model. Quiet, handy light inside, and clean design.

Did a lot of research before buying, Amazon were 50 cheaper than everyone else so happy to wait 4 weeks for delivery. The heat pump dryer is certainly a lot cheaper to run than a conventional one and dries clothes well. I set it up so that condensate drained directly into waste water pipe using the enclosed drainage kit HOWEVER an amount of water still collects in the condensate tank so it must be emptied after every drying cycle! Model WTH85222GB does not have self cleaning condenser and is cheaper so might be worth considering as alternative

To make this drier as economical as possible the machine stops when the humidity in the drum reaches a certain level. After giving up arguing with it and taking note that t shirts dry a lot quicker than jeans so I shouldn’t expect a mixed load to dry the same we now get along fine. Sometimes I leave jeans on the air drier to finish for an hour but, I bought this to save money so there’s the balance, I could throw them back in the drier. It does a quick and good job at everything I’ve thrown at it, runs at a very acceptable noise level. I’ve done some number crunching and this costs me half the electricity per load than the economy dehumidifier I was using. Might take me 25 years to get my money back but its a step in the right direction………

Proved to be far more effective than anticipated. Despite being located in our chilly conservatory, it dries perfectly and often the cycle completes in less than the predicted time. It quietly and unobtrusively transformed our lives. Just love it:)

Delighted with my new Bosch dryer. My old Bosch gave out last winter and I’ve gone through spring and summer without one, and pegged out whenever I could. My towels were never super soft without the dryer, but now all that’s changed!!!! Very easy to use, don’t have to have an outside outlet, no large white hose hanging through the window. I just empty the water tank after each dry, very simple and easy to use. My first attempt was disappointing, 2hours 10 mins, and they came out a little damp! Second attempt ‘towels’, everything perfectly dry without being over dry, and 1hour 20mins. Like the quick 40min dry too for light delicates. The light inside the drum is a useful touch, I can see if I’ve left anything behind. All in all 5* although I’ve only had it a short while.
